We Updated what Minecraft 1.14 Dungeons SHOULD be

hey what's going on guys he's logged as if here minecraft structures are lame so today we show you what minecraft structures should look like we remade nine of the in-game temples spawners and dungeons to present bold and interesting new challenges as well as new rewards from an ender totem that reverses time to a monkey potion that lets you climb trees there's even a new pickaxe enchantment that lets you collect mobs bottles but to get these items you'll need to face new challenges and not only environmental ones but from brand new mobs as well like the Yeti or the elusive undead witch so join us as we explore 9 structures engage strongholds igloos mine shafts and see these wells jungle temples dungeons witches huts and pyramids watch as we get our hands on some brand new items and of course a special thank you to blue commander for today's world let's jump in alright first up we warp to the stronghold or at least the new version of it looks a little nerve-wracking but down we go I spy indeed we've made some really cool changes to the stronghold there's a book right here that will tell you all about them namely strongholds never out of back story so now they do the stronghold is overseen by the local wizard prison guards for keeping villagers imprisoned by the local wizard scholars in the library and by wizard soldiers yes you can't see them they're literally invisible it's because their wizard but the moment you attack one they will become visible once again and your job is going to be declared them out of all the strongholds so they don't do any serious damage to you if you want to be able to see them long-term however you're gonna need to find your way over to the prisoner area so that you can kill the prison guard who is visible and the moment you're able to kill him he will drop I'm oh my gosh I forgot there's a whole bunch of these guys who are the librarians are after me too easy doesn't librarians I'll have you know that I'm gonna say your book that's because evil librarians will drop a random enchanted book and you whenever you kill them all right take it easy oh they're everywhere you want to be able to see these guys long-term you'll need to trade a prisoner the wizard prison key the key to his freedom give you the wizard vision gem you only get one trade with it so be careful holding the wizard vision gem will allow the local Wizards to become invisible invisible visible invisible mm visible very useful now you're gonna need them because strong golds have been updated well at least in our version of the game or you can attack and every once in a while they'll just appear whenever you damage them the librarians hang out in the library and are a fantastic source of random enchantment gear everything else though you know good luck right oh boy easy does it let's get those books boys I'm all about the knowledge can you really climb ladders that was extremely impressive we've got some serious AI updates all right what do we just get here cursive binding prop 4 nice 4 now we return to the hub to show you our next area it's known as the igloo this one is ice cold baby namely because you're hanging out with the yetis what's changed well this book will tell you a little bit more first of all these yetis are known to protect every and all nearby igloo in game and can occasionally stuff you in the ground which is what they just tried to do on top of being extraordinarily strong so be careful when you approach nearby them or you will literally get buried there protecting a special item inside let's see if we can get our hands on it huh we're gonna have to take a couple of these guys out they do a lot of damage so you'll want to steer clear if you can but if you do manage to kill them you'll get some special new armor it's known as Yeti armor and upon wearing it you'll actually gain one extra heart per piece of Yeti armor you're wearing you see now we've got 11 hearts down let's see if we can get the other pieces can't do nothing he's literally too tall for this area really we got four helmets and two leggings either way with a wand you can see we've got two extra hearts but that's not all that you can get from this new structure you can also get your hands on some hard snowballs these differ from the regular snowballs you get whenever you're in snowy regions namely because they do damage but the igloo surprises don't end there if you go down the trap door inside you'll get another special item from the Yeti normally found in this chest right here it's known as the Yeti stick attack mobs to bury them underground let's bury this one since he's already a zombie good boy all it takes is one attack and he is out of here maybe now we can show you the snowballs hi you suck I'm gonna throw these at you now you can go away yeah stealing big old damage alert to your boys here no I mean it's not it's not it's not a whole bunch but you know it's pretty good what do you want there's snow balls you get the stick now my friends we warp to the mineshaft for one of the coolest new pickaxe enchantments you can now get in game did you see that crazy warping that was weird anyways check it out what has changed exactly well according to this book here there are new floating pickaxe mobs these pickaxes are strong fast and annoying but if you manage to kill them you've got a chance at getting the pickaxe that you just attacked and it's got a decent chance at getting an enchantment so let's try and find men they are strong you guys huh oh wow there's a whole lot of them oh we're getting messed up dude where are they all coming from a go back over jeez yeah we're talking about a safe distance don't mind if I do my goodness I'll let you know what enchantments we get in a second I just I could just keep attacking it just keeps going baby yeah I'm oh boy alright and I want to say that that is the last one so we'll see if we got it check in here there it is you got a 5% chance at getting a new enchantment known as spawner touch oh gosh got some endings in here too but anyways spawner touch well spawn or touch allows you to do just that grab monster spawners save them for later check this out quickly mine yeah baby we got it and now we got a runaway cuz all these pickaxes are after me this is what you'll start to see normally in your mind chefs as you navigate around so keep in mind you're gonna want some diamond to armor if you go into any more mine chef's anytime soon they are everywhere oh gosh didn't boysboys easy does it please oh hey it's worth noting though now that you can head your way over into mine shafts to get yourself some crazy enchanted pickaxe enchantments look at this with a grindstone as of minecraft 1.14 you can get a whole bunch of experience for it as well we just got 11 free levels for now my friends we head to the end cities to see even more amazing changes to the structure you all know and love yah what's changed well right off the bat we've got a new friend to deal with here the ender phantom booth all right however we also have a new creature known as the elder Guardian look at this guy he's a nasty boy and he happens to be quite a strong hitter so even though he's slow you'll want to watch out for him I'm in full diamond to gear right now and he's doing some numbers on me honestly but it's okay it's got some fun drops these guys will spawn around periodically so you can get your hands on some eyes of ender and the occasional rare drop as well oh boy now we need to get to the loot now since the end is a harder place to be the loot has been increased as well now you can get other things inside this lose okay easy does it guys we can talk about this it's fine it's fine get down there what do we got mending sharpness for a sweeping edge couple pearls this and that where is the reverse totem I want to go maybe it's at the top yes yeah okay so let's get our hands on this and your totem of reverse oh my gosh before the Phantom's get to me as well and ER can you imagine and phantoms worst thing they just appear out of nowhere it looks like god help me under eyes do I need the ender Tauber reverse allows you to reverse time five seconds back to where you were so maybe you're trying to escape this guy and you mistakenly fall off the ship well if you right-click you'll instantly go right back where you were however you'll be left with an empty frame in order to fill that frame up once again hold on and so if we look here you can see the required recipe needed and boy I love this thing it is so cool uh-uh-uh-uh-uh back we go boy yeah now run well well well is up next yes Wells aka these lovely little guys that you'll happen across in the desert from time to time I've seen a major change and so what's changed specifically well tan get its the well sorry at the bottom of this well lies a scary mom getting too close to it will cause your vision to go blurry really a wise player may try to shoot this over this poor soul from above but he is immune to arrow so you'll need to find your way down and as safe a manner as possible huh or you could just fall in and start attacking this guy but he's pretty strong however on death this over will drop you something quite nuts this over will drop you something quite nice how much help do you have man jeez what is it exactly well it's a well locket and so once you've got your well lock you'll want to use it on the crystal in the center of this well and the moment you do the well begins to regenerate that's right it's slowly but surely fills with water once again all the nasty vines are cleared and from now on whenever a player is nearby this well they'll be given constant regeneration you now have many heal Oasis --is that just hang out in the middle of the desert very useful for any long trekkers out there don't miss the spot there we go for now we warp to the jungle temple which has seen a major upgrade as well and well get it so alright we switched so what's changed about this jungle temple huh first off the traps found inside are a lot more difficult they're more hidden and the arrows found within can now instant kill you where are they I can't oh oh oh there Yelp perhaps we should be a little bit oh gosh wow how we didn't even hit me on that other one oh gosh dude that is way harder I don't like that one bit we almost died like the breed I've said there that I can't play the games with me man just is locked that's right in order to get access to this special loot you'll need to complete the puzzle found on the other side of the temple this is no longer optional so whoa I flip the lever and look he listen to you here there's a creeper dying in there I love that oh wait did we kill him nope we sure did not but we can't hey stuck jungle temple key beautiful although now I'm stuck because we got a pickaxe take this jungle temple key back to the chest here and get your hands on some monkey potions you'll also get some other loot whatever drink these potions to be like the monkeys you'll get a jump boost you'll get a speed boost you'll be able to climb up would you would not normally be able to climb up and you can swing from the leaves in the trees right underneath them beautiful you can't still fall however so you'll want to keep that in mind when you're going for these longer jumps like that man yo this is sick we're literally climbing up the tree this is dude cool wow we are getting around right now baby you can even slip up on the sides if you're fast enough it takes a little bit more you know monkeying around and you might be used to but that's the whole point yeah oh boy well I love it we can even climb regular wood what am i the silliest man there monkey whatever next we move to dungeons the og structure in Minecraft ooh this was gonna be exciting mobs ahoy well what's changed well namely in dungeons tons more skeletons and zombies will now spawn by design so these dungeons are way more difficult on top of looking entirely different as well but it doesn't end there I'm a clearance guys down now one of the other big features of dungeons is you can now no longer mine the walls inside which means you have to navigate around the dungeon if you want to find the special goodies and by the way there are some special goodies there's a chest that's gonna be hidden randomly underneath the floor which means that you need to get inside before you can start searching around for these special rotations gosh there's a lot of these guys alright spawner nice and mined now to clear the rest whoo hello nurse what do we got here a buried treasure map emerald diamonds and a nice sword normally can't get in chanted gear inside of regular minecraft dungeon so this is a change for the better only a couple more my friends next is the witch's Hut warning do not swim toxic chemicals yeah I'll be fine check out these witches it looked a little different so what's changed exactly well there's a brand new undead witch type that has some very special powers one of which is this strange particle effect we're seeing all over the ground here what does it do well look at my health we're only down we've got six hearts right now and we will continue to only have six hearts so long as a so long as a witch is around gosh alright but not only that your offhand slot is entirely blocked do you see that right there we could not use our offhand right now if we wanted to now in terms of the drops that these witches have it's essentially the same as a regular witch except now you get a lot more of the drop oh my god and if you didn't realize you can now get nice and poisoned when you're in swamp areas you see where god we've got constant poison on right now we're not actively taking any damage but that's just because whatever I don't know finally man that took ten years to drop oh boy of getting slowed yeah you don't want to be in the water because that's what causes problems why don't we show you the inside of the hut in the meanwhile because there's a new drop that you can find there as well it's known as village or meet notice the five out of five on this villager meet that's because when you eat the villager meat you get another bite that's right villager meat has multiple bites on it so you can actually use it to heal a lot more than you'd expect although you are eating villagers so then you know and our final structure to look at today the desert pyramids ooh away we go well now if you get too close to the pyramid you get struck with some serious heat stroke you start moving around extremely slowly literally you've got slowness three on board not only that but all these different gravestones we see nearby well if you get too close to them they will actually cause nearby husks to rise really scary so suddenly you now have a lot to worry about whenever you happen to get near by one of these desert pyramids however the loot room has changed as well look at the ec just popped up that was fantastic I saw that but dude I can't even reach the entrance to this the the husks they just keep coming out of the ground it's kind of absurd alright let's get inside instead huh oh boy yeah they literally pop it off hold on do I have any blocks to keep them away I don't okay once you're safely oh gosh anyways you'll want to slowly mine down until you can get to the loop but you'll want to be very careful of this pressure plate normally you can break this foot pressure play and everything is perfectly fine we'll get to the rest in a second but let's check out the loot diamonds nice slightly improved locations across the board as well look at oh good so what's underneath here exactly well let me break the pressure plate as you normally might see what happens hit its lips every block he's been watching TNT so my friends between all these brand new mobs these brand new items this brand new gear for
