welcome back to the channel survivors today we're going to be diving back into some enshrouded as we have our first official update here and this one is a big one guys we're going to be going over everything you need to know that is new or modified here for the game as always if you guys are enjoying the content be sure to subscribe here on the channel to stay up to date with everything in right in as you guys can see like I said this is an extensive list of changes and modifications and updates and Bug fixes you name it now we're not going to read every single thing line for line but I'm going to try my best to go through as many of these as possible that I do see that are very important as always if you guys want to check out the full thing be sure to join the official and shrouded Discord head over here to the patch notes section channel so then you guys can read everything for yourselves as I do think it is definitely worth a read every time they drop these major updates so starting things off here in the stability and performance in the multi player and server section both of these sections are basically talking about you know them fixing several crash errors they're fixing several you know various random things that could potentially happen on a rare occasion to certain players well it looks like they're pretty much just you know squashing a lot of those things adding in a lot more stability and performance to how the game runs smoothly one of the major ones is they fixed an issue that sometimes prevented successful logging into a dedicated server so hopefully they have officially squashed that as it says here they fixed it and then that you guys if you were having any of those issues could dive right into the game now next up we have the rendering they've improved the instance where too low of resolution of textures was being used on objects in the world I did experience this one quite often especially after doing a lot of fast traveling in a short time span it did seem to happen more often when I would do that and I just experienced this as early as last night on last night's live stream so again happy to see that one as officially addressed moving on to the game World changes they talk about the timer of the reset of content in the game world has been low L to 30 minutes the reset still only occurs while no players are in the direct vicinity of that part of the world that needs resetting they're specifically talking about you know when you clear out a town and all of its chest and kill all the enemies that's what they're referring to as long as you are out of basically rendering distance from that town and pretty much just you know not anywhere close in the vicinity as it says on a re on a 30 minute reset timer you could go back and then all the stuff should be respawned back there including the chest and the enemies to then Rel loot everything and kill those mobs it's a great way to actually continue farming out gear and resources in the game and it does give you the ability to discover some awesome loot they mentioned they fixed an issue that sometimes led to a block door at the entrance of the cinder Vault starting location has been fixed they talk about how they had added a few more terrain material deposits and key locations they've improved the visibility of Amber nodes and added a few locations in the game world where Amber can now be found and I know that was a big one a lot of people were struggling to see what the Amber nodes actually looked like in the game myself included I had an entire almost live stream dedicated to finding Amber because that was the stage of the game that we were at and I just simply did not have any clue of what it looked like or where it was located additionally they've improved the scattering of tumble weeds in the Nomad Heights several points of interest have been polished concerning visuals Chest locations and gameplay now I know this was a big one there was a couple of really awesome you know badass locations we discovered but it was missing a chest or two or lackluster on loot in general they fixed several areas in the world where the path was blocked by dirt and they improved the visuals for the ground fog and adding more ground fog to the rebel woods and I think when it comes to all these Game World changes I think it's a big W I like all the individual changes so far so good I haven't seen anything that I'm questionable about and I think this does really show that the developers are paying attention to what players are interacting with and potentially complaining about now moving on to the gameplay section this is the biggest section but it does have a lot of really important key things the very first one is the recipe for the rake is now correctly unlocked I know a lot of people had this issue myself included not even being able to see the recipe for the rake and where you can craft it but I did happen to get lucky one time and it did show up in my inventory for me to at least craft one of them Additionally the first magical storage chest is now available earlier in the crafting progression for further information visit your local blacksmith the crafting Quest from the blacksmith now includes armor pieces in its completion requirement it also autocompletes after clearing the first elixir well the second tier glider the advanced glider can now be crafted earlier in the crafting progression they fixed an issue with a quest about upgrading equipment that allowed completion without having all the required runes when upgrading equipment the necessary runes are now also taken from the magical storage chest ooh that is a beautiful one here cuz those magical storage chests are technically dedicated storage therefore you don't have to go to those those chests and pull out the items and then go to the crafting bench instead you can actually just utilize the crafting benches and stations as long as they're within the vicinity of your altar and then you can technically pull out those resources automatically from the magical storage chest so this is really nice that they have finally Incorporated runes to also function the same way additionally they have lowered the cost for 10 bars to align them with these similar recipes they fixed a few incorrect ingredients in the tier four recipes they fixed a bug where stamina for jumping wasn't deducted correctly with certain items selected in the action bar now your normal jump will always cost nothing while a Sprint jump and a double jump will always use the intended stamina cost very interesting here and this one is huge man especially for magic users if you guys are not double jumping or Sprint jumping but just jumping in general it's not going to consume stamina which again is really really nice for the shield and W method that I dropped in my in my most recent video now you can add jumping to that list as long as you're not double jumping or Sprint jumping this also will not consume your stamina and take away from your blocking next they fixed a bug where players could seamlessly chain long Sprint jumps and therefore Traverse the map faster than intended now it is required to take a short runup for every long Sprint jump that's going to be interesting to test out in the game they fixed a bug where players could interact with hook anchors behind the player's camera I did experience this one and I'm glad that it's actually fixed they fixed a bug where using a glider could allow the player to use hook anchors from a longer distance than intended they fixed a bug where interacting with a bed could lead to the player character floating upwards continuously that was a little joke in a little Tik Tok video that they made um showcasing a creator that had done this and it was actually pretty funny but uh it looks like they finally got that Under Wraps they fixed the warrior skill absorb and unfortunately guys we got our very first NERF as they have nerfed the skill water Aura for the wizard tree it was just too good they claim man dude gone are the days that I was able to utilize my wizard build and stack on this water Aura dude it was Bonkers I almost never had to use a healing potion because yes as the description says it was just too good additionally they buff the tier three ice bolt spell by adding area damage ooh we're going to have to try try and test that one out I think I do have the tier three spell potentially already crafted and ready to go it says they fix several incorrect item levels for weapons they reduce the damage from some poison attacks especially the poison attack from the scavenger matron that caused too much damage now it did hit really hard when it came to hitting getting hit by that poison but if you guys utilize my cheese guide on how to cheese it it is very easy to avoid getting hit by those poison attacks additionally they fix Collision issues with the fell spinning plant bats should now spawn more reliably they fix several instances of enemy sounds that were played too loudly in multiplayer they fix several sound effects have been fixed and improved they fixed two incorrect weapon models and they also fixed a few visual issues with armors and last but not least they have some Chang es for building and terraforming and the UI changes now I'm not going to read all of this stuff because it is quite in my opinion you know small little tiny minute things that just makes your experience a little bit better um so if you guys are interested maybe you're Builders and terraformers and stuff you might want to read the full section for yourself but I want to point out a couple of things that I thought were very important one that was they fixed a way to bypass maximum of bases that the current flame level would normally support that one is a big one I know a lot of people were complaining about that and I know they're glad that it is a finally fixed additionally they have fixed a bug where the action bar couldn't be cycled with the mouse wheel while holding control now this one was a really pain in the ass I did have this several different times and I'm glad that hopefully this bug is officially squashed and now you can scroll the hot bar holding control a lot smoother and additionally I want to mention they fixed several text issues for weapons and armor stats that was super annoying and then also they fixed several smaller text issues hopefully allowing the text to be a little bit bigger and more legible on certain items and that's officially a wrap guys I know the video was a little bit longer than what I typically upload here on the channel but it is the very first patch notes and updates for in shrouded I was really really excited as I have loved and been enjoying my playtime here in this game and I'm really excited to see where the developers take it here further as so far as my overall thoughts on the update I think it's really good I think they've paid attention a lot to what the players are utilizing what they're struggling with the most what they're complaining about you know taking all the feedback that players have mentioned to them and they've really stepped up the game here and you know implementing a lot of things that players are wanting and I really really can't wait for them to start implementing some new and additional content in the game as time goes on you guys let me know what your thoughts are down below as always as always don't forget to like
