[Music] the thing i'm more upset was he literally looked everybody in the face and said that he couldn't get it he was shaking people's hands telling him that he was owed negative blood that it was impossible for him to get it he didn't say a lower risk of getting it which i believe that's what the truth is he straight up said he's never gonna get it can't get it always trying to make sure because you don't want to bust anybody if you're not doing anything obviously you don't you don't even want to bring them that negative attention hello vicki um are you all having an auction there today [Music] i i have concerns about that auction i was a licensed auctioneer he has fake people in the crowd saying this is not a legitimate auction do y'all have his auction id number because he has to be licensed in the state of texas to be doing this i don't want this to be negative on you guys because he's a scam artist i believe you could get somebody to call me back because again [Music] um and i am going to be warning the community of rockwall just through some of our pages and stuff i'm going to be letting them know not not to go because i don't want them getting ripped off and because i love rockwall i love all the businesses there but i i know it's unknowingly but he's scamming people and i know y'all don't want to be a part of that yeah no we don't but let me see what i mean here's what i do know for sure i do know that he's done two auctions in this area with the same people in the audience bidding because i definitely trust the source i got it from uh he was definitely uh bidding to no one uh when he was bidding behind me he was definitely doing that i mean i've i've done ringing jobs like ringing is where you're catching bids for auctioneers like i've done hundreds of those jobs so i mean i know how to catch bids if you noticed in the video at one point he said hey nice eye or something i have to give you a job he was actually talking to me because he missed a bid and it might have been a legitimate bid but he missed a bid over in the corner and i pointed at her to let him know so i mean i know what i'm doing i know what i what i'm seeing and what i'm not seeing um so anyway we are here gina is gonna go in she took all her makeup off she put her hair up in a bunch put her glasses on she looks halfway homeless right now so she's gonna go in and she's just gonna register she's gonna get pictures of the papers because they don't give you a copy of what you sign so we're going to get a picture of everything you sign and she's going to go in and see if just get some video and see if uh the same people are in there that were bidding some of the same people and we're going to see if some of the same items were in there that we know we sell because my assumption is is that they have multiple of certain pieces because some of those things like i said i showed you in the video yesterday the one thing i mean that that was what what frustrated me the most to make me make this video again was the covid thing because i was just dumbfounded that he told the crowd that so anyway i don't know if he just didn't want to wear a mask or whatnot but uh anyway so that's that i need to put the camera down before they come rolling in the parking lot and be like hey who's these people that big fuzzy thing on the thing so gina's gonna run in uh it's 1103 right now it's the same gig she's going to go in about 10 minutes sign up for a thing she's going to see if she sees some of the jewelry here's the thing my client also told me y'all know the pearl necklace he sold at first for 150 something something like that he sold for 150 the guy who went to another auction said that's exactly what he started with in this one so let's see how many of those pearl necklaces he has um in there so if we go in and gina sees another pearl necklace i mean he's probably got a bag of them to be honest and he's just selling them so anyway y'all hey authenticity and whatnot and if there was any way to get the texas um license id number you know just to make sure that it was all authentic and stuff like that and she kind of skirted the question she did she started it and she she went you know she was like we travel all over the place and stuff like that that's all they're doing they're they're using these stories of oh she she just made up a story about we've been in business forever you know in 1994 yesterday at the auction she said you've been around for 1994 and you've got no fingerprint or footprint online of your business i heard him say something about he was doing on carnival auction on carnival cruises or something back in the 80s that was his pitch yep those are all scams too those are taught to be scams mike jones my texas auctioneer guy he taught us that that was a scam and had a video so hold on a second all right y'all so look i got my whole freaking crew in here about to take the off road so i've been texting back and forth um so some of you may not know that i well you know i've told you i was a licensed auctioneer i went through mike jones uh auction academy here in the dallas area he's one of the most respected like people in live auctions period like he's just he's one of the dudes to know but i've been texting back and forth with him just to get some advice and he's been walking me through this to get what to get um so because i just knew it's a scam and i mean he does he still has one of the biggest auction academies you know period and he does a good job so i don't do live auctions but i love this industry so i want to take this clown down you know what i mean so anyway so uh they have skirted they're supposed to have like their auction id number is supposed to be on the paperwork they're supposed to announce it before the bidding starts uh they don't have it posted anywhere in there there's no i couldn't find it yeah it's not anywhere in there i looked for yesterday because that's how i usually know like it's legit you know what i mean so anyway so gina asked on film he asked um and i was there in person yesterday so that's three times they've avoided giving the license auctioneer number the problem is mike said that if i called the cops they're not going to do anything because i want to shut this beast down there's people in there right now being taken advantage of yeah i actually might go in there to the hotel and tell them like look i don't believe these people are licensed i don't believe that that any of this is legit i'm gonna tell them right now your customers are getting ripped off right now you think that it's even customers from here or well some of them just come down from the lobby yeah you think so but if you look at their ads online there's no information about the company i'm calling bs that you've been around a long time because i've been around six years and anytime i put any ad out there i want everybody to know about my business right yeah so you don't have and there's no id number in his ads either which is he's supposed to put in the ass too i looked over the the registration form and that's when i started asking her you know like about the tax or the id number so here's the dots and this is what mike jones even said uh when i was messaging him today he said look that's like the video i showed y'all in auction academy and he said it's the red dot method well they use green dots but basically that's what they do is it's a scam so uh anyway so i think what i'm going to do is i think i'm going to pull up because he's in their bidding right now and i'm just going to go in there and let them know that like look this guy's supposed to have a b c d and he doesn't have any of the above and your customers right now and people in this community are being ripped off and i'll tell you what i'm going to do tomorrow when he posts on that thing again because he posts real quick and takes them down i'm gonna find out where his butt is tomorrow and i'm gonna stay on his butt i'm gonna let actually i think i'm gonna send all this information uh over to mike to let him kind of because i mean he knows anybody and everybody if there's anybody can get this clown off the street it's him but all he'll do is move over to the next state or something that's what these fools do he said they're gypsy auctioneers so anyway hey guys we are like for real this is a mission now to take this fool down because he's literally gina just said if you saw in the video that mom and that son like they were being freaking hosed in there they were there so much money in there and she she spent easily three times retail on most of the stuff in there she spent thousands of dollars and this guy and the people he had hid in the crowds is freaking hosing people did you look at any of his jewelry no i mean he was over i mean but what he said about the appraisals that's not how appraisals work this guy is a complete butt clown and i called you i warned you now if you get a complaint that this dude's freaking hosing people in your freaking thing it's gonna come down because i'm turning all this information over to the texas department of license to get this guy out of our state all right guys i'm gonna go in and warn the hotel one more time if they don't do anything there's nothing else i can do if they don't want to protect their customers and there's nothing i can do but let's go in and warn them it's like leaving the wallet it's like leaving your wallet you this morning about the auction stuff and i'm just gonna let you know that i've been on the phone with the state and your customers are being ripped off he legally has to have all his information posted on all of this by the state of texas and i have him on film from yesterday where he was ripping people off and has fake people in there bidding people up and i'm just telling you that this is the last morning because this is going to come out i know you can't do anything today about it but i'm telling your customers being ripped off and that is legal illegal the police won't do anything about it but you are allowing that guy in there no no auction id number no not you not you not you do you all have any of his information like his texas state yeah you have to be licensed and all of his stuff has to be on every piece of paper it has to be posted in the sign he has to announce it before and i went to one of his ones up to the street he's traveling around they're called gypsy auctioneers and that's that's cheap stuff they're knocking to go i was a state licenseer one of the people that directly that does the runs the auction academy here in texas is licensed he actually does the education to license auctioneers i've been on the phone with him and he's he's the one that asked me to get all this information together because this i promise you i wouldn't be here if this wasn't true but this is my industry and i'm protecting my industry and you all need to protect your customers because if you walk in there i've already sent three people in there with the camera to get his auction id number and they keep skirting it they won't give it to us they're scamming people so if you were to go in there and ask him for his auction state texas state id number he has to legally give it to you if they don't have one what he's worth 8 000 i can buy that stuff in bulk right now and that's what they do they throw this penske truck and they ride around and they rip people off so i literally watched a lady and her son get bamboozled out of thousands of dollars yesterday that would upset you wasn't it and if you noticed he wasn't wearing him is he wearing a mask in there is there any way that you can get your manager you know don't get that information yeah she did she was very nice so yeah he's going around town selling people all this fake junk if you saw my video yesterday okay the lady that was sitting right in front of me to have the african-american ladies sitting right in front of me with the black person she's in there right now the same lady go look at my videos she's in there right now bidding people up go back to my video and look at that lady it's the same lady i've already got her on film in this room right here my wife went in there and she's in there doing it again what they do is they pay these people to go around and sit in the audience and bid people up after he gives them a story of that it's worth 8 000 when it's not i this is what i do and it ticks me off that he's taking advantage of people it is and if i call it if i go in there just be bad i'm not going to call the scene because it's a texas license thing they have to you have to file a complaint and i could call calling the cops we've asked for it twice they should be able to provide it immediately what hotel are we at marry us spring hill suites and rock wall areas of their emergency uh it's it's i just i need to see if i can get an officer to speak with me about an event that's going on at the what hotel is this marriott the marriott it's by the center mark right on the um service road okay you're in and i walked off so we're just going to go home so i mean i guess at the marriott and rockwall pd or cool with people being ripped off then hey cool beans i did what i could do
