CAUGHT COMPETITION SLEEPING! I bought a locker at midnight at an online abandoned storage auction

this is a 10 by 25 all right this is a big locker something i'm not going to show it to you it's behind me and then i'm really excited all of a sudden my adrenaline was pumping it was hard to go to bed afterwards this time the competition literally was sleeping ion block rocker that's kind of neat oh locker food challenge anybody oh yes look at that nickels we got some money 1960 to 2019 that's 59 years guys but you know what that's raider math right there let's see oh yeah got a tablet that's an old piece oh it's like a cart what's in here all right locker nuts i am so excited it is early early morning got a unit paid twenty one hundred and ten dollars plus fees i'll put that number up here because the ten percent fee i don't do that math this early in the morning it's not that early in the morning but it's like before 10 am so we got this one late last night there's a whole story behind that but before we get into it let's pop this open and take our first peaks i'm excited are you excited let's get in it this one's still got the security tag on it you guys ready to see yes all right here are the first peaks at this locker this is a 10 by 25 all right this is a big locker big locker what is this a cola royal crown cola little looks like an old refrigerator dispenser or something uh oh look right there i think that looks like albums all right some records vinyls let's move this guy oh what's this this is a little boombox or you know like a portable speaker i thought it was like a file like a rolling file thing oh nice okay that's good so these guys are moving in right down here we're gonna have that noise of course of course all right so we've got some records let me get some chinese checkers got some games over there that box is office home beer kit all right let's see some harry potter right there see that ah yes jersey right there jersey that's good no lights in here it's getting a little dark back here okay let's back up real quick let's not get too far into it because uh tricycle old like rusty tricycle has got a cool look to it like that here's a oh an electric lawnmower craftsman all right this is uh april so it's a good time to sell that you know spring why is this something i'm not gonna show it to you it's behind me and then i'm really excited all of a sudden oh this is a marin bike right here uh it looks a little it looks a little crusty but marin is a good brand palisades it was probably a decent bike we'll probably still get a hundred bucks for it because again it is april it's a good time to sell the outdoor stuff springtime okay and then uh see extension cords ooh look at makita right there there's another boom box ooh that's good i got makita tools so my battery will likely work look at this old uh this old dolly right here that's interesting i like seeing the older stuff these oak chairs right here it's kind of funny because they look just like the ones that we found in that um beanie baby locker they're nice they get the carved there's some bar stools i like that oh folding folding table that's great always need more of those for the flea market oh i'm excited guys this is this is good yeah the fact that i can walk this far into it well that's that's good it's great it's nice and organized i like to see organization but it also means that it's not that much stuff right if the one i just got the beanie babies bought a month ago that's a 10 by 30 and it was stacked to the roof the whole thing took me a month to get through it this one's going to take me a couple weeks probably coca-cola lamp back there this kind of lampshade there's an rc car right there it looks like yes yes okay the jnb bottle right there so the description on this one said uh bar supplies bar supplies and i'm trying to understand why they said that oh look at this big old rc car right here a little record player but this is what i was excited to see around here oh oh it's a safe it's a safe it's a safe it's a server i saw this from the side over here in the photos it was really dark you could not see this i couldn't see it anyways and i'm like that looks like a safe that could be a safe or it could be a little refrigerator or something or just a file box that's a stinking fire safe i'm excited about that right there oh look at this seagram seagram's mirror this was funny because we sold a mirror kind of like that last night in our live auction there's a nice wall map there in the frame okay some of these maybe this one they thought was bar supplies because that or this oh look at this coca-cola refrigerator i know i'm hoping this has a glass door let's see what is this yes glass door awesome the plywood plywood was in front of it and i figured that was to keep it protected you know so the glass doesn't get broken that's a beautiful beautiful little fridge here what's good about these is you you know you can use this in your man cave you can use this in your garage you can also use this in a business you know if you have like a little deli or sandwich shop or something put this out there at the point of purchase uh people grab their drinks and add it to their to their order that's a nice really nice neon sign right there nickelodeon oh raiders oh i did see right look at those five gallon buckets back there said raiders i knew the guy had some stuff all right tailgate toss a little cornhole game and then paper dartboard with the nfl nice i gotta say i'm very happy to have security locker i'm pretty much out of lockers and uh getting closer to out of inventory i mean i have some flea market stuff we don't have stuff for our live auctions and um i don't have anything to go through i don't have anything to film so this is good timing for me and big enough locker this will keep me busy i think for a little while at least a week or two it's not as big as the other one there's plenty plenty here to to have some fun with all right i hope you guys are down with that i hope you're going to be coming back watching me go through all this stuff because i think it's going to be fun why'd i get it so cheap this is the interesting part this is that old adage you snooze you lose this auction for some reason was set to expire at midnight so 12 a.m but i'll tell you i almost missed it because and i i only caught it late yesterday when i was like okay let me plan my day out tomorrow i'm watching a few units let me see when those come up and let me see the order and then i saw that this one's at 12 a.m and i'm like what how bizarre so um i stayed up till midnight and i thought it was going to go crazy at the end like it always does we see things double triple quadruple in the last five minutes this time is at 1900 pretty much all night in the last few minutes i i put my bid in at 2200 it went up to like 20 100 i think there was one more bid that came in for like 10 more that's it there's no frenzy i got it i was actually a little bit astonished last night but nevertheless my adrenaline was pumping it was hard to go to bed afterwards because i was jazzed but i knew i had to get down here right away in the morning and pay for this and secure this locker because these things have been getting canceled a lot but anyways that's the story behind it usually when i pick up something cheap i say my competition was sleeping on this one they were sleeping on this one this time the competition literally was sleeping literally physically asleep because of the time uh on this one i'm jazzed this is gonna be fun you know i got to get home and start packing up all the stuff we sold last night in our live auction but let me do a little bit of digging i'm gonna get the gopro on and uh let's just poke around and see what we find this is the fun part i love this part uh let's just let's get a little acquainted with the locker and see what goodies might be uh right in the front there brought the mercedes van with me today and a couple extra bins start with this right here ion block rocker that's kind of neat got some usb inputs right there bluetooth yeah it's got an antenna here too so you probably get am fm this is where the power cord goes regular pc power cord that's a nice piece all right it's good for parties that's probably an easy 50 bucks you know if it works i'll have to test it out got my garbage bags from that orange uh orange garbage bag hoarder locker i love these bags these are fantastic they got handles and they're thick good good bags all right this is cool babe ruth league and what do we got i was hoping for a bat so we got posters 2019 championship banners there's not really any use for those at this point two of them uh these are right here soda acid probably for a soda machine that's what i would guess but i'm not sure what to do with those at this point okay look at that brand new flashlight hardy case in ovage infinity light a bunch of brand new bungees right here just blue market stuff portable cd player we got some golf balls a couple of calculators it's funny and a radio control car nice all right what do you got here sunflower seeds chocolate cookie mix okay that's a good thing we didn't have rats in this one actually the surprise surprise no signs of rats in this locker that just dawned on me and that's the first the last two lockers i got in a row both had rat problems so but actually both those were public storage this is extra space a little different a little different socks is the socks yeah compression socks they all seal that large extra large is nice decent basketball what is that it sounds like aluminum cans like recycling what you got here a bunch of candy oh locker food challenge anybody what's expiration on that doesn't matter it's sugar after all does sugar expire such questions and more asked right here on the locker nets channel uh there's no expiration maybe it's not expired that's i mean it's arbitrary right the only real way to know if something's expired is to taste it you'll know here we go yeah that's legit actually i'm pretty sure that's april 15th of 23. those are good [Applause] mm-hmm something like some beer okay craftsman electric doesn't look too bad down there hopefully there's no back black widows in there i was gonna throw this on my van bring it home plug it in see if it works sell it easy 50 bucks might even be 75 i've had like probably that exact same lawnmower at least twice before and actually i used it at my house for a long time they kind of sucked but they do the job they're just not really really very good yeah what time to time you may know that if you've been to our auctions and see how much we sell oh look at this i already cleaned up one lock that was on the ground and here's the second lock so this locker's been cut twice before once for this auction maybe it works for another auction that's interesting just little clues little bread crumbs to uh lead you to this story whatever that is hey that's a nice dustpan right there look at how deep it is and wide that's a good dustpan yes i likes me a good dustpan i'll probably just take this home put it in my recycle bin because why not where else is it battery with a light what size battery is that a three amp okay 18 volt 3 amp that's what i have at home 18 volt 3 amps good 5 amps a little better but um the battery fits good that's just probably 30 tickets for a few years and it was a really really good time we had a lot of fun okay we got some towels beach towels i'm thinking let me look at it just see if it is a vintage well there is san diego super bowl beach towel 2003 yeah almost vintage it's got a little hole right there but still that's kind of kind of good if you're gonna get a beach towel might as well get a super bowl beach towel here's another one no spring training this time cactus league i don't see a date it's cool pleasanton that's the town we're in in old jersey cardinals that's nice that's actually really nice i like that that'd be great for the flea market it's a small though too small for my big head but raiders i like it nfl it's a good piece there's another one chevy one size fits most okay i think that'll go to the vintage market i don't think there's really that much value in it but it's kind of a neat little piece it is old and this right here i'll put this in the car we'll take this home yeah this is a i'm seeing a pattern here uh here's why the bag's so heavy there's a huge brick of hot tamales this is this is uh that's a serious commitment to your hot tamales they are they're not little bags inside there that's a huge brick of them and the fact that they're sticking together they're kind of condensed and clumped probably suggests past expiration i'm not i'm not gonna lock or challenge those i'll take a pass chobani is that like i think a yogurt or something let's see oh yeah got a tablet oh this is gonna be a good locker that's cool samsung tablet i like finding tablets there's a sponge here's the charger yes for that tablet paperwork paperwork all the tools there's another raiders hat nice one size fits most there's a chance that might hit fit my head actually i think i like yeah i think he was a coach so that's why we've seen so much baseball stuff and hats towels band-aids all the coaching kind of stuff um i wonder what that's for this is for something i know it's for something i don't want to throw it out or lose it okay it's a heavy box there's supreme i've been framed oh don't hit my car don't hit my car thank you for not hitting my car i like when they don't hit my car okay is that catcher's mask oh look at that that's cool oakland a's for your trailer hitch pop that in when you don't have the hitch in that's cool there's some decent looking darts right there brass tip no steel tip elite brass 13 bucks it's not bad okay i went through most of this a lot of paperwork uh nothing too interesting until i find this a wallet what's that for a decent little wallet stafford i don't really know if this was used right here 22 wallet kind of feels brand new it does not feel like something that was used i don't know it's got a little bit of wear on here no maybe not can't really tell if it was used it was definitely not used for long so um a lot of paperwork was in here um did find that it looks like the guy was uh he bought a timeshare there's a whole bunch of times like really expensive looking timeshare stuff so it looks like maybe he bought a timeshare oh here's a little pump maybe for pumping up balls i don't know okay i've got some keys and put those aside because i don't know if that safe needs keys i'm gonna have to look for every key there's a whistle for a coach athletics 1953 yearbook little pin 1996 it says a's and another a's athletics 1935 roster on that one 1995. cool all right what's in here paper plates cups bunch of food items yeah can opener paper towels silverware it looks like this is a little picnic maybe they did like a i don't know there's some bleach wipes in here though i'm taking those all right the rest of it go the flea market they do buy plates and stuff they do buy that they like it that'll go to the market these will stay in my car yeah they're not dried out either it's good i don't mind if i do okay what's this thing for holland's erie pa all right i'm not sure what that's for maybe cutting or crimping something i don't know there's another device back here too i'm not sure what those are for here oh boy there's a whole bunch of sports illustrated and that's yeah i don't think there's a i don't think there's a market for these 2010 that's going to be that's going to be a hard sell right there all right guys i'm not sure how much more i'm going to do here today just got so much to do at home i i definitely want to keep working on this got a few more boxes here and i want to start clearing this right here so at least i can have that right there clear maybe use that as a workstation back there we have some folding tables i saw at least one maybe two back here so we'll get those once i get that area clear out here i can bring the table up and start working on boxes it's hard bending down or kneeling on the ground hey i'm 50 i'm 50. i'm too old to be kneeling on the cement right but one thing we've got to do before we leave here i got to get this guy out that we got to secure that that's definitely got to go home with me yeah what's this i think it's a garbage box get that out okay this is definitely gotta come home please please don't be empty like the last one that's a nice save this is actually a nice safe it feels quality we'll see we'll see how quality that is ah it's got some weight to it okay i'm gonna get that strapped in place to secure it nothing's this is a little lantern and the reason for that is because it's so dark in here yeah now that makes sense found the other makita thing too so i'll bring this home and see if i can charge this up or you don't know actually i'll just bring a battery and see if it'll work for it i think it will i think my 18 volt will work for it i think i saw something else see that makeup there but i thought i saw something else in here well that's why they had it it shed some light back here because it does get a little bit dark back here okay got some wall hooks there with the raiders on it ah bummer and another one there's some elvis merry christmas elvis and the older stuff oh this is heavy not not super heavy but a little up tape measures falling all right is that a dog bed yeah ew i don't know i don't know why i thought that was heavy maybe just because it's higher it felt heavy oh there's some plush it's a spongebob plush but what's what's he got on him huh it's threads it's like sewn into them okay oakland raider ball all right let's see jim otto's signature there um this is a facsimile signature so not real signatures but still kind of a cool piece souvenir piece and a barbecue set that's it black velvet i think that's probably a drink yeah it's probably some some kind of beverage uh seven up yeah some kind of beverage tie-in i think the guy was a beverage distributor they're converse some older ones they're in rough shape but they're purple that's neat smelly bear scent of a candle without the flame i don't know if that's good fire water cantina livermore okay that's kind lot in our live auctions if you guys are not sure what i'm talking about when you keep hearing me say live auctions well that's what we do we do live auctions every monday night on our youtube channel called locker nuts so we auction off some of the great stuff that we find basically stuff that i'm putting over in the bin over on the side will go in that those cassettes will go in it this er probably not i don't know if this is really anything but this might go to the vintage market but we do auction off some of the best stuff that we find and i'm hoping this soccer is gonna there's gonna be a lot of that we're gonna see we're gonna see we'll find out together let's peek around a little bit more before oh that's nice look at that oh really nice that's like a what do you call pool table lamp right and that's really cool with the little model clydesdale wagon there yes hopefully this plastic is in good condition all the way around looks like it's in excellent condition on this side this plastic looks like wood but that's a great lamp i wouldn't be surprised if that's hundred bucks but i can't say i have a lot of experience in these but i'd say maybe a hundred bucks that's my guess of course we'll look it up i mean i just want to be here all day i want to get those records out i want to take a look at them look at over here got a bunch of vintage coke bottles they look vintage dr pepper and coke i don't know if there's any value i also noticed this right here rests race tall i think that's a hat box isn't it and then a big hat or something that's interesting i'm looking forward to seeing that you know that mr beer kit right there that could be some money too okay it does look open looks like it's got duct tape on it the other side looks like it might have been brand new but if it's not used that's got some value too i'd say 50 bucks easy this is gonna be so fun i'm already having fun i hope you guys are too we found a little bit of good stuff right here already like i said i didn't pay much for this one it's going to be easy i think to make my money back i think this right here is at least a few hundred bucks the coca-cola that's that's a really nice fridge all right guys i'm gonna wrap it up i know this a little bit short visit short video short trip i'll be back um i got too much to do at home i got to get home i got to take care of that stuff it's it is really important that i do that so um i got to go home and pack up all the stuff we sold last night auction if i get done early which i'm doubtful now because it's like almost noon if i get done early um i might come back here later i think i have late hour access here now but regardless i'll be back here tomorrow i'll put in a full day hopefully we're gonna find a lot of good
