Goes 7-2. In the hole on production. How could this have happened? *shocked pikachu face* Just use support arty. 60% of the value of line arty for 33% of the cost. And with SF first right, 110% of the value for 33% of the cost. And light tank recon making ersatz space marines is a much better return on your investment than line arty in minor-on-minor conflicts. (I meant to also mention this is the comment I left on the Guangxi guide, but forgot). The armor bonus causes your divisions to take 50% less damage while dishing out 40% more, which is typically equivalent or more damage than the arty add. It also has very good breakthrough, which your infantry are sorely lacking in. That's on top of the slightly less relevant piercing, and speed modifiers it provides. All for less than the cost of a pair of arty brigades.

With regards to your delayed naval invasion, you can send multiple invasions from the same port. It's typically better to do 5 individual invasions of 2 divisions each targeting a single tile than a single invasion of 10 divisions targeting 5 tiles. Specifically because it takes 14 days in parallel to plan the multiple individual invasions, whereas it takes 70 days to plan the singular large invasion. And while your troops were sitting on the Italian (Albanian) border, they should have been on a frontline gaining planning. That way, they storm the beaches with planning bonus. The extra attack and breakthrough is critical in naval invasions. Well, it would be if the Yugoslavians had any port defenses.

I get why you used infantry to push in your initial wars. But in1942 you have enough land and factories to produce at least a few tanks. Sure, the infantry can take the undefended border tiles, but as soon as the Germans show up to stop you, why would you not want to have tanks to meet them? Pushing with infantry against a fully manned line is just pure cancer. Especially as the Germans brought (shitty) tanks to meet your infantry head on. 7-2 don't push 10-0. Even 14-4 have trouble pushing 10-0. Make 10-0 of your own and breakthrough with tanks. Even if they're just lights, and get pierced by support at, at least they have the breakthrough to sustain an attack.

Really cool, can’t wait to see the videos you come out with for this dlc! As an aside, would you ever consider doing a video for “ships don’t lie”, I’ve been trying to do this but can’t ever seem to beat Venezuela and Peru.
