so I am doing my boom box seven-day achiever program 2019 my belly's floating and it's breakfast day going with your day right and I've lost some pounds I mean that's 50 fat burners it's been a week on this channel presence and every one of your heads could be mine at any moment especially that dreadful girl Alice where is your brother Tweedledee it's a pity I have to say this phrase so often personal trainer and a cosplayer who also posts her opinion on YouTube and if you haven't noticed all this week I am posting videos done in cosplay buildings to be specific because it is villain week Murad so many of you have been asking me to do H Trisha Paytas video and here we are before we start I do want to say that this is not a I hate Trisha video so shout out to all the Trisha Paytas mega fans who only see the title don't even think about even watching the video and most importantly listening and leave a comment saying that I am a free congratulations I am a freak I really don't know Trisha as a person I know that she's extremely messy she eats hot cheetos I eat hot cheetos she has a big forehead I have a big forehead and anyone with a head that size is welcome in this kingdom now what I don't like our quick weight loss tips and tricks and that's what I'm gonna share today my opinion on Trisha Paytas weight loss tips not a hate video more of an informative video so a little background on Trisha Paytas Trisha Kay pizzas is a 31 year old YouTube blogger patos was raised in Illinois but relocated to Los Angeles where she became a stripper and acting as an extra HS have made over forty five television appearances along with mini music videos such as Eminem and Amy Winehouse many of HS videos on her channels consist of her consuming food in her car kitchen and in her bed she literally just gets to eat a ton of food on camera talk about her feelings she gets tons of views let's just look at a couple of her video titles gas station mukbang 7/11 eating show epic mukbang was Shane Dawson 10,000 calories all my favorite foods eating show Pizza Hut mukbang what I eat on my period ultimate Taco Bell mukbang $10,000 each Alan watch me eat a bloody horse heart but basically she is a vlog or blog Channel and she will talk about anything and her face is she really likes food so she'll just talk about her day and like eat her food and just do her thing on camera in 2012 it has reached 100k subscribers and that's awesome that's my goal this is hard you guys it's rough out here in the YouTube streets and tears up to that series 1 million subscribers she is now over five million so now that we have a little background on Trisha Paytas let's talk about her Instagram the Trisha has been posting a lot about a product called bean eyes I am currently in Maui of shooting my new music video and we are on a little break so I am doing my boom bod 7-day achiever program and right now I am working my afternoon a motivator to do me that little kicking energy throughout the day and suppress my appetite a little more so we get my next email it also is keeping my belly from bloating all you have to do is put a little bit of water into a cup Disick's literally 20 seconds a little shot of water you dump this pocket full of beautiful peace power in there mmm it smells like the islands too and then it's not so deep loading a lot of timing and lots of energy throughout the day I just think it's funny how a lot of these instagramers choose to promote a product they have so many followers but they choose to do this odd thing of showing people how to like mix powder and water when they literally could just take a picture of it and they'll still get paid very well the way that she was describing in the whole mmm game just sounded very not excited to try this product in there mmm smells like the islands tomb like I just didn't believe it so a lot of you guys who have been watching me for a while already know that I am not too fond of a lot of supplements I already have a video on it so I'll link it below but I don't want to go too deep into the boom bought product but I do want to scratch the surface I just want to I just want to lightly touch it like fat weight haunt this just like that but just remember the supplement industry is a billion-dollar industry the labels are not regulated or read or confirmed so many times you are just paying for expensive Pete you are paying two P expensive products that's just gonna flush right through you and make you feel like you're putting something that's good into your body but a lot of it is not the best okay so let's just read a little bit of an advertisement on their website the hardest part of losing weight is always feeling hungry right we get the struggle losing weight is not exactly easy so pretty much they're trying to get the reader to say oh my gosh they're right losing weight is hard and I am always hungry I'm gonna keep reading you often find yourself thinking about food never feeling satisfied and being constantly hungry oh my gosh how the hell did they know as you know this can lead to snacking over indulging and before you know it you are back to where you started boom bot is a simple quick and tasty remember people love quick and simple things quick and simple way to lose weight without feeling hungry and who would not want that the biggest thing that I see people complaining about when they go on a diet is what them being hungry and then having cravings each 10 calories shock contains a unique vitamin blend remember in my supplement video I told you guys to watch out for companies who say blend because what these companies do is they promote one ingredient that's in or a couple ingredients that's in their products but they only put a little drop in their tiny drop and then they tell you that it's in the products because it is in the product but just just a little bit of it and then they just fill up the product with a whole bunch of random fillers like the cheap stuff and then they rack up that price and you hand over your money for once again very expensive P and sometimes poof if you're going for that detox type of product now the nice thing about boom BOTS is they tell you how much of each ingredient is in the product now like I said I don't want to go too deep into this product I've proven so many products to be full of poopy and this one is probably full of puppies and fillers in a dash of the stuff that that they say isn't it but I'm sure the people at boomba know that the people who would buy boom bod would not do the research about boom bod because doing research is not quick and easy buying boom bod is quick and easy and the people who really know how to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle do not buy products like boom box so boom box advertisements always say it has a natural fiber that works to reduce your appetite and it's clinically proven to aid weight loss so just by reading that I can already tell that this product is just a bunch of poopie I'm trying not to curse because the whole dressing up thing might bring forth little child Watchers to this video so I'm very family-friendly today just kidding I'm not don't let your kids watch me I am the worst but I can already tell because they talk about this whole fiber thing they are full of it full of that a natural fire that works to reduce your appetite and it's clinically proven to aid in weight loss uh duh of course that's what fiber does fiber that's found in real food food that's high in fiber will reduce your cravings and your appetite therefore you won't snack or eat too much you don't need a 39.99 to 159 96 dollar products to do that you can literally just go to the grocery store and of course it aids in weight loss if you're not hungry then you will eat less and you won't be so enticed to pick up little snacks around your kitchen which means you're eating at a calorie deficit there's nothing special there or like mind blowing from that that's just what happens when you when you eat less you definitely do not need boomba to do that Tricia also booms about the amount of fiber that's in this product even though I think she has coffee and peace in her caption from the Boombah website but if you just go to the website according to their chart remember they promote that they have so much fiber and I'll keep you full their product has a get ready for all of this it's got one gram of fiber why are they bragging about that Froot Loops has more fiber than that wow that's wild and a lot of you are probably saying well these drinks and teas and juices really help curb they just curb my appetite and my cravings I'm always just craving something so I have to drink the boom box and that's actually very normal most people when they're craving something they're really just dehydrated I can't tell you how many times what I'm just like okay I'm gonna do it I'm gonna eat the whole cake the whole damn thing I'm just gonna smash it in my face that needed all of it with a side of hot cheetos that wash it down with a whole pizza and then a little spongebob angel just pops onto my shoulder and whispers maybe you should get a krabby patty but first drink some water and then my craving usually just goes away probably about 98% of the time I've had a craving I'm just dehydrated so maybe some of you don't like drinking water I'm very similar I like to have something other than water so does drinking clean water all the time so that's why I make my homemade teeth if you want more of a juicy flavor then you can just drop in some strawberries lemon limes your heart desires and boom stir it up and your cravings will most likely beat on and just make sure you're drinking enough water a little sip isn't gonna stop your dehydration but sorry to say if you bought this product you wasted your money so I'm sorry for that if you're thinking of buying the product just take a water cash forty bucks a hundred sixty dollars and just throw it right out the window and it will give you a same effect so I understand that Tricia also has a trainer and now works out and what's pretty sad is that she talks more about her binging and her boomba more than her fitness and trainer posts she kind of lightly touches on her eating healthy she never explains what her regular routine is if she did then I missed it because I'm constantly getting slapped in the face with her numerous boom bought advertisement so her following will think binging as her normal routine along with light workout and then fasting so we will talk about right now Trisha did a five-day fast and then posted an almost hour-long video talking about it so in the video she says before I she fasted she was just binging for the whole week the first about ten minutes of the video see just explains all the food that she was eating this girl went crazy like I really I would go on like a week binge so she ain't all this food for a week straight and she was explaining how her stomach was really hurting like super tight and painful from all the food that she was eating but then she would get stressed again and she would eat like a whole pot of butter pasta to get a whole tray of rice krispie treats that she made things that benders do you guys it's very it's like the opposite in of being anorexic like they can't stop not eating we can't stop eating and you get one thing you bring that triggers this thing and you're on your bed eating five packs of hot cheetos dipping them in ranch to the side a couple burgers and an Oreo shake while you watch Toy Story so I think she has a problem I'm not sure like I said I don't follow her I don't know if she ever talks about her binging issues but it looks like she's got a binging issue it's this close to home with me because I was the same honestly even washing a little bit of the video so I washed while I was making this video true like like I triggers me like makes me want to go get a bunch of food and just like take off my bra turn on the TV and just shovel food into my mouth so she posted this video because people were saying she photoshopped her before-and-after picture and she totally could have it's something you guys have to understand is that she took a whole week of just a full-on Food Fest getting like food is going into her mouth tons of calories tons of inflammation probably not much actual water in her system probably not a lot of fiber so she's not taking her regular poops I completely believe this before and after picture I showed you guys what I look like before I take a poopy I also showed you guys a little video of what I look like I have endometriosis and PCOS so I get bloated quite a bit on my period and that's not even as big as I can get like that's like you know pretty good-sized I'm not quite fully to my final form you imagine if I ate all of what she ate while on my period I would look quite long and then in a couple days because I have done that before I would go back to my normal body size because you have to really think about what happened she took a whole week of literally shoveling any kind of healthy high sodium type food into her mouth and then the very next week she decided to do a five-day fast for she does it shovel unhealthy food into her mouth and she only drinks water in its completely believable to me she most likely didn't lose fat if she did it was a very small amount but mostly she was just getting rid of all the water weight and the inflammation new video alert I did a water fast for five days see the result and the everyday struggle and benefits on my youtube channel now edit water fasting for a few days is not only safe but necessary sometimes our ancestors had to fast because they hunted their food fasting for five days can recite your DNA develop new stem cells muscle cells and immune cells after five days you've become an efficient fat-burning machine your brain uses ketones and you start feeling better let's talk about that a little bit I don't want to go too deep into fasting because I'll make a separate video about fasting you guys have been asking me about it for a long time I do want to say I don't recommend fasting through any type of bender I will never fast myself because if I did fast for one day I'm gonna eat a whole tray of rice krispies treats I do want to talk about her caption about how she justifies her fast a little bit because it looks like she edited it because people are calling her out on a five day fast and she had to look up on Google as to why fasting is it's good I don't think she actually understands the purpose of fasting so she went to dr. Pumbaa calm and coffee and peace of this to kind of justify why she did the fast but in reality she I don't think she did it for health reasons I don't want to speak for her I highly doubt she did it for health reasons I think she just felt bad about how she ate and they needed to do damage control the whole ancestor thing that doesn't really apply here because our ancestors yes they did have the had to fast they didn't kept they couldn't go to a grocery store so when they got to eat they have to go hunt their food pick their food than they eat it and then they can't eat again until they actually find their food they didn't have the luxury of going to a grocery store and then when they did have their food after their fast they weren't eating McDonald's ice cream doughnuts we weren't picking from a rice krispies treat there we're eating all Whole Foods proteins whatever they picked what kind of fruits and vegetables they were able to pick wherever they were located so when I asked people about you know why they're fasting they always bring up this ancestor thing but the people that fast when they're done fasting I see them eating like crappy types of food I don't understand it I do notice though that a lot of people who fast not everyone but a lot of people they're doing it to do damage control and that is very similar to what Trisha Paytas is doing right now she had a whole week of just crappy food she probably felt crappy and now she wants to try to fix it with a five-day fast so this whole five-day fast posted video kind of gave her Watchers a subconscious message that oh if I have a week binge like Trisha did then I can just go on a five-day fast like Trisha did and just do a do-over I can just do over everything I just did for that week and it's all gone the fast just fixed everything and that's usually the mindset with someone that has had a bad day I was like a whole crappy food of eating our whole week of eating they the first thing that they think is how can I delete what I just did so I'm not here to argue is fasting good or bad I'm here to say the way that she's promoting fasting is making it look like damage control is is a good thing I just thought it really just made my progress even you know longer to get to my goal so because I wasn't good at like not eating I I always have to eat I couldn't do the whole like fasting thing so I would punish myself in the gym whenever I would have a binge and I would do my damage control and I would have to run ten miles I personally thought oh if I punish myself it'll make me not want to binge more right no it didn't do that it just made me think that I have a way to get out of what I just did I have a way to do damage control I just ate a whole cake well that's okay because I can go run ten miles and let me tell you running ten miles isn't even putting a dent into the amount of calories you just ate if you ate a whole cake actually let's look it up really quick running ten miles you'll burn out amount of thirteen hundred and fifty calories let's look up I would eat a I usually just binge on like a whole chocolate cake so I couldn't find like an average amount and a whole cake but I found a recipe pretty close to what I would make and there's five hundred calories in each slice and there's 12 servings 6070 - like I said that 10-mile run which took me hours didn't even put a dent into my binge and so what happened was is I kept binging my binges actually got worse I I wouldn't go from like one binge week to like two or three binges a week because in my head subconsciously I thought that I could do it over I could get a second chance I mean that whole you can't outrun a bad diet was very true in my life so that's one thing that kind of bothers me about just your page has content cuz I would totally motivate me when I wasn't educated in eating healthy and having a healthy lifestyle to just okay I'll binge and then I'll just do damage control because this chick just lost a ton of weight doing damage control but really she just lost a lot of water weight so fasting in that type of sense is not my cup of tea when people ask should I go on too fast and they're just fasting to do damage control no don't do it and like I said all the other quick fixes like detox teas not make you go to the bathroom a lot and it just explode all over the toilet you guys know that's what's happening when when you take these detox teas when you see like Kim Kardashian or any of the Kardashians or the Jenner's holding that teabag saying they took it they just exploded all over the toilet they drink a tea and massive diarrhea all over they're probably very expensive toilet cleaned off their butt or maybe one of their servants cleaned it off and then they took that picture how the tea up and say you should do it too so one thing that helps me get out of that damage control mindset is I have to have that food just sit with me I can't I can't do damage control that's what I did I stopped doing damage control like I had to force myself it was actually very hard for me to binge and then not go to the gym and try to work it off and because I didn't have that sense of oh I can just work it off my binges started to reduce and now I'm here dressed like an imaginative character from a movie but basically I had to deal with the choice that I made I mean in real life you can't have do-overs right you can't just go back to yesterday you kind of have to deal with what action you took and then you make the best of it so the next day I would just try harder and that's all you can do the fasting the tease the boom bought or whatever else that that's on Instagram and being promoted is not going to delete what you just did it's not gonna make it go away that's not exactly how the world works just move on and try again tomorrow that's all you guys can do that's my opinion I don't hate Trisha I love a messy woman that can cry on the floor half-naked while eating hot cheeto that's right up my alley but I don't support for petrol eating the notion that boom bot has most to do with her weight loss or any other product for that matter like a lot of her post makes it look like I don't support spreading a message that you can binge and then try to do a do-over with a fast I also don't support detox tea because diarrhea is not fun not fun for your butt not fun for your toilet just not fun for anybody I just don't support unhealthy eating habits that's it that's what I think about Trisha Paytas weight loss posts I completely congratulate her on working out but I don't support the other stuff remember people you don't have to be a size 2 abs are great to have but you do not need them to be healthy but health is very important and I want all my walters even the ones that hate me even Trisha Paytas to be as healthy as possible thanks for watching everyone I am now gonna go post a picture dressed like this on Instagram you can go check it out if you'd like to and I will see you guys next video get ready for a very fun villain to show up on this channel [Music]
