nobody gets to go down here like you had it crazy it was the craziest night out of any film i've done literally told us it was fake you can feel it when you walk in i'm uncomfortable right now this is all for sure different this is gonna be a night we're gonna remember so you believe this is 100 haunted the most haunted wow and the ouija board we said we would never do we're not touching that there's more ghosts here than there are people most times i've never seen anything like that our father who art in heaven i watched the door shut by itself you guys are surely down to do this because i'm not kidding like it is fun and exciting but like for me and seth this was our most haunted place we've ever done i had to leave the building because i felt like i was just gonna throw up so is that even worth it to do this then or what if that happens again i already knew people were gonna say this video is fake because it was so real and it was things were just happening as if it was from a movie there's not a room that you will walk into that something's not going to happen i mean it sounds perfect for like us in our channel we just don't want you guys to do anything you're not doing again it makes me want to like explore that realm more because for me like i didn't have to sit for an hour just to get a ghost to respond it was every second you have no idea what you guys are yeah like your queen of yours that's legit too but like dude this is like times 10. this is the whole reason we're doing it for youtube anyways okay guys we got our sushi final meal before we go to shanley is it not the stanley it's the shanley rainy foggy day i think this is it that's old ass building no no it's not oh my god this looks horrifying and look where we're at we're in the middle of god dang nowhere this is a ghost town this is scary how is this even a hotel look how destroyed it is i was not expecting this this is literally looks like an abandoned hotel apparently we have this whole place to ourselves so we're gonna go check in and get started we have a medium i'm gonna explore the entire area super old over 150 years it's gonna be crazy that's insane you did not tell me that it looks like a [ __ ] abandoned building i'm already here i'm like dang should we even go in i'm kind of freaked out the windows are broken what is this place guys for this trip we brought along josh you've seen in a lot of our old exploring videos as well as our new friend seth we actually met at the conjuring house found out he was related to the serial killer lizzie borden and he attracts a lot of activity during these investigations this place has literal like graffiti on it right there and then a giant haunted hotel this looks the part of being haunted too it's not like biltmore which is a big beautiful hotel this is scary here we go boys i'm ready the shanley the spirits are in no no no are you kidding me this is crazy sam how you doing my daughters are gonna go crazy i'm not responsible for anything that you're dealing with that's the that's what the waiver is oh my god yeah i'm good have you ever experienced any of that stuff yes i've gotten choked twice and scratched it was hard to swallow and i kept going okay it's getting worse i said whoever you are back off you did and the next week through the spirit box i said who had their hands around my neck i did oh my only happened twice in ten years not bad at all choked by a ghost twice i can't make them come out and talk to you guys and we don't fake anything so i always tell my guests if nothing happens still i hope and [ __ ] across the other side so it goes adam's room was right above that's where i was being choked hopefully none of us get choked yeah what there's a serial killer that's right above you might hear banging around and stuff so this is the first time ever a good run for you bro i thought seth is usually the bait he's related wow awesome a family member's a serial killer you don't want to be like so close to a serial killer you could do this we might get along our one worker one time before i was here she actually got yanked on bed by your ankles oh my god this is our room you got the have been the guy which would you prefer though for the girl what's up guys it's sam colby today we are here exploring with josh cinematic seth at the shanley hotel they're saying this is the most haunted place that they have ever been to legit no joke it's unbelievable you can already see from how creepy this place is you can feel it when you walk in i'm uncomfortable right now for sure different this is gonna be a night we're gonna remember this place is over 150 years old it was owned by james and beatrice shanley back in the 1920s 1930s this was a brothel and a speakeasy during the prohibition so basically they sold illegal alcohol there there's hidden trap doors that we're trying to find a guy scott we just met is a medium and a psychic so he's gonna tell us what's up before we even got here he's been writing down notes about our group he said he knew that a sam was gonna be here which is crazy because we called yesterday afternoon we're gonna go try to ask scott about the history what he knows about this place see if we can get a full like exploration and then when it gets darker we'll do some seances i'm nervous for this one man i'm not kidding you know we might have to go like to a priest after this yeah we're stepping up like this video this is gonna be insane all right let's go talk down let's do this [Music] it smells like old people i don't know one sentence like what would you say you do speaks the ghost short and simple i love it you did a good job not telling anybody who was coming because i probably would have fangirled that a little bit i have watched quite a few of your videos no way no way abandoned places doing paranormal i'm watching hey that's awesome you have such a strong intense feeling and i was fine before you guys got here and i don't know why i'd hone in on you specifically but man my stomach isn't a not when i shook your hand i was i felt it look you looked at me weird when i shook your hand yeah like i got like this tremendous sense of energy that just came like right off of you dude yeah what are you bringing with you bro it always happens you most likely in this group are the one that would be used as ghost bait i'm gonna imagine it's important that you keep yourself nice and protected here at the shanley it can be very overwhelming for you in particular there's a lot going on but what does that mean like does he have like an energy about him we have all these energy centers that run up and down our body and the one in our stomach is the sacral chakra when mediums and psychics talk about getting feelings gut feelings if you will starts in your stomach and it moves up and down your body sometimes it can be overwhelming cause nausea dizziness and it's basically your energy interacting with the energy of the things around you i've been trying to figure out what's been going on with me for almost a year now i don't try to bring any religion into stuff but i think that spirits are on the other side if that's heaven or another dimension or some other place when our soul leaves our body and we can communicate strongly briefly if we want to and then we go back to wherever that is whereas a ghost they hang out here really close to us they like it here i mean you've heard all the ghost stories doing all this stuff they're attached to a doll they're attached to the bench they love the hotel the car is their favorite they don't want to leave their son and they stay they kind of forget who they are and they start to become other things so they become monstrous looking black shadows they can't form properly anymore i've heard a lot of stories of like ah when i was 10 my grandfather passed away and i didn't know and that he was at the end of my bed and said goodbye and i knew it was him i could see him clearly and then he was gone but say grandpa says he loves the house and he's not leaving 20 years later grandpa doesn't look like grandpa anymore he's kind of evil looking ace is deformed his eyes are weird it doesn't just shadow a half a body you said you uh come here often can you talk about like kind of your experiences here you want that part of it first night that i came here i was a part of a paranormal team the first place that i went in this place was downstairs in the basement there's a handwritten note which i'll show you guys when we go down there and the handwritten note says do not enter and i thought it'd be fun like you was doing a vlog and i was like oh this would be cool do not enter that's kind of creepy but as i took the camera and scrolled across the note somebody whispered do not enter and it was a disembodied voice so i've been doing this for a while it's the first time i had ever heard like a legitimate ghost be like like talk like talk talk we have some devices here called ghost box or whatever somebody was running one upstairs and it said my full name and this is a complete stranger running the box we never met before said my entire name is i'm walking by him and i said hey what did that say and he said scott and my last name and i was like that's me so you believe this is 100 haunted this is the only place that i've ever been that i can say it's haunted the most haunted wow are you kidding me there's more ghosts here than there are people most times if you are good to the spirits here and interact with them in a positive way you're going to get a lot of good feedback would you say you know a specific room that you think is the most haunted the the basement is definitely the most haunted i've never been disappointed every time i go down there it's something this place has a rich history in the mafia and that might have been a place where they put bodies that they didn't need found immediately the owner lets nobody down there but she says she's going to make an exception and let you guys visit it yes let's go we're excited to see like a place where they stored bodies what's wrong with you were there a lot of people that actually died here there are a lot of people that died here on this location it's a hotel where people who didn't have a lot of money might have stayed for a while and you don't know what happens in the privacy of a hotel room the mafia absolutely operated out of here the irish mafia the people here have stories about hearing fights on the radios that they have should we start this exploration let's do it thank you so much man [Music] that was the same feeling i found the conjurer i was anxious about coming to this place and anxiety mixed with scary stories of course can like make you maybe nauseous we've been to so many like haunted places before in the past and had like the craziest things happened to us but like even the queen mary never really felt nauseous seth said the last time he came here he got super nauseous to the point where he was trying to like throw up but i feel totally fine now i'm not gonna lie it was when we sat down at first couldn't get comfortable and i was like looking around like i was about to throw up overall guys again we had no idea we were gonna do this yesterday afternoon josh was like my best place i've ever gone for any ghost hunt or exploration was the shanley hotel and we called and for some reason they were like yo we have a medium we can rent out the whole place to you guys what really helped you out they're giving us special access i'm so excited for this but also like thank you guys so much to the shanley people it's so accommodating like guys check this place out i thought you said stanley at first but this is not stanley it's way different way different i personally think just from the vibe way creepier they don't let anybody in here no i mean i wasn't special enough to go in i guess oh man but now you are yeah so this actually is uh an old phone booth there is no phone but we do hear the phantom phone ring dude look it's the trap door don't stand on it this is how you get to the basement no this is the secret basement oh that's secret basement so what was this you think used for high liquor and stuff they're hiding some things down here they shouldn't have besides uh liquor in the prohibition time the man who owned the hotel mr shanley got off of charges for prohibition so they know he was bootlegging so he got caught running a speakeasy here he still stowed everything down here including dead bodies he was friends with the president uh roosevelt at the time and that's why there's a room in the building called the roosevelt room yeah that just went off yellow oh what really just went off like two or three times all right ghosts i'm coming down nobody gets to go down here i would never have known this was there here we go guys oh my god if you talk about digging holes in here you may pick up some nice evps seems to make whatever's around here get a little bit upset because down here they would dig a hole maybe to hide a dead body should we just ask all right so guys this is a noise activated evp so when i talk once i stop it's only recording what noise it picks up and why is yours so special they stopped making these because they said that they kept hearing voices that wasn't there so everyone kept complaining it was made in japan by the way and they shut it down so whatever is left in the world from one year making these are here it's so special because they just claim that this one specifically can pick up ghosts there is something about that recorder in the way that it's built it will pick up things that no other recorder ever created will get what are people digging down here and hiding are you part of the irish mob were there any dead bodies hidden down here should we move that dirt and put it there are you upset that we showed people the secret room all right i'm shaking so bad i don't know why okay guys so it's only gonna play back only things that recorded which is only the audio so we're not gonna wait we're just gonna get ready yeah and just as soon as you play it's just gonna go and hear voices nothing down here [Music] some of it was stronger than others we don't have like a mic on that that's direct into here so obviously it's probably not as clear on the camera but you can hear it clear as day who was killed down here did you hide other things besides liquor down here how many dead bodies did you hide down here do you want us to leave this secret room are you going to follow us for the rest of the night so if it blinks twice when it's red that means it picked up something henry down here yes yes so we're here there's a shovel one of you guys use it as a trigger up here yep why don't you do it man let's all be quiet i'm gonna run the evp and just let him keep digging was spiking he's spiking over here dude do you want us to stop digging will we find anything if we keep digging yes leave that's so hard to tell we got some pretty good ones the first one i bet was the best yeah is there dead bodies on here was it said yes yes i think the scariest part is when we said are you going to stay with us the rest of the night he said yes i bet all the spirits here are watching us first time trying to get evps what are you guys's thoughts i wish it was clearer because it sounds kind of like a loud noise for sure but it like gave me hope that there might be something more clear i feel like the the yeses and the yeahs like could be just random noises that evp recorder was not touched not moving on a ladder so i picked up something when we were completely separated also just for the audience real quick so we've worked with a medium in the past and her name was amanda she claimed that she was able to actually see dead people walking around are you able to visually see these spirits or is it more in your thoughts more of a thought process and is it just like a different thing for each each medium or yeah we each all have different kind of capabilities when i was little i would see them more like i would see you or anybody else but as i got older it kind of more internalized so i know when they're there i can describe them and it's something you can turn off yes you know it's a pain in the neck to go to sleep and have all these dead people hanging out with you all right headed down to the basement now so when i was telling you earlier that there was the sign where i got the disembodied voice it's right here on your right do not enter i was here on friday and i didn't get any of this so you guys are in luck the morgue is here on your right i'm gonna set up the the flashlight that's set up for the flashlight yes and no question but wait so what does that do it just says yes or no the paranormal this is going crazy crazy okay who's going yellow dude i just got a breath on my neck was that you no i really didn't they went off as you felt that okay like somebody was talking over here too so this is set up on the very edge and you have your kt over here that you set up a static dome that picks up static electricity and then over here we have an edi which picks up vibration so if anything walks over here these lights on the bottom will go up and then we have the temperature sensor so if there's any spike reduction in temperature we'll see it the music box is my favorite once you flick the switch and turn it on like we'll test it out lay it down right there yep and as i walk in front of it oh god why is it a scary song too yeah it's a good like motion detector and same with this it's the same thing you it has to touch so should we put these in like the the right place maybe a walkway or something like that yeah they usually go in walkways where do you think you want to place that maybe by the morgue dude wait [Music] that's going off right now dude so as soon as you put your face over by the mortgage start going off can you stop thank you oh my god this is the morgue and then all the way down there so they just stowed dead bodies in this there's a freaking cross dj it's scott i have some really cool dudes down here they would like to know if you can help them out a little bit and uh maybe make some of the devices go off or maybe make some noise for them i'll tell you what did happen while you're sitting there is the geophone that detects vibration it did light up like one little light so something moved up tj is that you are you not tj oh that's a yes that's not tj tj is a man that was a vietnam veteran he worked here at the shanley when it was a bar and he was the bar back so he spent a lot of time down here and we know that he's here we've heard him say his name even somebody left the army jacket for him down here since he was in the army so oh that's cool yeah you'll see little gifts and stuff left all over the place so if there's somebody in here could you turn on or off the flashlight on the ledge like you like to do it's going down in temperature again when the temperature drops we think that that's oh god that's something taking the energy out of the air so they can manifest it's also the reason why batteries and equipment go dead pretty often when we're doing this stuff can you give us some sort of sign make a sound make one of these devices go off if there's any spirit here tj or anybody else please we'd love to talk to you it'd be awesome if we can communicate in any way by using these devices what's going on with that it's spiking up the chargers getting stronger so it's the leds and it's also getting colder it's getting way colder right 68.3 it was just 68.9 it's charging up it's have four porters in a hotel so for portals yeah do you think they are good or some bad or you know what they all have their own personalities happy ones sad ones children mean ones grouchy frank has strangled me twice and you do you think frank's bad or good or just kinky you know and he tells me i liked it he was supposed to be their bodyguard up here this part of the hotel is added on to in 1910 the whole edition lois is the gentleman's quarters only the men were allowed down there smoking drinking gambling and above here though originally was the living quarters for their in-house barber barber peter had a three-year-old named rosie rosie in 1911 walked across the street and in the newspaper article it says she lifted up the lid and fell in um so she was almost four she was three once she passed away they didn't want to live here any longer understandably that's when they converted this area to a brothel okay so that's why one room is dedicated to the three-year-old but we also have the two ladies of the evening up here dedicated those two ladies are part of the prostitution all three of these names do they haunt this place yes anna is the strongest of the three josh can attest to that yes wait what josh anna anna told me legit sounds crazy but to like lay in her bed and i did and she touched my leg maddie sometimes will actually really focus in on a certain man anna she likes the facial hair i think that's why you know yeah the original hotel was built in 1845 and it burned to the ground in 1895 so the whole hotel was is 1895 except this area which was built in 1910. the shanleys took over in 1906 and that's where the whole hotel got its notoriety well off to do businessman irish mafia down from the city he came up purchased the hotel and brought with him a lot of the notoriety thomas edison stayed here eleanor roosevelt was very good friends with beatrice shanley and it was just you know some place that people go oh let's go to the catskills this weekend beatrice had three children all died before the age of nine months she was totally the wife of james yes james we have a lot of deaths in the hotel mostly accidents but i can't say all of them were accidents probably been haunted since the 1850s or something the first night that i came here kept hearing a lot of screaming and fighting and i could feel like death and i asked was there any kind of major battles that happened around this area and you were like uh yeah you should look into it and i did and right on the way in that's a huge memorial yeah this whole area is native american you think we have even a native american entity here that is we call it the wolf yeah we've got it on thermal imaging i have it through my geo box why is the wolf here this is its home you'll come across a few of these names tonight i hope yeah so are you scared of this place i live here only one time i got scratched it came off cocky and i i apologize to them later on no i just had said oh i've been here now for ten months trying to get the place open and i'm i'm comfortable here now i'm good i own the place now i said an hour later i was walking down the hallway and i can show you the 1900s late 1800s child care was not like it is now like nobody cared what you did with your kid it's your kid i hate to say it but kind of it's your property and there's probably not all these roads here at the time maybe the main highway was here and it was dirt so there was horses and carriages no cars so this is a super safe space for a kid to be this is the hazardous rp rosie that's so sad this is just something i do for kind of fun yeah casual yeah casual use right like heroin you want to tell the spirits who you want to come and talk to you i want to only speak to human spirits no low-level entities or otherwise are allowed to talk to me now it doesn't mean they're going to be good humans it just means i don't want anything like uh the d word coming and talking to me [Applause] been just doing seances in every room right now exactly and maddie was all over you so yeah we've gotten a lot of unexplainable crazy stuff but the night's not over yet correct it's only one o'clock in the morning we still need to do one more final seance in the most haunted place where you guys caught the most stuff oh my god it's the whole third floor that's haunted we got a hit man up there there's a serial killer it's gonna be nuts here goes the exploration colby and i are in the rose room and they're right across in the silence what is that silent room what is that there's another room bro okay i don't like when they just hang dresses and rooms but wait listen listen see how hard it's raining it is a thunderstorm in a haunted hotel this is a [ __ ] movie is it just me or does it smell like old people in here it does go everywhere everywhere it's like one of the oldest houses here james and beatrice shanley owned this place her sister moved in and immediately died and lived in this room but is that door just leaves of nowhere yeah is it such a closet they said there was no more secret like speakeasies i call [ __ ] i think there's a secret place conspiracy this is this is the roosevelt room eleanor roosevelt literally the first lady stayed in this room it's like known that a guy hung himself in that room in that room like in the closet think about it we're about to go through the same door that eleanor roosevelt walked through oh it has a different vibe in here it like smells different too there she is okay what makes me confused is i feel like that was the door dude that was the door yeah that was a door clearly what's the difference but what if they hid the closet because they didn't want to did you guys hear that i did what was that what was that oh my god yes dude it's like deteriorating yeah this place feels different too this literally looks like they had seances in here or aaa meetings you know it could be either wait holy [ __ ] there's clothes up here oh my god it's across we need to do a secret room that's wait where's the chair right there it leads literally out to the hallway watch doesn't yes i promise oh [ __ ] which room has the number 25 on it that's calling our name this is the only one they don't let anybody in this room wait why we don't know what's the apparently how do we know it's the witches that's what they told us wait wait whoa whoa look at this look at this look at this oh so this has caution tape on it that's where she's enough to go it's only a bunch of kids toys do you think it's like that haunted that they're like no please don't maybe it could be i mean you can see like little kid handprints and stuff too so the room that we're in right now actually is the hit man's room what joe was a hitman for the irish mob the irish mob hired him often the same people that owned this hotel he has killed over a hundred people is he a different person than the serial killer or he really said there was two serial killers yeah that's why the third floor is so haunted then that's the serial killer's room looks like it's already set up for sounds as well dude i i instantly felt different in this room i just got yeah well i got a weird thing dude this is a rope to trigger object or no a trigger they might have used it as a trigger object but this isn't the room that the lady hunger says it was the next direction the other one this is where the ball moved for us yeah wait should we take this ball then put it in the hole let's go check out the other rooms come back do some evp seance that's what happened we left to go explore the other two rooms over here and then this exact ball came out of this room into this hallway and literally rolled all the way in here holy [ __ ] and there's another ball in here yeah why are all these like open for seances and having that door no josh did you just shut that door behind you no that door just shut by i watched the door shut by itself what the [ __ ] [ __ ] wait the door was literally shut by itself this is now shut with no cuts [ __ ] [ __ ] right in front of you bro have chills holy [ __ ] i did not stop recording dude i have chosen i do too holy something just open that door hey close this door right now are you still here [ __ ] that bell is still wiggling you can tell dude no you got that no camera we were all i was sitting right here you can see my exact action dude i was so close i just walked out and no josh like i swear dude i swear to god bro i saw the door shut by itself you witnessed it closed and then i came over here and was like what and then turned to you and it was open dude i'm i'm literally shaking [ __ ] hell dude dude wait wait keep keep recording let's show everybody but there's nothing in here that can make that noise okay dude like look there's nothing did you see the door being shut in front of you yes i did you see me [ __ ] yeah i dropped it i dropped to the [ __ ] floor i was so scared i have never done that i was right there i saw you look look okay yeah is it still zero zero zero cut still yeah yeah there's no [ __ ] like let's try walking out really quick and see boom look i know i know i was just showing the fact that it does not move and then you went down the hallway i went down the hallway put this ball right here just to see and then it's shut on its own right here and look at something it's not shutting it's not funny i have never seen that something was following us out of the room oh for sure there could be something unless there's someone in there and they shut it the scariest thing about it is that this is the serial killer's room i think that as a sign we should do assignments i think it's time yo we have a trigger object in this room serial killer likes alcohol alcohol there's a nip under that chair we got some tequila for him open it up a little bit you're gonna smell it right i just [ __ ] myself there's one thing about this room that they told us when we investigated if adam the serial killer tells us to leave we need to leave immediately because he's known to be violent so right now just to keep everyone updated we have the door open just in case it closes again we have a music box which is like again a motion center aimed down the hallway we have a rim pod that if it touches goes off obviously soccer ball emf and we're just gonna call out there was something here that just closed the door literally right in front of our eyes are you still here with us right now we have a bunch of devices in front of us we got a ball you can push and light up these devices the one i'm holding the one on the floor or just close the door again we just want to know if you can give us a sign that you're still here you want us to leave this room can you go in the hallway in front of the chair and make the music box go off just walk in front of the chair nothing we're just trying to talk to you and if you want to talk back to us go next the soccer ball with this device that i'm pointing to in my hand and speak loudly and clearly into it and that's how we'll be able to hear you so if you want us to leave just say leave are we in any kind of danger if we stay was it you that closed the door is your name adam oh my god oh my god dude oh my god it just fell over it moved the ball by itself it was there for a full three minutes why would it change and it moved at the end this was too rare i had to pick it up but honestly dude right in front of our eyes [Applause] leave should we be respectful and leave or should we try one more time one more one more time right we are bringing all kinds of rules right now should we be afraid of you if you give us one last sign oh my god let's get out of here dude it's doing everything we say we gotta go yeah we have to go i've watched it with my own eyes i think we got what we wanted guys he pushed it over twice after like three minutes why would i have moved in the first 10 seconds all right guys we just talked here for for a minute outside wow we definitely agree that out of respect for this ghost we should leave i personally don't think that warrants us to end the investigation this place is 100 haunted we only have this one night and i don't know when we're gonna be back obviously this guy's done for and he's pissed and he wants us to leave so we're gonna leave we'll try other rooms yeah we're respecting this guy who's the one that the girl hung herself is that this room back here yeah just in case there's the soccer ball where the [ __ ] did that wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait no oh my gosh did you just move that soccer ball no wait wait the soccer ball was like down here that's the one that was in the middle of the floor wait what did you not bring that no yo wait wait wait that was right there are you sure are you 100 possible yes we left that in the middle of the floor wait it was like on the chair like underneath wait is that oh god dude dude that soccer ball was there you're right i didn't move the floor just like last time remember we came out of the room and it was in here and all of a sudden now this yeah josh move your foot what the [ __ ] wait okay they're gonna think that's fake we did not put the soccer ball underneath the chair that soccer ball there's something with you because that's exactly what you said nobody brought the soccer ball outside no and that is the identical experience that you guys have exactly same exact thing dude they rolled up to me and i was just like oh there's a soccer ball dude i know you kicked it and then i didn't even understand we didn't put that [ __ ] there be honest did anybody move that no or did we keep we have it on camera did we put that in there that so when we left that was sitting in the center okay if that's the case we're gonna put up the most recent like picture of the soccer ball in the middle of the room that we got and on god while we were in there we did not move that [ __ ] it seemed [ __ ] fake it's gonna seem fake that came out and [ __ ] sat there and if the chair wasn't there it might be in the same room that we found it in wow yeah it had the exact same experience you guys had that on god bizarre i'm gone update what time is it 4 52 am you can see that it's about to get light outside literally the sun's coming up right now everybody went to sleep we hung out for a little while we did a little bit more investigating but didn't get anything i haven't heard too many more noises but it's time for bed wearing himself even though it's haunted i'm definitely gonna say sam got the king bed i got this shitty ass twin mattress cause we all know he's boss around here outside who got the master bedroom at home i'll see you guys we'll see you guys that's tornadoes that's a tornado siren we just woke up from the shanley to a tornado siren outside what a way to wake up yeah well thank you so much so much for coming survive the night thank god somehow we did it yeah we survived the shanley hotel good freaking job i'm glad we did it dude the door slamming the ball moving it's been an insane time the whole ouija board scott yeah guys the shanley people
