server and run console commands we will use an application called putty you can download it from their website copy your VPS IP address and click open after that it will ask for your username which is route and then enter the password of your VPS before installing the Paul World server on our Ubuntu VPS there are several preparatory steps we need to take firstly we need to ensure that our operating system is up to date to achieve this we can update the package list cash and upgrade any outdated packages by executing the following command afterward it's essential to verify that the software property's common package is installed on your system use the following command press y to acquire and set up the Paul World server on our Linux system we must employ Steam CMD steam CMD is a command line interface utilized for downloading games and servers directly from steam after incorporating the 32 bit architecture our subsequent action involves adding the multiverse repository on Ubuntu to accomplish this simply execute the following command in the terminal now that we've modified the available repositories on our Ubuntu system we must update the package list once more at last we can
