$6MILLION DREAM HOME IN THE HILLS!!

I prefer the fake to the real what for everything no ok so today we are in Encino it's actually the same day as I shot another video in a different show but what do you want from me we've never shown you a house in Encino before this one is 7600 square feet it's 5.6 million I believe I'll verify that for you in a moment absolutely spectacular brand-new and gorgeous so let's go take a look [Music] watch the steps ah joking no you know I love to the doors absolutely amazing beautiful entry this is all white wood panel lights this is right beautiful I love these lights so movie theater I don't know how did you know there's a movie theater this is spectacular let me see if I can put some lights on so we can see it I don't know how to do it there we go nice very nicely done they've got the padded walls so I can double up as an insane asylum yeah I like the idea insane asylum this is very nice popcorn oh honey with an E okay how did this who's that light off let's continue all right beautiful this is awesome I really like this great art oh yes yes you know this is amazing you think you're in the heart Beverly Hills right I mean look at this this is what you would expect there and for people that don't know where Encino is yeah good point so Encino actually touches the I think Beverly Hills an Encino church somewhere by Mulholland if not they it's nice to Sherman Oaks which definitely touches Beverly Hills but we're about ten miles away so not far at all from the heart of Beverly Hills not even ten miles probably eight so the properties here let me look at the price it is in fact I was right on the money five point six nine nine five point seven million dollars for this spectacular spectacular house that worked now gonna take a really good look at this is great D I'm obsessed with these light fittings look how funky that is I want these you know what this picture right now I was gonna say well just take a break to look but I'm not gonna touch anything kiss the fall off because I'm you know good at doing no picture tiring picture time yeah amazing okay and this is gorgeous little less no mean we're here yeah I want to go through the house let's go through the helps you know I like to do that exquisite dining room dining room is off the back up here little butler's pantry oh yeah like that okay so there's you know a huge huge room but definitely adequate you could probably get a bigger table in here that would take another two seats of 10 people but very very nice okay right sorry what do you miss a whole corridor down here the East Wing that's exactly north north wing yeah I'm not sure about that it's stunning if you love the astroturf and they have that spree if you say a sweet death that's throat I straight if I have to touch it because I want to know if it's really hot no no because sometimes I ago how desperate if put in the house and they had a dog the water on it would like because it was like really ready are we ready no it's not I have it on my roof deck and it's fine doesn't get hot no I walk on it in bare feet all the time well this would be this would be a bedroom and it does doesn't it and then white can sometimes look cold but this doesn't know it looks really really clean and welcoming fiddly fix but this pink one the second one was in the second thing see ya garage that's a good size yeah this is with the black window frames try to revive it no it looks great it really does everything about these panels look amazing it's not rewarded some composite yeah [Music] and really digging these all bits but bit the other bits not one from the top bits and that one for steam bottom bits you're so sick and there's another squirty I guess so clean yeah without being cold right it doesn't look tall let me say that I'd throw maybe a couple of floor mats and stuff like that to do I wonder if this is a heated floor well if they have underfloor heating that's nice in about three and then another is this Oh Sharon yeah as well I would be what I would be tempted to close these windows or for the closet and make this into useable space right it gives the windows right you could well maybe you do but that's what I would do yeah a drawer is right what's a drawer yeah yeah it's a thing that you put you know there's another type of drop trousers no don't know what they're called drawers they used to be called drawers oh yeah the old like pantaloons is so pretty oh oh aha very cool it's I'm going myself that pool looks really inviting feel free if only we had some one yeah well guys if we
