ANDY WARHOL THEMED $15MILLION BEVERLY HILLS MANSION!

[Applause] [Music] it's another beautiful day in Beverly Hills boiling hot actually when you throw you in the background how do you like that guys hope you enjoyed the video last week in the garage here of a house we're going to show you which is a spectacular house it's fifteen million six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars and it's about seventy six hundred square feet amazing house which you can see is full filled with amazing artwork starting right here this is Andy Warhol's actual car it is a 1970 believe it's a nineteen seventies it's 2474 rolls-royce Silver Shadow bought by him brand-new he never drove it he was always driven around in it by people like Mick Jagger and Liza Minnelli and just some amazing people and that is actually for sale with or without the house and I think it's 1.5 million dollars and it's on display here from a company called revolver that have a bunch of additional artwork which we're going to see inside the house so excuse they're very loud supercar than what my Stang I don't know I think it was actually Maserati how was it it looked like you basarat it might be the Mustang with the maserati body [Music] okay so start up there's a little where's a koi pond but there's no koi in it or any type of fish for that matter you definitely put some koi in it can you good right you could unless is chlorine in there so it's very bright and very high ceilings easy mrs. you're so bad you said we're so I'm I'm told I'm told that this piece was actually commissioned for this house I forget the artist we'll find out what their name is and we'll put we'll put that in there as well that it was interested know who this was but it was commissioned to complement the entryway it's pretty cool it's very striking it's very strange it's very tall you know it's very realistic-looking as well when I first walked in our stood here I felt like there was somebody standing next to me but it's not that realistic have yet to see a person walking around it looks like that we start the panono little ditty sir it's ready we've already established that I don't know how to play so there you go that was my very high ceilings I'm gonna guess 12 feet what we'd say mmm yeah easily table this is created for the room but everything in here is created for the for the impact of the roof again on the narrow side for me I'd prefer a little bit wider but I think that's a trend nowadays and that he's never over tables eaten from each others plates sweating sure you this way okay so tell me who this is this is who is it so no I swore I'd seen all of the art in this place given for other than a few of these sculptures it's over oh yeah whoa beautiful piece that's a shoe of just seeing there's a high-heeled shoe and it's probably very expensive no idea how much I'm sure it's very expensive beautiful artwork actually let's continue let's continue this is an what is this no no it's trial at African tribal yeah that's exactly right I think I'd imagine so given that they've got the African lady probably right here's an entry way into because should we take a look at this yeah there's a car 1974 rolls-royce Silver Shadow and he wore those way of saying a check had arrived how about that's a good way to celebrate yeah so actually look before we look at the car there's this picture on the other side I don't know if you saw this of Andy wall sitting in the car and 1977 go and have a look at the book on the back seat I [Music] wonder if that's the actual copy that would be amazing they didn't drive well I don't know if you ever got a chance enjoyment it's like dragging a ship down the road they're just so elegant no on and a million five asking price that open its pocket change beautiful car would you want yeah I mean if I had a million five burn the hole in my pocket and I wanted something that nobody else had their yuppie hardcore of wine anything and it can only go up with value yeah I still take this Ferrari it does look nice okay so yeah we have what do we have larger learning kei nice lots of laundry you can do lots of laundry do you know how I knew I was getting old when I started to get excited by appliances like this I haven't got old yet I don't get excited by places you know my story of the washing machine Adu butler's pantry so this is the little part that's in between the dining room and the kitchen and here we go here is the kitchen oh look at the light Poggenpohl cabinetry you can't beat it German who's Joan meal a Hogan pop and assuming fridge or freezer which one okay I know you've already been in here so I'm not playing that game with you they're both fridges okay yeah those creatures Wow and then what's that freeze underneath both the freezers mm-hmm Stella two of everything in here there's two ovens one two there is a steamer to warming drawers very nice I really like with satin black microwave and this counter as well - isn't it gorgeous it is gorgeous like look it's it's but we go back to you know I've never seen this before where the controls are actually built into a face ship one yeah normally it would be in a piece of stainless steel which is attached so yeah I've seen that I like this got a flat top see candy burgers this is do you think we're cabinets press it and no I think I just said maybe dish yeah but I know what these are are you ready come in and maybe that never gets old I always forget how to close it you just flick it to the side you do yeah like I'm delicately showing right now I need to pull up Haggar bullet and then every Chuck's got soft clothes so they've got this whole Warhol thing going on here you see the Campbell's soo yes I'm all over there there's the Campbell's print there's nothing chemicals teller but what a gorgeous space though this light is amazing there's a pantry there I just took a little one very useful mm-hmm say again Campbell's soup can the prints he did them in all different flavors this is from 1968 vegetable soup credible with a lot of money a lot of money that's a painting that I don't believe is a Warhol in fact I think the TV it's just a TV so this is the informal living room light snacks and breakfast if you don't sit the bar in the kitchen which is attached to this or if somebody's cooking you can be cozy great high ceilings and round now I believe is a buffering a code there is air conditioning vents everywhere I wished it was finished on I know they fit right here feels really good oh right literally in this spot right here all right you stay there we'll film them here right there is in fact a bathroom and a shower nicely done yeah so you can come out of a pool and yeah go strange family bathroom on this level and then go outside because I know there's a downstairs which is spectacular let's just do the let's do the outside right now I think we should go through the house and do the inside and then come outside all right you're the boss that way I know let me show you something else which is really really cool I know exactly what this is which door really it's that one so if I press that close yeah yeah nice you can it's open it back up again yay come on that's so quiet would you want it loud no more amazing arts come wait to give downstairs let's go this way restroom very nice and I don't know I'm assuming this is also some amazing art by I think this one's a local artist okay here we go you ready are you ready yeah I know what this pieces I've seen these before this is Andy Warhol's underwear personally signed with love dollar same underwear the dollar series the ultimate manifestation of Andy Warhol's love affair with money so he design design Underpants so here's the question what do you want somebody's enter plugs in the frame in your home if it was Andy Warhol sure why not right alright it's pretty cool more Andy Warhol so this is another bedroom and right behind you with you are backing into is a bathroom hmm yeah they've really nailed it with all the tile Ranger up textures and things in here great job here and let Vader that's fine look how big that is but let's not go in yet at all because there's more of this floor and then we're going you mean this is the master [Music] fireplace into the TV sitting area huge bed huge well huge headboard the bed's regular size is changing so what do you go up you go look at the shower I'm assuming you come from the pool go in the shower come in the bathroom but yeah you've got to do it ready yeah I'm gonna get entrenched nice bathroom yeah again the tiles are so nice on oh I didn't realize there's like a little sitting area out there as well yeah with that would it st. gate yeah well that gives the pool of us um I'm not assuming anything widow's so it's pretty cool don't walk into do you know what would be nice though if I'm gonna be super critical yes to have a second okay look coming yes look yeah alright cool this second showerhead it's coming you just put the plumbing first but I'm sure they'll get it perfect even these much literally the winning they did this yeah okay picture picture yeah no oh you actually got me then I was like oh is that Mandy wall look supposed to put you the picture it is right in the other I'm assuming it's an Andy Warhol I don't know if it is or it isn't that's not sure what you okay where was the or do you want to get let's go down the staircase okay we'll come up in the elevator okay I love the fact that this is so bright yeah look what I see oh man okay so a sublevel this is very bright for the glass this is insane I didn't expect that look a theater and these I'm assuming let me see if I'm right or wrong I like this though that you could be just sitting here watching some you drink fights or football or whatever yeah but in can close it off and have it all super villains thanks but look how high the shootings are again I isn't saying and a bar and another staircase that go that's the back staircase no a bedroom and the bedroom so this would be kind of like maids Benes yeah most bedroom Oh even Rembrandt's even this which is the darkest and most sort of out of the way bedroom there's still decent life yeah that's great I'm amazed actually how they did this very well thought about oh look drum pool table we all know accompli pull elephant feet feed right you know he is I do Andy Warhol painted hurts really persons it's very nice snug is I used to play golf on a golf course in Westlake Village cause Sherwood where he lived and they knocked many balls into his backyard oh excuse me so yeah Wayne Gretzky sorry these fans I can do that no you can't can you I mean I don't look back good in hot pants but I can do it I wouldn't want to see you're not bad me neither thank you very much close it did this but this artist do a sculpture of me no because if they did it would have a beer then the hand holding head out of here did I mention seven bongo you did forever it's through here oh look this is the smart part of the Hat on a media center I have to have a look in here very cool so this is what controls all the system in the music throughout the house which we unfortunately have to have switched off because of copyright laws otherwise would be playing nice beauty for you I don't watch the next music lol oh did you say those five for six I guess it depends if you can the office but right have fun love the light - yeah I'm a big fan of these and you can go and visit your neighbor because here there's second bedroom not the bedroom that's awesome come on in this is Carl not real did you know that if you you in the ocean what why wouldn't I go in the ocean it's just the last time I checked the ocean was quite away from Beverly Hills Plaza get something there absolutely to do what tell you what why don't we do a video where I take you diving I'm gonna dive anything yeah I've been in the ocean Internet wants it to do again yeah anytime I go in the ocean is he from setting a boat and you know I don't like all right exactly I don't go in the ocean why not working that's why it's so hot in here yeah beautiful beautiful house we haven't been outside yet we haven't let's go sunny we would choose the staircase I recommend we take this won't be as discloser let's do the front teeth look down the cushion how about how it's that trick let's is putting the ball in the pockets hard down the cushion okay good you did from here right well I didn't okay okay I'm preparing myself to go outside great sunscreen up no firepit this is my jam oh look there's an atom section yeah pretty nice right this whole outdoor area is an atom section this is so nice I mean it's so private fifteen million six hundred twenty-five thousand right yeah I think this is a good buy yeah this is probably one of the least expensive houses per square foot for new built in Trousdale which is an area of Beverly Hills very sought-after very beautiful and what was it we're on that and watch TV and drink your beer this would be yeah ideal what did they say that it would cost with all of the arts seventeen something yeah we I think it was a million five for the car and another million five for the art that's on the walls right so extra three million bucks gets you a lot of Andy Warhol amazing art scared of spiders fridge cupboard cupboard this is lovely tons of space here cooking device wrapped up cooking device lovely lovely and then when you walk down here this is actually water on the inner tile in case you didn't know that it's invisible water because the cut and the edge is whether what it goes back and recycles through the port hi invisible water well you'd think that the water stops at the walk down there nothing no well I can but I've got to get back in your car watch watch ready that's what I was talking about yeah invisible water I knew what you're talking about see how good you are do you know what that is yeah it's a pool alarm for the kid balls in wasn't right no what is it that's a pool alarm for kid palsy no what is it it's a pool alarm in case anybody falls it could be a dog could be a kid could be a geriatric person could be a hippopotamus could be a mountain lion could be anybody and it will go baby if the hippopotamus jumped in this pool the water would jump out it would do not walk over the invisible water that's right this is so nicely done look at this I mean I am blown away I know it's house right you'd live here in a heartbeat yeah I know we keep saying this but this is in fact one of the nicest houses that we've previewed I love this house gorgeous so I hope you
