Hearts of Iron 4 Challenge: Philippines on steroids annex USA

hello everyone I am Toro and welcome to another one of my husband fall challenges and today this is Tory are on steroids yes literally I just have to go to the emergency room to get a steroid shot because two B's stand me in the neck area I'm not allergic or anything but the swelling was a little bit problematic because it was the throat area in all fairness I was probably in no danger whatsoever but better to be overly cautious than dead anyways it is something night now and I have to go to work tomorrow morning however after getting this shot I kinda feel like I just drank three large coffees and I can't sleep so might as well record we're going to play as the Philippines because you have been asking me to do that forever I'm not sure what we're going to do yet we'll probably attack the United States anyway usually I planned these challenges out and have a strategy ready but as the saying goes and ain't nobody got time for that let's start regular on difficulty I'm in multi Stoker folks his island for the Philippines one writer let's start all right away with doing positive effort because I need the pot I also need some civilian factories over here research electric mechanical engineering and I think I'll go with must assault this time haven't done that in a while we do have one unit that is a lot of unit let's train it up it is going to be necessary to win the Civil War - Philippines is problematic because we start as democratic and also a puppet of the United States well we're going to break out of that and maybe strike back at them and maybe compare the United States we'll see I still haven't decided what I'm going to do with this run anyway to do all that we're going to need to fight a civil war and win it right around this weight is 5 and we have 5 convoys perfect of course we're going to send this unit out to sea so we can keep it when the civil war starts I'm also producing a lot of infantry equipment we're going to be using that folks for a while which is a pity but if we get into a civil war we might lose those factories they add I'm not sure how that works exactly but I've seen it happen if the factory spawn in a state that manpower and fortunately we do mobilizing due to total mobilization it's fine the war is almost over should we select the women and the workforce focus it does cost us 5% stability for Moscow has happened I don't think I want to do that no but I will do war bonds and improved worker conditions how about there yes the Soviet Union is about to surrender there we go Soviet Union has capitulated and what have you taken they have taken quite a lot there is not much left for me not much at all I mean the crucial thing is over Republican Spain is left though I think we could actually get the unfortunately Japan doesn't have work on me anymore and cm doesn't own any territories which means I won't be able to undo all the 66 on Japan I could attack normally but it really wouldn't work out that great remembering that our ultimate goal is to beat up the United States alright let's not attack Japan that how about Germany I could switch to the axis do a quick call the 66 on Germany and Italy get enough production capabilities to boost my fleet to be able to invite the United States that is an option or we could just build up our fleet and invade the Allies you know I'm conquering people betraying alliances and all that for a change I mean I could easily conquer Germany right now for a change let's be a faithful eye and actually stay friends with Japan German Italy and so on and just help them invade the allies let's see how that works out and again a sure strategy at this point would be to join the access to all the 66 on Germany and Italy and Romania by attacking Hungary take over all this territory get huge production capabilities get millions of manpower from China produced tons and tons of ships and take over the Allies that would work still I'm curious if we can just do it by helping in Japan and Germany so let's do that let's help them first I'm going to finish and Xing the Chinese Empire and produce some more ships let's get rid of these convoys I distributed to these units I can't keep it there I will have to switch the templates but first let's make sure all the manpower we have goes into these units and I can use that to produce some Marines it seems it will take way too long for manpower together alright I'll just use the amount I have what are we going to do I'm going to create a marine step right let's use this one and just make it a 20 with Marines unit first let's see how many we can train we can get 126 marine divisions why well because we have so many troops in the field I'm just going to switch some of them to Marines that's gonna be more than a for Army Corps of Marines which will be perfect for naval invasions but let's not do it through here but for rudder switch some of these guys to Marines let's see how many I can switch alright we can switch 127 units the Marines let's do that and attach them to a separate army they're going to be useful naval invasions mostly that's for these guys I'm going to temporarily that purpose let's take all these Marines and tell them to invade Britain of course through here let's not go into the channel we usually defend that quite well I'm actually going to need I'm actually going to need to build are we going to need to build some extra pores here for this to work British Raj has capitulated oh great news now would be a good moment to turn against Japan but as I said I want to try being a good I like to them we aren't pretty much ready to start the naval invasion I have sent my ships everywhere here the game is running a bit slowly hit as late in the game okay I think it's time to activate those attack holders I've also sent a few ships to the English Channel in case they decide to be stupid and sail through here which will be stupid so hopefully they don't be a problem especially since if there is a naval battle the game slows down a lot to the point that it can crash hopefully that will not be the case okay and we're through at least some of us and the game is indeed slowing down dammit let's see if it slows down a lot if it does I'll just disband this army hopefully it'll fix the issue alright you have landed and it seems that we could have just landed in the port you would be fine anyway I'd like to give you an attack order justification from Mac house is ready yes I think I should declare war on Portugal but let's wait for the naval invasions to land three of our armies have landed now perfect I'll just give you some orders like this and make sure you secure the port first why am i landing next to port well I suppose that might have been a mistake because seems like the port itself was undefended but essentially if the AI defends the port a lot you can just land right next to it and take the port normally which usually works see if the game starts posing like this for a moment at certain times with big naval battles going on might be the first step to a disaster if it gets too horrible what thing you should do is just delete this army and it should fix the issue but let's see maybe this will not be too horrible oh and seems like the naval battle is resolved or almost resolved will you guys be okay to move away yes you will know right and we have almost taken over Britain see Britain is rarely ready to survive a naval invasion if the naval invasion is done right looking good wonderful London is taken they should be capitulating soonish let's have a look whereas Britain oh yes this midnight they'll capitulate so now you know that the kingdom has capitulated and I did get most of the territory some went to Italy but that's not a problem we are seeking to defeats that not necessarily take them over ourselves should I take Ireland first have a nice jumping-off point I probably should yes you go and land got we took one hundred and fifty eight states including the United States we now have 12 million men power 1,300 factories and quite a lot of territory if we wanted to we could easily proceed to a world conquest but we don't really want to the goal wants to take out the United States and we did that now what would I do next if I wanted to do a world conquest I could probably invade to Germany Italy and so on normally because of how many troops we have but the best course of action would be to either do order 66 on Germany and Italy and what do we do that well we join their faction and we stationed troops in everyone's territory except for for example Hungary then we declare war on Hungary and then we would just take everything over immediately that would probably be the best way to do this and we could also just invade everyone who is not in a faction let's have a look at the factions work mode yeah we are allied with the Japanese and these guys are neutral these guys here are neutral as well Dutch East Indies as well we could do that and then turn against the axis with a Japan and then betray Japan for example oh I forgot Sweden we could invade Sweden as well lastly we could just turn against Japan but that is the least efficient option we have available yeah so that's how I would proceed to world conquest but I'm not going to them because at this point it's pretty
