Ahoy my bros.. A lot of people have been asking me for a sort of summary of some of the patches since around v1.2 to the current beta branch of v1.4.3. This video's goal is essentially summarize a lot of the great additions to the game and answer the question of whether or not you should return to Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord. I ALSO go through some of the negative things that still need changes.
If you don't want to sit through the whole video, I summarize every single point I cover in the video in the first 4 minutes, so there's a nice TL;DR at the beginning :D
If you stopped playing because the game was buggy, janky, and unoptimized: come back and take a look.
If you stopped playing because you put 500 hours into it and ran out of content: keep waiting.
Good job man, your patch reviews are always great. No one else that I'm aware of goes through actual gameplay to show off all the changes. I'm sure it must be a tedious trawl but it pays off in quality of content. Good analysis at the end on what hasn't been fixed yet too.
Every time I see a "patch review" posted where it's just a recording of them reading the patch notes I want to shoot myself
Have they fixed the place your troops before battle perk? And have they fixed blacksmithing at all?

I’m still waiting for Sturgia to get a fighting chance or in the last persist better, otherwise they would become a meme like Swadia who loses a lot of territories. I’m still wondering if Sturgian Spearmen would finally get a better armor

Are there civil wars yet? Do lords rebel against their faction?
Bookmarking this. I dropped bannerlord after about a week or so because it just ran so badly on my pretty decent PC. I’ll check this out and see if I should turn around and try again.
It was a fun little experiment but I'm not returning until it's a finished game
