to get it open and look i knew there was something in there george we just bought seven yes seven storage units and there's one more in this facility we bought them all in the same facility we bought them all online and there's one more coming up in just two hours we're hoping to make it a round even eight let's take a look here okay this is number one we got this for fifty dollars now as we open and take a look come on come on we have to stress oh it's a little it's a little one it's a five by five but we've got a stress this is not our typical buying remember when we teach you how to buy we tell you find profiling is everything right find the one item that you can resell everything else is profit right this buying today is not about profit we came to florida with nothing except for a camper to put a roof over our heads and clothing we put clothing on our bodies no we use that in case the toilet paper runs out that way we're good for the zombie apocalypse we have nothing we don't even have a chair to sit on but george look at this well would you look at it look at that that's a brand new one brand new quad chair okay so fifty dollars for this unit there's a ten dollar chair but george it gets better because we don't have chairs to sit on when our backs get tired we have three days to get all of this out three days to get it all out we got some big units there's two chairs twenty dollars already we're going to take a look at everything else in here we know there's going to be garbage but the value for us is what we can keep and what we can use you may think it's silly that tote right there we don't have a single tote to work with right now we need totes we need garbage cans we need brooms we need paper clips pretty much everything all we need everything it's all worth something to us everybody knows george has running issues am i winning the race uh she just pulled these out she said we were gonna have walker races i thought we could use them after our backs are hurting so bad after working on seven units but she rather have a walker race now one of the cool things we found out about our location so far george is how many flea markets are there i lost count don't know they're every every i don't know couple blocks how many thrift stores are there every mile there's another one how many garage sales are there every single block so these look like they were actually probably bought at a most likely most likely of flea market those will probably for us we'll try and flip those honestly we'll probably just scrap those all right you ready just because we get so much metal this will just go in scrap metal we won't mess around with small things trying to resell them especially here in florida that's not what we're looking to do we're extra storage so storage units are on every block every road everywhere right basements don't exist in florida and everybody who wants to get out of the cold up north they all transition down south and then people pass away it's just an unfortunate reality but this individual pat seemed to buy a lot of brand new stuff but look look at this i'm gonna oh something is heavy in there something is heavy in there but look at this george brand new what do you think it is mccafe it is your favorite drinks your favorite and expiration day when do they expire june 10th of 19th you know what you don't even drink coffee you do i think they're still good all right i think they're still good there's two cases the whole case so that gives us an idea of how long this stuff has been in storage i saw this back here i wanted to pull this out check this out brand new bag oh look at that actually really cool this is probably worth something the actual bag that's definitely a collector kodak and olympics let's see what's inside i think i have a guess ah i was right look at this old vhs so money right there the if it's if it's horror it's great or military philadelphia uh last castle you know a lot of this you just can't get anymore true grit the original true grit so there's a vhs collection right there those what from what we've heard from the locals down here in florida entertainment vhs dvds blu-rays they go for hot money and the reason is because wi-fi is so spotty internet access that's their entertainment so let's entertain ourselves a little bit further with more brand new you know what we're gonna have to do this whole taking a drink of water thing because it's brand new this is our first unit out of the eight that we're we have seven already we're attempting to get eight brands still in the package for making brownies you want to keep this or do you want to sell it where you were trying to do like a cake pan a lot i was yeah all right i guess she gets it for the more especially if you have the look remote all this we got like bags that are tied up there's dollar gel look at that you want to get your hair did hair hair you're going to do a hair color a lot i don't know there might be a shelf like we need that too we definitely need that because we got fire ants fire which one of the things we're going to try and do is aluminum casting fire ant hill art so there was something in there there is two hundred dollars and you see that there those are patriot bonds now our name isn't on these bonds as a matter of fact it's the name of if i had to guess it's a hundred dollars for each one of the grandchildren so we'll see what we can do but i think we got a little bit more in here too i think there was a lock on there for a reason look at this george silver this looks like extra plate rogers extra plate they're at a bare minimum they're silver plated yeah these are worth money that's okay silver plated extra plate silver plated let's see if we can find any straight up silver silver plated if we found straight up silver we're looking at thousands just in the scrap wait that's silver plated okay silver plated extra plate let's play it silver plated that was all 100 silver not just silver plated we've been looking at a thousand dollars right there still worth something still has been an epic find and we've got i don't know five six more units to go through here i went through all the flatware and discovered that three of them were labeled sterling yes so okay there it is right there sterling uh-huh there it is right there sterling i see it and then lastly sterling nice all right the other one bonus rogers but those are worth money as well okay so we're actually getting everything out of the truck in the unit that we are actually going to rent for a month before we get on the property because our community dump is actually free so all the garbage is we're doing a garbage load first another one of the amazing reasons to live in
