Lizzy's Friends Call For A Rescue...Ford Power Stroke

so lizzy just got a call from her friend that is stuck at the top of corell canyon up on the smith road that's what it sounds like right yeah it's just right before the jump up all right so they're in snow in a two-wheel drive power stroke so we're gonna head up there see if we can get them out so we're all loaded up and we're headed out to this job to see if we can get him out of the situation that he's in we got ed with us morning tonight's clear no clouds sun's out fairly warm uh big moon last night we'll get him out what do you got to say lizzy likes to meet my friends sometime for those of you that keep wondering how we have snow on perfect weather days it's 33 degrees we're at 3248 feet elevation and as we drive up to elevation we'll drive into the snow so you'll see i'll show you what elevation we reach it should be about what six thousand feet 500 that we get to a couple thousand feet elevation gate do you see that guy just cut me off hey all right so we're at 5100 feet now we've got some white stuff it snowed the other day up here it didn't snow down in hurricanes so we're heading up to smith's mesa and some snow and mud where one of lizzie's buddies got stuck and we are gonna go get them out so yeah i realize it's fun to play in the snow and mud and all but um there's always that risk of getting stuck and if you don't have a backup plan out it can be quite dangerous this isn't one of those scenarios it's just something that can happen what's up how's it going happy lake it's all right what were you doing we were going up then we slid back that doesn't look too bad right so rudy here's what i'm thinking you just need to hook it on to the back of him [Music] and i'm just gonna hook down to the front of him and just pull him down and get okay sounds good okay let me get you some stuff four-wheel drive bro what's wrong with it i don't know it's like that when i bought it why haven't you fixed it i don't know just sell it one guy we went out you know he forgot to lock him in [Music] slippery [Music] head right [Music] okay rudy you want to put some tension on that [Music] [Applause] go ahead and put it in drive you're going to want to keep the wheel crank to the left about like it is right there or just going to pivot you around if i tell you to give a little bit of gas i'll tell you to do that but i think you're going to need to oh turn the wheel the other way it's not going to back up at all factor up to get it straight down how was that lizzy it was good it wasn't too hard get the ropes put up yeah i got the rope put up looks like it'll drive out huh yeah they coming down or going out they're coming down they're done well we might have to do it again hey well thank you so much thank you uh [Music] man look at those dogs run well we got him out we got him found it's kind of easy because he was kind of blocking the road so we just got him pulled back up and on his way we got the stinky dog it's gonna be a long drive home yeah long you're gonna have slobber everywhere good girl i don't know how i'm asking a t-shirt it was cold i'm freezing i'm a little bit overheated i gotta have my window cracked so i don't know what these guys are talking about everybody's complaining about how cold it is i looked into it turns out i'm a mammal and i can regulate my own body temperature who knew so ed why don't you give us a rundown on what happened well that come down pretty steep hill there in the snow and i guess they panicked or slid and went in the ditch lucky they didn't go over the edge a four-wheel drive truck but the four-wheel drive didn't work so they couldn't get out they called matt matt got them out with a new yankem rope and they're happy and we're happy so we got a call for a ram 1500 that is stuck in the sand out sand hollow we're gonna head out there and see if we can get it out what do you got to say rudy it's one of the hottest days of the year right what are we up to today 109 100 and something they're too hot yeah i think it's gonna be a good day a red 2014 ram is that it probably they got him out [Music] was that him okay everybody's coming with their jeeps i'm gonna put my guy in here okay and uh we'll just bring it right back around right here this is matt hey matt ben i called you uh you know a while ago yeah yeah i'm here i'm sorry we're pulling out another truck but there was a white truck you were trying to help or they were trying to help you i'm pulling them out now [Music] so don't so when we got when we got a little bit so when he so we got there and found the customer and he was already getting help by some passerbys some who buy some he was already getting some help okay so when we got there the customer had uh decided to get some help from some locals some locals some yokels sometimes samaritans hang out
