Skyrim Infinite Shout Build Is Broken - Skyrim Is A Perfectly Balanced Game With No Exploits

yes you need to get close for your shot and away you go oh look at him fly oh he definitely did not survive that one Mike goodness welcome back ladies and gentlemen I am the smithing Brit and today we're back in the wonderful world of Skyrim with our legendary hero Riano Kives the most powerful being in all video game universes and no the character you're about to put in the comment section is not stronger than a man who physically wears an iron piece of armor called Yorkshire Tea Gold legendary Edition which adds so much health it creates a stack overflow error meaning that if he was to ever take off his own armor he would immediately die now that's one powerful thing also he does more unarmed damage than the game can feasibly calculate now on his last adventure he kind of paralyzed most of Skyrim and so as we go around today I managed to reset some of the NPC's by editing the save files but we might be encountering some strange situations oh well it's fine some of the guards are fine others less so and interestingly even though people are paralyzed they're still technically alive and talking I mean hype cyka is literally down on the ground not able to move his fingers if for some reason he can still keep going on about the elves trust me he had it coming ladies and gentlemen so we're back in Skyrim what are we going to do of ourselves we have a crazy amount of power and the ability to just about destroy everything in the game but I personally think we're lacking one fantastical thing and that is the ability to shout see right now Riano Kives knows basically no shouts at all yet we only have elemental fury and we haven't even purchased it yet now shouting in Skyrim is brilliant you can effectively turn yourself into your own hype squad man with the ability to create sonic booms coming out of your own vocal chords which is honestly incredible the only downside however ladies and gentlemen is that there's a delay between each shout a charge I know so if you're trying to shout someone down well by the time you've got your next child ready of your shout they've stood back up again and they're now hitting you admittedly we can't be killed by any mortal weapon and hits but still it's annoying to know that when Riano Kives shouts an enemy on the floor they'll just get back up again so we need to build the legendary Skyrim 100% shout only build it's a very rare build and you don't see many people doing it because well in order to pull it off you need to know a couple of strange little exploits and that's exactly what we're here to do ladies and gentlemen we're going to join Rio no Kives on a lovely journey fueled by tea to make him once again even more powerful so what enough do we need to do or there's a couple of complicated things firstly we need to join the companions and then we also probably need to do a visit to bleak falls Barrow now just before I truly break into today's exploit how do you believe we're going to be able to build the ultimate shelter character are we going to spend years studying in the fruit of the world talking to a bunch of old people and learning about the words of power and its meanings and the Dragons and all my concerts are boring are we be going to enchant something so overpowered it gives us crazy abilities all we see going to make Todd Howard cry by quite simply destroying some of the most fundamental game mechanics involving equipping and unequipping items who knows what it could be and if you voted correctly I'll even throw one extra tea back into your rations this week fantastic we've made our way into the Companions guild hello there can I join now my god what on earth is going on with a fight in the background and I've wondered the companions are low on members cuz they're just wailing away on each other anyway we're only in the companions not to actually help them out but to just steal their one super duper special ability hello godlike white mane you've never even heard of this outsider sorry Vickers you've never heard of me never this man has literally killed almost a million dragons and the ebony warrior about 40 times you want to know how powerful I am Kotlik white mane you dare to question my skill hmmm Vilkas will test me lovely ok Bilkis let's see what you've got all right let's see how Vilkas can hand little praiano keys this man seems to think that we know more than a well someone who cannot even put up a fight against him well let's see right out into the back let's do this fun fight ok Vilkas let's see what you've got my friend what do you what are you able to do do I just need to punch your shield ok oh no you're going to try and hit me ok right hit me Vilkas hit me I want to see what you can do don't just stand there fine one tiny punch I know my Zee than I look the strongest person in the universe sorry the sword is worth more than meat Vilkas I will literally have your head on a pike Breann O'Keefe's has more money than anyone else in this entire universe can bite wait where do I need to take the sword oh right he's he's kind of paralyzed right now and he's not going to be unparalleled for about forty days can I still do this quest right this could be tissue oh I do paralyzing everyone could have some drawbacks time to wait out the paralyzed effects okay I've waited 24 hours he's still stuck down on the ground is there a cure potion or something I don't seem the only way to fix this is to disable and enable a lovely NPC friend alright and there we go he's back and he's no longer paralyzed fantastic ah lovely right take this sword okay focus focus you okay dissipates bench you sit on bench like this do you is this how it works you might have an issue there focus right now effectively have to be an errand boy for the companions for the foreseeable future so that I can simply progress along their quest lines and gain one very important feature effectively we need to become a werewolf and the only way to become a werewolf in Skyrim is to contract lice Anthropy or something the werewolf disease now apparently we have a lovely mission over here Oh apparently Belle Rand needed something but Belle Rand is dead why have we killed everyone I have I bet to gain bloody werewolf diseases I've murdered everyone how do I make him live again right the old disable enable trick nope that's just made him naked instead how do I bring an NPC back to life Tod please I could use your assistance here our ladies and gentlemen I've just spoken to Rihanna Oh Kives and apparently he's got a limited offer for you the lovely ladies and gentlemen at home for this next short period of time the first six thousand people to place a like on this video will not be hit by the incredible sonic boom of Rio no Kives when he escapes into the real world your loved ones family and friends and just acquaintances will probably all not survive having their eardrums ruptured by the force of 17,000 jet engines the continuous sonic booming of Riano Kives will also not only destroy everyone's here it will also speed up the rotation of the earth causing everyone to get flung around as if they were in some kind of massive galactic washing machine if you want to survive this ordeal then pledging your allegiance to Rio no Kives might be your only way right I think I've actually been able to do it apparently I need to go intimidate a stablehand somewhere where else is he in timid eight bellever and in solitude Oaks I reset him and he's for some reason that he reset from white run all the way up to solitude which I admit is probably the place I'd run to if I've just been actually murdered by Rihanna Kives and then brought back to life using the power of Todd Howard and of course he's hiding in the winking skiver right I need to intimidate you friend oh there you are Annabelle rent hello I've been sent to resolve a dispute oh I can't scare you into submission oh no sorry bail rent Oh bar and it's not the first time I've had to do this there we go job done mission complete one poor peasant punched in the face into submission ah I'd like the Companions a hello Farkas fantastic Fox is now apparently sending me on a mission it's trouble in Skyrim to go punch some rogue wizards turns up they don't like the College of wizards in the Companions guild which is excellent for me considering what happened the last time we ran into the wizards right and back on our lovely adventure we go supported by Rhian Oh Kives his horse as we go punch some Wizards hopefully well we've actually made it all the way back to hell good oh my god what's happened to hell good it's full of bandits okay I was not expecting this right time for me to walk through I mean I'm not air to fight new bandits you haven't exactly got a bounty on your head okay I suppose I can still punch you though oh okay right that one's painful oh my lord that one's exceedingly painful what are you you're abandoned oh but you're a wizard bandit okay you can be dealt with or free Oh No Kives Oh beautiful as always yes the aim of today's adventure is relatively simple it's to gain all of the really powerful shouts which Skyrim has to offer and then use those shouts to effectively destroy everything and just generally evaporate all of our enemies what better way to deal with all of your problems in life than by quite simply throwing them out of this universe with the incredible power shout force are fantastic this looks exactly like the place oh and you're a wizard okay I think you're probably what I was meant to kill it's too late to ask questions now I had time to go into the cell fringe sanctum oh hello spell sword you're gone up into the sky lovely or gate with a trap on it that's fine we can walk through that what's down in the spooky spider pit Oh turns out it's spooky spiders they're dead now let's climb all the way up oh we got even bigger spiders a giant Frostbite spider a mini frostbite spider well they're all dead now oh my goodness hello that's well sort you're dead we wander past right where's your big spell sword king not you someone through here somewhere all right here you are an arch necromancer never should have come here what have you summoned a frost boy who's dead now okay what else have you got a frost speared lovely Oh another frost spit or a freezie brief let me just quickly loot your chest first an acts of cowardice 500 gold ore in an ebony bow this is lovely you keeping all of this to yourself mate we just can't have that you got to learn to share friend let me share my fist in your face anyway job done that's the quest complete that man had so much awesome loot I don't really understand the point of this gate you see it's a novice gate you've got to open it or alternatively you just walk around it Todd why is this here what what purpose is this gates filling why does it have to be locked the infinite design wisdom of Todd Howard we may never understand it anyway we've done our mission the entire spell sword army is dead Andriano Kives has taken no damage there we go mission complete as that focus or fantastic we've now started proving honour lovely this is going to be the start of our adventure into the inner circle of companions and once we make it in there we get to become a werewolf and of course if we become a werewolf we then gave me incredible power of infinite shouts is it wrong with you Farkas why can't you even sit anywhere normally you can't sit on a bench you can't sit on a chair are you okay school what do you mean my times come it's fantastic so we've been given our proving adventure although we now need to take Farkas with us and apparently we're not to have him killed now hopefully Farkas doesn't die because if he does that's an issue honestly all it takes is one accident swinging from these fists and foxes removed from reality and I've got to be honest I do often end up slipping and we've got to go to the dustman's cairn over here just fine right fantastic we've discovered it a creepy cave system lovely and just in true Todd Howard glorious design fashion all of these caves look basically the same yep it looks just exactly this they was the last 700 caves I've been on oh and let me guess yep if I could have to fight drogas of course I am let's go on our fantastic adventure through these horrible caves yep draggers lovely let's just punch them this is looking like the big important room here's a lever which is going to open that door but I imagine it's also going to trap me in this one or something like that said how Todd Howard's gonna do it yep that's exactly how he's going to do it are the levers stuck brilliant oh and now you're going to die aren't you I could save him I could 100% save him and here we go he turns himself into a werewolf Oh God let him go yeah you go incredible choreographed fight sequence beautiful only now I can leave nothing has changed in this situation to let me leave Todd out right focus that was awesome here's some more silver hands to worry about poof you're dead and approved you're dead oh sorry silver hand remember nice have any armor though Lord these fight sequences are brilliant though I will say that one thing which always brings me back to Skyrim the fact that an unarmed build just lets you throw people around it crazy force and you're the last one that job done we defeated everything well there's the key I think we've done a very good job don't you I think this looks like a final boss fight room Oh lovely stuff let's wake up the final dude oh we can even learn a shout word here right what's my hype word word of power learned fire five rift knives so we can have fire breath when we eventually discover our shouts let's grab the fragment and return lovely stuff brilliant so we just have to fight more waves of them which is fine Oh finally the Deaf Lords turned up lovely right punch he's dealt with welcome back ladies and gentlemen we're currently about to start her lovely mission basically we need to meet secure at night in the under forge and there give us the blood of a werewolf we're then going to go on a bit of a rampage and kill people yes I'm ready so basically we're being given the power of being a werewolf which we can undo but for obvious reasons we're not going to ever here's the Ahlers she's become a werewolf or can you train me to be better archery okay oh my goodness yes I am ready to become a werewolf let's do this so now I get to drink the blood and become a werewolf and then using the power of the werewolf we're going to get an unlimited power oh and now we've become a werewolf and this is a fantastic segment where basically we get to run around Whiterun and kill as many people as we like with no consequences so you're dead Oh sadly in a werewolf form we can actually take damage see this is something we didn't have to face when we were Breanna gives because he can't take damage when we get to eat people as well mmm tasty oh and I think that's the end of my werewolf powers yep I only got to kill and murder one person but now I gain permanent werewolf powers although technically if anyone sees me using them I'll be told off and there we go I can now transform into a werewolf ooh lovely stuff so as much as I'd love to continue helping out on this mission I've got other things I need to do a little Huntress sorry the companions are just going to have to slowly die off themselves they actually need to do one of the first missions in the game because I haven't gained the unrelenting force ability because I haven't completed bleak falls Barrow now way back ladies and gentlemen we've gained the power of being able to transform into a werewolf but most importantly what's next well it's that lovely monument up there on the mountain bleak falls Barrow the one classic tutorial venue we're yet to go to and so equipped of our hover horse oh my goodness what is wrong with this horse is it okay yep it's fine and so a quip of our horse we're going to go see if we can pick up that a wonderful word of power or we've also picked up a monument for 500 gold from an inn trust me he's very important he's going to grant us the ability to shout an infinite number of times right now we've just been on our fantastic adventure for bleak falls Barrow it was you know completely uneventful in a quest which everyone has probably done about a thousand times so I've skipped the entire thing for you so here we have it we have our unrelenting force and we're able to spend our dragon souls in order to unlock them and they'll need more dragon souls seriously come on I've killed so many I need more dragon souls to unlock more of it okay can at least do a shout of great I can do Foose lovely that's hardly going to cover it I need more dragon souls alright well you know what that means it means I need to get creative with console commands again suppose I could just go and fight dragons and find the one that but no that's not going to happen right there we go I've spawned in an elder dragon lovely now admittedly I am using a melee build so I'm gonna be in a bit of a tricky situation here where basically I need Sten Voorhis to shoot it down please land please I will shout fuss at you if you don't please believe me of beings right they'll go to land land land no it's not landed come on my fists don't reach that high wait you land but you land over there of goodness sake right I have to run all the way over to you stay still stay still don't you dare take off all my goodness I hate you at least I still have this bow I guess I haven't got the potions to go along with it but it will still do the trick there we go that's one dragon dealt with give me its soul we can all be happy come melt away and give me souls I love this bow though it is still really good fun oh it's great apparently this dragon doesn't melt and give me souls which is a real shame there we go kill this dragon I think this one counts as a proper dragon and so it should wait with the arrow go just kill it they've got this one should kill it now fantastic this one should be a proper dragon and so I should get souls from it no beans Todd Howard now you make me have to cheat in dragon souls and they'll go I've got four dragon souls don't ask where they came from I'm just going to spend an upgrade my unrelenting force to make it much more exciting the only downside with all of these fantastical newfound abilities is that fus ro dah or false balance push an absolutely incredible ability is great fun but it does have one key major weakness that being that it has a 45 second recharge time so I can fire it off and now I'm going to have to wait for 45 seconds for this entire thing to come back apparently he's a deer over there and I've added a bounty to myself for goodness sake brilliant so now that we've gained ourselves the ability to footsore a door it's time for us to give us the ability to do unlimited force radars and for that we're going to have to go over all the way to solitude and hopefully there'll be an item vendor around here which can provide the necessary assistance - give me five Ambulance of Talos so in this shop here there is a small percentage chance of the vendor selling the Amulet of Talos and hopefully they will have it in stock if they don't we'll quite simply beat them until they do now the vendor will have some very interesting ambulance and technically you can use as many of these as you like with the exploit that I'm about to do but we don't care about any of these we want an amulet of Tallis nothing else will do no chef's hat no that won't get the job done now I need her stock reset because she doesn't have an amulet of Tallis and of course the way to do that drop down a quicksave quad sure to make a hostile and then quick load the quicksave and that will have Todd Howard completely reset her inventory now we just have some amulet of a katashi's that's useless adept robes of restoration no thank you I need ambulance and instead you just have a bunch of different types of boots who needs this many boots yeah this is going to take a lot of punching her and then checking your inventory oh and there we go fantastic we finally managed to pick ourselves up an amulet of Tallis lovely stuff and we can just buy this from the vendor it doesn't particularly cost that much goat just 50 for that bad boy now the thing is you can duplicate any item as soon as you have one copy of it with the use of simply a follower and entering and exiting zones but what makes this exploit so fantastic is that you can effectively stack the effects from these amulets or any worn item of clothing in our cases includes the amulet of Xena far theoretically if you stacked ten of these items on top of each other you would make prices 100% better in shops allowing you to buy things for free okay I'm not sure how it works but it would probably be interesting to see maybe that's for another time instead I need to get four more ambulance right now after punching resetting that vendor for about half an hour I've managed to collect myself six entire amulets of Tallis another thing is as far as to wear one of these right now Oh time between shouts is reduced by 20% if we go into magic and go into active effects there we go we can see our fortify unarmed damages stupid with Imperial luck resists disease but there we go fortify shouts time between shouts is reduced by 20% although you'll notice it's limited because it's only 20% 20% isn't that much the time between shouts is still absolutely massive if we go over here to a nice safe place crouch down and do for a look at that at the top of the screen it's going to take ages for that shell bar to go down well over 30 seconds and that you just can't have that in a combat zone far too much time so we need to find a way of reducing that fervor and for that we're going to need to find a nice clear empty space where no one's going to question what I'm doing oh my goodness what the heck have I spawned into I thought that this would be a nice empty spot because I've already cleared bleak wind basin but no apparently this is where bandits like to fight Giants as a hobby and the bandits aren't winning I can tell you that much life is the giant to be honest kill the Bandit everyone cleared off now no they're just busy fighting over there and the mammoths a hostile I have to kill all of these things just to pull off an exploit brilliant bugger off bugger off and bugger off there we go lovely stuff a nice clear empty canvas workspace where I can now begin my exploit lovely so what do you need to pull off this exploit well quite simply you need a follower the ability to turn into over werewolf or a vampire and then however many items you wish to stack the effects of in our case we want to stack the amulet of Talas so we have five of those I brought a six long for good luck just in case things went wrong now just to be safe we're going to drop down a new save file and then we're going to talk to Stan VAR I've had I've been a good friend to him Stan voir I've been a good friend to you how are you gonna feel when I turn into a werewolf oh that's the thing which I really want to know now that I have the beasts form selected in my menu effectively to turn myself into a werewolf all I need to do is press Z and I will transform allow me to drop down a safe island and demonstrate BAM I transform into a werewolf lovely stuff and ago now I'm a werewolf now no one wants to talk to me not even my friend nope can't talk to anyone so I'm gonna have to revert back to before it was a werewolf anyway now that I have all of my powers selected what you want to do to pull off this exploit make sure you don't have the amulets equipped and get ready to talk to Stan boy whilst you simultaneously pressed the transformation key like so there we go we're busy transforming worst were also in a dialogue menu with Stan var and proxies find of us being aware wolfy won't interrupt this in any way now we need to do is go to stand for and say I need to trade some things with you now stand by here can carry all of our items including most importantly our amulets of Tallis so what we're going to do is we're going to give them over to him how many what we can give him five yep that seems about right and then what you're going to do when they're instant voice inventory is you're going to hold down shift and this puts you into equip mode then what you can do is you can quite simply equip these amulets to yourself directly there we go just simply right-click and equip as many amulets of Tallis's as you like and then back on out of the menu then we can have him wait here and what we can do is simply stop being a werewolf by pressing Z simple is too powerful for howl of terror right so I just have to wait for my werewolf stuff to end brilliant and now the time has passed I'm back in my human form and if I check my inventory I should have my amulets of Tallis equipped but remember when you're in this menu surely only one amulet of Tallis is equipped but that's interesting because if we go to the magic section and look over active effects you'll notice that we currently have six stacking effects from the amulet of tell us all reducing time between shouts like 20% this is a bit interesting cuz it effectively means we have a hundred and twenty percent shout time reduction what that means in practices I can go over to magic and select a shout like say unrelenting force and you'll notice the recharge time has gone from being 3040 in ninety to being minus three minus 4 and minus nine so now I can do four Adar followed immediately by Foose radar and Force radar sorry Stan bar Oh Stan whoa what have you done you've given me too much power 6 amulets of terror should not be equipped at one time ah yes I've become sonic boom hype man it's incredible I could just keep hitting it with fus as well oh no Stan Vaughn's left my service apparently how could you betray me like that you know what that means fire breath just keep hitting you with fire breath sorry Stan bar you can't kill me and I can just keep hitting you with fire breath you can't stop miss Denver and there we go his sizzled this is completely unfair but I love it I absolutely love it you just basically keep mashing the Zed keep going whoa whoa I'm quite happy with this brand new ability anyway can we get an F in the chat forced envy who will not be returning for Skyrim - poor man he tried his best and it's time for us to go use on you found abilities for glory success right now that it's daytime and I have my lovely shout abilities going to go see just what kind of creative shenanigans we can do with our shouting like say finding some guards on a stair oh boo that was the fire one I was wanting the unrelenting force one down the stairs you go they really do go flying and away you go I love scaring ragdolls I love them is he dead did he'd not live wait how am i shouting them to death are you telling me they can die apparently they can they take full damage I mean I would imagine you could probably snap your neck doing something like that but I didn't realize you could actually straight up murder Whiterun guards doing this anyway let's have them run up the stairs towards us yep you get nice and close you yes you need to get close for your shot and away you go oh look at him fly oh he definitely did not survive that one Mike goodness hey come over here scary marches you need to get a bit closer to line up a better shot come on trust me trust me climb up the stairs I promise nothing will happen to you yes good scaramouche oh good come to me little guard whoop and duck and shout ah they just go flying when they're on stairs are there like glorious rag dolls right and oh no that was just a brick wall right I need to line you up a bit better go back this way there we go we've almost lined them up perfectly and away he goes straight into the water wait how does he die from that does he just straight up drown I'm not sure well apparently all of the guards are dead one at this one took an arrow to the head I'm not sure where from because I did fire a single shot or a novice carom guard lovely come with me up the steps caring God to me come to this point in here who's this hem scre apparently I can't use shouts in water of course yes it's carom guard where you go oh my goodness why are you so angry why are you so high up in the air now my goodness that's the highest I think I've ever flung one I don't think she survived that one though oh my goodness what happened to that poor woman over there she just kinda did a flip on the floor I'm amazed by the range of this you kind of just hit people anywhere oh my goodness how incredible let's go say hi to the yard into dragon's reach we go I mean he's essential NPCs so I can't technically kill him all right they'll go oh of course everyone's hostile lovely right now could you all line up for me so only have to do one shout good that looks good Oh lovely stuff without noticing they are all standing back up again all right there we go Oh goodbye y'all you can go away god I'm sorry you can't stop me I'm going to stab of this lovely seat and just shout at you I will keep shouting at you you can't take me off of the seat I can shout harder than you can come at my direction is everyone just kind of collecting at the doorway over there yes they are lovely we can just keep them over there perfect I've managed to stack them all over by that doorway over there so that whenever they get up I can just hit them with another one and then they're all straight back down again into a lovely kind of pile of bodies it really is beautiful such a horrible birds just just fleshy body parts stacking on top of other fleshy body parts a cardi would stab back oh they can't even stand it so much but I love this ability well this is scary um Thank You Todd Howard you've created something absolutely incredible an unmatchable power which allows you to push any NPC anywhere and an unlimited amount of times to don't maybe fus you I will force you where are cubes can really fus you up one incredible adventure free or no Kives so much power wonder whatever dragon shouts there are out there now I've been investing in some others shouts and some of the were downright stupid including my favourite one here which is whirlwind spirit which of course as you can imagine we no delay kind of makes you run across the entire map it kind of just hit Zed and fly and you can do whirlwind spirit and do this and fly around just teleport all the way across Whiterun if you want and get on top of the buildings and do it but most importantly it's great form for confusing the guards it can also be used for a bunch of speedrunning stuff too now of course if on you found shouty power we can use it to get up with some mischeif and hopefully try and get to do you know that hidden chests over in the Sky Forge which has all those goodies in it so in order to do that what you want to do is find this barrel over here in the corner near the Whiterun gatehouse and position yourself over on top of it and simply use it to try and jump your way out of here Pago once you've kind of jumped out you want to kind of glitch through these walls and once you manage to jump through that gap there by hopping wiggling and jiggling for about half an hour I'd suggest trying to hop backwards and then using the shout command as well I find that works quite nicely you're going to simply run around the outside of Whiterun or so this is what skyrim looks like when your instance in that zone I think it's actually pretty nice how they've managed to try and optimize it originally it does look a bit janky when you're inside and looking out at objects from a distance but I'd say they did a decent job well done Todd anyway you're going to want to run all the way around here try and look out for various strange textures which will have you face through the reality of the world they're a little bit dangerous but you're relatively safe all you need to do is run around all of this if you encounter anything too dangerous just reload to save and do it again and all we're going to do is quite simply climb all the way around here find this massive gap in the ground here I know it's nice and spooky but actually you can walk up over it turns out textures don't necessarily mean there's nothing there then what you're going to do is walk through this rock here on the corner because it doesn't have any physical properties and now suddenly we're underneath Skyforge well actually we're inside Skyforge as you can see over there there are the Companions standing around doing kind of nothing I guess and there's a strange floating chest this is because every single vendor in Skyrim technically needs to have an inventory attached to them and in the case of skyforge and the owner of Skyforge that's where the chest is for everything you can buy from the sky Forge man so we're just going to walk our way over to it it's a bit of a strange invisible path so you might not find it first time all you need to do is kind of wiggle around until you find the right spot where you can access the chest there we go perfect so now we're inside the chest and there's the owner of the chest standing above us and we can steal everything inside of it you got wolf helmets and branded iron shield some elven shields and war hammers some really lovely loot and if you're starting out to the game this can effectively be a source of just about every single weapon you'll ever need it's absolutely brilliant alternatively you can just steal everything in here including the 1000 gold and just run away and be a millionaire it's really up to you it truly is some fantastic stuff
