these i believe oh dear it's another gorgeous day we are in hollywood hills the actual hollywood hills there's a lot of places that call themselves hollywood hills but this is hollywood hills and when we go inside this house you'll understand why we're here to see a spectacular home today with some very interesting goodies in it that i don't think any of you seen before i haven't uh but i do know about them and we're here to meet jeanetta and she's there so let's go take a look do i look better with the mascara without a mask do you have a balaclava oh you're awful good to see you once again you'd rather disappoint you look wonderful absolutely wonderful very nice hi adam hello i love the mask thank you i was just asking adam i said to him do i look better with a mask or without a mask and then he said i should wear like a full head cover but i like you with your mouse but without your sunglasses those are very nice sunglasses well thank you i shall keep them on yeah they have snakes on the side nice tell us about what we're about what were you going to say i was going to say what's that was the pen make that we just looked at that had snakes on them was it uh oh kevin had know i love kavali one of my favorites too yeah great friends nice twins yes so tell us about this house so we're standing here today at this lovely beautiful modern architectural home and uh we have a special treat because the homeowner is actually here today he's an actor producer and real estate developer so the home is what's his name oh his name is adam adam ambruso oh of course yeah you know him and another adam oh i don't know him but i know who he is yeah he's very nice he's actually gonna be inside so the home has three bedrooms four bathrooms five thousand square feet and sits on a little bit over a quarter acre lot and sorry this mask is falling hey i'll tell you what why don't we stand back a little bit because everybody in the comments has asked to see janetta without a mask so michael come over here janetta reveal yourself oh my god there she is okay thank you okay yes so uh a quarter acre lot uh three bedrooms four bathrooms five thousand square feet and the home is very modern and stylish so let's go did you see how much more confident she was without the mask yeah and it's just like you have to wear the mask because you're so pretty and unfortunately we get to see that beautiful smile yeah this is important it's impossible why don't you start wearing a face shield we have to do something you could do the face shape that's a good idea you know what i saw they're now making clear masks with some anti-fog system in it so you can actually see through it so that's a really good idea but i don't think it will protect things let's take the code lovely gorgeous gorgeous entry let me close the door here that is some view huh isn't that amazing beautiful view i think we should just go straight out and show it you think so no hiding it okay let's go outside let me put my mask in my pocket wow so check this out this is the true hollywood hills there are the reason i say that is many people say they live in hollywood hills and there's lots of hills in this area but this is the true hollywood hills just down the road is hollywood boulevard so we're just north of hollywood boulevard and this spectacular view i don't know if you can see over there that is the famous observatory will the camera catch it it's there the dome yeah so that has one of the most powerful telescopes in the world i am led to believe okay okay correct me in the comments maybe it's not but it is there's something in there that's special okay let's go back in because there's a lot more view to see downstairs don't take another step back man here's a peekaboo with one of those lovely walls that you like oh wow that looks beautiful okay so let's check it out let's start with the outside kitchen which is right next to the main kitchen actually a very good idea because you have all the food there you don't have to take it very far it's clever right yeah this is lovely so the grill for refrigerator ice maker i think yes ice maker cupboards stainless steel shelves inside lovely lovely wine cooler built into the wall that's nice that's very nice that's very nice something you wouldn't normally think of right everything is so nicely done this i'm assuming is a dishwasher it is indeed a dishwasher and this is all walnut right yeah well i'm i'm not sure about woods is it walnut i think it is i know well i won't even say because i'll be wrong these i believe oh here ah i know i knew it i would okay so like a shock horror michael operator button there was a way of doing it so it's got the usb and the the plugs and i'm assuming that there you go that one will do the same thing i'm not going to do it i'm going to put it flat though for my ocd god what a view are you cooking hey nice right yeah spectacular the sounds of weed whackers how we've come to love them yeah you can't go anywhere without them here is a view of the outside and if i'm not mistaken that's your new bike you are not mistaken my friend can't believe you got a bike so dining room which is lovely and then this would be the i guess this is the formal living room with the fire going there and the tv built into the wall again so it's not mounted on the wall it's actually flush into the wall and backlit very nice yeah look the lighting is gorgeous and all the windows are like these are i think these are open aren't they yeah they're just checking because sometimes they're so clean you can't tell they all slide away obviously so do you know what that is glass that one yeah that one's left this ceiling yes guess where i have this now uh you have this in your van do you know how i know that did i send you a picture no you told me i didn't know it's there is it exactly that no it's thicker mine's shiplap excuse me shiplap no it's probably doing this a huge injustice because mine is just shiplap from home depot and i'm sure this has been sourced from a very special tree somewhere in a very special forest exactly oh look at the shape of this loo it's an oval lou oh and there's all the let me come out and then you can focus on it and do all that that's fine i don't think people need to see the detail of a toilet we really love the marble skirting board as well down here it's lovely yeah this house is not staged adam not you adam the other adam lives here so the artwork is unique we haven't seen these pieces before so you mean there's not going to be a jack necklace and blown a smoke ring or a monkey freezing themselves do you know who that is i don't i do who is it looks like one of the rolling stones we are now let's go this way so here here we have a bedroom and this oh that's a nice little view isn't that cool so obviously not every room in the house can have a view but this one has a beautiful view over a living wall and that is a living wall i can see i can see where the water lines go wow beautiful right yeah very zen well what's nice is that because this is a a stacked house obviously how many levels is it three three levels it's difficult isn't it to get a view when you've got to have so much structure it's actually two and a bit because it's not full levels it's staggered right okay so i looked at the drawings and i think we'll get to see that but lovely beautifully done again look it's got the invisible drains just like outside i like that mirror you see how it's recessed into the wall i thought that was just a great picture oh no it's a mirror that's me am i bad i'm bad nice lighting everywhere beautifully done okay so let's go oh in here [Music] up so this would be an office and same thing theme is continued there's like a little bridge that goes through there which we'll come to where oh yeah see this is the master down here i presume and it's supposedly unreal i haven't seen it yet but supposedly unreal great office that's a tv right is it a tv it has a remote on it yeah yeah it's a tv why did you do that to see if it was a tv it's a tv oh copyright oops there you go look at that there you go nice and a bathroom with a globe let me out fun and there's in fact a glow i sound like you thought it's in fact a glue that is in fact a closet closet nice closet with pull out drawers okay so didn't go in here we're not going in there this i'm assuming don't look oh it's washing washing machines oh cool a laundry room laundry room what big wow yeah um did you notice that every door handle has stitched leather on it i didn't now that you point it out i see it that's incredible art gallery and i'm assuming this is a bedroom i'm not looking at that floor it's not a bedroom it's a bedroom for cars oh okay so where's the lights i think they're oops there you go oops okay so this is one of the features that i read about so this is a two-car garage shall i open the door uh yeah okay okay two-car nice nice car two-car garage that's actually a four-car garage how you might may ask okay because certainly can't have lifts but both of these these floors go up and then you put two cars underneath and then they disappear wow do you believe me i do believe you should we have it demonstrated i've already rolled the b-roll where was i when you did this you were just talking then so everybody knows that this just went and back down again maybe very cool right maybe i'll put it in and out who oh that's what she said you got to stop saying things like this i'm closing the door and we go further and this is a little bridge i was talking about that's majorly cool majorly cool this is a walkway i don't know how you get to it and the whole theme of the house inside and outside is this finnish concrete this is architectural that's beautiful fabulous isn't it yeah i love how they've got all the different woods in here but everything seems to sort of blend seamlessly oh my goodness oh can i use my special word this is sick super sick all right this is the master let's do this end first because i'm looking over your shoulder and we want to save that that's why i came this way i don't want to show it okay wow adam oh my word this is just gorgeous incredible so here this is genius too behind the bed tvs oh pelotons is that clever or what that's so clever who would have thought that you could put this in the middle of the room the bed in the middle of the room and make it look as cool as it looks it's brilliant that's awesome here we have a fridge a wine cooler i think this is a ice maker or something what is it let me open it it's a dishwasher a mini dishwasher uh excuse me yes you know you have to consult me when you wear the big boy because we need to bring extra security will you carrying i guess i am it but is it nice yeah i just don't think you wear that one for a while i thought i'd bring it out for a treat yeah i was wearing blue and i was passing by where i keep them my bank and i stopped by dropped one off and picked this up and there you go wow nice beautiful it's like kids at daycare isn't it drop one off pick one up what's the only way i can do it but why not since i was out and about so once again the doors disappear this is all open and i'm assuming these are lights yeah so lovely look at this look at the garden look at the garden we'll go down there if we can find out how oh wow beautiful very zen would you agree yeah that's lovely very very zen see the water feature there okay so i want to show you the bathroom because i saw it over your shoulder but yeah don't just like look at that look at the garden okay and then we'll zoom around to it yeah okay okay oh what a lovely garden isn't it a lovely garden lovely garden okay here's an even lovelier bathroom tell me when now this is the bathroom's outside basically seriously i mean obviously it closes and like this is where your head would be if you're in the tub right here no hopefully that wouldn't be or here here and then you're looking over the entire city in the griffith observatory so here's where your head would be if you're in the tub exactly oh much better view yeah is that sick that's awesome super sick super super wicked okay you go that way i'm going behind the plant and then we have a loo and i think is that another lu there it is another lure yep yep lovely this is so clean and crisp it's a great concept to have this is like check this out check this out never seen this before there's a hole two holes in the wall inside the shower that looks through to the view so even if you're in the shower you can look at the view also you can put all of your toiletries there and reach it from the bath very clever that's probably what it was designed for look at it and it's perfect for putting a camera through look at that and and once again go around there and do it do what do you think look cause i can film you from here hello this is the most stable the camera has ever been because he's not holding it he's put it on the shelf so what i was saying is if you look at the floor in the shower you'll see there's no drain because the grout between well the lack of grout between the time the tiles acts as the drain oh yeah what's in here it's another cupboard and some roses roses so gorgeous master absolutely gorgeous however this is bedroom number two so we're missing one hmm unless the office was the third one would that count as a third i don't know now i know that you can i saw through here you can get to the other area yeah let's go through i think there's a secret bit is there a door yeah right there where this is a door yep just making sure okay so here [Applause] oh check this out this is where the cars hide oh so this is gone you have a look first no you have a look at the camera that is really insane so when the cars up go down no when the cars when the cars on the top start again when the cars when you want to put cars at the bottom you take the cars out from the top you lift the lifts up you drive them in and then they sink and they're hidden and no one would ever know they were there that's amazing it's absolutely brilliant subterranean hidden cars what's cool is that they don't have to put any bracing in between because the metal plate that the car on the top sits on rests on these huge rsjs so you're getting too complex with the building stuff nice and nice and clean that's brilliant though isn't it that's really fun okay lovely little area too and the wall fountain and then here we have storage whoops that's lovely isn't it lovely yeah could actually just stand here and watch this very sen zen sen zen so i'm assuming that must be that's the office the office okay and then here is another way back in right so this brings you back this brings you back to the entry to the master so the garden is this way the garden is down there and a lefty loosey should we do it of course okay let's do it [Music] adam hello where are you i'm here hello hello okay so i can't walk on the grass down there because in respect to the floors i don't want to walk on the grass and then walk back in the house yeah that makes sense i have boots in my pocket so i can go down there if you want yeah why don't you go down there okay if i want ready yup yup hey i give you piggy back wait yeah good just go oh no it's not a step is it no there's cactus here and they look very sharp and prickly and if i was to have a mishap that would not be a good thing okay so should i just do a quick tour i could actually walk over here i'm thinking oh lizard okay how do i get down it's very high go on do you dare me yeah nice how did i do there you go okay cool grass-free environment the problem is going to be getting back up wow look at the house from here so it's nice to see people actually utilizing this space because usually this just gets left doesn't it well yeah okay so i'm stopping here i'm not going all the way down you can go all the way down okay [Music] i'm going to actually tiptoe and go back up no no don't go yeah i need to film you you need to film me going up the hill yeah i just walked through a massive spider with swept that's why i'm not going down there did it attack you one it was huge and it was like a bungee cord ah it's in front of my eyes look here there's a fountain wait the spider's still attached to it are you able to get back up the hill yeah but i think i do think i've got a spider on me somewhere because if you come up here i'll inspect you okay but i don't have my reading glasses on so i can't really inspect you very well and you can't get close to me it's like he's still spinning let me see it's nice okay stop there let me see turn around turn around look the spider's web's on my arm i see the spider web but i do not see a spider not on my back no there's no spider oh where is he then now if it was the other way around and it was you telling me you'd say it was on my head and slapped me you know me well okay i am going back up feel feature film if you so desire this is lovely isn't it yeah this would make a good uh thumbnail
