all right we've spawned in with anton sugar into raven creek the uh killer from uh no country for old men well we gotta we don't really have much time to think right now uh we're overweight 105 kilograms we've got some we've got some room to lose right here we're obese slow reader cat size we took traits that we thought anton would have uh a villainous man he's dexterous an outdoorsman pretty organized he's he's a killer anton uh and he's stout not quite so strong but stout out of shape wait a minute we're out of shape ah that's not gonna be great i'm obese deal with it um the goal the goal of this day is mainly just to survive we uh we turned on all the settings so it would just be a pain in the ass it's gonna be a pretty difficult start i'm not gonna lie um anton sugar yeah so the name anton sugar has kind of like a vague origin you know cormac mccarthy described that it it could have been like of a hispanic origin um or he looks vaguely hispanic but we don't really know a man of a quirky haircut in a fastidious nature um we did remember to spawn in with shoes today um other things were okay skills not very good at anything in particular uh we did weirdly get this uh sprinting we did double the experience points because i think it takes too long to level up in project zomboid this just rebalances the game it makes it possible if you saw recently on the subreddit there was a guy who killed two million zombies you just uninstall man you know um okay so we're going to just peer into raven creek from the outside yeah cormac mccarthy what a what a brilliant writer you know to have crafted such a villainous man like uh like a patrick bateman of of the west you know like the like an american psycho of um the west yeah let's just keep saying the west all right now um i i gotta go check this out because we have loaded in both fort redstone and raven creek we've got just a a lot of mods on um they are good they are good mods all good mods but uh you know go look them up for yourself they're great hey uh pop tutor eight thanks very much for the sub appreciate it all right so we're gonna see if we can get into the city without you know like cutting our knee on a fence or something like that oh the road yeah so cormac mccarthy wrote the road too um just a brilliant writer wrote about a lot of dystopic worlds um i mean anton chigurh is is kind of like the entire dystopia unto himself and all of the other characters in the book are very idyllic i identify with him because he's this guy who will kind of you know do whatever he'll do whatever it takes to survive um even if that means performing surgery on his own open wounds um fastidious nature i'll keep saying it very fastidious man um unfortunately we are overweight so i doubt that we'll be able to hop any fences i'm debating on taking a risk right now with this first fence because i do want to get into the city um i'm gonna go ahead and just check out this area right here it looks like we could hop into this nope can't do that thought we'd get up in there but that was a furniture barricade now he could stay in there but it looks like there was a hole in the fence i think we're actually we're low on breath but we can always just kind of walk away because we're on the outskirts of the city right here um very densely populated right nearby us i should really just be walking um it's really just an old habit to hold down the shift key you really shouldn't do that because they've made it more and more deadly to sprint in the game all right uh don't want to take any stupid risks want to take smart risks smart risks are good but a lot of these cars are also going to be locked so we're just going to go ahead and see we see if we could get lucky with one of these we're always probably gonna have one guarding it fortunately i'm a wizard though so let's uh keep going from car to car keep going from car to car okay this looks neat not open i mean is what i meant to say is not open this also is not open all right well there will be many more cars dear i promise uh this one also doesn't have a key should we just go for one with a key on the outside that might be nice the thing is that if we managed if we move yourself box truck oh this is for that daddy and the boy okay daddy and the boy if we get a truck right off the bat that'd be really nice that'd be great that'd be great perfection nice right all right now we just attract them over here over here this would be a great first find in terms of cars we've never gotten this lucky i've never been this lucky anywhere let's just make our way around here we can kind of use the cars to our advantage but if this one doesn't work out for me i'm probably just going to book it from here because i don't want to waste any more breath or risk it um oh it yes yes this is going to happen again want to take pretty decent care of this car because this could pay dividends in the long run you know we're making an investment here all right we got really really lucky right off the bat so uh let's just see uh we got actually almost a full tank of guests this is ideal this is like the kind of car that you would sleep in illegally um i don't break the law don't ask about that um okay let's uh hypothetically leap in if that were legal because all that's all of the things that i do um okay great so we've got a screwdriver and this is wowzers this couldn't be any better this couldn't be any better filibuster yes so this is a filibuster rhymes car um so um i don't really know what it comes from originally has he compiled a lot of them filibuster rhymes makes excellent mazda so uh here it is fort redstone now a little bit of me is like rob don't go into fort redstone because down that path lay the sith you know so i think um we're pretty out of breath right now we managed to find a car really before anything i was expecting that we'd get water and stuff like that um so i think let's just sleep in our car and i mean not sleep in our car because that's illegal um we're gonna not sleep tonight that's what we're gonna do we're gonna sit in the car um but in the meantime we should also probably forage because you know we could just we could use everything you could pretty much make use of everything in some way at the start hey rear mick rear mick and generic gamer i've missed that before sorry useful fortunately i know a lot of places in the military base um you can die of thirst here this would be a really stupid way to die just happen to get tired to continue safely now unfortunately god we're really continuing with yesterday's theme of just crashing into everything i'm gonna keep an eye on the road though i'm going to keep an eye on the road um what's it going to say all right but now we've made it into the city or rather the uh fort redstone they seem to be enjoying that meal all right let's go ahead and go around the side go around the side from the front to the back to the thirst now thirst is one of the things you can die of very quickly you can't die of starvation very quickly in this game but you know if you do [Music] damn it you know what that's fine okay we're worthwhile zombie to have uh have chanced upon here now let's go ahead and just equip all of the police gear very good you're starting entirely did you go on fat with the sims sound yeah we gotta we gotta get more of the sims into zomboid it's actually a lot of the graphical style is based on the sims i i believe that they put that into one of the devlogs uh a while back so that's like a known thing we've got a glock 21. okay this is uh damn there's just so many i couldn't even i couldn't even get all of the guns in um burritos gun mod because i was making that video today took me about two hours to spawn in all of the guns in breida breita has a lot of guns i'm going to highlight that breta has a lot of guns and a lot of those guns have attachments there's literally thousands of permutations of every single gun you could do it's crazy it's crazy all right so here we are uh i kind of want to see if i can just take over this place without riling them up i'm gonna surprise them you know i'm gonna surprise them in here i've got a plain jacket here mine is fine though you know i i kind of dig the uh the low-key anton sugar look any zen quotes to brighten the day i don't know uh how much did you lose on the flip of a coin or how much [ __ ] how much would you be willing to lose them i don't remember the lines now unfortunately i don't remember the lines again but anton maps and i'd really like to bring that back in the streams i really thought that the channel would kind of like blow up from uh architect videos i used to do but weirdly it wasn't that it was the challenge video as much as much as all much as always does well on youtube you know if you say like i'm gonna start with nothing uh that's usually a big draw so again everybody welcome all right yeah going to be in multiplayer because i figure we're going to do a lot of projects onboard streaming once multiplayer hits so um i'm gonna go ahead and say this right now never smash the uh driver's seat window it's just in general a terrible idea because you're you're gonna lose or you're gonna get scratched more easily we found some decent stuff in here uh we could take some of this and one minute rusty shackleford and officer picklestein hey thanks for the subs guys very grateful thank you my opinion of the xbox is there an xbox version of zomboid you know a lot of people have speculated as to whether uh they'll be added because of the radial menu you can play with a controller um so i guess as an xbox version of zomboid i have played a with controller i did you guys see the uh multiplayer with private lime now you can play multiplayer in a sense in project zomboid already you can go split screen and go steam remote play um lime and i did it a while back and i did it with my friend austin um it is fun but you get only half a screen and one of you has to suffer through playing with a controller um i volunteered as tribute in those sessions so um yeah it was happening well but here we are way sooner than i really thought we would be i don't really think that the uh i don't really think that this general jacket is like cannon right here i'm just gonna leave this in a locker because screw it um but we can actually leave this door here i'd rather leave this here because it'd be safer um checking the trunk oh actually yeah i forgot to check the trunk thank you let's go ahead back out to that humvee otherwise we're going to be dismantling a lot of electronics in here we've got a lot to do um this base is like a whole organism to be dissected um yeah totally we could do that now ideally i'd like to find an apc i do have that ooh very nice now this is very nice right you look look at all this you like this in this trunk um i'm gonna go ahead and wear the gas mask i'm fine with that gas can and five boxes of five five six now that's pretty useful we found that here and the stan egg magazine is gonna be pretty useful too um ideally like i said in the video i'd prefer to find an extended mag with shotgun um 12 gauge because that's just going to be the most useful right now the most common ammo probably the best for beginners too and we're going to see if we can outfit a place to sleep um dj master funky fresh and von scott thanks very much for the subs guys very grateful yeah we had some good junk in that trunk let's see if we can find some uh well i won't really do this unless if i have a silencer because i'd rather be quiet in this base than light the entire place up um that just wouldn't be smart i i really ideally we just won't attract any of them anywhere near us this suppressor on the pistol might honestly be better off starting with a pistol if we can't find a 12-gauge suppressor uh that would not be safe so we've got the beretta i think we've already got a beretta on us though and is that in good condition it's in fairly good condition so i'm not gonna i'm not gonna question that we're just gonna leave that as is now what what uh ammo does it take again nine by 19 mil okay so got nine millimeter um we need to find more of that what's my goal in the play through um really just play zomboid well i want to just survive for a really long time and try to play the game right i haven't done that in a while because i've usually played for like um i don't know just like a a key set of events but this is going to be much slower paced play through so if you want to just like see how i would play smart i do a lot of stupid things in a lot of videos because i'm just like that will be fun um but a lot this is is not gonna be as much then which is why i still have the main channel and i i will do this on the other one um but i guess if you're trying to learn the game more like for instance like when i came out with the series that did very well mommy was like yeah that's a good series but if you're trying to learn the game or like you pointed out other ones i was like ah yeah that's true i was just like kind of thinking back on my ways it was sad am i gonna go for cheesy strategies only if they're safe um again one of the people i just i i enjoy watching for survival games is vormathrax and he just plays through cataclysm very like safely and smart um so i'm just gonna be trying to like uh train up my character um probably for the first few videos this won't be that good but maybe it'll even turn into something on the main channel if it does really well um let me see angled foregrip but yeah i just like the idea of kind of going slow here and being really really intentional with everything that i do um okay let's actually start to organize this place because there's nothing better like they said last night than floor organization yeah this is uh this is going to be very difficult to organize every everything is just kind of a [ __ ] show right here okay we'll keep all of the gas here empty gas full gas we're just going to put everything in a different spot on the floor that's going to be our our system he had everything in one spot i am going to attempt to put everything in a different spot on the floor but it's going to be on the floor you know um let's see if we can get a better weapon than a night stick too ah florida's lava now flores lava is a viable strategy because flores lava if you can get the um what i mean by flora's lava is i did a series a while back if you guys saw any of it um where you just wipe out all the staircases you live only on the second floor and you pretend that the floor is lava you almost never have to encounter zombies and you can really control like your own ground like they can never take back areas which is why that is a good strategy um let's go ahead and attach this to our back we're gonna see if we can use um the axe as a normal weapon here partly because i gotta get through a few of these doors um we'll take down as few doors as possible and just build them out other ways as i was making you interested in games thought that you'd never be interested think hey thank you poofy spade honestly like i enjoy low-res games that you need to use your imagination in order to supplement what's going on in the game like to be honest with you i didn't even really need this much graphical i don't know if you would really call this graphical advancement on project zomboid there was a katana in the actually yeah you're right i think i'm so resistant to using katanas now only because they give out really on i might actually not use that katana i might use this machete instead not to spite you not to spite you um maybe maybe a little bit no but um katanas have really really like low quality they will get out super fast so i'm gonna use this machete first off um and then maybe when we're better with weapon maintenance i'll switch out to the katahana um yeah that'll be a little bit safer rip cataclysm dark days out i'm always i'm always raring to go back to cataclysm honestly cataclysm was a game i i was hoping would do a little bit better on the channel i i'm open to bringing it over to the uh vods channel though hey thanks very much guys uh that's going to be going for a little while grateful for the subs thank you old project zomboid devlogs they said that they were kind of disillusioned with some of the aaa game making uh or like working in a studio because you get to make only part of a game which does make sense um you know if you work on a game as an indie then you can make the game top to bottom it was just kind of like i don't know an eye into the world of game dev because you don't think about that too much that you know you have some games where a couple devs worked on the entire thing um i guess we tend to see a lot of things idyllically like you know notch made minecraft it was a one-man project well now it's a huge team and a bunch of people work on small parts and that's pretty much how everything works though at the same time like as zomboid grows and you know they keep hiring more people so it's kind of like you know is this the fate of all of all gaming perhaps i don't know i'm not a game dip i have no idea what i'm talking about please disregard most of this i thought i was a youtube only i've pretty much been a main youtube i've started streaming a little bit more lately but i've been enjoying it i've i have i have it fills in the gaps where youtube doesn't in many ways all right let's go put on our machete um we're getting pretty bored now so i don't really want to use up magazines or anything we can probably just undo a lot of this from being uh or just walking around really we won't really try to gather anything we're going to keep our weight light we want to put all of this in our backpack i don't really want to go and organize any of this right now but still can i really don't like having a dirty character especially having done all the hypochondriac traits okay this area is decent can we open up the gate we can't open up the gates unfortunately oh it's because the door is blocked well i believe that this area was made before um fences were climbable so we can just do this unless if i'm my obesity is my obesity is not preventing it in fact i am there to be some dramatic videos where you're like is it good no it's not good oh it's amazing you know that kind of thing but um no i there should still be gaming all right we're pretty winded now um we're hungry i'm drenched i'm wet um i'm also unpleasantly hot we should probably just take off some of this stuff it it's only april though we spawned in april a little bit i don't buy that but okay there is a uh a room of like a general downstairs though so i'll see if we can clear that out now that we have the building key that should be safer and i believe it's somewhere around here it's on really counting in our favor zombo yes it is an anxiety simulator in many ways could be considered kind of a jump scare only because that sound that they play whenever you it's a it's a hybrid or in the words of eli it's a plethora of things a plethora first aid for intermediate's totally totally useless and hey rear thanks for uh thanks for gifting this up appreciate it the two subs the two subs zomboid mainly right now because multiplayer is anticipated um and i would kind of be doing multiplayer right now if it weren't this so it might go back and forth um no exact plans right now but well look at that okay we got two skill ups um it would really pay right now to use books but i always kind of have this little trade-off at the beginning because i don't really know whether to watch tv or read books it's kind of like this um you know i'm not saying like which one is a higher pursuit like should you watch tv or read books no um but reading books can help you when you watch tv does that i said this yesterday and i'm going to kind of reiterate it you can't get fat off of like worms in project zomboid i've done the test where i went into dev mode and you eat like a thousand worms in a day um maybe not a great idea yes maybe dairy isn't the best food here either but at the same time a little bit of processed cheese isn't going to make me fat we really want to lose weight here we want to lose weight and we want to gain fitness it's not safe to run around like this and the first thing that's going to get me killed right now is just the fact that i'm really out of shape no matter how many guns i have no matter what you have at your disposal you're never gonna have that much ammo we aren't overheated though so we're okay um i'm surprised the beta branch isn't like pz2 i'm a little bit surprised that they didn't just release another game too you know it seems like that they've done enough improvements for that but um one thing i've always been amazed by and you know there's a lot of hymn and hauling about zomboid um it does have a very low price deck i think i'm going on 600 hours now which is kind of crazy what do you think about it oh what is smashing oh hey can't even like switch them out no i don't really see what the um laser sight does we'll take one for the pistol anyway because it's gonna slightly improve our aim and ideally we would have had a shotgun to start uh which we don't and that's bad all right so let's go ahead and upgrade there we go laser sight and i have no corals with the beretta either it's about an eastern campaign in persian affects it but that also ups our panic too so there's this kind of like wait till you see the whites of their eyes moment in it um again i mean i'm still learning this mod so there's a good chance i'm doing some stuff wrong i mean but on the other hand too we miss every shot that we don't take wish we could have found the book on this first but we've got 5.4 and 14. we're learning reloading a little bit faster we could cheese the reloading but i just don't think it's really worth it my main thing is i just want to keep checking behind me every few seconds because more often than anything gotta say like the gun play in this game it really is asmr it just sounds so good with the beretta all right again anton sugar he will prevail except uh when he gets 36 damage on head shots jesus yeah all right i mean i think that the main factor right here is the panic my character still just hasn't hasn't like gotten cool yet unfortunately we didn't take desensitized that would have been another thing i should have done if i were really role playing anton sugar um but on the other hand uh that would be really hard okay we've got eight boxes of these though let's open another yeah hungry i'm moist oh i've just been moist for the last like four days we lost it we lost a kilogram though that's good news and we level up in something just reloading there we go now when you get to higher levels of aiming you can pretty much consistently get kills with every single shot like i did cheese my way up before when i was making the video i leveled up to level 10. um and even with the beretta it's really satisfying when you can because get like an extended mag into this thing you can rip through a whole group with just one of those things but right now we're really not doing too much again panic ruins your aiming in zomboid your character does overcome panic like he can get closer to big hordes and not panic as much as time goes on like your character does naturally become desensitized just as like we learned in the all negative traits play through you you actually do lose i think certain certain amounts of claustrophobia and agrophobia like your character loses some of those traits you can overcome those things which is why smoker is such a bad trait because you never lose it sister just popped in and gave me the cutest thing i love it also cat brush actually now that you mentioned that my cat was in here for much of yesterday's dream he was extremely peaceful oddly peaceful which reminds me that they are adding animals into the game uh i don't know when that's four i thought that was gonna be the next one but now i'm kind of doing a double take here there was one really neat page on the project zomboid uh forums back where they would talk about every single update that is slated for the game uh we missed that one all right that didn't really make any physical sense but okay my thing is that uh check out the laser sight i'm just gonna kind of show this off for a second it like it actually has to be modeled in with this like a small green rod on the model of it it's neat um the one thing that the breedom guns don't have included them is the fact that if i were to put down this beretta which i'll do right now um it doesn't appear as its full model on the ground like see you can't see the silencer or anything though it still is there um like i've checked that oh and it does appear on your holster okay so whenever it's on your character it does appear oh that's kind of funny just one little thing i don't know if they'll ever add that they have the ability to but it's neat man some of these shots seem like that they're point blank though and it should be easier here we go now another thing i keep watching this because i'm kind of curious as to how this is working is you see right here where my cursor is pointed damn it right up there i'm wondering what kind of causes that thing to come in more quickly or more slowly because sometimes i'll shoot and then it'll be like right back to a plus sign and then sometimes i'll shoot and it'll take a few seconds and i'm trying to figure out whether it's dependent on panic or what i think it reflects what's actually going on in the real zomboid aiming system but i don't really i don't really know for sure um because before i had that like heads-up display indicator i didn't really even know what was going on with aiming like it to me it just seemed kind of random i understood that if you stood still for a while that you got more accurate and that kind of makes sense too right like you know if you have more time to concentrate and if you're standing also if you're standing still obviously not moving that's good hey ghoul king what's the word my guy how are you you better you better know that you inspired all of this everybody go check out ghoul king's play through uh you know the only thing that i'm missing here is randomized zombies i caught that after i started watching your series and i was like damn that would have been a good idea just kind of keeps you on your toes a little bit more but i was having enough trouble before but i find that it's not really the sprinters or anything it's just i think one thing that is uh is gonna make people like zomboid a lot more is when like the little balancing things are uh kind of ironed out and i know a lot of that's been the work in 41. um so like one thing that i noticed a lot of players used to quit when i used to run a server for would just be like little frustrating things like something glitched out and then their character got bit um and there were a couple times that i gave people out of free heal because like it seemed pretty legit here we go jam um but sometimes sometimes people people are lying so you have to be mindful of that too all right here we go now we bit off more of the hornet's nest or not bit you would never bite a hornet's nest god forbid kick the hornet's nest there it is that's the that was the idiom i was looking for yeah we need a shotgun my thing is i didn't want to rile up too much more of the base i've been going in with silencers and i'd rather do this all right now it looks like we're getting a little bit more accurate though like he's hitting for higher damage i don't really even know what's causing it though okay he did get aiming one so let's see how this how our shooting progresses i'm also kind of curious if any of the numbers over my head are going to change too yeah legal disclaimer don't don't bite a hornet's nest it's like one of those financial advice channels turning into yeah this is way better now now i imagine that some of the guns i'm just gonna leave that open because i don't want them to break it i imagine that some of the guns are gonna require way more skill to use like for example if you start off with a sniper um which i did in the video for a second usually you're just garbage with snipers when you use them okay now i'm not giving myself enough time i'm not really getting enough time and we're empty again all right but fortunately we have really good breath um we've been managing our weight well and it's all about cardio um i don't know if any of you guys have ever read max brooks's zombie survival guide but he has a whole chapter on cardio max brooks's zombie survival guide is actually really a great example of zombie literature um he maintains a serious tone for the entire book nothing is funny and yet it's like hysterically funny for the entire time that you're reading it yeah we're too panicked right now we gotta find some beta blockers whoops empty mag what i'm also doing is just trying to keep a little bit more distance than i even have to because sometimes what i find i'll often die to is just getting caught up in some animation where i don't mean to do it and here uh [ __ ] here we go yeah there it being is yeah it's the cardio it's all in the cardio now max brooks always recommends having like a silenced rifle like uh something semi-automatic nothing automatic i wonder if that really holds up in the zomboid though you can set guns to be semi-auto or uh nah not semi-auto what's the way you say it like there are some guns where you could switch the firing mode be automatic or not i can't really picture a scenario where you would be better off with an automatic rifle yeah both by max brooks zombie survival guide and world war z these are two great books am i uh hang on a second are my notifications showing up anymore all right i thought i saw okay no it's good yeah just want to make sure that they weren't spazzing out because i turned them off for a second now i don't know here and i i did mention that breida's weapon mod pays homage to old gun mods for project zomboid um i think i'm thinking he must have been advised at least by fenris i really know nothing of what went on but i mean i'm the idiot here because i've kind of kept myself clear of the modding scene for a while just to make a lot of content but i'm really interested in how more of the development it's it's just such an amazing mod auto is not useful yeah ammo weighs more than most people uh yeah you know i think they did say that in one of the patch notes for a recent uh breita update is that they made the ammo weights more realistic however i find that i can carry a lot of ammo which is awesome i mean i'm not really complaining about it um it's fine you know imagine that i never said anything please don't change it at all but there's always mods that can just change whatever you need like that and the other thing that i kind of left out of the video was mod options which uh it means you can kind of customize it and tailor it to your playstyle which uh that's nice that's nice right all right um weapon keeps jamming really not in bad condition yet i'm wondering if it's just because it's been such a long day or maybe it's just in my head yeah conditions gone down a little bit but i really wouldn't expect so many more jams yet maybe i'm just getting unlucky and i don't want to stick around here much longer because now we're hungry and really more than anything else is just the moderate exertion um you can out walk them though i think that's going away soon like we won't even be able to outwalk them anymore but look at all the damage that we've done to this area um and again i'm kind of taking a page from ghoul's book right here he always plays with ultra goron because he's a serial killer um but no he's he's always played with ultra gore and i was like man why you do all that but then it i that's kind of weird i think i'd rather get a weapon light on this thing so i'm going to go back into the armory see if i can find a weapon light for this because uh i did try those out in the earlier streams and i thought that they didn't work but it turns out that i just was using them completely wrong so that was bad yeah wouldn't do that again all right this is good though well since we aren't using a shotgun let's just use this bullet straps rather than shell straps we'll pack that away because it will help us with reloading speed later on but i should have done that the entire time yeah when mp hits and people are super jazzed again we'll see another modding boom probably yeah i mean i've been pretty optimistic seeing a lot of the faces getting in on this you know it's uh i'm uh i'm gonna have some some stiff competition and being good at uh regular zomboid is nothing like being good at multiplayer probably a lot of servers will have areas where players can just kind of relax um everybody that is a secret base somewhere up on the map um this week uh if you find it you get the cure or something like that and having a good modding community is really nice like that so i mean personally i would i would never do one again because i still have nightmares about it um but yeah i will support one that has that here we go um shell's hammer strap let's look at this what did i say barotrauma with ghoul and coco and me that was that we had a time we had a time when we used to play barotrauma together we the ship usually didn't move it just though we did occasionally encounter large sea creatures sandy cheeks squidward tennis poles and all the rest of the crusty crew yeah it was a fun time their hit points are over 9 000. now uh i don't know if you can see this i can't actually shoot through the graded fence because it's considered a door i think that's kind of [ __ ] i hope that that gets updated add that to the add that to the trello board please please jesus come on maybe a good way to practice would be to just sneak up on one go all like double 07 on them knock them down and then just shoot them at point blank range because we got to get this aim skill up by the time we get to like video three like we we gotta be a god you know that's that's what i'm doing it for i'm doing it to get like all the uh mutations this is this is practically cataclysm once you get all the uh skills look we've already almost got aiming level two we've gotta go for it and we're we gotta keep getting panicked so that we get desensitized getting panicked a bit might actually help us that way you know we won't get so panicked in the future if bad [ __ ] happens from my experience with a mod that showed health it really varies on time to time yeah like there's some weapons that are insta kills like there's certain animations you could trigger with the spears that give you an instant kill but then there's some where it's like you just wear down the hp a plethora a plethora of different ways to fight all right uh you know what i'm gonna go ahead and i'm gonna try to open up the gate that way we can get the truck in here we can load up the truck um i might stay here i might stay here but at the same time like i might need i might need a change of surroundings you know might need a change of surroundings we want to be quiet over here though too uh because that building over there has like more in than in the entire base combined that building is like hell oh yeah by the way uh thanks guys for coming out everybody who's at the stream will not burn in bateman you know patrick bateman might have been an even more fitting similarly sinister character to pick rather than anton sugar because i feel like anton sha girl would have he would have been done finally be in better shape and i prefer losing weight to gaining weight because you don't actually need anything you need fewer resources to lose weight than you do to gain weight i think that you can get more points if you gain weight somehow because you can also take the out of shape trait like you could be underweight and out of shape which is severely debilitating but also gives you a lot of points to work with so it's nice in that way you know it's nice right all right uh i think we will go back to our normal life now um but obviously we do i'm just gonna drink an entire orange soda i mean like if there's one thing i have it's not gonna make me fat don't judge yeah you judge all right get some more of that water not really prioritizing the water here because we still have plenty of water i'm not really worried about that but let's uh there we go all right everybody's happy now we're gonna go to sleep and then we're gonna be less depressed in the morning we'll put back on our clothes um and then we'll stop exercising and starving ourselves as well that was probably uh not the nicest thing to do to the character in fact overweight does have more fitness in pz than in real life oh well you i mean like yeah i mean like some people will read these things and then we'll comment on the videos like wait a minute like i'm overweight like they just discover it about themselves because they like if you have to see the weight in the game to realize that you're overweight you know you you go outside go you know run along or something like that but yeah i usually take obese and think we still have that shell strap yeah if we could get a shotgun that would be ideal but i would also take 556 because there's a lot of good rifles here and we probably have decent enough aiming that we could use um better rifles again i don't really know which one you do better with with really low aiming skill obviously shotguns are really good because you just get you get a good spread dragging off but i'm not really going to be concerned about noise levels here okay so let's just take this we got a spaz 12 that's good i'm keeping it um it's gonna be very loud though let's go like somewhere away from my base and we got a four-time scope if i find the better shotgun though or the drum mag that would be really nice 12 gauge take that as well um a lot of the ammos here look different too that's all from arsenal 26's mod um he changed a lot of things whether you like it or not i think it's mostly for the best personally i find it a little bit detailed um away from like the kind of cartoony style but i'm okay with it you know it's it's nice to have more differentiation i watch uh orange on decision says the way i say butter oh yeah sorry i've got the uh i've got the guess buffed you would say because it's quieter in um in the burrito mod but it's just so nice to use them yeah no no more thinking about like well that only sort of got him get back into cda toss me a goal for a character damn i don't even really know what you can do with cdi you can become like some kind of like mutant superhero basically that's the one thing that you can't do in zomboid that keeps it from cbva i guess in that sense zomboid's more realistic but cda is more like open-ended and imaginative and sci-fi in that way so it's neat it's neat alright here we go um to be or not to be whether it is nobler to approach the building on the left side which has a lot of zombies or not i'm going to do it because it will be entertaining but i'm also i'm gonna need more shells for this oh i have eight boxes of shells i thought i had one isn't that a funny happenstance all right let's open up another one of those because i'm gonna eat a lot uh yes i'm gonna need a lot but now look we going over time uh just because i i like the idea of doing a long play series um i don't know if any of you guys watch nomas and archer some friends of mine who kind of go for like longer series um i do miss that in some ways i i wouldn't make only it as much um i would want to go for like you know some long stuff but i wouldn't really want to put it on the main channel so again i'm just kind of reiterating this what i said at the beginning of the stream um but yeah i i mean you know a lot of what i do is like video production so it's it's nice to just get in some gaming every now and then though there is a lot of gaming behind the scenes but the thing about making videos that you're kind of more thinking about what's on the screen rather than like uh you know playing the game well if that makes sense any more kenshi content i've got some well i don't want to give away what's up this week but i'd like to have some this week um my main thing is usually real life gets in the way so i can't make quite as much old daisy yeah like the old dayz days see the thing is that games like tarkov and rust play really well like this because it's always multiplayer action so that's why i'm kind
