doesn't matter it's in florida and it's t-shirt weather it's going to be a high of 80 degrees and not only that there's a high profitability margin today we're here at u-haul corporate has shut this auction down for the past year past year due to everything going on in the world there are a ton of units that means there's a ton of potential for profit this might be our most exciting score venture score buy purchase i don't know let's just get out of here and let's go make some money stick around cause you never know what the hells will find [Music] oh yeah we're moving moved straight to florida we were told we had to park on the grass but uh not many people come with a 20-foot trailer we literally had to park eight foot up on a hill you ready for this response you triple parked well we have a giant truck and a giant trailer what do you expect let's do this george some of my favorite words climate controlled that means quality units yeah maybe not always but probably i can't believe it george i honestly can't believe it we bought two two units here in florida this was a ton of fun we got this one 2702 that might be our lucky number 75 there were units going for a ton of money you want to see why i got it yeah did you even remember me bidding well the cheapest unit i think went for 50 today and then the most expensive went for like 1806 yeah but this for the the the deal that we got look at this ready here we go okay i see this is a 40-foot ladder my dad would love this ladder this is a 40-foot ladder this ladder brand new is going to cost you 350 400 450 depending on when you buy it but by far that is not the best thing good thing we have a 20-foot trailer with a huge nose just like mine careful now careful now all right it's a bigot oh my goodness it is a big end so we are on the second floor climate control and navigation is going to be an extreme issue the navigation is gonna be one hails of the challenge we are not gonna be able to fit this ladder in the elevator the ladder's gonna have to go through the stairs but trust me the ladder is good there's so much better in there it's crazy very much excited somehow we made it down here uh talk about a square peg and a round hole who the hail spot this was a good idea it was tight it was tight but that would be the understatement but we need this we need this at the ranch we need this so we can trim trees we don't have anything remember we came with nothing so this is an absolute this is a genius by 40 feet we can at least get 40 feet up in the air so that's a you know what that's just a bunch of common sense 40 foot ladder 40 feet up in the air you probably already knew that this is the first time we've used it we're using this particular trailer trailer yeah we're going to get that new wood scent we're measuring it with this 20-foot ladder 40-foot ladder but uh 20-foot sections i think we got robbed a few feet on this ladder what do you think maybe all right there's some more exciting stuff in there kind of let's go check a look i'm sweating that was a lot of work that was break time all right that's not even the best see this box here the u-haul box you can't see anything behind this box right nothing no you know i have short girl problems so no i think there's something incredible behind this am i allowed to take a peek not yet now this piece of wood was actually holding the ladder up so we'll we'll just take that that was the kickstand with the rope you nobody could see what was back here no you can't there was one bid for 50 and then my bid for 75. whoa careful that's hiding stuff too okay let's keep that hidden that that's the privacy wall right there i cannot believe it i can't believe it 75 we thought prices on these units would all go really high okay here look at this look at this we we figured like most probably people figured this is probably clothing there's some tools there's a there's a keyhole saw uh wait oh check it out we already have a gift card nice the underwear that is crusty under oh nice nice nice nice clippers look there's clippers i was just gonna say we need to go get clippers and guess what we just found some found something that looks like a bike chain to me uh that's not a bike chain what is that do your chain hang low uh my chain does hang low but what is this what does this make you think oh that's probably the chain for uh crank it crank it crank it crank it chainsaw okay we got some glasses i don't think they're oakley's i don't see a name brand on there there's speedway there's pillows we got some there there is okay i was not i've never found one of those before in the new unit i wasn't gonna look at this whole thing but now now you're intrigued uh intrigued to say the least what if we find it's very intriguing something's hidden in here oh it's a brush what's this call of duty call of duty ghost all right trim look at that there's the trimmer blades finally i need that those are those attachments ah yeah i need that for sure okay i'm just gonna move some of this stuff especially he's right here he's right here it wasn't me the po-po's are gone now i think they are gone okay we got now not one but two two chains and a leaf blower you're gonna see a leaf blower too i'll get to that here's an echo look at that he's actually the blades are sharp there's an echo here's a steel i this is steel so i bet you and there's fuel there is fuel ready okay is it a good thing or bad thing with the cover on i mean it's not the smartest thing i've ever done but i'm not gonna engage the chain so or am i [Laughter] it's got good compression it just needs gas this thing's good to go awesome score 75 and we don't even know what's all in here yet is that more uh trimming yes yes so remember the blade we saw yes well this is this is you pull down here that's an upper branch and you cut that branch about an inch thick by pulling so i could even use this to reach it and then the blade gets screwed into here and then this is probably a 20 plus foot pole georgia this is like this is brand new look it still has you know what i think this this person was tree trimming bladder they did like a tree cutting business maybe not even a side household might have been their main hustle because look look at this by the way this is beyond our purchase price right here we got all that and we need it here is a leaf blower oh that always comes in handy which let's check the fuel so who needs a broom when you've got a leaf blower that's how we're gonna broom sweep we're gonna blow sweep this we do have fuel in here now i was joking about starting the the chainsaw before but i am going to try and start the leaf blower because instead of brooming especially because there's so much sand in florida all i'm going to want to do is just leaf blow it out so let's see there you guys go a life hack for you let's see when you're living the story of life oh it wants to i hear it look at that here george six person ten foot by nine foot dome tent this even looks brand new oh they you think it's all in there we can you know what we could do what we could let this like when your family comes and visits they can camp on the property and so for them it can be like a camping trip for us it's home but they could camp anywhere they could camp literally anywhere so there's a dome tent remember i said i thought he was doing a tree trimming business yes i bet these cones i bet these would go down on the road around tree cutting just to make sure people you know they weren't getting in themselves in danger we can definitely put these to use on the ranch and brush up on our maneuverability skills what do you think you know what i was thinking you really need to start learning how to drive with the trailer so i can edit with a full trailer so yeah we got property now i'll set these up you can back in parallel park with the trailer that's all you you have to do shabby for not bad there's the gas gas can there for the chainsaws now look at this the business up here we'll look at just a second okay here's what i want you to see you see this here the rope okay this is an arborist rope do you see how long it is so they were using this for lowering the branches and all of that we have easily just right here this is probably a hundred dollars worth just in rope nice not bad at all i just saw something back there it just keeps getting better and better i'm going to show you in a moment okay but i promise you it's one of the best things we've ever found in a storage unit okay so pillows smell like nasty man bud yeah yeah they do but i have to look and see is there another parachute which that's not a parachute this looks like what is this what is that i think that might be the top maybe it's yeah you're right that's the top ten okay so this is like bedding and oh my goodness look at this george what you see all this that's everything from the tree yeah from the tree don't worry we're going to clean that all up that's from the tree cover dude our handy dandy blower yeah that's uh when you buy a unit you get a blower you already you know it's like you are it saves time cleaned it out let's see what's in here what you know what this is that is this is a tree bag for your tools for cutting the trees awesome were you saying about my big nose earlier that you bought the trailer with the nose because it matches your nose okay um let's see what's inside here i almost feel like there's going to be a military surprise in here you think they were tentative on the job very well could be especially in this area so that's not uh that's not far from you know the truth of what could be happening or it did happen and okay it's going to be awesome it's going to be awesome when you get back there are you sure you're ready for this yeah don't look in here yet okay because this is the best thing ever we found a rake on the property now there's a rake in the unit this one's got a button on it i don't know i'm sure oh there you go there you go what does that do oh bring it up just brings it also becomes a mini rake mini rig so then you can use this around your bushes george jeremy what is this oh my goodness okay it's not what i thought it was it's not what i thought it was there's glow-in-the-dark paint for when they would tent on the job potentially uh i think what was going on with some psychedelic usage that smells good smell-o-vision yeah yeah okay so that's that i'm gonna set that aside do you think they would use candles instead of lanterns when they camp out no i think there was some psychedelic thing oh check this out all brand new gear wow all brand new look at that all right you know what you could probably just sell this just watch the whole thing just auction it off on our sunday night live yeah uh we go live every sunday night 9 p.m eastern standard time we sell a bunch of the stuff that we find to you guys this looks like this is a rain jacket cool but not we're getting closer to it okay well there's the fishing pole to go with the taco bell so there's one uh two two fishing poles let's look at the reels here there's a guide series there's a ultimate guide series right there all right and um we live 15 minutes from the gulf we literally are on the nature coast yes and there's a huge pier well not only that we also have a pond a creek on our property i mean really we don't have to go anywhere to go this one hasn't even been used yet and this one is a a shakespearean i think a shakespeare right there okay are you sure you're ready for the best i'm ready show me show me 75 was pretty awesome but when i can't believe this is even in awesome you're killing me push hard close
