dozen custom masks and got sent 12. okay anyways this dude replies hello i'm so sorry you were disappointed with your order however a dozen equals 12. if you need more than a dozen i am more than happy to make the correct amount you need it unfortunately i am not able to offer you a refund due to the fact the quantity was correct on the invoice which i also attached it has 12 as the quantity as i stated earlier i am more than happy to make more for you and even offer you a 5 off coupon but then this dude says i'm not interested the event is over now i must have missed it on the invoice i needed twenty i never heard it as being twelve i swear it was pronounced dub zen like a dub twenty whatever though dub zen that is genius this dude says at my last job this lady got mad at me for giving her 25 yards of a certain material when she actually wanted 75 feet i worked at a deli i'd a guest throw a shrieking swearing slur laden display throwing tantrum because they ordered a half pound and the scale said 0.5 and they know a half is one half and five is less than 12 so we were cheating them i used to work at a deli too and a customer demanded we sell them ham by the cup and called me names when i tried to explain the difference between weight and volume measurements i worked at a deli too had a customer say we were giving another customer more cheese for the same price i tried to explain they both ordered one pound but the other customer requested thinner slices which is why they had more pieces but the weight is the same they wouldn't budge yeah we got a lot of smart
