because they actually managed to perform probably the most epic most intricate bitcoin scam we've ever seen they tweeted out the same thing on pretty much everyone's profile for example here bill gates and they said everyone is asking me to give back and now is the time i'm doubling all payments sent to my bitcoin address for the next 30 minutes you send one thousand dollars i send you back 2k bitcoin address only going on for 30 minutes and in terms of being a scam and trying to make some quick easy money is a pretty smart move because obviously these rich boys like elon musk kanye west uh jeff bezos they could actually afford to do this and i don't know obviously these tweets go out to millions of people and someone's gonna fall for it i'm crying 167 people sent 40 000 worth of bitcoin to the address bill gates tweeted i don't really know much about bitcoin but i guess the screenshot is real and like you can see how much was received and this was actually really early on in the hacking process like bill gates was one of the first to get hit but there was so many others so who knows how much these hackers made but it was a pretty fat bag no freaking way dude my bank is
