Baldur's Gate 3- How to pickpocket like a Pro and steal all the LOOT VENDORS Dry

foreign what do we have here I'll just take this and this oh and I want that Russia hello everyone Chris in here back with another guide for balder's gate 3. have you ever wanted to steal everything not nailed down at the vendors in it just for the money this will make it super easy to get the gear or potions you want this is best used with asterion or a character that has sleight of hand expertise the higher the bonus is the better I say the steering has a plus 10 to sleight of hand from his expertise which will come in real Handy you'll need a couple pieces of gear which are easily attainable near The Grove and a cobblestone we will start with the gear this is all attainable in act one and I'm sure there is more gear later on that we can use to increase the sleight of hand even more but for now we're gonna just focus on the stuff in act one [Music] the gloves of Power are the first gloves you get that have useful stats on them they are on a body that you created at the entrance to the Grove these are good gloves for any Melee character as they inflict 1v4 penalty to your Target on hint for attack and saving rolls foreign we really only care about the plus one sleight of hand stats so pop these bad boys on your hysterian and let's get to our second item next you'll want to get The Smuggler's room there are multiple ways to get to this ring including climbing down near a broken bridge I do it this way as it's just easier you don't need to bring a feather fall as the jump won't kill you but it's suggestion also quick save before attempting though just in case [Music] climb up this Ridge get the loot from this chest jump down here and keep to the left [Music] thank you foreign skeleton it only shows up when you Mouse over it once you find it though and as you can see I pass by it you'll loot the ring congratulations you know how the Smugglers ring it's too stealth and two sleight of hand if you know of any other gear that will continue to stack bonuses to sleight of hand let us know down below now the Spells there are only two that I would consider a requirement and they're easy enough to get early on the first can be used from an item or cast as a can trip don't worry I will show you how to get it the first spell is guidance which I suggest for every playthrough this spell was one of my top spells not just for dialogue rolls but for everyday rules as well you can get the silver pendant from the Harper stash area or you can use the guidance can trip thank you [Music] from the entrance to the Grove you need to head Southwest if you found the Harper's map earlier it should be marked on your map don't worry if you didn't just jump up on this rock here and climb this wall up top this ladder is a skeleton with the pendant very useful neck piece as it will give the recipient an additional 1d4 to their rolls [Music] the other spell I would say is essential to make your theming skills Godlike is a cleric spell called enhanceability there is a spell in this category called cat's Grace which gives advantage on dexterity checks much like when you get advantage in dialogue this allows a sterion to roll 2d20 during the site of hand checks and take the bigger number this is huge [Music] optionally you can also add bardic inspiration if you have a Bard character available this may become almost a necessity later in the game with higher DC stealing though now that we have everything gathered let's get down to emptying some pockets make sure your crouched so that you can see everybody's Vision lines quick save and go into turn based mode so you can control someone walks up on you just steal what you want and once you are done make sure you move your character away from your mark they will immediately walk around looking for who stole their stuff the joke's on them you're far far away let them settle down and you can go back and resell the items back to them for money uh they're none the wiser or you can even steal more [Music] thank you foreign there you have it you can make all the money you want and get those items off those Merchants the items are much more useful in your hands after all right do you know of any other items or spells to make thieving even easier let us know down below make sure you hit that like And subscribe and if you find this useful don't forget to check out my other Baldur's Gate videos I've linked two above I think you might like and I'll see you over there thank you all for watching
