station signs auntie's collectibles we really don't know but when the daughter was asked what kind of stuff did he hoard she said oh you know stuff like gas station signs and things like that you know that kind of junk junk our gas station size junk what no I didn't know what you're asking she just got like big money alright guys so this weekend Saturday we will be driving a few hours north from here to go get an exclusive look so be looking forward to that video this Saturday it'll probably a 2 or 3 deal special but guys this is dangerous people have not been in these buildings for years the property actually only it was originally built with one barn and they said that he filled it up so much that he built the second barn and collected stuff and fill that one up and then he freakin built a third barn guy so what was he collecting find out this weekend other than that guys we have super super important business to take care of is they doing yes like super guys like big we're coming back alright guys so we are heading to Garland Texas yes Garland Texas where our last building that burned down was located why because we are meeting a gentleman to look at three different buildings yes we are looking at buildings guys we may have a building by the end of this video who knows so stay tuned to see them but while we're traveling to garland guys hey check it out so I was invited to be a part of a virtual public storage live auction this is how public storage auctions are all going to across the board look for the near future so while we're driving to Garland guys check out this call I recorded some of it I kinda actually it'll be really neat you'll get to see the platform how other bid how people are gonna bid how the whole thing goes down so if you are a live auction bidder you want to see this because this is how you're gonna buy public storage units from now on at least check this out alright guys so here is the email from public storage I got that last night May 18th obviously today's the 9th 8th so anyway I'm gonna go into here and what they did they said that we had to sign up for a ring central account and today is only a trial run I thought this was gonna be for real units they basically take a video camera and they go in there and they show you the unit every buddy that's out of the parking lot you bid if you win you go inside you pay for the office or you pay in the office and then the manager like normal walks you to the unit cuts the tag all that good stuff you put your lock on it and then you got your two three days usually with public stores I normally get a week because I buy so many units that they gracefully give us more time so anyway let me finish setting up my ring central account and that way that you guys can join us in the public storage trial run about how public storage is gonna do their options at least for the near future alright guys so check it out it says that my setup is complete so if your public storage does this let me tell you the setting up the ring central thing it literally took me like probably two minutes total maybe a little bit longer because I was recording but this was super easy so look congratulations your setup is complete username Grimes finds my only concern is is like I don't want other bidders seeing that that'd be a guess and advantage right so to stand in there live like usually I try to hide off to the side so they can't see who's bidding or see that I'm bidding against somebody so anyway I thought like maybe I should have put that under Katie's name or something but anyway so Grimes that will just test it out we also have the ability to get photos if we lose productivity and then send those photos you all via the meeting app but wouldn't that Brandi if you want to take us out to where's that I mean that's gonna participant yeah you can't see both at the same time can't see the door what you're looking at plus huge mess yeah we're I mean we're gonna and a little time looking at the unit and then we'll start the bidding so now we're gonna move on to the next floor to see if the connectivity stitch they're gonna lose connection you can't keep connection after for a phone call or like a text message let alone frickin taking a video up there and the lag is gonna suck a bit too right yes if it's public storage this is the mean which they will be conducting often yard waiting for the guy to get there so we can see the building let's take a look at what we just found in that beautiful store how much was that this was fifty fifty one dollars fifty one dollars like so we went to Garland both places in Garland there pricings all over the place not like Plano where it's like one flat fee and you can go in there and I just know a dollar dollar dollar this one like I was finding stuff for five dollars and fifty cents I was trying to keep track of my mind like an average right because I want to keep my average probably around two or three bucks a piece right so anyway let's show you a few of the items and then we'll go check out the new building all right okay I'm just gonna throw it all out here we spent 51 bucks let's show you a few items real fast so I got this was an LSU Tigers it's just a standard Tigers won number eight I paid seven bucks for that but I really feel like that's gonna sell for fifteen again I want to have a unit curry store right Mercker just because look it's got an event on the back or a team name but who doesn't want a flying slob on a t-shirt so and then this was like $2.99 it was a he'll figure athletic Jersey or kind of Jersey sweat-proof top I love MJ could be Michael Jordan could be Michael Jackson could be Melanie Johnson Jackson CPS Family and Protective Services oh I thought this was CPS that's why I got Al's like me somebody's gonna want a CPS t-shirt alright so I paid two bucks for this it is a Andrews anything one that punch to do in the face oh I think this is the dude but anyway look just a little Texas button-down but this must have been like a Walmart giveaway or something that's why I got it so anyway two bucks for that no brainer alright so this one it starts we are cool I love shark we growing up it's probably not gonna so but it was nostalgic to me so I bought it for 55 cents alright this was another 55 Center so that's what I'm saying like I paid a few bucks more than that Jersey that I wanted but 50 cents for a big lebowski t-shirt you can't beat that for 50 cents that's a ten dollar t-shirt all day alright so I bought this one I think I might put a premium on this because the older Looney Tunes stuff sells and like every time we put it up it sells so I'll probably put this one up at fifteen but it's an old school actually remember when this whole tune squad thing came out and I think they sold the stuff at Target way back in the days like in the 80s and 90s alright so just right here look I got a few tank tops say sun's out guns out this is not Mexican but let's party I got that one I was worried what the cashier was gonna say to me or look at me when I got out there oh she was super nice look this is just a run USA that's just a piece of masking tape but a run Nike brand USA I really liked the color schemes on that let's see what else I tried to go through the tank top I just got had an older cool look to it California it had a cloth tag on it let's just say us vintage what else did we get here I thought this had cool - I'm really into the 80s kind of colors like the bright colors so this said endless summer so anyway I just got that because I thought it was a being a killer $10 t-shirt I feel like let's see what is this hufflepuff okay hufflepuff she thinks that I think it's here I'm not really sure these are kind of older school chaps but they have the buttons there's no stains no holes the belt loose but these are kind of what you call this material you know I think I said the wrong thing it was like a prison called all right Gina picked this one out I thought it was really cool because Batman and Legos hmm that stuff sells so I mean you got a combo hey cross-collectible Gina found that one Disney Florida all our Disney t-shirts have been selling Gina feeling this well this one's funny ha ha isn't that so cool restaurant no I ain't going live this is probably gonna be 20 bucks this is you ain't finding these out there that much so I that's too funny make America great again tattoo anyway all right so hey that will be up on the Macari so what we think 99 cents per I know all right guys this is the last t-shirt I'm going to show you for this video but look down here we have to look at two huge trash bags full [Music] I'm not gonna sit here and make look at that look at all those teachers y'all we found a bunch of really good women's shirts like a bunch of really cool women shirts so y'all just check the store there's probably I don't know those will be up in a couple days but anyway I got this one it was the dollar ninety one XD excellent to each other Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure be excellent to each other you remember so the coolest shirt of the day is this one bargain hunter bargain hunter strips so if y'all don't know my buddy Rene you probably know him better from storage Ward's but his YouTube channel is bargain hunters thrift he has a cool thrift store out there too actually they're gonna have to be closing that down and I think but anyway go to his channel all that stuff bargain hunter Seraph me him and jeremy from what the hell's we'll be getting together within the next month to do but prob about a whole week of filming guys so it's gonna be fun we're gonna be here in Texas for a little bit then we're gonna go to California alright guys so we are back I've texted this guy and he has not responded so I'm gonna walk around and see if the door is unlocked it's not them maybe will peek around oh you can't see see things see in the windows oh this is a little front office that probably Katie's office right there Regina looked in here oh yeah nice wood floors oh there's the warehouse a little entryway a walk around here what I do like about this building is it look it's got two bay doors I think there's two more on the other side so we could put our forty yard dumpster right here all right just make sure you're not throw stuff in it but plenty of bay doors to put our stuff down put our dumpster right here there's a creek back here it looks like it is oh yeah I'm plenty of poison ivy my only my only concern for here would be security because I know there's a lot of homeless people living in the woods back there I know that from the cops and just from past experience so hopefully it's wired for an alarm if not we'll get it wired for alarm if we get it so anyway I'm probably gonna head out of here if he does not respond in the next 15 minutes [Music]
