cooldown which in layman's terms means that once the effect wears off you can immediately activate it again now gooey soft being the big brain big thump developers they are put in a few counters like nikka can't revive herself she can't revive teammates out of frost Matt's mute could Jam your activation and echo can cancel your surge with a sonic blast but you can always surge again to counter his counter gene gummi smokes gas does extra damage to you because you're breathing faster which means more gas in your lungs so be very wary of any toxic smoke mains on the other team talk to me are all
