DEAD PEOPLE FOUND In Abandoned House!?! THIS GETS WEIRD!

[Music] alright guys today's video is something that we have never done here on bronze finds so a lot of you will know that we use so auction house about two months ago but it burned to the ground we've owned that company for about five years a big part of what we do is outside of the storage unit game we actually do lots of liquidating the state's businesses we buy large collections I mean there is a lot of facets of our business that any of you new people have not seen but even you old people have not been on an adventure like this on this channel this is the age of the Internet so what I'm about to do is take you and do some old-school pickin not searching for on the Internet streamline in the system we are going out to a property about an hour and a half out of Dallas Texas and we are I'm talking mud snakes critters scorpions mountain lions all kinds of stuff so we are literally going out I haven't been here I've seen a few pictures we're gonna go and see how we can help one of our friends slash clients and see how we can help them liquidate this entire property [Music] alright guys so we are at a small little gas station here why right we're in white right so anyway we are going to take a pee-pee because I'm not sure that the plumbing works out there I've grabbed a snack alright guys so we got to do something kind of cool we were in there Gina was in the bathroom I'm not gonna show her face Lex I'm not gonna show her off she's back there pumping her gas but this lady was in there and wanted to know she could borrow money and she was gonna send it back but so she was trapped out here she said she lives out by us and she was walking pump to pump like asking people for gas money and so when she walked out the store acid I said does she need gas money and the clerk said yes I said just put 20 on the pump so anyway I just went out here she was trying to ask another guy if she could borrow it and anyway so scammer to the truck she got my information I told her I didn't want the money back but she said she's got plenty of money she just forgot and she did have her wallet or purse um I've been there I've honestly I've been trapped places without my wallet I'm king of not having money or cards I get relate with this I hey she's gonna get home she started crying she want anyway I gave her mine she was assuming money that's wrong but I didn't money back because I've been there done that so anyway get her good deed for the day yeah she did she started crying she started going up the drug anyway she wants to back I believed her she's I believe you girl Gina are gonna be doing is when we go up to these properties we like to get her to get her calculator out and I kind of get an idea of how many lots and then I'll kind of come up with a lot a verge because in this type of business right you can get out you can do a job if you do not get it do a good job at assessing it you're gonna lose your but on labor costs on supplies on trucks things like that so you always have to do a very smart analysis all right so look looks like we have some furniture in here this is actually stuff right now settling pretty good so nobody's lived here for a year what's wrapped in that thing okay it's not a body very good you look at yeah you can tell they redid the wood down there that's very typical in older furniture they'd have to re-raise strengthen the bottom where the cushions work because if Springs and stuff would give out so a lot of people take the springs out and they'll cut wood like this so yeah this could be a very salvageable nice [ __ ] great guys for like if you have a cabin or hunting property or something these old cast-iron stoves here's an old-school amp looks like old-school jacks these actually can clean up and go for a good older friggin thingamajig ease I don't like some good snips a lot of people take these and though they'll make banks and stuff out of these we'll redo them all post office boxes stuff like that yes look over here so yeah that's nice little stand cute yeah that's probably B's I think these were real big in the 70s maybe 82 because I had one Oh No look yes 1959 yeah it's got a little rust on it but hey if you born in 1959 you got rust on you too wieners all right guys so we are pulling out here's the dang deal so we are gonna pick three dates over the next two weeks we're gonna work out a date where we're gonna come out here with the team we're gonna make truck supplies the cool thing about this one is is normally in these situation guys they want you to take everything and this is far out here the junk probably outweighs the good by a good 60 to 40 percent maybe 70/30 I don't know oh I got opening all right so check it out we're gonna make a date with Rodney we are gonna come back out here like I said with the team we're gonna box everything up the sellable stuff will dust it off clean it up pack it up we're gonna take it back hopefully to our new building in Garland and then
