Palworld - Dedicated Servers FULL GUIDE 💯

have you been trying to log into your pal World official server only to be met with a screen that looks like this if this sounds like you you may want to try playing on a dedicated Community server until the official servers become more stable this is the best way to prevent loss of progress due to unstable official servers stick around while I show you how to find one or easily make your [Music] own the best way to find a dedicated server is to get in one with your favorite streamer like me or alternatively you could jump into the pile World Discord Community where you'll find tons of people forming communities or looking for new players to join their existing [Music] [Applause] [Music] ones if you want to join somebody else's Community server you'll go to join multiplayer game and come down here to this box with these numbers the numbers before the call-in is the IP address of the server that you'll be connecting to and the numbers after the colon is the port most people will be using Port 8211 but will have a unique IP address for you to type in once you have the IP address on the port for the server that you'd like to connect to just press connect and it'll load up if you want to make your own dedicated server open your steam Library click on games and software and make sure you have tools checked then scroll down to PO world and po World dedicated server click on power world dedicated server then install and launch it one time click on open and start as a community server and then hit okay you'll have a window pop up like this let it load and then close it then you'll want to go back to where it says pal World dedicated server rightclick click manage and browse local files then you'll want to find the file called default poor settings.ini right click hit open with and notepad then you'll want to press crl a to highlight everything then copy the contents of the notepad and close [Music] it then you'll want to open up the folder called pal then saved config Windows Server then scroll down till you find Pal World settings right click and again open with notepad here you'll want to paste what you copied from the previous document then press crl f to search and search for the word server you may have to change the direction to up or down in order to find it once you've found where it says server locate where it says server name and input the server name that you'd like your server to have you can also adjust many of the other variables in this document to affect the settings of your server when you're finished customizing your server save and close the file and close the file explorer then you'll want to run po World dedicated server again hit open and start as a community server and press play when this popup is running that means your dedicated server is online with your dedicated server up and running in the background let me show you how to connect first you'll come to join multiplayer game and if you look down here you'll see some numbers in this box this is the IP address in the port of the server that you're going to be connecting to leave this default and press connect to connect to your own server as you can see I've loaded into my own dedicated server and I'm free to play by myself or with my friends if you want your friends to connect to your new dedicated server you'll need your IP address the easiest way to get this is come to whatsmyip.com and copy the number right here this number will be different for everybody depending on where you live you'll want to give that number to whoever you want to connect to your server because they'll need it for the next step in order for them to connect they need to come to join multiplayer game come down here to this number and replace the number here before the colon with the number that you have for your IP address that you're running the dedicated server on the number after the colon is the port that the server is running if you didn't change this in your settings it'll be 8211 all they have to do now is press connect and the load in to your dedicated server and you can play together now that you've got the full rundown on dedicated servers you should be able to play with your friends without the same connection issues or risk of losing your progress however don't forget this is still an early access game and is bound to have a few bugs here and there please press the like button if this video helped you in any way and make sure you subscribe so you don't miss important updates and gameplay tips thanks for watching guys
