see it's nothing fancy it's actually industrial it's in the worst part of the neighborhood but the best part is is I've got dock doors I've got one here I've got unloading here where I can park the trailer and the vehicle and if all the sudden I get a whim for wanting to get all of my kung fu ninja skills up to speed look at that we even have wind chun kung fu' Taichi inside not a bad deal this is the most important thing when you're looking for space it's cheap you need four walls you need a ceiling and you need a floor you just need it dry $400 a month to have a dock to have a dock and have walls in a ceiling I've got the heat running in the insulated area again this place is nothing special look I've got a dock door here I've got a dock door here and I've got a tremendous amount of space 7,000 square feet of space and many people ask how do we sort well from these beams over this is everything this is ebay death piles this stuff is to go to ebay and then in between these beams here which you can see all this stuff here this is where the community is a lot to come in and pick a lot of people always ask do you go to flea markets well no we don't go to flea markets we are the community flea market and then all of this over here that is all eBay death piles as well and it's based on each pile you can see there's a pile there there's a pile there there's a pile there that's based on each unit that it came out and the units are labeled here more vinyl records than we'd ever know what to do with all of these have to be looked up on eBay and these are all $10 or lower records for what they would sell for so it's not worth time to list them on eBay so they just sell here locally and let's see we got books we got furniture oh there's that huge this is a 3d TV that came out of a hundred dollar unit so furniture look at all the porcelain these are all the things that would not generate enough money on eBay to justify the time to actually sell it on eBay when you're running an operation this large and again this isn't a very large operation look at that we got all the bodies over there so let's go take a peek where we're gonna get more stuff okay for today's video see all the glassware all the shelves everything in here everything in here is from storage units and a lot of this still needs to be sorted but we don't have heat so getting heat would be an amazing thing there you go there's swords something you may want to think through is getting heat we got a supply cabinet over here and then all transactions as people come in and they come out box because sometimes the elderly especially those who went through the Great Depression they'll hide money in here they'll hide money everywhere right and so there's definitely like look there's receipts there's like receipts in there the whole deal I've got to look through all of this and look for money but here's the other thing wherever they keep checks which is a symbol of money right you're not actually giving away physical money this is symbolic like a credit card it says hey I've got the money you're gonna get paid from this for my for my account usually they keep other monetarily items as well so usually you keep your money with your money you see what I'm saying more money more money more money so I think there could be monetary items in here especially if you a storage unit for monopoly usually the tie up kind of things are in the bed stands you see where I'm going about all right I've got power and we have the Royal Kathy collection look at this has got salt tied up as well all right let's release Kathy this is a limited edition porcelain remember it rhymes with troll so it's a dole it's a limited edition dole dole whoa that is one chunky baby series back payments and credit card payments they were settling you know dismissing 25% interest and $50 instalments every month on the on the basically in a shall compulsive buyer that's what we have now that's great when you buy storage unit not great for the person who is actually doing it that's a very dangerous area of life to be in so definitely a compulsive buyer which explains why we have so much new stuff there's a whole there's shoe polishing kit I mean if she could get her hands on it for example this all brand-new she was buying it and I do know what her profession was okay we did know that her husband Gary worked at the craft store and it was part-time retirement part-time is making 15,000 a year and this is all from the documents previous videos the whole deal so we think all of the money was actually being spent on Christ's craft items may was actually working for healthcare in human resources so they did not have a craft store so let's see what we can find here but they did have a Santa little fish yeah oh you know what that is oh that's a punch paper work yeah that's a big deal for scrappers scrapbookers oh you know what something taller than that I just lost it
