Way Too Dangerous Of A Trail For This Ford Truck!

so we got a call for a ford expedition that is stuck up on the honeymoon trail i believe this is a repeat customer we're gonna go see if we can get them out yeah it's a nice clear sunny day no wind at honeymoon trails a rough trail and we'll go see howdy howdy let's get rowdy [Music] but [Music] [Applause] i was thinking she was right there [Music] if you put your foot on the brake maybe it will come off everybody who can get on it get on it not you randy [Music] [Music] [Music] if you pay attention you'll be able to drive up this little bit we're gonna follow you out okay this goes out to the highway okay so which way would i go to get to the highway quicker than apple valley just get on the main road and just stay on it and that's that yeah i've done it before by myself i've never done it with the kids so you've gone across this before with this yeah [Applause] [Music] that was steeper than it looked wasn't it it was steep oh it was definitely worse and the stakes were higher [Music] yeah you're crossed up so that's what i mean about tire placement i can't see it so back up about a foot no no no no no no i didn't say turn oh okay okay okay hold up now crank it hard left come forward [Music] there you go keep going now straighten out go ahead [Music] come what's the best for here come this way you know it's always better when ed tells the story what happened well with weight on the side of it we got about they had one tire up in the air and gals driving so now we have another job at san diego and we're headed that way yeah i don't even know what this job is yet my dispatcher john just sent me a text and said hey got one at sand hollow uh information to follow so we're gonna head there as quick as we can and see if we can get them out so we just got the text from john we're headed out to get a ford ranger that's stuck in the sand and they're clear on the back side like almost as far south as they could get in the sand dunes so we're headed out there and see if we can get them out going out tanda huh no hurricane sand dunes oh harrington okay well that's another long trip sorry that took so long we're at the top of the honeymoon trail doing a rescue there when the call came in i was like man i gotta turn around and i slid down there and almost dinked in that rock and then i just stuck just stuck man we've got to clean the back of this out so we're going to go with a 30-foot long three-quarter inch rail [Music] are those dogs gonna let my guy in that truck okay do i need to put my dogs somewhere else okay max lady come on come on go load up all right so just start it up it's running it doesn't look like it started okay [Music] this three quarter inch rope is awesome for these lighter vehicles is this your truck lizzy i wish i would totally drive this truck freaking manual just ranger it's no eight too it's pretty new so what's your plan how are you getting out of here well i came in from the airport up that way by the flintstone house and all that so i know that way but i'm not sure the quickest way is well we'll get you out yeah if you get stuck again we'll pull you again if you want to just follow us we're going to the hurricane airport let's try to pick you a good route let's go come on [Music] [Music] so we got there and he was in kind of a mess but we got him out it was a little bit of work getting them across the dunes he came in a different way though through the the rim trail and that's a lot longer way that he wanted to go out so he had us lead him through the dunes took a little bit we got him he has a little light pickup no weight in the bed had some dogs with him and he didn't know that the area that well i guess we got him out long rough road and lady and max said they'd go again so i guess i will too talk to you later thanks for watching
