Breathtaking Abandoned 18th Century French Mansion - Discovered on Accident!

[Music] hey [Music] now [Music] um [Music] um welcome back everybody welcome back to the channel of the bros of dk i'm sitting here today in front of a french manoa castle i would say it's more like a castle but this place is something like that you probably haven't seen before in your life and probably isn't out there on youtube sometimes i go around uh friends and other places around the world and i check on google maps to see and find places that are abandoned but that was not the case yesterday yesterday i went to go get some pizza at this town over here and i drove past this manoa and i thought to myself this is probably abandoned so i hopped over the wall to see if it's really abandoned and it was open and inside there were millions of dollars and of antiques just left behind to me this is one of the craziest no this is by far the craziest place i've ever explored in my five years of exploring abandoned places and what you're going to see here today is just out of this world so keep watching this video till the end because you don't want to miss any part of this so let's go exploring the sun is shining on the building and it's magnificent in the morning glory over here the birds are chirping away it's situated here in this backyard of yeah this whole mansion as you can see this place is just huge first gonna take you throughout the backyard before i'm gonna show you the inside of this incredible manual okay this is the back side of the place as you can see wow and the garden over here has completely overgrown over the years but there is another building that i want to show first before i go into the main part as you could see and for that we have to go through the backyard over here and here in the backyard of the castle there would be the servant's house and the servant's house he had the servants of the castle would live and they would they didn't live together with the with the owner of the place and this is also where they stored the horses and the horse carriages as well as you can see inside of here that would be the horses and probably as well the horse carriages but they have been taken out we have even more over here not that much okay i think it now is time to go inside of the main castle okay pretty difficult yes we are inside the world we live in holds more treasures than first thought when we start looking we can uncover history that has been locked away for the seniors [Music] today we will roam through the rooms of a grand french manor that has been built in the beginning of the 19th century [Music] every single corner of this massive place holds ancient relics and antiques that award an infinite amount of money [Music] artifacts and memories of the former owners are scattered all throughout the matter [Music] why is this place abandoned what happened to its owners and who will claim the valuables inside of this place those mysterious questions we will answer and in our walkthrough of this wonderful place and with that window you can see that i definitely didn't break inside of this place lots of people are gonna comment that this place is not abandoned but it definitely is somebody left it behind and we're now going to figure out why that is but the first thing i want to point out inside this place is that there are all these stickers on abandoned antiques that are left inside of this place they probably were ready to go to auction and then something happened with the person that lived inside of this place but i'm going to excuse myself beforehand because i'm going to say 100 000 times amazing inside of this place but it truly is amazing that something like this can be left behind in a world where equality is not yet for everybody and these people seem to just don't care about the millions of dollars that they own and some people are starving around the world so keep that in mind and yeah with that being said let's start exploring this place the first room that we've just entered into through the window over there seems to be like some sort of a bedroom for the former owners there are even some clothes left behind on the bed so uh there we have this little jacket on the bed so maybe they slept downstairs here i'm gonna presume that maybe we're old and couldn't go upstairs anymore that's why i needed to have their beds move downstairs we have this painting over here on the wall there's no signature on it hmm just have a look at this room already got this sofa over here this little couch [Music] all the items in here have these stickers to tell which auction number it is fireplace with some flowers on top beautiful piece and then we have this table which i'm not going to in-depth on but i'm going to look for some items on here that i can show but there might be some addresses on here so i'm gonna be careful [Music] oh my gosh let's have a look at this postage stamp that i just found from cnes this is uh an international post-it stamp from 1962-1982 crazy but what i just found out from looking around the papers on this table is that this place probably went abandoned in 1979 what seems quite unreasonable for me because there are dead notes about and there's even an address on it that say that mr merloe lived here and that he passed away but i don't think that this place has been abandoned for 40 years that seems too long to me then we also have this antique cabinet up here with this lamp this beautiful quartz slam what a masterpiece gonna show it from another angle a mirror above it okay and then we enter into the hallway the hallway is a masterpiece in itself first off we have the oak stairway here leading up to the two flights of stairs that we're gonna show you in a minute but over here look they got a face on top of the stairway the light is just shining into the building it gives a unique feeling to it you have this egyptian chair over here it's a beautiful piece let's go further into the hallway a statue of a woman and there was a signature on the back i just saw look at this let's have a look at the signature on the back gotta be a bit careful turning it see valentin or paris so it's made in paris i don't want to break this at all because it's probably worth 100 000 or something like that when we first entered into the building we could not believe that this place was abandoned i just couldn't believe it wow now we have the gold-plated mirror here featuring the hallway in its own right and then over here in this room this is the dining room of the place and line it up a big dining room where important people were gather around the table wow i also think that this place used to be used as a display to show off the auction pieces you have all these pencils here forks and spoons probably silver ones i love to build in coughed in marble and now with the face on top of here of the statue presenting itself [Music] cups and blades and all the things in the closets and another beautiful mirror up there wow number 87 on the auction this place also features a kitchen wow look at the spider webs that are covering the ceiling over here it's just insane the kitchen looks quite decay to me and also doesn't represent this place at all this looks like not oh it's a full marble top kitchen so i might be a little bit wrong over there but yeah it also looks like somebody used to live in this place there are some plates and cups left behind and there is some sort of life inside of this place even some food here over here and here as well but completely covered in spider webs even some liquor bottles down there and they got their own fireplace in the kitchen of course [Music] in the kitchen there are no stickers for the auction so don't think they would present any things in here that would be sold then from the kitchen we walk into another bathroom this is one of the bottoms of the place wow maybe some shoes here in the bidet [Music] i have to be a bit careful in here because it's a bit moldy double sink let's see if there's any medica ces somebody used to live in this place let's look at the walls maybe they can find a date on there or something like that there's nothing on it i hear some medicine 2015 okay this one is from 2015. okay so yeah that seems more reasonable than 1979 to me back in the hallway right now but the room we are entering into right now is just something out of this world just take a look and take it all in this place is what oh no completely filled with antiques and chandeliers here on the floor this is one of those storage rooms i think i was talking about or that this house used to be as display or storage for antiques no way let's go through this room and show you what's left behind in here beautiful painting ah this is chinese men face number 13 on the auction i also quite love the curtains but here on the window besides the window wow beautiful upholstery chairs look at this wing piano isn't that just crazy how it is designed it's like half a winged piano and it also looks more like a grand piano [Music] let's see what's written on here it's made in strasbourg germany it was the fifth item on the auction oh my gosh let's be careful not to destroy anything in here [Music] now we have another painting up here these faces can sell up to 100 000 and it's just left in here forgotten wow [Music] i can just come in here and take this with me if i want but of course i'm not gonna do that woman here on the fireplace with this incredible mirror on top of it and then there's one more room here to the side and this looks more like a room where people used to live inside of let's have a look around this place see there's even some stuff left behind here in the cabinets coffee grinder up here a few papers which i'm not going into because i don't want to reveal the location of this place excuse me for that [Music] beautiful clock face [Music] wow here to the side there is some sort of a collection look at this oh wow also rocks here to decide a rock collection as well more vases more plates a beautiful mirror on top of it this piano looks out of his place in this building but it's probably worth lots of money as well eisenberg i've never seen that brand before dogs licking a rabbit and look at these swords above the fireplace over here they're just magnificent just hanging there when we first got into this place we thought that this cat was real because if you move around you can see his eyes are moving with you it always looks at you the cabinet completely carved out of wood uh out of oak excuse me oh what's this looks like some sort of a pouch photo how this was for a photo camera over here we're gonna share the table with this channel here on top of it can keep going through this place for hours and hours hmm this looks like a door to the basement oh damn it's closed up i've even got an auction piece above it but uh yeah let's head upstairs this beautiful stair right now where we're at now and let's see what we can find out there let's have a look at this masterpiece we've got a share over here middle of the stairway let's go ahead first little left because my friends are here probably upstairs taking pictures got another bathroom more cabinets with medical supplies of the former owners [Music] wow this one is quite empty something like we not have not seen before in this place there's only this couch inside of here okay let's go to the other bathroom because i hope that one is better i've not been upstairs here right now so uh it's also a surprise all of this for me look at this one in the middle of the room there's this sword left behind [Music] what oh my gosh spiderwebs covering it there's a horse engraving on here let's place this back nicely oh my gosh we also got these swords here on the wall oh my gosh and this side is another one look at this grand share over here with a person that lived here good in the morning dressed themselves up there's some bullets on over here on the coffee table wow a german drinking pot it has its place for auction maybe somebody lived in this place and then he died or he passed away and they decided to auction off all the stuff inside of this place but just haven't come through it or haven't agreed on something wow an armored crest over here look at this clock face on top of the mirror on top of the fireplace over here this one is just magnificent and i placed it even in the glass top so to protect it from dust or anything wow a dad that looked like shark toots shark teeth hanging there on the wall let me just go a little bit closer you can have an impression of it whoa what do we have down here vicking drinking horns or horn to blow on not 100 sure i also got some gas masks here to the side of the stove another one over here a glove overnight with a sword behind it no way gonna go a little bit closer so you can get an impression of it how beautiful this piece is and in the middle of the room presenting this room is the bed yeah i think this was the case this is a person has lived in this place and he passed away and they labeled all the things for auction but didn't work out there's a gun on here i probably never holding something like this again in my life [Music] okay and the chandelier of course never to forget the chandelier and all the five years that i've been exploring places around the world something like this has never happened to me that i found a place with so much antique inside me and william were just looking at the auction site that offers these antiques they are not on there anymore but there are similar pieces and yeah cabinets like this one go for thousands of euros and it's just insane look at this beautiful piece reader night inquest in here night carvings okay and then we enter into one of the most beautiful bedrooms wow just have a look at this one tell us telescope over here small one they probably use it on boats lovely cabinet down here [Music] nicely chair in the corner i also love this one very very much this represents the french countryside there's even a key to it let's try to open it up it doesn't want to open up anymore maybe the top one no also not possible this incredible fireplace here i mean i'm just check this clock this one is worth around two and a half thousand euros these faces as well look over here there's a chocolate animal up here let's see oh this is expired in 2008 it's even already moldy whoa [Music] pictures and everything oh we got the first picture of somebody inside of the place here look at this man it was mine he might have been the owner he looks pretty old in this picture already so he might have been the owner of this place let's open this one up there's even some money left in here wow this is not these are old-school belgian franks unbelievable and then above the bed we have this beautiful painting a newly born angel into the world and this piece up there this piece of antique used to hold the curtains that went over the bed but they are not present anymore okay let's go back here's the bathroom of this this bedroom there's another picture in here but this one is of a fork have a look at this i want to show you the whole house but the video is probably going to be like one hour long not my usual videos but i make an exception for this one and i just want to show everything inside of this place chandelier up here wow the cabinet the mirror as well [Music] back into the hallway and this bedroom at the end there looks even more insane than the other one this one looks to be more like a kid's bedroom you can see the curtains are very small there will be a single bed in here there's this picture up here from this ladies from this little girl up here our polish animal is still here doggy horse riding cap let's look inside of here all the clothes of this little lady this little girl are still here in the cabinet wow you got these two lamb statues of these little girls top of the fireplace are all these different statues we have another one of those let's see let's open one up they would yeah they would be used to have calculate the money they were for accountancy back in the day i may be also used as a desk but they also had like these little hiding spots for i'm not sure how it works exactly but i think if you pull out this one and then you open this one up there's a little hiding spot for your money down here and stuff like that and back there there's another one so you can hide money inside of here and nobody knows where your money is see this is how it works voila and then you close it up you lock the damn thing and you're safe wow skeletal sculpture of a lady on top of it there are even more few children toys let's have a look in her bathroom wow okay then from here we go further into the house i think i covered this whole floor so now it's time to take a look up there i stopped here on the stairway to just show you all the animal hats that are hanging up here i also like is this face here in front of the window this thing is huge you can you can't really tell it from the video but it's at least one meter high wow look down here the flights of stairs okay welcome to the top floor of this magnificent mansion two upholstery chairs over here in the corner i'm going to start off over here on this side some sort of a ladder here maybe to go to the roof of the place the skylight you're lighting up the place in the middle of it wow beautiful mirror then we enter into a bathroom pretty basic one actually this is what i believe a slate bed of a sled bed okay people told me in the comment section i'll say always very nice if people correct me and say like this is this piece in the oventique and that's that's please antique do it as well in this place because it's really helpful for me it used to be a mirror or this is a frame for a photo or something like that the building is getting a bit moldy over the years right now yes too bad for such a nice building even the door knobs in this place are from gold wow then we have the cabinet inside of this room the closet excuse me i had from a lady and some other stuff down there down here is the toilet but i'm not gonna show that okay me and william just ventured into this bureau probably of the owner of this place but we found this stone collection here to the side and we were both very interested in it when he was opening up some something what is it just choice just twist small stones in there what you also found stones from 1948 oh wow look over here it says 1941 1939 these were probably just collected somewhere around the world trays and trays of different kinds of stones okay besides the stone collection this room we also got some other things and this was probably the bureau of the owner of this place where we arranged all this stuff oh wow there are some pictures in here be careful there's this man fishing on a boat in 2004 wow look at this desk up here i love this calendar thingy twist it like that if you push it and it changes the month i think stamp oh no a flattener excuse me there's this little cabinet here to the side all this stuff no clue what this was used for oh this is a smoking vibe excuse me wow and the bouquets over here filled with books wow lovely bedroom still made that some umbrellas on there i also lost i love this treasure chest let's open it up there's a calendar in here a renaissance canal pulsed chair here to the side they had their own sink and bidet in their bedroom perfume bottles and everything look at this spinning wheel down here wow such a unique piece and the display cabinet as well oh this one is pretty dark this is one of the most beautiful bedrooms of this place let's venture inside [Music] this was no bedroom this was yeah more like a relaxing room a piano room you can see they had this piano over here it's from versailles oh this is from the palace of versailles in paris no way look at this piece they even got a clot to cover the keys of the piano different puppets up here gold street chair that side what are these they look like some of asian tennis records or ping pong records or something like that very interesting i sing a sewing machine here to the side those we come across quite often actually so this is not really that special in my eyes but it has a unique setup with the chair in front of it a little desk probably for a child looks like some sort of a box but it's actually not a box whole different magazines here in the cabinet wow let's have a look at this one oh this one is locked this hides some secrets behind it i think oh no why is it locked i want to see what's behind there even more more valuable so behind that maybe crazy let's have a look in here another bathroom you can see even the spider webs are still inside of this place and nobody has walked in here for months or even years by now little cabinet picture of a horse this one is really not that special a slate bed wow through the hallway and then we go into the dresser of the person that lived here the dressing room wow that's so special let's see if that glows yeah everything is still left behind here all the bags and what are these quite interesting this one of you one it looks like wallpaper oh yes it's wallpaper you can see wallpaper rolls down here another one dresser now over here we got the clothes of the person wow these are pretty fancy clothes oh my gosh animal skin clothes oh oh that's dirty damn even smells like animals i've got the last one let's sit down here on the chair rest for a bit because this was a pretty long video but i loved every part of it this place was just mind-blowing when i came in here yesterday at night and saw what i was just what i explored and what i found yeah i could not believe my eyes but now i filmed it all and i hope you guys enjoyed this incredible french manual or castle oreo however you want to call it if you liked it
