so there's a new narcotic on the street and it's tearing our city apart and whoever the kingpin is on this is doing a really good job hiding under the radar because this is the only sample we've been able to get now there have been multiple overdoses on these in the past few days alone so if we don't get this criminal things are going to get bad lots of people may die something you want to say cole i'm sorry chief but why are we supposed to feel bad again these people are just a bunch of druggies they're not taking red pills they'll be taking blue pills it's always going to be something they're still human beings all right if you don't care about the victims let me add that the person who helps capture this criminal will be the first cop in line for a promotion which also comes with a big pay increase that's all you had to say chief i'll be the one bringing in the bad guy even with no partner oh thanks for saying that because that brings me to my latest update we finally found why isn't he in handcuffs that man is the one behind all this cole was the one who framed roberts just like he was the last time too officer cole is the kingpin what no that's not possible cole is my
