is that all you got [Music] all right welcome back to CNC equipment YouTube channel you guys uh probably seen a few videos on this big old truck if you're not I'll try to link them down below in the description this is the Big H recer that we built a few months ago you guys might notice the front grill looks a little bit different the reason is we actually sold it um to a customer but we got one last job for it so I bought a dead td25 Dozer down in Kentucky and uh we got to get it loaded on my truck and trailer so so if you guys are wondering what a td25 here's the td25g you guys been watching uh Scrappy Industries Channel he's buddy was mad at diesel Creek he's got a td25c and I think he drug in a g a while ago but so this is my 25g um we got a video coming out on it plan is I may fix this up and keep it myself these are a d8 size machine um without the Ripper way around 72,000 lb I believe um one we're picking up tomorrow is a TD 25e so it's a little bit older than this one so the one we're picking up tomorrow um is is an inop does not run I know the transmission's out they said I think they rebuilt the motor on a year or so ago but they left it sit got watered down exhaust and uh it's no good so anyway we're going to take the big record down there hopefully we can pick the blade up and drag it on the trailer I believe there's a grease gun port cuz these have hydraulic brakes on them that we can pump the brakes Up release those and hopefully we can pull it on the trailer so not we'll get creative and figure something out so we're going to get loaded up here what you there she is I set the boom down we're going to get a couple measurements to make sure we're not too tall catch me B it's a long way up here I have ELC on you need to fold your you got more of that green paint on you fold that mirr in I'll get hooked up we'll get this dude chained [Music] down yeah all right so he's done a couple measurements we're uh 2 or 3 inches over height up here so we're going to start this thing up it does have Central tire inflation and put her down in the snow sand setting right mud sand snow seene and snow it should deflate enough we're going to tighten all our chains back up but it should get [Music] us well we got her all on there got her down under height got the tires front and rear tires are kind of squatted down in sand mode what do you think it's a heck for load going to try to fight a scale tomorrow and try to weigh it oh I don't know how much that thing weighs so originally that truck weighed 40,000 before we added all out so I got permits for 60,000 lbs so hopefully we're not over that yeah we're permitted for 102,000 roughly I think somewhere around there so total gross but we're going to take off pretty early in the morning and uh if we do stop at a scale we'll uh bring you guys back in if not we'll see you when we get down there hey Bub yall need a recer we done lost out the recer beat us to the accident dang it we done lost things the blame for us we had 215 but we had 25 too or what yeah 215 2175 like four scrapers International we had ass actually International John deers had two cats it wasn't brand Loy yeah do a little can't drive past uh usually half an hour before and after sunset sunrise and sunset so it's been a long day here we got all loaded up everything went well um come back no issues whatsoever so I'll uh going Park this thing tonight then in the morning we'll probably get her unloaded at some point so you guys probably see we brought that other truck along reason is this blade is uh 13 foot 4 in wide so anything like over 12T you got to start getting a pilot car so on two lane roads pilot car has to be in the front like on your Interstate your four lane divided roads uh it's got to be in the back so but uh yeah we'll catch you guys in the morning all right we're back at it again this morning Kevin going to try to pick the plate up all right Kevin's Under the Blade I'm going to pull back on the handle maybe all right three couple chains from back the trailer Andy all right we got a chain duck set her back there that [Music] work we want this cus on this don't [Music] we ice pump for we going forward there okay so I know yesterday guys is kind of busy going on there but we're in the transmission housing we're actually on a brake test port so what we're doing is pumping grease into the two brake cavities so if you don't know I believe they start at the ease the seiz Will Roll free but the E and G's have spring applied Brak so whenever the machine shuts off Le this hydraulic pressure sure the brake supply so the only way to release those is to either put oil back on them or in this case we're put in grease so Kevin's pumped a little grease in it it doesn't want to roll and then we'll uh pump some more in it I'm sure you guys are wondering what we're doing we're putting some weight on the front of the Taylor forklift for tracing cuz forklifts have a big heavy counter weight which puts no weight on the front tires until you got until youve got some weight on the front so we're going to hook your chain up hopefully the Taylor will pull it off if not we got other means are number one got in four L are you going to hit the jump on the track I said keep trucking see what [Applause] happens oh we got more we need more grease you're dragging the whole trailer more grease going pop them up some more I don't want to put too much grease in there but all right shot about a half a two of grease in there there she goes go for it bud let's go it won't get you is that all you got all [Laughter] right [Laughter] perfect you did it it's cuz you got baby Taylor on the front Bud Boy Taylor me to [Laughter] yeah the way [Laughter] Randy it's about it tilt her back you widen your forks out Kevin go down and widen your forks [Applause] out there you go the other one perfect let me pull back in the L okay that's good whoa overing so on okay you out the way Randy yeah go ahead drer down forlift driver let's see how good the uh Hydraulics are see if I hold stuff up rolling awkward shoit look at that stay up the way y she's there she won't roll off now now we officially have a boat anchor Mo they said the motor was rebuilt recently it's got a that Inlet looks man new doesn't it it's kamasu rean turbo that wasn't cheap the problem I see here oh the o is it all the way up to there yeah where's the fill level is that the dot that's it's up to there but it's supposed to be down there so uh she's good yeah story is I don't if you guys heard me they rebuilt the motor in this thing run it and then about a year later the transmission went out so they parked it I guess they left the exhaust uncovered is that a oil filter I think it is it is a oil filter uh they think water got down the engine so I don't know we might look at it one day you guys can let us know in the comments I kind of bought it for part so um you guys wondering what a big old chunk of iron like this sells for $4,000 but it would it cost that much to get the stupid thing home if you hired people and truck home that's a problem with this big stuff is uh it's expensive but it's got a lot of good high dollar value parts on it it's got good undercarriage um sprockets so a complete undercarriage for one of these things right now is about $30,000 so it's crazy um this is a 25g I got in I think we're going to be doing a video on it you can tell the pads are worn down on this one um so I don't know what we're do we may do some swapping may even do a video welding these Growers up so you guys let me know in the comments the reason is those pads are like $110 $20 a piece so that adds up very quickly that's why I lot these big machines get parked they don't get run anymore they get so expensive to fix especially the under Carriage it's not like a little Dozer but yeah you're looking at 30 grand to replace all that stuff so and you got a dozer it's only worth maybe that much so a lot of times it don't make sense for people to do that but uh yeah I bought it for parts basically but we can see what happens with it so the big differen is this is a TD 25e that is a g this one still has the international 8817 C in it that one over there has a kt19 coming so this one's 8117 cubic in that one's 1150 cubic in um both good engines those cumin are freaking horse and those things I've rebuilt a couple of these 8 17s are good old solid engines too they are not environmentally friendly I will tell you that they smoke like crazy but uh anyway may have some good parts or something like that so if you guys want to see us maybe try to get that motor going it may be stuck I have no idea um let us know in the comments but uh hopefully guys liked her little Epic Journey it's been a uh been a good one fun times with the H truck for sure little Taylor or big Taylor forklift did give a little Taylor we put that on there for traction I don't if you guys could hear what I was saying there but uh yeah we H this saying come out of Flemingsburg Kentucky so guys are wanting to look on the maps about 4 hours away in the semi so we uh spent about an hour and a half or so loading it but uh rer truck is now on its way to North Carolina to its new owner and uh yeah I'm going to miss it maybe so I want to get the truck hook back up and as always we appreciate everybody watching for sure
