This Makes Palworld SO MUCH BETTER! Palworld BEST Mods You NEED To Get!

there are quite a few things that I wish was available in po world to make our experience better and we're actually going to be talking about three mods that you can add to your power world game extremely easy that I genuinely think should already be in the game like right now we've got photo mode this is the least cool of the mods but still super useful and really cool to kind of get a closer look at all your favorite Pals I will also be showing an in-depth guide on how to actually install all of these in any other mods that you want to use for power world but there are other amazing mods like being able to see the IVs in the game and I think this should be something that you can unlock already like we can go into this lamb ball and we can see that we have 70 out of 100 in the IVs and if you didn't know yes there are IVs in the game they are called individual values these are secret allocations into stat points of your pals that you cannot see in the game that increase your HP attack and defense I've got a whole video on it if you haven't checked it out already I highly recommend it but these IVs are incredibly important like we have a 1 out of 100 which means this HP is is going to be significantly lower well potentially up to 30% lower than a pal with a good IV and being able to see this in the game is super useful so this is actually one of the mods that I have installed currently it's super clean and allows us to look at the IVs of our Pals when we're in our pal box like we can look at this Shadow beak that I bred up that has 99 out of 100 in our HP 86 out of 100 in our attack and 100 out of 100 on our defense I really hate having these IVs hidden and I really don't think it should be a part of any game where these hidden stats that you really don't know you have control over so I do hope this is something that pocket pair might listen to in the future and actually add a way to unlock the ability to see this in the game I wish what they would do is add something under the ancient technology tree that allows you to analyze the stats of your pals it could even be something like the pal Essence condenser where you put it inside of said object and you're able to look at the stats it's a little bit cumbersome but at least provides a way in the game for us to be able to do this there's there should be no reason we have to go to an external Source or a different website to be able to see something that is in a game that we paid for so I really do hope that pocket pair adds this as a base functionality cuz we can already see that it's clean to add to the UI but being able to at least have a mod for right now that allows us to have this in game is making life so much easier now before we get into the other mods and how to actually install these if you are on a console and you want to be able to see the IVs there are good websites for this they used to be incredibly inaccurate but they're actually a lot better now one of them being pal pedia which I'll leave a link in the description for you to check out if you want you type in the level of the pal that you're looking for you can search for the pal in here like the shadow beak we can type it in being level 50 and we can see what all of the stats will be if we do Max it out this is actually a great tool even outside of the game with being able to check IVs to really actually build what your pal would look like if you did invest all the time to build all the IVs Max it out and everything like that so this is actually just a great tool in general to have so we can Max max out the condensation we can max out the IVs we can max out all of the pales in it as well and you can see that if we make a perfect Shadow beak it would have 7,254 HP 1,68 attack 1141 base HP you can even input all of your passive skills in here to be able to see what a completely maxed out Shadow beak or any pal would be like with all of our attack bonuses we could get up to 1,86 attack power with a defense bonus we can get up to 1370 defense so even though if if you're on Console you can't download mods there are still resources out there that can be incredibly useful for you but if you do have access to mods the pal iv1 is incredibly useful and allows you to never actually have to leave the game now the best part about the mods that we're covering today is you can use them in single player dedicated servers official servers or in your own co-op games nobody else needs to have them for them to work they don't probe the servers for anything it's all taken from the local information on your computer and just displayed on your HUD so if you are playing on PC these mods can be used Ed for any way that you are currently playing without any issue this will work for Steam and Windows PC version and we'll get into exactly how to install them later this first mod that we were talking about is called pal IV and is available on Nexus mods currently the IVs are only displayed in the pal box but there's going to be support for other windows details party and Shop very soon so we should be able to keep an eye out for an update for this one and I will make sure to leave a link in the description to that mod page as well now next we have been us now next we have a photo mode I think this is particularly great especially as a content creator on this but I know many other people love having photo mode in their games as well we have the ability to hide the HUD we can change the speed we can take screenshots you can roll the camera you can go up and down with it as well the speed can increase pretty far and the camera can go really really really far from your location it's not going to actually have any of the pals moving I think if this person was online we could actually see these moving which is pretty crazy it's kind of broken that you can kind of creep on other people people with it I suppose but it won't actually spawn other Pals in the game but it's an interesting way for you to be able to check out the map take photos and do all sorts of things and the even crazier part is it can be used on servers without them having to host it either so if you do play on a dedicated server you can still use this you can use it in single player as well to take your own photos and do whatever you want with if you search for pal World photo mode you'll be able to find it but as always I will leave a link in the description as well now my favorite mod that we're actually covering today is called the pal analyzer if you've watching my live live streams you've been seeing me use this you can hold a button that allows you to actually check out these stats available on Pals now this is dynamically changing as you play and has a ton of customization options for you to set up exactly how you want this to be used in your own playthrough this can be used online as well and the servers do not have to host it this is all completely happening locally on the machine I am on a dedicated server right now and what's really interesting about this is it kind of progresses with you as you go through the game you can see that we have some question marks here on the scale Clon that's because I haven't caught a lot of these the more Pals you catch the more data you can actually see on them in this particular window like I've caught a ton of R socks so I can see all their passive skills I can see their active skills and I can see all the IVs as well I can see it's got a 28 in health out of 100 a 47 in attack and a 33 in defense so since I've caught in over 10 of these R Soxs I can see all the information without actually having to catch them and this is all 100% customizable if you've never caught a pal it'll show all question marks once you catch five it'll show a lot of the additional things like active skills and IVs and then once you catch 10 of them you can see the passive skills on them as well which is what a lot of people are going to be hunting for so this can help out a lot like this one right here has a 94 IV in HP it's actually really really good but like I mentioned the best part about this is the customizability its default is going to be zero captures you can see stats like attack and defense five captures you unlock the ability to see active abilities and 10 you unlock the ability to see passive abilities all these are configurable via the in-game configuration menu which you can open by pressing o you have a ton of configures it but you have a ton of configuration options as well you can do always on so you don't need to press a button to be able to see the tool tip you can do it a hold or a toggle you also have the display style visual settings time to hold widget Max opacity follow the pal you can change where it displays on your screen the search distance you can change all of the unlock thresholds to include the IV threshold if you want that to be a very endgame ability for you to have there's also a bunch of additional information like capture counts you can see player owned Pals humans you can show how many Pals you have in the box of that particular one you can count Alpha Pals separately you have show IVs and the show IV percent bonus and the work suit abilities I believe they're adding the experimental version which is the show item drops as well so a ton of customizability here and once again available on Nexus mods now installing these is super easy you can use the vortex but I'm going to be showing the manual way if you click on manual it's going to tell you that it does have mod requirements so you're going to open up this in a new tab and this is going to be what allows us to actually be able to use mods in power world you don't need to read any of this all we're looking for is scrolling down to the assets for the release and you're going to download the zip file here the ue4 SS version 3.0 zip just go ahead and download that and then you can go back to the previous page and also download the palet analyzer and make sure you go to any of the other mods that you want to download as well and get each of them to download Once you have them downloaded in Steam you're going to go to Pal world you're going to rightclick on pal World in Steam go to manage and browse local files you are going to want to do this with po World turned off do not do this with the game already booted so if you do have it booted make sure to close it once you are at your local files you're going to go to Pal binaries win 64 and inside of win64 is where we need to be so now you need to go to your downloads and go to the ue4 SS file that we downloaded it is a ZIP file you need to open that up and take all the files in here and drag them into your win64 folder of power world that is all you need to do for this step now you need to go back to power world and you need to launch the game one time once you launch the game you don't actually need to log in or anything you can quit the game once again all this is doing is just installing what we just dropped into the game files before we move on from here we need to open up the ue4 ss- settings inii there's a couple settings in here that we want to change to make sure there are no crashes with any of the mods you want to go to the graphics API equals it's going to be openg GL default but you need to change it to dx11 and then you need to find the Buu U object array cache this is going to be true as a default and you need to change it to false once you do that just go to file and save we're going to go back to our root folder for power if you don't know how to get here here easily just go back to steam right click it go to manage and browse local files and we're going to go inside of pal then we're going to click into content and then we have packs and now we should have a folder here called logic mods if you do not have this folder called logic mods then you need to make sure you dragged the ue4 SS files into the right spot your binaries win64 folder should look just like this you should have the ue4 SS settings log dll the readme should be in here the DW Mappy dll should be in here as well as the change log and the mods folder but if you do have your logic mods folder in here you just can double click into here and you can see that we have the photo mode pal IVs and pal analyzer in here if you go to your downloads you do have zip files for these as long as you downloaded them all so you open up the zip file you go into logic mods and all you need to do is just drag and drop from the download into your new logic mods folder I'm going to replace them you shouldn't have to do this and you do this for for each of the three mods that we downloaded the pal IVs the pal analyzer and the photo mode or any other mods that require this logic mods folder all of your do pack mods will go into here so just make sure you have all three if you are going to use all three now you don't need all three for these to work you can use pal IVs on its own you can use pal analyzer on its own and you can use Photo mode on its own now if you use any other mods in the future you can tell if it's going to need to be in this logic mods folder one through reading the description and installation or when you go to manually download the files it'll tell you that you need this ue4 SS file and you would follow the exact same thing that we just did to be able to use those mods as well now once you log in all of your mods should be working you can run up to a pal and if you hold the left alt button on the keyboard you can pull up the UI that'll show all of the stats I believe it's a right bumper on the controller if you want to mess around with photo mode by default you can hit F7 to be able to open up the options menu to be able to change the keybinds and f8 itself to be able to open up the photo mode and you can check to see if the IVs mod is working by going into your pal box and seeing if you can see a new numbers here next to all the stats but thank you all so much for watching I hope you all enjoyed it and I'll see you all in the next one
