getting ready to attack next in your life hidden in the inner lining of the text will be some tips that will help you determine who to let in and out of your life [Applause] what you need for what's that I say and share it will be inter woven into the interface mminton tonight hidden words a prophetic relevance to what God is about to release in your life to every person in the room of vision listen carefully while others tweet you take notes let them give away the bread to others while you consume the bread to yourself because God is getting you ready for something amazing in your life are you ready for this it is in the gospel of Saint John chapter 2 verse 1 through 11 and when you have its Amen I have no real justification for what I'm using the King James Version it's not that it is the best version it's just that I like it cuz it's old like me and when I learned the Bible I learned it in the old King James language and I quote it like that and I'm too old to relearn all of these modern translations I read them I studied they're mine and blessed by them but I'm old school so I'm gonna be me is that Alright and the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee and both Jesus was called and his disciples to the marriage and when they wanted wine the mother of jesus saith unto them they have no wine jesus saith unto her woman what about to do with thee man hour man hour is not yet come his mother said unto the seven whatsoever he saith unto you do it good God of mercy and they were set there six waterpots of stone after the manner of the purifying of the Jews containing two or three firkins apiece jesus saith unto them filled the water pots with water and they filled them up to the brim and he said unto them draw out now and bear unto the governor of the feast and they bear it when the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine and knew not from whence it was but the servants which drew the water knew the governor of the feast called the bridegroom said man what is up here every man at the beginning that's set forth good wine and when men have well drunk then that which is worse but thou has kept the good wine until now this beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee and manifested from his glory and his disciples believed on him can you say man I want to talk about the mysterious wedding at Cana the mysterious wedding at Cana I want you to remain standing even in the overflow I can't see you but by faith you standing and we're going to pray together and then I am going to attack this text let's pray spirit of the Living God fall afresh on us tonight as we delve into your word we come before your word as students we come before your word like hungry children running in the house after school we want you to feed us until we want no more we come to your word with a ravenous appetite to be better when we leave than we were when we got here we come in here thirsty for you to fill us up to the brim until we overflow down the sides and everybody around us gets wet with what we couldn't hold I thank you for what you're about to do in the midst of your people I thank you for the power of your word and your anointing I thank you for being a present God in the midst of us I don't have to wait for you to come jehova shamma you are here right now bless so people as only you can in Jesus name somebody shout Amen you may be seated in the presence of the Lord one cannot read the scriptures very long and not notice that there he is seemingly some preoccupation that God has with weddings it is it is hard but it is nonetheless true from the creation to the crescendo from Genesis to revelations it starts with the wedding when Adam is put into a sleep and out of his side a rib is taken called Eve and the woman that lays beside him is both body and bride from the awesome revelation of understanding his kinship and yet uniqueness from his bride and the consummation of that wedding producing generations to come that are now almost eight billion people on the planet all of them coming from the same parents teaching us said there's more in you than what you think to the crescendo in the Book of Revelations at the marriage supper of the lamb where all the angels are a witness to the consummation of the plan of Jesus Christ the Bible is over film with weddings from walking through the Old Testament where one prophet works 14 years to be married to the woman he loves he works 14 years to have her to another prophet that God tells to go out and marry a prostitute the Bible is overwhelmed with weddings from David who were the shepherd boy who ends up being married to a king's daughter the Bible is overwhelmed with weddings and even when Jesus comes and starts preaching over and over again he talks to us about weddings and those that were dressed for the wedding and some had no garment and were cast out of the wedding the Bible is overwhelmed with weddings almost as if it were written by a young romantically inclined young girl who has picked out her wedding dress while she's still nine years old the Bible's is overwhelmed with weddings the Bible talks about weddings like women talk about weddings from cover to cover hidden in every Texas some allusion or allusion to a wedding every revelation that we now have in our relationship with Jesus Christ is preoccupied with weddings and yet this particular wedding stands isolated apart from them all can I take my time tonight it stands in a very unique category it is strange and I have dubbed it mysterious it is mysteriously strange because it is not mentioned in any of the other Gospels called synoptic Gospels neither Matthew Mark or Luke referred to it at all only the Gospel of st. John mentions this powerful marriage at Cana the mysterious wedding perhaps is left out of Matthew Mark and Luke because it occurs prior to Jesus really launching his miracle ministry it is preceded by an argument that authenticates that the off the pier phonic relevance of God himself in order to appreciate how John starts his book you must look at how matthew goes to great death to prove that Jesus is in the lineage of the son of David Mark and Luke go to great trouble to prove to you that Jesus has interfaced in his lineage in his history in his ancestry both Jew and Gentile righteous women like Sarah and and tramps like Rahab the harlot he shows us that Jesus is Joseph's coat of many colors that he is weave with different types of fabric and tapestry he does not just pick the upper echelon a biblical story to say those are my ancestors but he picks people like Rahab and idolatrous like her Ruth that he weaves him in the family like Tamar who was a wife turn hooker and laid on the side of the road waiting for her a father and Lawless sleep with her so that she could be legitimized in the family and Jesus coins are in his family as part of the tapestry of who he is yes Matthew Mark and Luke are preoccupied in proving that he is an heir to the throne of David and legitimate both on his father and his mother's side as being heir to that which is earthly err to that which is earthly but John does not begin his argument from the perspective of men John begins his argument from the perspective of heaven he talks to us about a time before David before Abraham before Moses before the Pentateuch was ever written he goes all the way back before there wasn't an Atlantic and Pacific Ocean before there was an Africa and before there was an Australia and before there was an America before there was aware or when or at this or that before the first star began to twinkle before water got wet before mountains stood up before rocks got a heart he starts his argument from the beginning and he said in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God all things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made in him was the light of men and the light shined in darkness and the darkness comprehended it not now there was a man who was sent from God his name was John he was not that light but he was sent to bear witness of that light saying that there is one who is coming after me who is mightier than I whose shoes I am not worthy to latch it I indeed baptize you with water but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and the with fire and then in a mighty crescendo of understanding he said and the Word was made flesh the abstract was made concrete the invisible was made visible the intangible was made touchable the word think about that though worthy the word it went out of his mouth as worded and Chittor after 42 generations a word came out flesh and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld the wonder of his glory the only begotten - only begotten the only begotten of the Father the only begotten of the Father full of grace and and we called his manga manual because he was God riotous party and Jesus goes from being the Word made flesh in Chapter 1 to hanging out at a party where everybody's getting drunk in Chapter 2 it is a radical discourse between these two opposing ideologies of which I will begin to have my discussion with you today because both of them are true we have a Jesus who is God enough to walk amongst angels and angels prostrate themselves before him and yet human enough to be spotted and a party with his boys hanging out and the biggest problem of the evening is that we have run out of wine my God my God my God look at Jesus Jesus has dropped off of the scene for 18 years he has disappeared there is no information provided to us in the Bible about 18 years he has veiled from us that which is revealed in John 1 is hidden for 18 years we follow him up to 12 the last time we saw him he was lost in the temple confounding the scholars with his power and with his authenticity and his relevance of word but he drops off the scene for 18 years and then at the age of 30 he begins to talk to us this text starts the discussion at a time that Jesus has not yet set his watch to begin his ministry he's on his me time his personal moment his down time his chill-out time his hangout time his leave me a long time his Hawaii time his don't call me I'll call you time it's a time where Jesus is expressing to us not his divinity in Chapter 1 but his humanity in chapter 2 can you see the contrast in the text from his divinity in chapter 1 to hanging out at a party and the biggest problem is not leprosy it's not a woman with this your blood it's not a man who was blind from his mother's will the biggest problem in this text is that they have run out of why it seems strange to me that God would be asked to expend his power on such an insignificant problem because seemingly to me running out of wine is not really a big problem it dims in comparison to a man who was lame from his mother's womb it deems in comparison to a man who stuck on the side of the road begging because he is blind it dims in comparison to ten lepers who hollered at Jesus had off the street and said have mercy on us I understand why God would use his power to heal the leper of his leprosy the lame man of his lameness a blind man of his blindness but this problem seems so beneath the power of Jesus I wonder why they even brought it up at all because the only thing wrong in this text is not somebody with a dread disease or an affliction or a problem or crisis or national incident that should warn the attention of Jesus Christ the only thing wrong at the party after all is that they don't have any more wine in the cellar round the refrigerator not hidden in the basement not locked up in the cupboard not locked up in the trunk of the car that is the only problem in this text nobody's blind nobody's sick nobody's dead nobody's earning nobody's bleeding nobody's suffering nobody's agonizing and yet the miracle starts not with significant crisis but with inconvenience look at your God who cares about convenience who cares about the little things in your life look at your God that would involve himself with something that to me is not a crisis but an inconvenience look at how personalized your God is tailored to you like a good suit made to fit where you curvy in look at your God who cares about your uniqueness is in such a way that he would involve his divinity with something that is basically a human problem after all all they had to do was go down the street and find somebody with some wine and buy some why would you bother Jesus was something so simple something so mundane something so human and yet this starts Jesus ministry Jesus ministry starts not with the bleeding the hemorrhaging the hurting the frustrated the following the Forsaken Jesus ministry does not start with the war being resolved or crisis being stopped Jesus ministry does not start with a plague being abated it starts at the point of a human inconvenience and you wonder does he care for you you wonder if his mind is thoughtful of you you wonder if he's concerned about the little things that get on your nerves and bother you it is proof positive that he loves you so much that he would expend his power on the little things he does this in this first miracle for them something that he will not do for himself later when he himself is hungry and the enemy comes along and tempts him to turn the stone to bread he says it is written I shall not tempt the LORD thy God so he will not use his power on himself he chooses rather to go without bread even though the fast is over but for you he will do exceedingly abundantly above all that she may ask or think because she'd been inconvenient the mysterious wedding at Cana speaks to us about the intimacy of a God who cares about your little things your inconvenience your parking spaces whether you can get your hair done on a day when the place is supposed to be closed the little they testify save the little things point number one that's just superficial I'm just playing around with you a little bit point number one that I want to talk to you is what everybody who ever did anything major in their life understands it talks to us about time tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick it talks to us about time everybody who's ever been massively successful respects time time is money that's why they pay you for 40 hours a week because there is a correlation between the money in your life and the time in your life it talks to us about the power of time and only people who don't expect much will come late and see nothing wrong with it because busy successful people will not allow the hemorrhaging of their time my time has got to be respected you can waste my car you can waste my clothes you can waste my house but whatever you do don't waste my time cuz I can get another car I can get another house I can get some more clothes but you can't give me back that hour you made me sit up and wait for nothing slap somebody say don't waste my time until you stop wasting time stop asking God for money stop talking to God about your dreams stop talking to God about what you're hoping for stop talking to God about what you wanting to do in your life because God respects time he is the god of time I will take the time tonight that feel this I feel this seed coming he is the god of time he created time time did not create him he created time yes yes he created time then the evening in the morning were the first day he created time because God is a circle he is a circle he sits on the circle of the earth he's a wheel in the middle of a wheel he created time that's why we give rings at a wedding because it says I'm gonna love you in this without end without corners without edges we don't get boxes we don't get squares we give circles because there is no into it and God is a circle because there is no into him from everlasting to everlasting thou art God God is a circle and when he spoke and opened up his mouth and said let there be everything that he spoke came out spinning everything that he spoke came out in a circle that's why the earth is a circle that's why the Sun is a circle that's why the rotation is a circle that's why the galaxies are spinnings of circles and circles within circles within circles because God is a circle that everlasting eternal immutable unchanging everlasting God is a circle without beginning or in the page you can't trace him you can't stop it you can't find this edge you can't cut no corners from everlasting to everlasting you've always been God before there was anybody there to tell you what God you were gone all by yourself before the angels woke up in the morning before the Thunder ever clapped his hand before the Lightning ever blinked in your presence before the wind ever blew across the waters you were God before there was anybody to write a song to write a poem to lift up a priest to do a dance to do a shout you don't need my shout to be God you were glad before there was anybody there to tell you you were God you were God in the beginning yeah and everything we know about time we got it from imitating god that's why if you have a traditional watch and you open up the face of it you will find that your watch is a combination of wheel spinning because the only way to determine time is by the speed of the spin the speed of the spin the speed of the spin the speed of the spin determines time it determines evenings and mornings and days and nights and howards and seconds and minutes is it's a spinning of the wheel it is a speed of the twisted it's a speed of the turn as the speeding of the turn determines the time the second semester hours the days are all a combination of wheels within wheels within wheels within wheels turning and everything on your wrist is imitating everything over your head you can't feel it but the ground you're standing on is spinning it was spinning when you were driving over here and as long as it's spinning the force of the spin is what causes a gravitational pull that stops you from being lifted up off of the atmosphere because when things are spinning it holds you down and you've been asking God to stop the spinning but the spinning is necessary to keep you in place do y'all hear what I'm saying tell somebody just say time time time it's about time it's about time it's about time until you're on a time God won't pour into you he won't bless you he won't release you until you respect time he won't invest in you like he really wants it to because what the Bible here is teaching us is to respect time woman my hour has not yet come means Jesus had a schedule he had a date timer he had a planner he had an agenda he knew exactly where he was he knew what time it was in his life for everything for every purpose under heaven there is a time and a season for every purpose under heaven you've been praying for purpose but you disrespect time how can you change seasons while you disrespect time the as time is controlled by seasons and seasons of control by time until you respect time you can't have a new season that's why you've been stuck for the last ten years in the same old place because you don't respect time the moment you start respecting time you can change your season I don't know who I'm talking to but you your honor you're on the verge of a rep up rapper rip revolution rip rip rip fall for lucious you're getting ready to revolve you're getting ready to go through a metamorphosis you get ready to switch in there's something different than what you were before and everybody who knew you like they knew you is gonna have to go on the culture shock because God is getting ready to rotate you into a revolution a revolution you're getting rid of the change the way you think the way you move the way you live the way you plan so walk over to somebody like a pick-up line and said do you know what time it is excuse me I hate to bother you but do you know what time it is because until you know what time it is how how can you monitor successes do you know what time it is that's why your dream will always be a dream and it will never be a goal because it has no date and as long as a dream has no date it will never become a goal it will always remain in the euphoric that idealistic it will always be extended somewhere in the fantasies of your life and that's why your dream never becomes a reality because you never put a date to it the moment a dream has a day that becomes a goal it transitions it goes through a metamorphosis Who am I talking to you've been wondering why you've been dreaming the same thing for years and never seen they come to pass it's because your dream has to become a goal I respect dr. King please don't get it twisted but I'm tired of hearing about a dream a dream you can have a dream forever and never see the dream materialized I need a call with a date on it so that I can measure how far I am away from it so that I can determine whether I'm successful or not poor folks have dreams broke folks have dream empty folks have dreams oh but destiny folks have an appointment your neighbors I got an appointment yeah I got an appointment you can't make me late get out of my way I got an appointment I don't have time to argue with you because I have an appointment see how you can eliminate things out of your life when you have an appointment as long as you have a dream you'll put up with anybody doing anything you're arguing for signposts you'll get into an intellectual fight with an idiot but when you take your dream and make it an appointment you'll look at the idiot and say I don't have time to debate you I got an appointment slap somebody and tell them I got an appointment I can't let for they catch me in the same place I was here when I was 30 I can't let 50 catch me in the same place I was here when I was 40 I can't let 60 catch me in the same place I will deal when I was dead so later into the fabric of the text is a discussion about time Jesus does not say to his mother I can't do it he doesn't say I can't make that happiness out of my grass I don't have the power he doesn't say it's not important he speaks to her about time woman my hour has not yet come woman my hour has not yet come she says the problem Jesus is that the people are all still here and they're all gathering and they're all making noise and they're all celebrating but the truth of the matter as much as you love the world and you love reality TV and as much time as you spend listening at music and it's much time as you spend talking about who had on what at the red carpet I know the party has bedazzled you and you wish you were on the red carpet but the truth of the matter is as Francie as the world is they have no why they may have money but they don't have wine they may have success but they don't have wine they may have notoriety but they don't have wine some things you can't make overnight why they something that takes time for you to make it they do not have wine away with all these overnight one this is you two wonders these discoveries on face time these hookups these Twitter fancies all these people that you use to make you feel great that's not success anything that is truly successful needs time it needs curation it needs development away with all of these people are famous for being famous they may be famous but they have no wine stop wishing you or somebody who has know why the problem in the texts the problem in the text of my brothers and sisters is that for all the noise and all the music and all the hoopla and all of dancing and all the dropping it like it's hot tesslar man say they have no wine they have buildings they have skyscrapers they have political positions they have power they have influence they have noise they have no one until the church discovers its uniqueness then we have something that other people don't have we will always follow them rather than them following us but once you discover what you got rather than being appalled and amazed by what somebody else has you'll stop running around bragging because you got somebody else's name on your shoes and you start bragging about your name go God did promise you to make their name great God promise to make your name great stop being defined by somebody else's name God wants to get it on with you cuz I don't care how many letters you got on your jacket the truth of the matter yet they have no wife that's three people say they have no wine I feel like I feel like I feel like going deeper can I go deeper on this until you understand the problem you can't be the answer and God wants you to make you the answer to somebody's problem and the reason you don't see yourself as the answer is it because of the person with the problem is somebody you admire and you will only be successful when your business when your ministry when your life solves a problem if you find your problem you'll find the success because successes and solving problems and so the first thing that takes introduces to us is the problem the problem for the Patrick is and they have know why they creates a canvas for God to paint on it creates an opportunity for his excellency he said my strength is made perfect in your weakness when I find out what's wrong with you then you'll find out what's right with me until you go into business that solves a problem for somebody you'll spend more money on marketing than you will on success because you don't have to market an answer people will travel to get to an answer people will spend in line they get to an answer people will wait to get to an answer but as long as you see yourself as a problem and the people outside is an answer then you gotta twist it you got it backwards you gotta understand that God wants to make you an answer to somebody's problem and when you find the problem then you'll discover your uniqueness you gotta understand that they have no wine they need what you got and until you fix something we don't need you until you fix something you are optional until you solve something you're replaceable but anytime you solve something you don't have to sell yourself you don't have to sell what solves the problem I'll chase you you don't have to chase me by the way you don't have to chase your next lesson your next blessing is gonna chase you but the Bible says surely good mercy shall follow you all the days of your stop chasin such a mad attempt God called me to fix something God called me to be an answer I'm an answer looking for a problem I'm a solution looking for a deliverer I'm the sum total of everything the world has ever asked for they're waiting on me to produce something and when I produce what God put inside of me everything in my life is gonna change that's why the devil doesn't want me to be productive he wants to waste my time so I'm not productive he wants me to expend my energy on things that really don't matter I'm trying to change people's minds and opinions about me that won't make any difference I don't care what you think about me I'm trying to find somebody who sees me as an answer and if you see me as a problem you're not the right one so the conversation is over may the Lord watch between me and thee while we are absent one from another comes the person I'm looking for please me as an answer and the problem is the problem is my brothers and sisters the thing that provoked Jesus to move out of schedule is that he found the problem and when an answer finds a problem it is a marriage [Music] you missed that when an answer finds a problem it is a married if you married that's why you married who you married because you saw them as an answer to a problem nobody wants to marry a problem they want to marry an answer and when you took them out on a date and you saw them as an answer and so god y'all don't hear me who am I talking to it's gonna change your business plan it's gonna change how you promote yourself it's gonna change what you got on Facebook cuz you got your problems all over Facebook don't nobody look for a problem rich man ain't looking for a broke woman take down all your problems and show me your answer because when I see you as an answer that's gonna be a wedding you've been selling the wrong part of yourself showing how needy you are but the moment you showed me how you can fix something you all have to chase me I'll chase you because I see you as an answer in fact the moment I see you as an answer I'll come to you off schedule I'll come to you at all hours I'll wake you up in the middle of the night I'll call you at two o'clock in the morning and ask you what you're thinking about I'll stay on the phone with you just so I can hear you breathe because I see you as an answer when I stop seeing you as an answer start seeing you as a problem all of a sudden my desire to be with you is going to dissipate because I used to see you as an answer if you make yourself an answer people will chase you down they'll wake you up they'll call on you the only reason they don't call on you is that they're not sure you will answer touch your neighbor give them a test and say if I needed you would you answer I started to call you but I wasn't sure you would answer I've started to reach for you in the middle of the night but I wasn't sure the answer I started to want you I started to miss you I started to need you but I wasn't certain you were being an answer so I settled to hug my problem and went on to sleep because I didn't see you as an answer and the problem is we they have no wine and so she brought it to Jesus y'all sit down I'm just talking I'm stealing the first point she brought it to Jesus the mysterious marriage at Cana she Jesus mama only your mama will come up to you and say the most embarrassing stuff what is that in your mellows is that a spot on your jacket what is that spot on your pants only your mama can walk up to you in front of your boys and say the most obnoxious stuff it comes with being a mama they had the right to embarrass you and so she comes up to Jesus and she says Jesus they had no wine Wow maybe she was more than just a mother because you never ask a person to fix something without believing that they had the power to do it the reason a bag lady can walk down the street at Chicago and nobody bust her in the head is because they assume that she's broke you never robbed anybody that you don't think has anything that's why a request is a praise because I would never ask you for it unless I was sure you had it so when Mary comes to Jesus her question is a praise she said your an answer here's my problem the only reason I would ask you for 10 million dollars is that I thought you had it if I think for one minute you don't have it I could need 10 million dollars and I wouldn't say nothing to you because because I don't think you have it I will own my question is a compliment the very fact that Jesus mama dropped the question to him is a praise she wouldn't have brought it to him if she didn't know he could fix it and that's why you're carrying your own crosses and bearing your own burdens because you're not convinced that your God can fix it that's why you see coming the church as optional and serving God and something you only do when you get in the mood to do it because you are still in love with yourself and you think you can fix it but when you finally run out of gas and admit that you don't have the answer it'll make you come get Jesus whether it's own schedule or off schedule because the question is appraised you don't have to clap you don't have to dance you don't have to run now the very fact that you brought it to Jesus is a praise I didn't bring it to you because I know you couldn't fix it I brought it to Jesus because he can and the problem with you is some of you are not convinced that Jesus can fix it that's why you still swipe it left because you still think that something you got a problem that Bobo can fix it as long as you think Bobo can fix it Jesus won't help you because you're in love with Bobo and idolatry is making you swipe left but as soon as you give up on swipe your left and swipe right and say all to Jesus I surrender then well y'all don't know what swiping right here by the time I'm 60 I'm gonna be right here and by the way I'm right on schedule and the reason I planted in decades is because I've got big plans and big plans take lots of time and it's gonna take a decade to get it and settle it and anchor it in learn all about it and master it so I'm not thinking when I'm 50 about 50 - I'm thinking about 60 because the steps I'm gonna make is gonna take me to 60 but suddenly let me start with you woman my hour has not yet come and she turns and walks away and says to the servants whatever he tells you to do whatever he tells you to do do it there are two things hidden in this said I want to pull out I talked to you about town number two I want to talk to you about Tyler I want to talk about the talent of leadership I want to talk about the talent that Mary uses here not to allow a disappointing answer to deny and expected outcome she does not allow a disappointing answer to betray her desire for an expected outcome she says I don't care how you answer me I know this is gonna happen whatever he tells you to do do it and left see you been making leaders out of people who bring you problems as long as you get positions to people who bring you problems you got the wrong person in the position you want somebody who brings you solutions who brings you answers who solves dilemmas who settles crisis who sustains an order and the reason that you're stressed out and yet you got a big payroll is that you are high in problems you need to hire answers you need to hire people that bring you solutions look this is a situation there was a problem on the parking lot but we fixed it tell me how you fixed it don't tell me what's wrong with it don't keep bringing me problem you think I'm praying I'm gonna pay you to make me unhappy I'm only gonna pay you when you're strong enough leader to bring these solutions so I want to talk about the talent and leadership because it's hard to find and our countries in crisis for the lack of great leadership many churches in crisis for the lack of great leadership many families in trouble for the lack of great leadership many people are in trouble because they're not even great leaders over themselves you're led by your moods you're led by your attitudes you're led by your feelings if it don't feel good you don't do it whatever you're feeling on the inside controls what you say on the outside that means you a follower not a leader when you're a leader you will speak to your emotions that they shut up we still gonna do it shut up we're going anyway shut up this is my husband shut up this is my church shut up this is my wife but because your emotions are running your actions you're not a leader and leadership is a talent and Mary exudes leadership because Jesus doesn't say yes but she takes control of the narrative and says whatever he tells you to do do it I'm talking about the talent of leadership the talent of leadership it's talent I belong can I take time to lead them a little bit more time this ain't going exactly the way I thought I thought I'd rush through this and shout I'm going home but I'm somebody's pulling on my gift and pulling on my anointing they're pulling on my head I can feel you pulling me I can feel you pulling me deeper and deeper into the well I feel you pulling me I sit on the Executive Board of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce the first clergy ever to sit on the Executive Board of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce controls all the wealth of all the corporations that are interested in coming into our city they go to Japan they go to Israel they go all over the world trying to draw major corporations to create wealth in the city they sit up for hours trying to figure out what is necessary to do to bring talented people into our city they don't just want people they want people who are talented enough to respond to the needs of the corporation to create the chemistry of a marriage between a corporate lead and a ready employee and I'm listening that didn't have a discussion about how do we draw Thailand to our city see we have no classes on that so what we draw is problems you draw dysfunctional people because that's what you fish for because you still need to be needed you got to find somebody that's worse off than you to make you feel good about yourself and when God sends somebody who's really talented you get intimidated and as long as you're intimidated by somebody who's really talented you have stymied your growth can I go deeper true greatness recognizes greatness attracted to greatness can handle greatness has the capacity to work with greatness it's only small minded people that become a haters they don't hate you because they hate you they hate you because they're scared of you they hate you because you remind them of what they could have been had they worked a little bit of harder so I wanted to talk a little bit about the talent of leadership because I listened to them for hours talking about how do we draw the talent to make up the team that will reach my goal for every goal you need a team and you don't want people on the team who don't have the talent and then I want to talk about the talent of servitude because we don't recognize servitude as a talent but I've recognised servitude as a talent because I used to think that anybody could obey but some people can't follow instructions just because you hired somebody and put a warm body in a position that mean that they know how to carry out instructions you have to be talented to follow instructions so I was she goes from talking to leadership Mary to talking to servitude because until you bring leadership and servitude into alignment nothing is going to change in your life slot semantics change so she goes from talking the leadership the talent of leadership to the talent of servitude and she says whatever he tells you to do do it slap some and say do it don't think about it don't shout about it don't dance about it don't run all over the church about it don't talk in tongues about it do it you can talk in tongues all day long and never get it because you didn't do it you can run I'm down now but you'll never become it because you didn't do it and the Lord sent me all the way from Dallas down in Houston because somebody's getting ready to do it who am i preaching to in this room I'm preaching to somebody the stands on the precipice of a revolution I'm speaking as somebody that's getting ready to change into another dimension I'm speaking as somebody who's sick and tired of being sick of time and you get ready to do it how about somebody say I'm gonna do it come hell or high water I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it whether you like it or not I'm gonna do it whether you believe it or not i'ma do it whether you like me or not I'm gonna do it whether you help me about I'm tired of complaining about who don't like me who don't support me who's not with friend who's jealous of me who's a hater you can spend the rest of your life listing your haters or you can just do it slap three people and say do it you came here tonight because she's getting ready to do something you came here tonight because you're on the birds or something you came here tonight because commas get ready to do something amazing in your life but it will not happen till you stop chatting about it and do it God brought you here cuz you're getting ready to bust a move the devil is fighting you cuz you getting ready to bust a move hell is nervous cuz he's getting ready to bust a move saving is trembling cuz you get ready to bust a move divas are upset cuz you get ready to bust a move that's why your mama got sick your car broke down they fire up your job cuz hell is afraid you get ready to bust a move whoever prophet who you got 30 seconds to you've got a crazy praise a ridiculous way slap your neighbor and say get out of my way I'm getting ready to do it I gotta do it I gotta act it out I got a move on it I gotta escalate I gotta finish my course I gotta wrap it up I gotta move I got a schedule to get on I got out of my time somebody giving a fresh anointing I feel the spirit of revival falling in this place I feel the Holy Ghost breaking loose in the place there's somebody in the overflow that's talking in the Holy Ghost right now the power of the Spirit of God is all over the campus and if you got anywhere on the property if you were not one of those people that got turned away it's a sign that God is getting you gonna be preaching for a hungry church see I can tell a lot about the pastor by the level of the congregation to receive a certain level of word this is not the kind of message you can preach to a stupid church now sit on this egg till it hatches you got a vision you got a strategy the last thing God's going to do is give you the tools the tools are the trip switch when you get the tools that's something that's not supposed anybody who looked at your background would say there's no way that you could start out like you started out and end up where God is getting ready to take you you are not the right recipe you didn't start with the right stuff you didn't had the right beginning there's nothing about your pants at predicts your future you're not a grape waiting to be crushed you're not an apple that's gonna be apple cider in fact this is not even supposed to happen just somebody who's been through what you've been through we know you was water we saw you as water we pulled you out as water we looked at you as wanted jesus said you were water you were water you was hanging around water you was running with water we collected you from a bunch of water we pulled you out from other water you were surrounded by water you were selected in the midst of water all of your friends as water your mama was water your next-door neighbor was one of your first grade teacher with water we know it was water when it went in the pot jesus said take the pots and pour them into serving containers and go serve the people this is why she said whatever he tells you to do because God is getting ready to tell you to do something let me come down here God is getting ready to tell you to do something that don't make sense he who gathers knows its water he who poured it into the decanter knows its water that's why she said whatever he tells you to do do it it's because when you carrying it you know you're carrying water but you gotta have the faith to serve it like his wife now now now now now now now now now now the mystery at the mysterious marriage of Cana is that when they poured it out in the cup all the guests begin to drink it and they said you saved the best one for last the problem is we never know when oh where the water turns God said I'm gonna bring you into something you gonna change but you're not even gonna know when you did it you're not gonna be able knock it suspicious that the water turned into wine as it was poured out means you have to have the faith to pour it out as water trust in God that by the time they tasted not now I gotta talk to the preachers I'm gonna explain to you why you drove home feeling like a failure you drove home because you thought it was water and because you thought it was water you went home feeling like a nothing but they enough you put your dreams on hold waiting kept testing yourself to see if he was wine the enemy kept saying you don't have it you didn't start from wine material you and will never be wine you ain't nothin but water you've been abused you've been left you've been divorced you've been forsaken you had abortions you've been molested you ain't in the water and because you believe that you were water you never got served and you come to church Sunday after Sunday after Sunday hoping that you will become wise but every time you check it you see water but that's why you keep coming to church and making us work to making shout so that you can for a few minutes feel like why but by the time you get to the house the enemy keeps saying old girl you ain't number water [Music] watch this the Lord for them and you went back to your watery life because you're a preacher but you you never sell yourself as wine and you got a business but you don't really see yourself as a business person not really if you want to know how you see yourself show me who you run with you run with what you think you are so God said I keep putting you in wine situations but you keep having water behavior [Applause] and some of your wine opportunities you sabotage them because the people kept telling you you taste like wine but you keep looking down at yourself and saying but I look like water now I understand why this is Jesus first miracles because it is a miracle of becoming it is the transformative miracle of going from being a woman to being a wife of resting in what God gave you a feeling like you're enough it is that place in your life that you keep sabotaging because God keeps giving you wine situations and you keep responding with water behavior because you're scared you're scared you're scared you're scared you're scared you're terrified you are terrified that you are not enough [Applause] because you you hand it you saw it you experienced it you don't see yourself as wife you see yourself as water and every time you get in a wine situation you spent all of your energy talking your guests how to believe in that your wine oh I know you up to something I know you don't want me what you really say this I'm not worn herbal I'm water I must be water my daddy left me my mama didn't prefer me and no matter how many titles are getting how many positions I get I'm water and tonight God sent me from Dallas to tell you your wine to tell you you don't need more followers you don't need more friends you don't need to buy you some followers so that you will appear as wine the Lord sent me here to tell you that you got what it takes for what he's getting ready to do in real life it sounded complicated but it's really simple the Lord told me to tell you mature enough you're enough the Lord sent me here to tell you either you got it the Lord sent me here to pair you that you are going to affect people like wine and drive home like water that the mysterious wedding at Cana is a description of the dichotomous experience of your life that you will always feel like water to keep you humble so you won't be arrogant so you won't be beside yourself so you won't be to impress because of your effect is not going to line up with your experiences you're going to affect people in ways you don't even understand in spite of your experiences your experiences say your water but background that don't fit your pedigree they don't line up with your resume in fact God said I'm going to give you a houses that you didn't build I'm gonna give you a vineyards that you didn't grow stop running you'll never be a real woman a real mama somebody that your daughter can emulate it'll never happen as long as you're unstable your son will learn more about being a man by your stability than he ever will by your mouth do you hear me God knows I was going through something else but how many feel like this was the message God wanted you to so they took 30 gallons of water shut up oh gosh I I can't stand face to face with you because every time I stand face to face to you I feel what's going on in your belly and I feel what God is doing down on the inside down on the inside I sense the Holy Spirit doing something hallelujah there's a transformative process going on down in your belly in your spirit and they're saying this ain't gonna come off soon this is gonna go with you this is gonna be in the car with you this is gonna be in that secret place you go to pray that secret place you go to pray that secret place at a body shop adobo sha na na where you go to really well
