hi Olaf I'm glad for you to see me a guarantee from the paces jungle I just go ahead and cook getting father's chicken in our life Turtles to come aboard this is going to be through our teeth talk to we're going to cook bake up beef brisket and I'm gonna make a diabetic barbecue sauce a little lady you know we got a rice festival in in the California and I'd made a cooked of jambalaya with eggplant of vegetarian jambalaya and she says to why doesn't somebody put up a diabetic barbecue sauce on the market I was at the lady I'm gonna make you one and send it to you and I did and it's delicious nobody knows it's diabetic unless you tell them I'm gonna first start with this wonderful piece of beef brisket then on to it I'm gonna I'm gonna put it in this in this pot that's the easiest way for me to do this instead of doing thin and put it in here then I've got to wash my hand after I mess with it because I packed into this brisket garlic powder salt and cayenne pepper when you mess with that cayenne pepper you got to wash your hands after you do and you've been patting and playing with it so when you use my hands to put that in there because a little bit too big to use the fork and I'm gonna put it in there to start patting and patent it then around it I'm gonna pour this is a glass with half good Chablis drinking wine and I cook with it too and water so let me dry my hand a little bit first I put garlic powder we will put it on the know hand go get greedy you know it but I can take it over there come over there and got you they put this back hanging that little deal as they put on these dungarees just for me when I'm cooking this is garlic powder that we sprinkle on here and then Pat it in he got the patty a little bit garlic powder Justin Duffield yeah I'm gonna put salt salt and we'll Pat both of them at the same time believe it enough come on troll don't be acting like that you should get with it because you've got to get all over there that's a that's a about a nine pound brisket we have in here in the way I cook that I'll put it in the oven then started about 350 degrees for about 30 minutes then I turn the fire down to 200 degrees and let it cook all night don't even have to look at it now you going cayenne pepper I'm here baby there's nothing but pure cayenne pepper and cayenne peppers good for you if you don't use too much you use too much it's too damn hot to eat who's messing with at all now I got to Pat that in there getting there good baby then I'm gonna turn it over and do the same thing to the other side he's on there like a knife I ain't going I got to rinse my hand that's how come we got this right here just for me to rinse my hands and dry them on that dish towel get that I don't want that I am tougher to get into the pole to my skin you know sorry dry your hand like a nice little man alright and then I'm going to go back then put do the same thing and then come wash my hands again huh garlic powder just sprinkle it real nice like you'd put about the garlic powder you won't to it but this is as much as I want to put so that's what we're gonna put right now and salt and you got the salt these don't thing because if you don't taste like yeah years ago mmm point so get on there nice it's not gonna be too salty they don't know come on cayenne pepper let's get with the program all right try to quit over there then but I think that real quickly just bounce it on that's still real good that dinner now with this other hand I'm gonna pour this around not on it I'm not gonna put that on it you need to go all the way around that nice deep brisket and I'll tell you when you cook it all night oh no you didn't barbecue it all night they don't own the Cajun microwave I do that with it frequently and it comes out tasting about the same then you wash my hand before I do another thing get that oh you know that's hot if not about to do that we'll never talk for 40 minutes get over the other way partner now you need my hand drive I'm gonna put that in the oven hold leave it a little later put the lid on keep the lid on it [Music] get on there rice bowl you got you I'm gonna old loving home up there baby come here boy let's go into the oven like in my head little fella got you moving then just cook up a stall now I'll keep that in there about 30 minutes put yours on the overhead just to get out of my wing and then I'll put it on 3 2002 hundred put it on two hundred and let it cook all night now I'm going to make a barbecue sauce for diabetic people they don't told you a story about why we're gonna do it that's in this pot and I got the recipe with all of the ingredients in it right here and I'm gonna put it in there just like it said olive oil 2 tablespoons full that's not quite 1 tablespoon at 1 tablespoon Tue 2 tablespoons food and I'm going to turn the fire on under that right now hope I'll get the right one she did and I put this on a medium-low fire it's working I'm sure glad to give it out now into that I'm going to put a cup of liquefied on y'all regular onion and parsley and liquefied bell pepper a tablespoon full of garlic liquefied in a cup of fresh debate I'm gonna get all that in there no word nothing but I'm what I'm gonna do right now to put the onion the green onion and the bell couple and the part of it I don't need you resident fun you either come in we put this in here and started cooking this has to cook what quite a while nobody asked me is that spinach I mean I said spinach I love baby but not both I use olive oil because it's tough healthy nah no kidding paranoid rest of all that no correct getting there my hand to clean you saw me washing all right now that has all of the liquid side things I'm gonna put right now it's got garlic we'll go over this again with your cup of liquefied onions 1 cup of liquefied fresh parsley 1 cup of liquefied bell topple 2 tablespoon full of chopped garlic liquefied and put in there too that you know already that's right 1 cup of sugar free tomato sauce and feudin finally I found one and immediately I stamp not been able to find another so what I do i liquefied tomatoes there it is right there now I'm gonna put that in there to get it to something come here boy don't be messing the other like that now this is this is better I think than the canned ones you just have to use a food processor to do this only way to do it is with a food processor that's a little more than a cup I can tell but we had them so we just went ahead and put it in there right you get right in there so we don't take up too much space and we start whenever we add anything we stop that's the easy cooking believe it is oh man boom baby let's change the color a little bit from green green I'm no color expert but I don't know what these colors gonna be not gonna be greener that's cooking already you smell it I smell stir it up put it before it makes good night right I'd like to do that now in do this right now I'm gonna put a cup o equal you can't put sugar in it so I dissolved 2 teaspoons of equal that what this is right she looks like Claire water but it ain't it's equal tough and sugar getting him then go back over there and stir that boy got to stuff never anything so that to me didn't think he'll be liquefied but it is yeah now I'm gonna put a teaspoon full of dry mustard by two teaspoons full of dry mustard in water warm water so it would dissolve or resolve itself you know real quick like put that in there get out of there all of you now this can be awfully hot if you don't look out of course I don't always look I would like our Chinese mustard or English motives English mustard just drying this much you can get it move to any good grocery store put that in there like that I'm gonna put a cup of fresh freshly squeezed lemon juice and that is fresh lemon juice gonna be cured one wine it lemon juice that's a cup it worked - that helps helps the flavor stir it in and you said they got to cook just a long time that's the only big trouble with he got to cook it a long time but if you barbecue and you're out having fun you can have a beer while he's cooking I'll maybe forward three of them you know how it is and he knows start running like minded there when that had hot peppers that black that the red pepper know and then I'm gonna put in but teaspoon full of dried mint he's already in that in we did a couple a cup of pitted black olives and put that in there it's already in the drained and liquefied the food pasta into table spoon full of sugar free sugar free soy sauce that's gonna go in and I had a hard time finding that but I always read the labels in the Alma thought I don't eat anything we'd want a sodium glutamate identify help it's not helping no [Applause] there's not a deity would eat a lot of green is one will cook out and the color them being a different just so it tastes good I got that in there and got to put a little bit of cayenne pepper says 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper well I'm gonna put a quarter or that mustard in there that's got hot to it here's a quarter that's 1/4 teaspoon I'd bet money on it I really would know mmm-hmm looking good yachts meal smells good too oh I'd like to put the dr. pepper the head and all measured out there for me but I'm not gonna end I got nothing there huh guarantee your hat I'm gonna be sure got everything in there did all salt I've got to put salt in it he'll go red now it says two teaspoons that two tails and full of sugar free soy sauce and it is two teaspoons full of salt I think it needs a little bit more than that because I got a lot of stuff and I'm gonna put three teaspoons full of salt right now an old got you and it is three teaspoon this is one teaspoon I know a lot of people don't think I measured that key thing right but I can guarantee I do I will show you you didn't see that teaspoon full of so won't be sure got all the at one do three it's a little bit over tree in that'll make it taste real good I'll guarantee you that without salt it would not be good I just don't believe it would and I die like this I don't have diabetes but I make this every noun in because I like the flavor I like the flavor in the flavor to me is what counted now what I'm gonna do want to be sure got everything in it I've got the olive oil to put in there first I got the liquefied on your liquefied porcelain the liquefied Barrett Popoff liquefied chopped garlic and it's aside tomatoes 2 teaspoons fully equal dissolved in water 2 tsp for the dry mustard dissolved in a cup of water 1 cup of fresh lemon juice got that in there 1 teaspoon of dried minutes in there - let me see here now one cup of the Black Isle has been liquefied along with your faithful for the sugar fish sauce or got that got the cayenne pepper got the salt now all I want to do is just put the lid on there just to fire down real low and let it cook for two hours I take it in close to me maybe sure on Wartortle I know it says right here stop kidding me for about 30 minutes and the rest of the ingredients and cook for at least two hours I put them all in there coming out all right cook it for at least two hours and actually you got it medium I said one more once and I'm on just kind of you smell that it smells good yeah put this on here then this has to have those little lips on there so everything is in there then what I'm gonna do but sit down here and look at this deal and adjust that fire the way it's loadouts on medium-low right now that's too hot I don't want to cook fast I'm gonna put it on low and then I put it on simmer simmer simmer simmer but right now I'm going over there wipe this off the table don't be a messy cook it cook easy cooking that's all go over here and taste it and I'm gonna tell you all a couple of stories maybe tree you know it all depends on how I feel about it now that is the roast beef right there and it is good stuff here's the public use sauce and it's still warm I'm gonna put a little of that on that I got to tell you a true story that happened using years ago happened in 1952 and the reason I remember of course money wasn't so easy to get back that in you drink I got a friend who they discovered all along his place and you talk about a quick rescission he was a tall we're pumped all right made more money to spend the next day and that's rich so he went down to New Orleans and went to a big hotel down in the French Quarter got him a whole damn suitor room not with one room 302 room he's a big shot know you know don't
