Master DaVinci has left his study to visit with a client as his apprentice I am constantly fascinated by his work the man is a genius however recently he's been in reckless spending most of his time sneaking into a dark room hidden within the estate I managed to disguise myself in an attempt to lay eyes on what has been consuming master DaVinci into my excitement I discovered a mysterious tome which sits in seclusion on a small table in the stockroom it appears to be some sort of codex a book of secrets unbeknownst to him I will intend to aid master da Vinci in his quest to uncover its contents prior to his return should something happen to me along his journey I will document my progress for his once said by the great philosopher Socrates the unexamined life is not worth living good morrow good morrow recently in England just got back so I thought I'd brush up on my English a borescope poem English that intro was actually inspired by what's written on the back of this puzzle they've got a whole lengthy story about how Francesco who is da Vinci's Squire decided to steal the book in trying to open it so we kind of we kind of were inspired by that but this is a codex a lenda this was out on Kickstarter awhile ago and they'd ship some they sent me one to review I thought man this thing is cool there's exactly what a puzzle represents for me like the mystery the sort of history to it like look at the sizes it's actually super-heavy even engrave my name on it right here which is really cool and so the whole point of this is to open it up there are five pages but to get to the next page you have to solve the puzzle and yeah I don't know how long this it'll take me I don't know if we're gonna do a two part video or one part I'm not putting up a time I'm just gonna enjoy doing it cheers guys if you enjoy what we do here all I'm asking is for you to leave a like and subscribe without any further ado let's get into solving I'm really excited about this the Codex Celinda this is pretty big this this puzzle comes with this it also comes in the book of clues which we won't obviously be using here it says handle with care' I do not read the Snoopy apprentices guide I keep the code s sort in a dry place all that but at the end here it says lastly an apprentice of the Vinci you should always have on your person a paper and a pencil the pencil to help with tight spaces your fingers may not reach interesting and the paper is useful for recording notes and drawing the puzzles ok so we're going to use a back of this as our paper and we do we have a pen instead of a pencil again it's kind of weird that they they say use an external tool because normally puzzles usually provide them so that being said the first thing you need to do on this thing is to open this part here this doesn't move right and so you have these four things I'm guessing if we open all four and that's a no okay okay there are symbols maybe just the two these don't seem to have any magnets on him or anything so I don't understand how this this is loose but I don't think it's meant to come out I don't I don't know how to open this and put them all down yeah there's just no real way of opening this so just open here if you look under here it's gonna be hard for you to see but under here under the sides here when I move one of these there are a few pegs that are held up and I'm guessing I'm guessing those pegs are stopping this from rotating so how do how to get those pegs out of the way do we is it now that we use the pencil I don't want to I don't want to hurt this at all there's also a little black dot here and all of them have that black dot doesn't get pushed in I really don't want to break this they should not have told me that I can use an external tools I'm gonna be using this at every corner I'll refrain from doing that do these rotate in any way again this is coming loose and I really don't want to I don't want to break anything this one seems sturdy enough so honest I can't rotate it through I feel like I'm forcing it if I do I really don't to force the I don't want like this I'm gonna say but I really don't know if it's a combination see these look like symbols like little people really when you think about it maybe it's telling me I should do it this way God thing's heavy man that's a no side down it's not moving at all this lever here is not moving at all this one which opens this portal or whatever I don't know what to make of this hmm five points here maybe nothing these symbols are bizarre they do look like little people like doing something I don't know what they want need to do with that though I'll start taking notes right now the first notes - question mark see it's just a question mark I don't know what's happening what would you do right here guys what would you uh see in the back it just says Francesco poked and prodded at the odd book testing for any sort of weakness but in the end you discovered only four movable things what did they do what do they do what do those things do what do these four moveable things do right they move they move where do they move it gets stopped here and there are two pegs one two that are emanating from the book here and here and I don't know what those two pegs do looks like they might be able to slide this way so therefore huh what do they do can't be pushed in the camp people death can't be rotated they can't be lifted up well I feel like that opened a little bit more than before I mean this puzzle is really hard to see even get started I don't understand it says what do they do what do they do do nothing they move back and forth alright I've resorted to using a hint alright now these hints are not solutions they are hints so they are made for use I didn't want to use any I still don't but for the sake of this video for the sake of getting this thing started I think we might use the first hint so the first hint says page one which is this the mechanical iris hint one if it doesn't move easily it wasn't meant to be moved at all this thing doesn't really move easily so I don't think it was meant to be moved I'm right on that hint - only four things can be moved at first before different things are hidden from view four things can be moved at first and that's what I'm saying there's these pins that are underneath but I'm guessing they want me to use a pencil to move those that I only have a pen it's pretty thick a smaller pen one that may fit yeah okay it's one so I'm moving these these little things to the side again i refresh so you would have taken me forever to do that had I not read that hint because I didn't want to move anything with a pencil and that's stuck alright check this oh my god Wow how cool is that oh it's this who knows what this is oh oh oh my god it's so cool Wow Wow [Laughter] yo this is dope oh my god this is so sick okay at first the four round keys confused him since removing them did nothing to release the turning lever there were no markings on them nor any distinguishing features to say the least and nothing changed when they were put back into place and removed a game and chesco is becoming irritant this infuriating book and did nothing but taught and cajole him to solve the mystery of the wooden construct that even DaVinci had himself had to lock away inside an empty room as he accepted defeat he began placing the keys back into the original slots one of the keys slipped and revealed a void along the slotted channel turning the book so we can look at it from a horizontal angle Francesco saw what looked like for separating pegs pegs resided in the spaces that were right between the two arms of each key and yet they were cleverly hidden from view when facing the book head-on pushing each one away from the circular door seemed to do the trick okay that's what we as what we find almost later the apprentice found himself lying on his back staring up at what appeared to be some circular door on the book yet now it hovered above him way beyond his reach glancing around and seeing nothing but blackness he slowly staggered to his feet grasping in the air to find anything to steady himself against he found only in only air and stumbled into darkness almost running face-first into a wall he's back up there was suddenly allowed grinding the giant door button began to close taking with it a last bit of light fear began to set as he realized he had no idea where to go no light would help guide the way he walked forward using the wall as his only form of orienting and orientating himself in the darkness after a couple of steps his hand lost touch with the wall and stroked nothing but air he immediately stopped and backed up until he felt the wall again what is this what are we talking about here what's going on he decided to go right dragon which eventually gave him to an intersection with two halls going left Oh considering a number of intersections and turns he already encountered it slowly donning the apprentice that he was trapped inside a massive maze with no light and his only sense of touch to guide the way there explaining this maze is what's happening right now so there's this little knob which rotates and I have to have to exit the maze does this have anything to do with anything I think not so he walked forward using the wall as his only form of orientating himself after a couple of steps in his hand lost touch and stroke now there immediately stopped and back up until he felt the wall again he did this two more times before realizing it was a four-way split not exactly sure how to translate this text into this maze this doesn't really rotate okay oh that's clever okay okay that's stuck there okay so there's like a little tag in here stopping that from coming up but it seems to be just round and this definitely does rotate huh so how do I find my way out of this maze if the questions we'll just try or should we should we try and follow I think we should try and follow what they're saying here you walked forward using the wall as his only way I guess that's forward he stopped and backed up until he felt the wall again that means huh decides to go right okay let's go right then let's follow what Francesca wanted us to do yeah right is a dead baby so we're not doing that we're going this way and where does this take us so that's a dead end this one seems to open up so we're gonna go here well I see doesn't turn anymore so that's a dead end there it's kind of a dead end as well as well as okay so that's a dead end that's a dead end okay here this is cool I like this type of puzzle I know if you guys can see the maze in here as well as I can however so that's to go back down it has to come back here this is where we started maybe I can turn here that is a dead end as well so then here okay that's a dead end there so we're gonna go here just randomly going through the maze [Music] how does one exit the maze though that's what I want to know how does one I said the maze is this it here is this the exit oh it's there I see it see it how to get there how to get there you see here's three years possibly yes three over here I must return unless I go around no but I mean that's the end of it oh yes oh yes oh wow looks familiar okay before we touch that let's read some of this whom with the plot thickens so so far Francesco has gone into that room he has stolen the book and he's lost in a maze he found himself out the maze was vast and filled with seemingly endless amounts of dead ends and curvy halls many times he found himself hitting the same set of passages after being turned around in the dark every so often he would encounter an indentation on the wall almost like an engraved letter or room eventually he was able to recognize previously discovered runes which allowed him to backtrack and find a different hallway I see this is a codex there are these runes that I have to go back and look at okay there's one particular curved hallway that seemed to end and it was there where he first heard it the very sound made him freeze mid step which chilled him to the core it was a terrifying screech like a rusted sword dragging across a rock but following a sort of pattern like that of a footstep reach reach Francesco began to hurry down the long corridor frantically searching for any turn and hoping it didn't take him to a dead end at first it sounded like he was running towards the noise but it's ooze began to fade into the distance until it was no it was no longer audible he didn't stop running until he reached the end of the corridor and rounded the corner he hunched over panting Francesco's mind raced to analyze the corridors and turns he had taken during his hasty getaway building a mental map of the maze when he first started out it seemed like he had worked his way outward until across a creepy corridor which curved much like the outer edge of the circle or an ellipse wait a second was I supposed to somehow like remember these things I really hope not but I fear like the answer is yes oh boy okay oh boy the assumption was correct perhaps the exit of the maze did not lie at the outer edge but rather near the center okay that we got to the center or in this case of an ellipse like shape at its other Fawcett point so seem possible finally he had a plan on how to escape this dreadful place and continuing weaving his way through the turns roundabouts and dead ends eventually Francesco turned down a short halt where he saw an entrance into a small well-lit elliptical room that could only be the end of a maze upon entering the room he noticed that the center of his space was what appeared to be a large board resting on top of trap door there were also two poles positioned within a slot it had been cut out from a larger board these poles acted as guiders for the large board forcing it to stick to a linear path when it was moved realizing the only way out was down he slid the board off lifted the trapdoor jumped through and after landing with a thoughts a softer thumb Francesco straightened up and himself standing at the center of a large bridge like structure probably this here at its center there were two clasps that seemed to be holding the structure in place glancing over the edge the apprentice noticed 14 boards that ran underneath the bridge pushing them made the center clasps moved slightly which had to mean the boards and the clasp somehow interacted with one another we just stop here and appreciate how amazing this whole experience is alright we continue perhaps they had to be positioned in a certain manner the floor was etched with more of those strange rooms spread spread evenly in an interval like fashion across the floor while on the other side of the bridge he could make out the letters of his language also etched on the floor taking all this in francesco deduced that the boards worked in conjunction with the runes perhaps placing all fourteen sliders in the correct positions would allow the clasp to be disengaged but figuring out how another matter entirely so this gets extracted here I see so this doesn't move these move okay so this matches this the words that we're going to find here oh okay so we have English here in English here and then we have those symbols over here one two three four five six so we have 14 symbols seven symbols DaVinci is seven letters we have it at the penis okay there's a D let's see if that works DS a there's no B okay that's not that's not gonna work you guys could see those letters I'll bring it in just a little bit for ya so what I'm thinkin what my guess is that over here the runes that we'd encountered somehow have to translate over here okay it looks like it starts here oh maybe this maybe this maybe this so we got this little so we got this one first here I mean unless this is written this way I know so this one which the line the top do we have that anywhere lying on the top with a dude doing a backflip no yes this one is this one so maybe you got to read it like this the lines here it tells me I kind of have to read it that way doesn't it wouldn't you think I don't know what orientation this is but I see this first symbol this first symbol is right here so maybe boom which is no letter over here okay that's great no letter awesome exactly right okay so maybe these wait 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 boom that's got to be it right here sorry sorry about that here we go first one is this just like a guy doing a thing or a girl which is not there which is not there it's definitely out there huh where is he though do we have that anymore see it's right there it would be this guy here which again would be no letter maybe it's a space you know unless he shows up elsewhere does he show up elsewhere yeah he's down here too he's here as well I don't know why that would be this guy repeats a few times so maybe it's the bottom one maybe starts at the bottom here we'll try that we'll try it no that's that's a no that's nothing here man oh man oh man oh man oh man so okay maybe we start with this guy and it reads like this hopefully oh that looks right and again nothing over here though what's the next one is that he's not even there so that one is there it's also there wait it's on the seventh right no I need to be in the second position no matter where it is it's gonna be in the second position so whether it's top or bottom it's gonna be in a second position and it's not in the second position here it's not a second not here not here not here weird strange but if there's a sentence here with a comma I just realized there's a comma there so this is definitely written this way these are all words I'm guessing which will uncover a bit later this will give us this is the Codex to help us uncover this language the secret language this is so cool so how do we read this that which means yeah we should start here but he's not there Wow is it the order in which this thing moves do you know what I mean but that doesn't make sense how would you possibly know what direction that's in how does that make sense do you don't even feel like DaVinci could be spelled here somewhere maybe it isn't so much finding these but maybe it's finding the word and that gives us these runes and then we use that later like that might be this just opens me know okay are you getting what I'm saying here you get one there's this slide those slides okay these move out of the way I think when the correct thing comes in right these runes are not corresponding to anything here what are things that da Vinci is known for one of the things that da Vinci is known yeah we have a look at a clue I think Michelle page three paradox sliders hit one what type of art is to bid she known for famous for right there okay I was on the right track what language was his country known for Natalia and to the paradox lies in the number of sliders do you really need 14 of them I don't know do we da Vinci the Mona Lisa correct Antoine Mona Lisa da Vinci okay thank you but there's no M here there's no mm here oh no no that doesn't work okay really you're gonna give me a clue like that what type of art is the master da Vinci famous for what language was his country known for Italian okay Italy I spell the word Italy anywhere I know this house it makes sense there's no this doesn't work and then the other hint was the paradox lies in the number of sliders do you really need 14 of them the paradox lies in the number of sliders and if you don't need them where do they go you go to other they go on the spaces obviously there's spaces here so maybe these go on the spaces whether spaces here to see this doesn't make sense how is that a clue and I can't spell Mona Lisa what type of art or what type of art I guess painting P a I know n there's no there's no there's no anywhere he's known for painting correct that's the art he's known for unless inventing is an art how is this a clue the paradox lies in that what language was his country known for I mean what language is Italy known for he's from Italy correct he asked me from really making me second-guess everything it's Google of course he is um it's what type of art is da Vinci known for I've googled he's known for painting and painting an Italian a painting is in Petera the act but the thing is like I can't spell any of that here I can't spell it what do I do what type of art is the master da Vinci famous for what is he famous for the type of art is painting what language was his country known for weird question Italian what language was Italy known for I'm guessing Italian Latin maybe however in parallel most Italians also communicate in one of the most are the regional languages that are indigenous evolutions of vulgar latin painting in Italian is Keetoowah or is dipinto is the act of painting so Petera NEP Torah I can't spell it I can spell Petera there's a P there's an eye there's a T there's another T here there's a you here and then RA and there's no R or a here so that doesn't work can't spell P Torah case because why would they give me these clues right maybe these clues are written here but again it says I possibly don't need 14 of them even those 14 symbols here thing is the symbols that are here are not in any order here like I mean the first symbol is not the first one on either side Oh what words can we spell here do you think P a PA B P a BL table blue castle what type of dish is the master DaVinci famous for pictura there's no R there's no R in this entire thing and there's no n no are no and what type of art master da Vinci famous for its good to DA good there's no honor so very hard to recognize the symbols by the way because there you're not something you're familiar with see and you're kind of constantly going back for okay let's try the next word then the next letter and then doesn't give us a letter darn it so two of these ones here are back-to-back on this word here Bam Bam right here so maybe maybe we figure out how this works like this and letter H Allah doesn't make a lick of sense why would you have two H's in a row so that's wrong this codex isn't working out for me why does that give you the letter H how does that make any sense oh boy oh boy what way are these facing or these upside down how does that help us I don't understand how that's gonna help us what if I have to spell it with these letters which does not correspond to what those letters are that work these I don't think these letters are actually equal to this maybe we have to find the word in these letters this guy here's a letter T interesting okay I don't know where we're getting but we're getting somewhere we've got these four as well it was like a dude sitting on a toilet there he is he's up here blank is he anywhere else is he dude sitting on toilet so this guy here we're looking for him more okay this symbol here we have that one blank here's again obviously blank these things have lines over them I don't know what that means there anything spelt here in the first page no lines over them right so maybe that'll help me find some letters like that are the true ones so here this guy so these three letters here were over lined so let's see that one here okay lines up to nothing oh I have no clue where we're going the only clues that we have is what type of art is the master DaVinci famous for what language to know for was his country known for gonna be Italian maybe would be Latin but we've tried that what was it Victor a Latin for painting sure tabula is a tablet a painting tabula maybe tabular tabulate ta be oh you EMB you was the hard one if that's it l AE [Music] okay second part tabular picture a tabular picture a that's what we're looking for no P well maybe it's a space here oh I see t pick picked a AE go Bam Bam baby we move on to the next woman and cool okay Luke immediately Francesco set to work pushing the sliders to and fro trying multiple random configurations despite knowing that the odds of chancing upon the correct order were infinitesimal e small which is true however it wasn't until after about ten or so failed attempts that he began to notice that the rooms on the floor seemed to follow a specific pattern there were repeats through the floor but was even stranger that the opposite floor with his languages alphabet seemed to correspond to the runic letter on the opposing side of the floor Francesco began combining the letters descending order trying to form some sort of phrase or sentence that may tell the correct order of the sliders his train of thought was interrupted once again by the sound of the metallic footsteps fading in and out he was definitely not alone but whatever it was had been physically attacked him yet looking over his shoulder once more he returned to gaze the floor where his eyes drifted over the letter T a and B until he could spell tabulate picked a you know which is Latin for painting thank you hints which barely helped me of course the master would use such a word considering that some of his most famous works were indeed painting francesco immediately began pushing his slider especially the final slider in a place where was subtle loud click and the bolts disengaged another trapdoor opened Francesco jogged over to the opening and jumped through not wanting to wait around for the metallic screech to return this time Francesco found himself landing on a small circular pedestal with a strange beautiful design carved into its surface however it wasn't until he studied his environment that he noticed that there was a similar pattern cut out of three much large circles they were all stacked one on one another's surrounded the pedestal completely off in the distance he noticed two poles located at the opposite ends of the puzzle which could only be the bolts preventing him from escaping this new puzzle walking over to one of those Francesco gave the pole a push but it didn't budge he concluded that somehow the three wheels were preventing the bolts from being opened there was no sign of a pillory a pulley or gear system connecting the two together walking back over to the platform that in case the larger wheel that same runic language was etched onto the floor in a circular procession there were even some odd cuts all around edged into the floor in a circular procession the perimeter of the platform almost like the markings of a measuring stick from where he stood could also see an extruded tab jutting out from each one of the large wheels with an arrow pointing towards the tick marks in the pedestal okay these are arrows here when he pushed one of these tabs the uppermost wheel turned enough that the arrow now pointed to the next tick mark Francesca also noticed that his this affected how the three wheels aligned changing how the floor pattern looked like when facing it from a bird's-eye view somehow the orientation of the floors pattern corresponding with a solution of the puzzle but there was no visible pulleys or gears connecting the two he knew that he had to first figure out how the two systems work together before he could even dare try matching the patterns okay so this moves here also I'm pretty sure we can decipher this now that we have those words and letters in there we might take a look at that after city says he has to figure out how all of these are connected first stuff stops there okay so that stops that and this goes here this bottom one spins freely all 360 this top one stops spinning top and so you probably never saw spinning with this awesome you know oh when it connects with the other one so look the middle one and the top one are now connected let's get the scoop you guys a better view here the middle one and the top one are connected see that and and then the last one connects to that one so now well it's loose here and it gets tighter as I turn it this is like the room game pretty much similar to the room game when you have those 3d puzzles that looks here bird's-eye view that's close we're close actually look at my monitor here I can see a little bit better I mean that looks lined up it really does what's this thing about the arrows though oh there's like a piece missing here that needs to be filled up I'm just looking for the empty spaces now you are missing a little slice here what if we decipher what those rings mean this time what if we do that cuz we know what they mean according to this one this side right interesting this is a cool design trying to see if I can get a glimpse at underneath how this looks like I wish I knew what these runes meant maybe that would help me like from everything I can tell that looks complete alas it doesn't move although I feel like everything lined up I assume it isn't but very hard to see everything okay that looks everything looks lined up oh oh here we go next page please thank you all right we're getting somewhere is the last page look at that it's probably we're gonna have to discover what the runes are jumping down into the empty space outside of the three wheels Francesco walked to the entire perimeter let's go Francesco you can do this trying to figure out how exactly the wheels worked in conjunction with the puzzle each wheel only featured one of the arrow tabs and just as he was about to push one of them he heard it again screech screech screech whipping around all he could see was a disfigured shadow growing across the floor far too close for comfort not exactly wishing to meet up meet it up close he turned and ran further along the perimeter hoping to put a little distance between them before trying to climb back out as he ran a large grinding sound blasted eardrums as if one of the massive wheel began turning with him keeping pace with his speed and it just stopped everything suddenly went quiet looking back Francesco saw no looming shadow tailing him but he did see one of the wheels extruded tabs had moved from its original position wasting no time Francesco climbed up out of the corridor and he turned to look at the new floor pattern that had just been formed by the movement of the wheel next he turned each wheel by a couple of marks trying to gauge what was missing in each wheels pattern comparing the missing to the existing and then comparing that the pattern found in the central platform as he was turning the bottom wheel he noticed a very small gap appear for a split second before disappearing again underneath the middle wheel Center he descended through the trapdoor he once again found himself face to face with another giant puzzle counting the puzzles already encountered he deduced that this should be the final puzzle since the first book only had five pages - emboldened by this thought Francesco eagerly began to study his surroundings looking for any clue to the nature of this new puzzle however the longer he stared at the general layout of the of the puzzle the further Francesco's heart sank free recognised one of the Masters most iconic and beloved beloved puzzles the cryptex these puzzles were known to be nearly unsolvable lest the user knew the preset code and this one wasn't that same blasted runic language perhaps the wheels set rune could be found among the previous puzzle pages yet without a copy of the book in his hand in a search for extra clues there's no way he could figure out how to solve this cryptex perhaps he was doomed to remain trapped forever the final solve oh my gosh these are the symbols here but how to know which runes are rich is another rune here I really had to figure out the language of these runes apparently now there were three that were underlined prior let's see if there's any other this really didn't help me find out the rooms here however there were three that were underlined which we wrote down therefore possibly not just three huh what does this all mean and those three which I had written down here yeah for those of you noticed yes I have changed my sweater Midway this one how do I know the order of this oh all right we're doing it this way how could I possibly know these symbols Wow okay first of all this is written backwards I got my selfie camera and here it says I was beginning to wonder how long it would take you to find the courage to explore my secret room to be perfectly honest I did not expect you to make to make it past the cryptex well done to answer your question yes I know you would not be able to resist playing with the Codex even I must admit it has an almost supernatural attractiveness to it however your trials are only half over you'd think it'd be that easy to become an apprentice to the greatest inventor that ever lived now in order for you to keep your apprenticeship you must now reseal each and every puzzle exactly the way you found them do you truly believe you are worthy DaVinci that's cool was this a here oh my gosh okay this thing fell backwards to guess if you hold it up to the light sunlight burner this is called optimal time for light burning it's cool it was like an invention this however Francesco sat down another an utter defeat there was no way you can possibly remember the layouts the previous pages let alone various forms of cryptic runic language the final door lay at his feet spanning across the floor taunting him towards madness as if he knew it was never going to get open then out of nowhere a blast of air wash over his back and neck making him practically jump out of his skin crashing the floor Francesco rolled and looked to see what had snuck up behind him although there was only one thing it could have been yet it was not fear but relief that washed over him he noticed that actually wanted to Vinci's mechanical inventions a self-propelled cart apparently it had been following him this whole time strangely it had two concave mirrors positioned on the direct okay so now this explains how how Francesco closed up the book Wow so this okay decoding it only confused and further since it appeared to read as a riddle so he decoded something in here which read as a riddle which said if dark is left and light is right if dark is above then color is below if dark is for then light is too if dark is quad then colorist try for some thought Francesco concluded that the phrases were only meant to offer guidance for solving the three-wheeled puzzle yet as he reached the okay so that on a three-wheeled puzzle on this one here that's what was written if dark is left then light is right if dark is above then color is below if dark is for then lightest to darkest quad then color is try okay so it gives you clues on how to solve them even though we we solved them one of the letters had a bold horizontal line running directly above it the symbol for o this was it you'd finally found the fourth letter of the rune and now all I needed to do was form the four letter passcode so which one is that which one had the dark letter the dark oh this one here so that is the letter O right there boom zoom in on that that's kind of cool actually so this one is the letter O kind of hard to make out but then the other three which and the other three which were these ones here one two and three all right ended up unlocking this over here and this spelt the word see lo see elo which roughly translated to conceal or hide and chesco left whose feet began turning the large disks until the proper letters lined up on the left side no more than a few moments had passed after collapsing into his chair did the master burst through the front door of the studio jolting francesco up right he quickly turned to his artwork on the desk as DaVinci strode past him towards the forbidden room and just the master reached the door he suddenly froze his hand hovering just above the handle as Francesco noticed the very discreet stiffening of his spine the master turned his head slightly as if to glance at the apprentice for only a second before suddenly disappearing once again into the private studio Francesca's heart was thumping from the sheer panic at the thought of trespass almost being discovered did he know what is angry lecture come now or later francesco couldn't think anymore exhaustion was finally catching up to him and his eyes began to droop close he had one final thought crossed his mind when the master had glanced his way at Francesco detected the faintest hint of a smile ooh I'm gonna close this up and then I'm gonna give you guys my final thoughts on this puzzle [Music] boom boom and boom well hot dang this thing I had to take this costume off halfway through I took a few breaks as well all in all probably took me about three hours I lost track of time what time do we start one one six now it's like five hours but we had a break in between there so we're like four hours a long time my my card filled up ahead and she died because I'm shooting 4k alright final thoughts first of all these clues I think everybody should have access to them because without them no way I would have figured it any of this out and they're not exactly clues that are like they're not solutions they're not like hey do this they're there they're you know they're clues and you have to decipher these so I think this should be for everybody they shouldn't say in the foreword they shouldn't read this I think anyone trying to solve this definitely has to use this that being said the language this language this these these runes that I wrote down I couldn't figure them out I really couldn't figure them out and I was trying so hard it's very tough to because like some of them look so similar but they're upside down or flipped I think I got like one or two letters but those letters never ended up showing up anywhere so at the end for the final part I was just kind of shipping around to see what would go through and all of a sudden all of a sudden something did so I feel really bad about that I don't feel like that was a legitimate way to solve this on my behalf maybe in retrospect it could have taken more time to try and figure out the the rune symbols the runic symbols might be just honestly just a lack of patience at this point after four hours I should have said it and come back to it another day but I really did I was seeing nearing the end and I saw the light at the end of the tunnel so I kind of wanted to get it done so that's my bad does it take anything away from the puzzle I don't think so I think if you devote enough time to finding maybe what the symbols are then you probably could have figured it out I say that I don't know for sure but I'm guessing that other people have people smarter than I that being said the story was great I loved the little story that I told you about the previous one and what to expect from the next one and that it's all encapsulated in a book and this is a book so it tells a story which is cool my favorite out of all of these puzzles was probably the Codex one the one that I think took me the longest was the one where you slide the letters around and it gives you the hint but without the hint how are you supposed to find that out right how are you supposed to find out a Latin word without the hint so I think the hint is necessary all-in-all amazing some some pieces did feel a little loose and some were slightly unglued I'm guessing from the cold shipping it to Canada all in all this thing is well worthwhile what a cool puzzle you definitely need a big shelf you're gonna put that anywhere and this comes in different colors as well you can get red and black and so happy with this I think a well worthwhile purchase definitely cool collector's item check it out I left the link below their site where you can check out and enough for me I'm
