HEARTBREAK! Rats ruined so much in the locker I bought for $1,510 at the abandoned storage auction

oh no is that a refrigerator macy's california that has got to be from the 70s made in switzerland what the heck you do not find things made in switzerland oh that's a little better now we're talking disney catalog another fat little elephant and he's so cute this is what i'm talking about right here come on what do we got oh waterford oh daddy likes that what the heck that that looks like another refrigerator right there oh my gosh there's so many raptors just raining down oh man you guys oh this is a heartbreaker the rats totally got in this it's all disney plush it looks like [Music] what's up locker nuts all right we're back at this unit you know which unit i'm talking about right come on if you haven't seen like my last i don't know 36 episodes no probably like seven or eight episodes we've been going through this unit right here that i got for fifteen hundred and ten dollars at an online auction it's been fantastic it's been like beanie baby heaven all right well let's get in here and i think we're gonna find some more good stuff today oh all right i forgot i forgot how many boxes i left here last time a little bit of stuff that i keep bringing out in and out in and out a little bit of wasted work but uh it's just what you got to do when you have a unit that you are invested this much into we've been here over the past two to three weeks i've rented it for a month so it's still some time to go through it but let's get let's let's make a nice chunk today starting right now all right you know i just remembered the last video that we ended i ended with this i had pulled this out of a box that quickly identified as going to the dump which was a busted up lampshade so this was inside the lampshade wrapped in paper j-u-n-g-h-a-n-s junkins quartz westminster avenue i don't know it doesn't doesn't appear to be anything like super special it is uh plastic what are these called skeleton clocks i think sometimes they can have some significant value but i don't think this one does is glass though cool all right guys well here's what we got here's what we got i did a pretty good job of clearing this wall i called it the wall of treasure but we did clear it not all the way we still have some stuff over here a little bit of stuff over here but ah man huge progress that's the back wall not too far back there i don't know if you can see it but it's right there so we have like maybe one two maybe three layers of boxes beyond this which appears to be a six foot folding table full-size mattress looks like disney plush sticking out that bag right there that's unfortunate though looks like it's been chewed up but maybe we have some more plush up in this area right here let's hope jesus t-shirts vintage t-shirts would be good all right let's keep oh now is that a refrigerator that looks like a door door refrigerator oh man that's what it is dang that's our stinking refrigerator right there that sucks let's get to this area right here you can see the rats really have gotten in here with this shredded here it's probably food in this box here lots of shredded stuff droppings they made kind of a mess on second thought let's go to this area over here let's clear this so i can scoot the washer dryer over and then free up that area how's that and then pretty soon we're gonna get to this trunk right here this chest box says garage on it pine spotlight there's an anchor for a boat i got a little bit of tools in here nothing too terribly exciting though this one says garage and tools also it's heavy oh man this thing's a beast let's open it back here oh boy what do you got here bug zapper okay we've got a vice a bench vise look at that that's kind of nice a little rusty but i think it'll clean up babco level what do you call a bench grinder see a jack here there's a lot of stuff in here old tools six inch bench grinder okay that's this okay cordless drill old one that's nice craftsman all right this will make a great flea market box right here this is some good items for the flea market yeah look at this this is kind of nice this ge dryer it's got a clear door right there and it's a big dryer let's see there's the info right there there we go there's the model number right there got my my uh iphone takes a little bit better but look at the inside of this thing it doesn't really even look like it was ever used this thing is super duper clean i don't see any scuff marks on the side of that metal or anything all right let's see what's in this one pull this little guy out okay plumbing parts first aid kit a nice that is okay and we got some beanie babies just a couple oh look at they're both the same it's like mother child all right what's this mystery box made in china mystery box it is a ceramic box in a box a ceramic box and a cardboard box that is super boring super boring there's a little probably handmade doll right here oh 18.95 okay oh okay what look at this look at this piece this is some uh embroidery i think framed wow merry christmas 1997 from mom it looks like it's something special a vintage board game family feud that's funny raider figure it says they've really packed their stuff up too it's i mean i think the duct tape is a little excessive since that box is in that box already oh look at that wow that's the vintage piece right there george bolanda pretty cool this is a very very old macy's box look at that macy's california that has got to be from the 70s okay what do we got here this is interesting what is this oh what's this it looks like silver plate international silver company crafted in usa what's this i think this is just all silver plated the international silver plate okay okay w.a rogers silver plate another piece m a rogers okay and this to match it wma rogers it's nice stuff this one's kind of interesting because i see a lot of uh i don't know some kind of linens tablecloth something then i see cardboard boxes in between let's see that's it makes me a little curious oh and this is nice got some more of this vintage textiles here okay here's what the box was it's an old stationary new old stock stationery with envelopes that's neat oh look at this decorative curtains look at the curtains oh jemco that's an old store definitely taking this stuff home i'm taking that home old kitchen towel not so much will donate there's some vintage napkins right there i don't know if those are sellable collectible desirable we'll see we'll put in our auction and we will see you guys if you don't know what i'm talking about when i say we put it in our roll that into tomorrow or something got here too late i had to pack up all the shipments this morning that's why i got here late from auction last night i was doing a bunch of packing red dog saloon juno alaska look at that vintage a's athletics hat 1988 al champions that's cool a couple of nice vintage baseball hats okay what do we got here look at this good housekeeping cookbook this is a very old cookbook we've done well with the old cookbooks in our auctions so that's a decent find now we're getting something a little bit better 1944. that's old okay good good good good okay go come on something different for real i've never seen that before a medallion that's nice product of ireland this is a good little box right here yes yes yes yes i've been waiting forever for this day to come so this isn't home sweet home adjust it's kind of dark the good news is right here we got twice as much good news this time yeah oh this is neat cutco cookbook cutco knives are very expensive i love when we find them 1956 on this cutco cookbook i've never seen this before wow it's got such a total 1950s look like the the fonts and the design the graphic design everything i love it i love it wow this is neat what is this nutcracker or something or i don't know looks like a nutcracker guy it is a nutcracker no right wait ftd isn't that flowers so you see that right there it's got like a thing either you clamp onto something or is that for nutcracking i don't know but it is made by goddinger g-o-d-i-n-g-e-r-1995 right there i don't know guys i've not seen that before okay now we're talking come on come on now i'm excited yes corvette keychain vintage that was a porsche keychain vintage that would be so money probably 100 bucks got two of these those are very nice brand new new old stock love that cal star a little helicopter pin and it's a little league baseball pin and we'll add that to a pin lot in the future i got here i'm not as impressed with this well actually that is kind of nice a lot of work went into that we'll add that to our auction i came around i kind of like it now we'll sell it disneyland 1997. refrigerator magnet nice this is good ephemera right here old paperwork automatic washing this is some old stuff look at that owner's guide rewards automatic clothes dryer an electric washer wow neat it's just some old paperwork i mean this is straight up ephemera right here stuff that really wasn't meant to be collectible but now is oh look at that kenmore automatic washer wow oh this is neat look at that there's an old cookbook or they jump right into it and they don't have a copyright page so i'm not sure the year on this and i don't have all day but i'd say that probably looks like the 40s right there yeah homemaker's guide for modern brides what i'll put i'll put that aside before cancel culture gets a hold of that carnation cookbook another very old booklet love that dude look at this recipes got a wooden cover oh oh oh oh this is neat it hasn't really been used that much just a couple of them in here what a neat booklet oh all right this one's super heavy and i see now it says laundry room okay got some laundry stuff no big surprise there what is this a grout they have a bag of grout homes you need to throw that away that should not have been in here uh a bunch of shampoo and cat stuff okay yeah it's a big thing foxy clean wow it's pretty much full yeah a bunch of stuff here this is actually all really good stuff for the flea market sells really well at the market [Applause] next box all right now this one i'm not so excited about because this one's got the big hole on it see that big little hole that the rats chewed in hmm what were they after here oh man look at that soft soap soap refills hand soup soap that's that's some good stuff right there i will not be bringing that home but again that will sell very well at the market muscle up some protein more cleaners and stuff this box smells bad i don't know what they ate through that for i don't know what's creating that smell in here but it doesn't smell good these are gonna be hard to get too because they're so dang tall i got nothing to step on here oh let's get this out all right here you see back there what the heck that that looks like another refrigerator right there we already have one right here that looks like another one oh i sure hope not i sure hope not it could be though one of them could be from the garage and one could be from the house and i could see that i could see that okay look at the trail of rat turds right here i'm gonna have to sweep this up because that's just too disgusting right there we see a uh another walker so definitely some health problems in this family i think somebody let's do the sweep first and then we'll dig in some more boxes what we got here next box ooh jones new york it's a leather jacket right here i was not expecting that oh wow look at that i always kept nice and clean thankfully thank god for that wow this is like a suede this is really nice it's so soft guys so soft faux suede it's 100 polyester and faux fur okay so it's a polyester but dang that is uh that's pretty nice i'll tell you right now from where you're sitting watching this video oh macy's 140 right there yes that's a nice that's a nice jacket okay good little fine there oh my gosh there's so many raptors just raining down gross stop spilling oh man that is really too bad do you see that that is really too bad we got a bunch of plush uh disney plush and there are rat turds the smell coming out of this bag is horrible horrible i'll tell you horrible look at that that's a real shame sorry mickey you deserve better you deserve better the rats have got into that bag so bad so bad i mean the smell is so strong i'm putting gloves on guys so you know that says something when i put gloves on that means it has gotten to red level nastiness and that's where we are right now that's what we've been elevated to red level threat level red oh it's so gross that's some kind of a shop clothes like overalls or something like mechanics overalls completely tainted dang that's too bad a little mickey that would have been a really nice piece but it's destroyed oh man you guys oh this is a heartbreaker the rats totally got in this it's all disney plush it looks like do you see that they got in there though i'm not going to dig through that there might be some that escaped it because i see some plastic bags within there but we're not going to even do that we're just going to dump it oh gross so gross look at the look at the floor that's hecka nasty okay we're just gonna have to uh take a break and do some more sweeping all right let's see what we got here this one's pretty tainted too i think i can just smell it some kind of a plush there but taking a chance on him there's gonna have to be something really nice in these boxes for me to keep because this stuff is grote hmm old yearbooks nope it looks like there could be some older stuff in here chapel and church prayer cap all right there's a little rosary there's some interesting stuff in here guys definitely not going to dump it without going through it because there's a few things here it looks capturing my interest like this what is this what is this man okay a little rosary i can't read what it says it does say something boy that looks like it could be silver and if so that's gonna be like the first silver rosary uh so i'm not holding my breath i don't think so but definitely need to look at that closer look at this my rosary we just sold some rosaries last night they're old oh here's another looks like silver huh i can't read that either it's got a little tiny writing on it oh it says right there sterling silver wow okay i'm definitely gonna be looking at that closer [Applause] whoa okay we're gonna have to look in that that is not empty yeah here's a little another little pin right here old pins okay oh all right what do we have here oh ooh whitehall we found whitehall before and i think that was the good stuff what is that right there please be a diamond please please please oh boy we're going to take that home and which is mostly empty boxes but not all i'm going to drag it all back in here we'll repeat that dance tomorrow so that's the last one we got right here and this one says jeez t-shirts so let's hope for some vintage t-shirts lampshade that's not too exciting another brass layup all the other brass links we had had some good stuff tucked around it but not this time all right well that's gonna do it guys that is gonna do it all right guys that's gonna do it maybe a little bit shorter video today i'm not sure but i know we didn't find that much good stuff today did find a little bit of jewelry i'll update you as to what that stuff is if there's anything good but the deeper we're going especially back in that corner over there it's getting pretty nasty the worst infestation has been on that side and that's really a bummer hopefully maybe you get past that maybe gets a little better i don't really know when they stack things up to the top up here you see the tops are open into the next stall the rats you know the next one's stacked up that tall they walk across the boxes and they get up over the wall that's how they can travel from one room to the other very easily so when you stack it that tall gives them access makes it easier on them but of course i like them when they're stacked tall because that means there's a lot more stuff to go through but anyways that last box one of the last boxes there was especially gross the smell was really bad but we found some jewelry in there and some rosaries and stuff but unfortunately the rats they destroyed a bunch of the disney plush that it just came across so it's part of the game i swear some of the best lockers i found were infested with the rats at some point third time locker stacked on the left locker it is just part of uh having your stuff in storage for a very long time and some when people put everything in a locker like a whole household food goes in and the rats do find it so but anyways i'll be back here tomorrow i'm starting to think maybe i need to take a dump load tomorrow and get some of the garbage out here because getting a little packed it's making it hard to get back here i need to make some more room and i think that's what i'm gonna do tomorrow which won't make a great video but we'll get to more boxes tomorrow okay and you'll see that in the next episode but until then good luck to you god bless
