we are oh god excuse me allergies it's dusty what [Music] i keep losing my sunglasses they're on your face so today we're taking you to brand new territories we've never shot a house in sherman oaks um sherman oaks butts up to beverly hills can you say butts up i think so i did i think that's pc cut that out sherman sherman hope sherman oaks is right next to beverly hills on one side and studio city on another side and encino on another um so la's like a little whatever we are here today to see a magnificent i believe this is eight thousand something square feet house um it's 6.2 million dollars and it's crazy it's four levels let's go take a look at it you ready i'm ready are you far enough away there we go now we are come on nice big pivot door what do you think that is big isn't it i'm going to say it's ten feet what were you gonna say yeah i think you're right ten feet okay so this is unique in the way that you enter the house so you enter i'm taking my sunglasses off i'm actually going to put them somewhere i'm going to put them here how's that don't let me forget please i forgot them in another house i had to go back and get them oh did she yeah okay so we are now entering the what they call the game level and it's interesting because you walk in and you're in i thought i had a little preview i had a little walk through the house i thought that this was the kitchen but again it wouldn't really be the kitchen in a house this big but it's a really nice kitchen and what's here a pool table i would play pool for you however it's a fake pool table well it's not really fake i mean it's real you just wouldn't want to play pool in it touch it oh yeah it's just wood isn't it yeah it would anyhow so let's explore this floor a kitchen it's a nice kitchen actually and check out the clock on the oven isn't that weird it's a digital come on what have you found i have found the cameras beautiful theater this is cool isn't this cool with the bar look at the sink i'm not gonna call bars bars anymore i'm going to be politically correct and call them adam areas do you like that yeah that sinks awesome it looks like the inside of a meteorite have you ever seen a meteorite i imagine it looks a lot like that it's actually very cool isn't it nice room very very nice room and these are the security cameras what can we see we can see the full outside the front the back and the back is a treat and a warning sign look i normally sit in the chair should i sit in a chair yeah test one out okay i'm going to test one at the front they are in fact electric i see buttons oh i wonder if the plug sounded soft you think that the back button would be at the back oh this is nice yeah they look nice it goes back a lot further i'm sure it turns into a i gotta be careful my wires because i'm all wired up again okay so we have stuff here what do you suppose this is what's that called the assistant no oh no i know what it is what is it it's a clip for the table look oh fun this little little clippy table that is fun see so you have one table and you pass it around i'm assuming there's more than one table this would be the maids quarters complete with escape hatch you know why this is here the ladder uh sub training rooms must have yes it is the law just like the grass thing that i've spoken about isn't it interesting that this is subterranean even though we've just walked in the front door yeah and especially with the size of the house because it just goes vertically yeah this is the have a look in the loo really don't film it do i want to it's not what you're thinking film it well we'll we'll film it and then you can edit it but you need to see that what is that shrimp shrimp oh it's some type of like millipede thing it's strange right creepy creepy poor little guy okay here we have a locked room i don't know what that is and oh more rooms more rooms i guess when i did my walkthrough i missed a bit oh that must be the back side of the elevator oh no it's a locker room i was going to say that locked door might have been the back side of the elevator but it's not no well here we have what's this oh office i like this roof look at another subterranean emergency exit now this is really nice yeah really nice isn't it these don't look comfortable they look cool though they look very cool but they don't look comfortable have a go and dangerous nearly put my eye on strangest seat i've ever sat in not uncomfortable strange try one there we go when you do that i'm going to sit in this one strange right yeah very square very hot but not uncomfortable no weird this is a bit weird i love the fact that we do all of these like crazy mansions and the thing that gets us is like testing chairs i know right that's the bathroom not touching the door because this door's already open and i would assume it goes to the same place it's a big old shower yeah right did you go in here no oh control center for electronics go ahead and that will be the garage hello oh it's a bit grubby but it's a brand new house so there's still a few little things that aren't finished so two probably not a two probably just a one honestly because of the way the stairs go down you probably wouldn't get two cars in there like one on a motorcycle one and a motor two come and have a look you can't get two cars of course you can have a look i think you'd struggle because look how the stairs come down oh you could you could you could you think yeah it'd be a squeeze if this one you can you can do it because this is the width of the double car door right so you could put two cars in here not a huge cars right but you wouldn't like you wouldn't get the rolls on the ferrari in here no but you wouldn't be able to open the door on the roads because they right enormous doors should i go in the elevator no no we've got the stairs these are cool stairs lovely stairs are they nice is this oh this is cool look it's like it's a mirror but it's also a piece of art it's a mirror that's not a mirror oh check this out i sound like i'm surprised i shouldn't because i've seen it but it's awesome this is so so the pool has windows in it is that neat or what so this would be like the i guess this is the dining room right well this is your whole living floor living floor dining room dining room cozy area adam room pocket doors that slide away wine chiller nice and then over here so you have like formal dining informal dining yeah in case you want to be formal right and another adam room they're empty adam sorry fun though beautiful kitchen check this out where are you there you are coffee maker i didn't know wolf made the coffee maker it's like the malay never seen a wolf one and then this would be steam oven i don't know it says softened melt and softened what does that mean microwave i guess hey it is a microwave yeah but how does it know what you want to soften i don't know i hate you it's got the falcon wing it's like a tesla that's actually cool and then the one above it how does one open that i see that one's open but how does one open it how does one close it good luck i mean you proved your point on the opening i'm very proud of you but now close it there needs to be a tool there you go how do you close that what are you doing it's finding something to poke it with no you don't want to scratch it oh hold on hold on that's the thing you know the purpose of that fire it up the purpose of that is if you want to have a jar a little bit open you have that protruding i don't know why you'd want to but maybe for the effect of open windows interesting i like it i like everything okay could be hell this is really nicely done i like these chairs too yeah i love a good breakfast bar yeah i need some for my house definitely these could be a contender remind me to take a snapshot later where am i oh breakfast area informal informal what's through there you didn't do the box pantry didn't see it pantry oh just oh no no it's got a sink in it there has to be another light there we go oh this is nice yeah not often do you find a pantry with a sink in it in fact i don't think i've ever seen a sink in a pantry before lovely we treat you look another could be hold is this open i am so hot and you see the sweat coming off my head right now i can see it coming from everywhere your shirt's where oh everything's wet it's so hot joking hot you want to go outside or save it uh no let's do it let's do it let's go outside all right so this is the boundary between inside and outside and a beautiful outside area where you sit in front of your fire pit this would be nice to sit and watch telly that's where the tv goes it's not installed yet but what do you think about this you've got tele lounge space right next to tele lounge space inside outside so if you close this let's say it's pouring down with rain or it's cold or it's too hot it closes up and you sit in the luxury of your beautiful opulent living area and you watch tv and then if those conditions don't apply and you want to be outside you sit in your beautiful opulent outside living area and watch tv with your fireplace and you have your fireplace and just in case just in case you don't like those fireplaces there's another one isn't this nuts where's my sunglasses downstairs should i go and get them nah okay so here we go this is go i really wish i had my sunglasses it's bright isn't it i think i think i'm going to ask you to cut and i'm going to go and get my sunglasses all right ready yes cut it is like i'm dripping it's hot out here i know outside bar and uh outside eating area this is nice wow it's hot i've never seen a barbecue with a window i haven't either it's got sunroof that's clever though fire magic i don't know that brand either see it's a well kitted uh that's a sink and it's bloody hot don't touch that seriously don't why did you do that are you trying to make me it's is it hot i understand your fingers turning red at the tip is it hot put your hand flat on the top guys trust me it's hot storage storage very hot right the top is yeah it all is okay um stairs go ahead there's that little cowl there how oh thank you very much oh that's freaky you want to kind of walk across the top of that don't you or maybe not nice really nice so here's the cosy area for your pool but even this is hot and yeah suntan area and you can be lit up whilst you're laying out here i'll tell you what i would want some of those big sail shades you know triangular shaped ones guys i can't even begin to tell you how hot it is it's very very hot look at that it's got a wonky one well i think the tile is a little bit further stuck out than the rest of them it needs to be shaved very nice close the water cold it's tempting though isn't it i do seriously you wouldn't even have painting five groups look at the house isn't that pretty there's a massive deck on the roof but we have two more floors to get to before we get to the roof no that's not right we have one more floor to get to with the bedrooms and all of that stuff and then we get to the roof this is probably one of the most impressive houses we've been to in terms of like it's grandeur yeah i mean six point 6.6.2 million that's a lot of money but it's a lot of house well how much would this be worth if it was 90210 beverly hills 23 24. it's crazy net and how far are we from 90210 um we are oh god excuse me allergies it's dusty what show yourself off now how far are we from 9821a uh 90210 from here is probably three or four miles tops one shoot up beverly glenn or benedict canyon and you're in beverly hills so if you can afford to drive four miles it will save you potentially 15 million dollars or more or more isn't that nuts okay so did we do here no we haven't okay so we're still on the living area so to speak something's in here but what is it it's a loop hello there is a light if you want to illuminate it people know illuminate illuminate oh you got my joke oh you can get in wait a minute this is another lube it's a different loop okay see differently differently bedroom nice my car your car oh yeah now two bmws i'm not sure what that is what is it it's a i don't know room for a small furry chair oh look we've seen these chairs before this chair yeah weren't they in a gym somewhere in one of the houses no or by the front door somewhere no where were they keep thinking it was only two videos ago where we saw it god i don't know it was in the house the 40 million house in beverly hills when he came up the stairs there were two of them ah if there weren't these they were very similar which way uh let's do this because otherwise we're gonna go on the deck aren't we yes so this is the master lovely lovely nice pool view stack away doors enormous tv that is a huge tv holy chamomile is that chilly i think at 80. yeah it's massive speaks for a bedroom right yeah for sure and then there's a lovely balcony this guess what i would turn this into up here if this is my house what are you pointing at the the top kind of area will you turn the house up there into a guest house for this house yeah um you would turn that into a race track oh good call i didn't think about that but no i wouldn't i'd turn in something else you would turn it into a vegetable garden would you really i would have citrus trees i would have maybe like a little orchard and then i would have all of my veggies and grow everything up there that's not a bad idea and there's a stairway to heaven right there all right see i needed the sunglasses again because it's very bright taking them off else there's a wet bar wine chiller or red regular refrigerator i remember when we first started doing these houses i never got the whole kind of having a bar in the bedroom i wouldn't be without it once you've had it you can't be without it yeah because everything's convenient all your cold drinks and yeah whatever you want there it's nice and then the sink the purpose of the sink is if you have glasses you don't have to take them somewhere to wash them you can wash them right there so right yeah lovely closet this is very nice it reminds me like a designer boutique yeah it's beautiful very nice hermes boxes them as bags do you know how you can tell if a hermes box is genuine or not no i don't if you get an ultraviolet light the purple light and you go across the top of them it has a hologram of the horse really yeah and the real ones yeah check it out it's really very very cool okay bathroom fun bathroom i like the black tub something you don't often see is a black tub by itself i do that's lovely and a very heavy duty tap system yeah oh look at the rain i know i just saw that that's nuts really interesting isn't it yeah so you have okay so let's say you have two people in the shower yeah because you have the two things and they're both doing the under the whatever you call that one yeah and they want to go in there there's only room for one that's true you just got cuddle nice sinks yeah i like that with the disappearing invisible what they call this invisible drain visible drain nice come on address the elephant in the room same thing invisible drain oh yeah do what in the room address the elephant in the room the elephant the door huh how it's weird about the fact you come in through these it's different so you come in from the bedroom into the closet and then into the bathroom however it does kind of make sense that if you're in the bathroom you just walk into the closet to get dressed so take a bit of getting used to but it's not a bad idea what are your thoughts yeah i don't mind it i'm i i've not i've never had the luxury of having a separate dressing room and bathroom so i'm not i i feel like i'm i'm not dripping i know there is a breeze here i feel like we're right in the middle of the in fact while we're here come here do a quick wrist roll for me because that looks like a new watch ah do you like uh hold on stand this side so i can see it there we go what have we got oh i do like right so half sapphire half diamond yeah i've never seen that you haven't i've never seen it done like that no i've only ever seen all sapphire so on the gmt they do the diamonds with the black markers in between it and on this one they can either do all sapphires with diamond hour markers or half and half so what is this what model is this it's a submariner 18 carat submariner fun that's lovely thank you very nice when did you get that so i had the watch the watch i've had for probably oh yeah six months yeah i've seen it and i got the bezel from seth essential watches thank you seth for getting this for me um gorgeous i thought it was very nice the way it was this just makes it that little bit more special is that an aftermarket bezel aftermarket burst right oh that's cool yeah so you've still got your original bezel so you've got there if you wanted to stop if i ever want to get rid of it i put the old one back on and then it's just a standard i don't somebody does but oh that's cool fun right laundry room and control room what a good place to put it out of the way accessible yeah laundry room and then here we have another bedroom i believe this house has six beds and eight baths i might be off by one or two in either direction but the info will be in the description so check it out if you want to know and here we have i start my sunglasses on don't i you do these are light so i can't ever tell if i'm actually wearing them or not yeah they're not so darkest are they no kind of pointless really okay so now elevator we didn't go in the elevator we didn't but i'm not going to go in the elevator look at this so this deck comes off the master then this one yeah that's all the master deck yeah i didn't realize that because it has one on the other side as well it has a lot of outdoor space invisible drains are cool okay i have to stop as i approach here the door is upstairs open obviously it's upstairs okay the door is upstairs open it's like walking into a hairdryer do you feel the heat oh yeah isn't that crazy yeah this door is upstairs open whoa wow didn't come this far up before wow it's so hot it's brutal this view beautiful view isn't that pretty for la it's very clear today look you can see the mountains all the way around but they're hazy better than nothing that's true you can always see the mountains not not here all the way around you sure yeah what's crazy though it's crazy hazy is la is actually over this way and you can see the smog is this way that's what i mean so look this way yeah yeah but look how clear the mountains are here versus when you start to go towards la you can literally see the air quality will they see that on the camera uh not as clearly as we can you want to know what's crazy or what would be really crazy in this intense heat if you do a 180 and look back there there's some exercise bikes that you could get on i am not in this crazy heat yeah this would not be my choice of a gym can you imagine no it'd be good for doing like a bikram yoga session hot yoga but imagine imagine that today can you keep your happy with that there's actually there's actually quite a nice breeze here but i still wouldn't do it yeah would you do it no i wouldn't a lot of ping-pong balls tremendous property this outside area would be nice to have some fake grass on wouldn't it down here yeah i think that would really set it off you could even do it on the top there as well you could make it all green yeah just to look because it's quite a it's quite a stark house isn't it but the question is the question is because again i thought about doing this at my house the the fake grass stuff the astroturf i think it's called or something like that it gets really hot in the sun not the good stuff it doesn't no i had it on my roof deck and it was you could walk up there in midday and bare feet no problem really but was it hot uh it was warm it was as warm as regular grass would be i've never heard of anybody burning their foot on regular grass there you go so it's not that bad no if you buy the cheap like ugly plastic stuff that gets hot so what's it made of i don't know i mean it's plastic isn't it but but that would be a great idea for there yeah i think it would just freshen up this whole back section but it's really pretty so guys i hope you enjoyed this i think it's a spectacular home 6.2 million bucks for over 8 000 feet with views in both directions in all directions and hey it's gorgeous one last thing to point out that is a waterfall that goes over the edge we never figured out how to switch it on so i'm sure it's gorgeous when it's operating that's
