[Music] hello there I'm Justin Wilson and whenever somebody comes up with a new contraption that makes cooking easier or more interesting you can bet that I will be one of the first to try so when plastic cooking bag was invented and a friend told me they'd reduce cooking time by about a third well I started experiment and I liked it not only does it take less time but the meats tastes better too it's a very good way to cook and I still do it looking back on this show which I've made many more more than 20 years ago for Mississippi educational TV I'm reminded of Catahoula dogs it is a wonderful breed of dog that became Louisiana's official state doe I can tell you these dogs of very great dogs they work as hog and cattle dogs they are also good watchdogs and very loyal and they can be gentle or mean depending on the way you train them they are hard-headed but smart I remember one that saved my little grandson from going out in the road where he might have been hurt the dog just got between him and the road and generally noticed him back to safety all the time SOT there in wine that needs just a little bit of salt you gotta admit that prettier oh wait a minute you know I because they could didn't know how to say it another thing we're gonna cook today his potatoes au gratin oh man that means potato gratin with wine from the day or gratin over but that but the story I want to tell him it's about meat with an indirect way I got a friend named Travis LaBelle who who's got a chicken farm great big chicken farm I guarantee but when he started out of one big no so what'd he do he stole just a few chicken in the Hall of then he built her a blacktop road by his house in an automobile go buddy zum-zum zum-zum just fast all the time and they kill all his chicken so from explode never cook anything over I say tree hundred and fifty degree it I got to go check that oven and see what I got it on right this minute to be sure I don't got no more than that but what I'm gonna did before I did that I was shoved it up for a cover-up real girl shook him back oh man but they're there like that and we're spread and plotted but let me go check my oven 350 the exact 350 all right now I'm gonna stop this roast with some garlic hot pepper in green on y'all put D down here where I can get at them now I got that red red warning I've got a little knife right here sharp punch a hole don't go all the way true knock on when turn it over and did the same thing putting them garlic down in there got a little cayenne pepper put them down in there to cut them off but it has green on y'all down in there with that whoo you man you talk about good now that's good punt you hold on whoop when you add their hold they have it go put a hole down put garlic on them all put them down in there real good on y'all down in there to cut them off I think I'm gonna leave it pop out you wrong but can pepper down in there chop off a little piece and put him in there which is pepper down in there good but another hold on you nope let's put it's a bone there that's just right right there put them garlic on that two piece in there in I got two kind of pepper this is a hot white pepper will put that down in there put it down in there and then it's a little piece on you ought to be sure we got some onion that Funyun too big we put one that's most small on the side with them garlic not in that so it'll look good and that damn punch a hole put the garlic on that put them onion down in there and I got a piece of peppermint put in there don't put all it on your name I just will give up and get on in the hole no got that there put them pepper now I'm not hot except around where the pepper is that's all put that down in there get them Darlene I'm garlic how you call put that there put Tupper right with it oh that's good meat so tender it meat so tender I guarantee put that down in there and we're gonna get a little onion and put on that too let's get a smaller one and one ran down put your morning in there like that yeah nice place for a little piece of garlic get right down next to the moon put the money in there too in a little piece of hot pepper put that on there oh boy now that pretty air and what I'm gonna did was thought in puppet his side and then I'm gonna turn it over and did the same thing to the other side that red pepper not much you see little boy not much no it's salt on that just saw the little we're only gonna Pat them salt on there real good let him hold up put a little more salt so go in got that there like that I'm gonna turn them over oh boy that's pretty media and it please right here I don't have a piece of garlic I know cuz I looked put him down put that pepper on there put the honey on there get in there and you don't be messing around with old you stand you might just well give up and going in there got it now right here I know I don't got some garlic put one down I remember from the other side what I don't put in motion of them hot pepper put alone yo in there with it too in red there right there that down to the bone no use in trying to put anything on it so what I'm gonna did put this back on here because I don't need some more of that put it back over that - out of my way now now what I'm gonna did salt and pepper just do see them got him going we have to go wash my hand and in his to the air on teeth man you scratch you I with him hot pepper on your hand is just too bad now I'm gonna put this on them bag spread the flower in the bottom so it won't be in one spot no put this beauty with piece of meat I did it put a piece of meat to one damn bag then I'm gonna close the bag up after I get everything else in you just badly gonna fit and it just done yeah Megan fit oh we got him now in here I got to put something else I got to put potato put them in there and the recipe calls for the minute potatoes you can put on that that's what you did but you don't want this you do not want this thing to haul off there and run over the side you don't want that to happen though if you want to you can put on your own in that - we're gonna put this powder mushrooms while I'm up you can put on your own in there that's pretty yeah I'm gonna put them cut out them how you call a carrot we call it cut off now we're out there and cut out in there and when tell you some that hot peppers getting to my here top them bag with a tie and it is punch some hold on the bag when even doesn't hold I'm gonna put on this bag and I don't want nothing to be bad about it don't want to explode yes what did it did if you don't got them whole I'll tell you that for true oh my hand is burning from hot pepper I'm gonna go get that off my hand and just another of a second - before I even put this in the oven I'm clean-cut fishing crab and shrimp and you get them to thin hold in your hand and hot pepper and salt get in there you do about it fast me no that's much more better I guarantee got that and now to punch the holes in the bag one two three oh five cease tip wheat nuff DS own swag give it to your both way now I'm gonna put this in the oven what 350 degrees no more putting it on here and let it cook for a bot well it depends on how you like you meat actually I'm gonna let that cook about three or two hour you see I had some potato left over didn't have room form that's how come I got him first of all we can put some olive oil in the bottom because it taste good number one number two you won't agree the bottom a little bit too then we're gonna run it around in this casserole dish real good running around in down even get some on the side as much as we possible could see now need that let smell good already whoo now I got some potato cut up and you see I got him under water yet I'll keep him under the water so it won't get bad in color brown ugly-looking I'm gonna put a layer potato sliced this like 10 put him layer in there not like potato chip no but but a little bit tickle put a layer of potato until I get this thing where I can be enough knows how to turn that around to come out even that's what you call being a good cook then you put a layer of on y'all sliced in my ass on your slides real tenth in Nice put it on top of them potato and boy I'll tell you it all good we like it true with this mmm onion can told me science is up pretty good get them onion on there like I'm dealing card you notice that they get added playing buoy with onion ring that's something where now I'm gonna put a little salt and pepper on this I sometimes put it on before the cheese sometime after that number put it on before this time look at it you got to watch you salt when you're cooking with tea now you treat kind of cheeses first of all I'm gonna put some Swiss cheese on this but there's a Swiss cheese on this then Romana this is Romano cheese put a layer that but that good on there oh man fool the secret of a good Oh gratin is plenty of cheese put it on there they've always you you're wrong how does it good old Americana rat cheese we put on it some people call it shadow I don't know what to mean that shadow but there's red cheese to me and you put this poke up I think I got full cup of American cheese - couple Romana one cup of Swiss cheese s WI SS Swiss cheese what can you cheat on that and make it good now I'm not only a potato deal them card get them on there guarantee that pretty air huh it tastes good people told me one time say you cookie with wine oh yeah guarantee - I'll come with wanna see because it tastes more better than with milk that's how come we'd wind you know better reading on oil you know tastes better than that you know deal them card as you think put them on yeah going patate yeah he and alia are in twin bed inventions get him on there what I call them all the time that's what they are oh man that's gonna be fine yeah put it on there like that some more come on you spit out that nice and neat oh that's put it in I guarantee that he put that on there like that we have a cup of onion leftover put that on them hamburgers sometime when I don't want nothing else to eat you know and they ain't nothing wrong with them Hamburg I guarantee I saw him puppet him good red pepper and salt put them cheese some old add him Swiss cheese put it on that but then parmesan there like that this is Romano just happened to be reminded that palming so put this on your like this oh you kid then that's pretty good geez now you know what I'm gonna did I'm gonna quit right there and put this in that oven I got hot in at 375 degree preheat oven that's what he did put that on that oven I'm gonna have to gonna rinse my hand nothing maybe I can widen at all here we go this heavy air is preheated at 375 degree you put that in there in about an hour or maybe a little bit more it's gonna be dead now right now though I'm gonna put myself down in this table after I slice just a little bit of this pot roast you notice how I got someone that cook already haha yeah just played a sneaky trick on you it sliced a little bit of this rolls off now what I do it I let that cool a little bit before I slice it because if you don't let that cool a little bit whoo you never get it's like over here I got for tot that out mushroom oh yeah and I cooking it on you on this one that does that not to put our cook green on your on this one instead of this kind got it on you all now the goal width is I got a little rice you know akkadian got to have a little rice iman a hamburger if possible give them right in right here I've got a little town oh man and that look good yeah come out of there oh yeah that's right put that there put a little gravy right here like this man that's from the Rose that Rose make its own gravy don't that fine oh let me sit myself down here and have my enjoys trying this just at least a little bit pull myself with and wine you know I got a friend what's got a little boy cheering and that little boy cheering just start to school last year six year old first time to go to school and he went to school the first day God himself harm the next morning and momma woke him up you see mama how coming only me let me
