it with the world is hillarious gosh let's look out here this is a fire pit right there in fact according to the the brochure in this house it has all sorts of fire functions I think I don't know if you read it properly but the pool has fire - right over there it comes out from underneath they had a night picture of this place and there's a gas line that runs through the bottom of the waterfall really shoots flames are yeah either the fat piece over there yep now this is my kind of barbecue spot good uh perfect nice little sink giant see something it doesn't look like it's been used for a while barbecue fridge or freezer fridge 100% five bucks yeah my bucks no you said yes the fridge cool this is fun amazing seriously look at look at all this water people did you imagine this at night it's so private and secluded like a tropical oasis for real it's hard to believe that we are right in the heart of Beverly Hills yeah right now this is what they call the flats of Beverly Hills and we couldn't be more in the middle of it and you would never know it you could be anywhere in the world gorgeous this is salt water as in the sea not quite it's saline as opposed to salt and they say is better than chlorine I think it is better than this is fresher if you're hot in this time the moment a quickie imagine again I'm coming up with scenarios here sitting in here at night at dusk Disher I burped describer so the sun's disc on down are you by yourself no I got a sons just gone down you've got that beautiful pink left in the sky you've got all of your ambient lights like this one on out here Hawaiian flames doing flame sticks you're looking at your beautiful house torches not flimsy glance my apologies torches and you've got a nice glass of red and you're sitting in here with a friend it might be beautiful when friends friends yeah yeah you get too hot you just yeah thanks one thanks one duck what oh oh I see that's where the flames come from yeah there's the gas line look now that's interesting they've got on one of those rock things in that you know like you into rocks and stuff and crystals no no me neither but I think that's one of them is it one of those like pink Himalayan salt things ah that's for the salt water like that infuses that might be I don't know I'm getting a slight mist spray from stuff and a leopard or a Fanta pee just around the back okay after you hand it to me black chewy I don't want to walk on the grass go that way okay this is what pretty cool right I'm really impressed and surprised actually about just how much land there's 11 million dollars in the heart of Beverly Hills 7,000 feet with this tropical oasis I think is a very good buy no tea is a house I'd wanna live in for myself probably not but I think it could be made to be my cup of tea with some tweaks here and there yeah I like the layout of the house how much rooms out here - I think you put that perspective that that little table there it's not so little it's a tense
