this house we're going to show you it's 65 million dollars it's 28 000 square feet and it's just sick the sickest thing we've ever seen adam i don't normally involve you in intros but have you ever seen anything like this this is absolutely insane you guys are going to see stuff that you've never seen before in a house uh i'm just mind blown i want this house should we go see it i'm ready and jeanetta bless her heart i don't know how she has these properties to show us but wow thank you thank you thank you because this is just extraordinary oh by the way we're in bel air which is right next to beverly hills and as always it's a beautiful day cloudless guys how hot is it today adam 80. pretty yeah it's pretty toasty gotta be toasty right let's go in over the walking what do you call those things um stepping stones yeah marble stepping stones this is the size of most people's swimming pools it's the pond just to put things in perspective jeanetta hello hi whoa you matched the house gorgeous hi hi hi hi i i can't believe this house i mean a little bit about it so this house is you really have to be here to believe it but it's seven bed nine bedrooms 17 bathrooms 28 17 bathrooms yes 17 17 bathrooms and 28 000 square feet um we are asking 65 million dollars and worth every penny right it's beautiful some of the amenities include a wellness ball with a facial studio and a massage studio and a yoga studio yes it's really beautiful any have a hair salon a private hair salon to get your hair done in your house it's gorgeous we have a home theater and a 150 foot my my mask let me fix myself check this out okay so this is the entryway and without exaggeration we are looking at what 30 feet yeah got to be right have you more has to be maybe more with a floating staircase and we walk into now again we've had a little walk around this property we haven't seen all of it but we've seen a lot of it this is like mundane to the rest of the house right yeah this is the bar area i guess this is the greeting room when the staff opens the door welcomes you you wait here he pours you a drink or she pulls you a drink you wait here until the the master of the house comes along and greets you wow sick sick did i mention sick it is like a hotel lobby isn't it it's nicer than any hotel lobby it's extraordinary the floors are these solid marble sheets they're massive they're probably what six seven feet long three feet wide unbelievable look at these palm trees they are they're fat huge palm trees it's just unbelievable this is just the start of it in fact this is nothing wait till you see what we're gonna show you so should we start on this side yeah i think so let's start around there okay let's do it crazy crazy house elevator so we won't go in there but we will go in here oh it's nice and cool so this is the theater one two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 14 incredibly comfortable chairs they're huge look at the width of these chairs i mean seriously i don't i mean this is big enough for two people by themselves yeah it really is this is by far the biggest screen we've ever seen in the house go down there and stand next to i am so jealous i want this house this is sick okay so i might as well be in an amc movie theater here right yeah seriously can you even see me just about this screen has to be let's see let's pace it out one two three four five six seven eight so that's twenty one feet twenty four twenty four feet three three feet is a stride right yeah so 24 thanks for the math so 24 feet and that's not the way you measure a screen you measure it diagonally so i'm guessing this is 26 or 27 feet that's a big screen this is insane insane insane and again to put things in perspective let me take things out of my pocket so you can just see how big do you see you can put four people on here comfortably yeah on each one of these wow absolute wow don't know what this is let's see oh what have you found oh wow oh this is sick god it's hot in here yeah i'm coming out these are all amplifiers unbelievable i love that they've got sound ending on the walls sorry i didn't close it wow that's hot i need to cool down hold on let me cool let me cool unreal wow we're just starting okay so let's get in here this is made to match my car it does it matches perfectly so if i'm not mistaken this is called chinese lacquer very elegant very beautiful not something you would really think about doing in your office at least i wouldn't but wow it does look lovely doesn't it yeah i love these inlays as well just gorgeous let's go bathroom for the office 17 bathrooms in this house that's so wild and it's hello it's doing its hello and it's lit up and it's sanitizing and doing all the things it does look at the frosted glass yeah halfway up so that it gives you and from the other side it's much more opaque so really really private but beautiful real okay what's what's this oh this is obviously some kind of a closet yeah closet that's a heavy door unbelievable house the staircase the way that it sweeps and this is something that you would see in a hotel lobby and it's unsupported as well yeah floating staircase incredible okay so here the first room we're going into is i'm calling this the floating naked people room what would you call it yeah i mean they're naked people made of art and made of art this reminds me of i think we've had this conversation before um these were in the dubai international airport they had a whole wall right with water falling behind it and i think they're bronze i love them i think they're absolutely amazing and sick and any other word i can't say what's wrong with them this would be no this would be the rest area on the way to some more of the house because what you see down this corridor isn't even the start of it it just keeps going and going and going so let's call this the rest area number one and then i'm just trying to figure out when you would use the different parts of the place so you've got the main bar right with a full bar right it's more like party stuff right yes what when's that when do you use this this is for when the main party bar is full and you need an overflow area when you're throwing a grand party okay right and then this is fantastic spectacular wine room i mean go ahead how is it is it cold in there yeah it is actually sick yeah i mean the only one that rivals this is the one that we saw in vegas remember the house i do remember that but this one is really nice this is definitely more of a statement just being in the middle here and this is one of the many staircases we'll find we're not going to use this one but it it takes you upstairs like the other ones do all right and then here we have the dining room and the dining room is currently set for 10 people just gorgeous i mean gorgeous then this room here this is the staff kitchen where staff would in fact prepare some of the food um it's easy it's called maybe it's an elaborate butler's pantry which is the technical name for it so full kitchen basically everything you want sink refrigerators ovens stove top yeah and then they have their own separate entrance so when you're throwing parties correct they don't need to come through the house and then this closes off with these doors and then in case you needed a pee between there and here there's another one look at that tap oh wow that's very similar to yours but yours is the looty loop it's exactly the same yeah i didn't want to say that but you didn't know yeah it is so here is the kitchen of the house the main kitchen one of many and double everything it's really gorgeous oh what's this this is a tap it's a faucet i i think it it might be sensors controlled so no maybe not is it steep no isn't it a coffee steamer don't know i actually don't what's this guys i don't know that's a dream do you push this that's a drain i would open that drawer there and maybe it will give you a hint one below it i could it's a whole cupboard oh there you go so it tells you what it is it is one of those machines oh is that just hot water then uh yeah i don't know how you switch it on huh interesting that's cool though uh freezer or fridge freezer that's freezer i agree it is freezer and it's nice and cold in here and you're just gonna stand here a second because all the doors are open and it's hot beautifully done and that would of course be the fridge yeah there's no way no no no no no no no no no no [Music] fridge got it did you purposely match your car to the house and your outfit to the backsplash no spectacular kitchen and that of course is the walkway into the dining room and then we have the sitting area so if this was my house i would put a much bigger tv there agreed yeah i mean that's a big tv but i'd put a bigger one it's three times the size yeah and then this is another table just in case there's a big party and you need another table casual dining time yeah and this is very comfy look at the pool we'll get to that in a second i know i was trying not for the feet 150 yeah 150 feet 300 if you get both wise that's crazy isn't that unreal right and then here we have uh i'm not sure okay you ready let's continue this is where it really is appropriate to say let's continue a wall of water to the spa area passing the living wall of course which is not oh it might be living so not often do you see like 80 feet of water fountain in your house as you walk to this could double up i've never said a bowling alley before but this would be an olympic runner's lane i'll tell you what it'd be good for uh curling yeah or lawn bowls well that is how long would you say that is adam from back here 50 meters 150 feet at least i think more okay so here we have a rest area so that we can rest after doing this insane walk and now we enter the spa area when we're done filming i'm calling shotgun on this chilled towel here there you go okay we'll start with this area and then we'll go over here so this is the infrared shower room which it's just unbelievable oh sorry this is the sauna so that's the sauron that's the sauna oh that smells so good that's the sauna and then this is the steam room uh it is a steam room and it's also a shower so you can show off when you've steamed or saunad restroom and dressing room come in here it's got a hello toilet i think all the toilets are hello toilets hello um rain head is literally on another planet oh is that a shower head yeah the gravity alone i mean can you hear me beautiful yeah right i kind of want you to turn it on i want to turn it on too but you'd have to go in there to turn it on and i'm not going to do it okay adam is in the shower is that going to get me we'll do it which one do you think well i have no idea but we'll find out soon enough so that's pointed up that's temperature no that's it's got rain head that's temperature this is volume go ahead [Music] go ahead i don't want to do it do it i did it you did it did it okay so it's obviously not that one what about the one next to it on the wall oh wait these can turn on as well yeah that's i think that's probably water those are directions something's happening oh there's a body sprays on the side i just yeah honestly mate this is a useless episode i don't think it's turned on look that's full four ponies so that was in fact the adventure of the shower now this way here we have a treatment room don't know what you get treated for but it looks very medical here we have a yoga room i think this is yoga right yeah it's very zen then we have spoiler alert this is my favorite part of the house which part the massage room all of this out here looks very inviting doesn't it look at this with your tv in the wall and then this should we do this now yeah we're here why not we're here right this is ridiculous let me put my glasses on because it's very bright this is so i'm going to move away to the end to do the full reveal shower and another shower and stuff wow fireplace you ready i'm gonna i'm gonna do the whip pan reveal show people how long this is yeah i think this is longer than 150 feet this my god can i do it do it will they even see how long should i walk to the end so you see how long it takes okay so come back here okay i think the 150 feet starts from the pool because this is just a different you see how the color changes oh yeah so this is like the small pool yeah i think this is a small pool so here we go i'll i'll see you later all right bye bye dude it's a long way adam that's crazy it's a long way i mean i can't hear what you're saying so i'm noticing something from back here i don't know if you can see me but when we did a walk around the house there's a balcony a huge balcony up there that we did not see so we need to find it and yeah my goodness um meet me halfway because there's a bar out here come this way unbelievable this is truly unbelievable the biggest house not house pool i have ever seen in a house by a long way i mean this is just insanity amazing right unbelievable and we haven't even done this here yeah that's what i'm saying so this is the outside bar area which is a full bar and kitchen this is not like your normal barbecue look back here don't even know what this stuff is g full setup do you know what i would turn this square into here what a i would get rid of the grass and i would have a sand volleyball court you could do that it's big enough that would be perfect tremendous okay so i'm suggesting we go through the dining room back into the house okay it's a bit warm out here isn't it it's just a bit look at these trees adam i know i can't get it i want to show you how big those are too because you don't see it with the camera unless you stand next to it it's they're ginormous is that a word yeah that's wet big fat trees [Music] cheering me this this house adam where are we we won't go up this staircase we'll get the main staircase can't believe this house can't believe it so let's take a look from here for a second that's the bar it's wild which way do you want to play bowling that way or this way that way first because this is the really good stuff let's end in the master all right this room here we did see before not sure what it is it could do a thousand different things let's go in i'm going to say jim no i'm going to say ballet room mirrors everywhere these are these are lcd screens the the carpet's what's throwing me i think you'd either take it all out and have it as a gym that would make the most sense put in a wooden floor and then this would be an awesome gym because you've got all of the mirrors i mean you've got a bar which is weird but you've got shower you can never have too many bars this is true adam this is true i'm actually disappointed you said that coming from you but you know you've got your big tv here so you can put on your music videos get all pumped up closet bathroom i would say gym gym yeah without the car get rid of the carpet wooden floors so it was designed for something that takes power because you've got the power points in the floor right and then you've got the big screens on the wall lcd panels because i would say without the mirrors that it would be a sports room right because you could have a different game on every tv you could i'm sure i'm sure they've wired them up like that yeah but i mean you'd be able to play a different game on each tv simultaneously yeah okay let's have a little look in here where are you here yeah so gym or sports room i'll go with both of those elevator was right there laundry room not a very large laundry room and it is the only one in the house it's the only one we found yeah unless there's one over in the garage there might be because there's a whole other wing over there okay so these would be the guest rooms slash visitor rooms very nice totally private i like this picture i like that picture too that's one of my favorite pictures we've seen in the house walk-in closet if you ever wanted to know what a little tv no not a tv um a water pump looks like i guess that's it lovely showers beautiful showers music in the shower too check this out adam what do you got how cool is this right up my alley the little sparkles looks like a blue diamond and a red diamond good spot i think this house has my name on it me too so that's for hot and cold wow i really like that it's a nice touch you could really there's so many places you could play temp in bowling right i wish i had looked at how many steps i'd done before i came into the house that opens and then that piece of glass stuff you're falling out this will scare michael yeah i don't like it i don't like it come stand here i don't like it it's a titanic thing i don't like it the titanic yeah what is the titanic you know when they stood on the front actually that's only high enough to hurt yourself so it's not that bad you think you'd die if you fell out there i think if you land on your head well if you land on your head you only need like six feet what's in here slow bathroom bathroom and a walk-in closet there's a walk-in closet the doors are lovely did we mention the doors yeah they're um lualdi i think this is is that what that's called i think i'm pretty sure just little things about you know high-end house things like the hinges in the doors i mean they are very very expensive and not like your regular you know three screw tight hinge shall i talk a little bit about what it would cost to run this house i think you should honestly oh look i love you not you i was going to say steady i like you but i don't love you oh what was that that's a ghost bathroom walk-in closet very nice okay i'm gonna let's count how many steps it is from here to the master so i'm at 5450 steps for the day so five four five seven let's go four five seven five four five seven well it's not going to go to six is it no it is a long way it is online okay yeah it's a long way wow it's a long way goodness gracious it's still going it's a long way another staircase and this technically would be the entrance to the master so how many feet i mean how many steps five five one eight do the math 61. so we enter the master bedroom and the first thing that we encounter is your nail and hair salon so here we have a pedicure chair it is a full salon yeah and here's your hair washing bowl and and what have you and then here's where you would sit and get your hair cut so the only house we've ever been to that had one of these we weren't allowed to film it was on that we got locked in the garage yes yeah that was the only other house i've seen that has a full-blown salon in it now the the i want to say owner designer uh of this house also owns the most expensive house in the united states the 500 million dollar mega home the one that we saw when we went out in your car that time correct but it wasn't finished at the time now it's finished there's a strong possibility he will let us film that house 500 million dollars to put that in perspective this house is 65 million dollars so it's four and a half times this house and it's nuts keep your fingers crossed he'll let us film that one too smash the like button if you want us to do it yes yes smash the like button because uh we'll be able to show the owner and then you'll be able to see something that nobody's seen it's just nuts okay so now this is all part of the master oh my word what's down here we didn't come down here don't think we came down here a bathroom you don't have to worry about not being fit in this house because from the bedroom to the bathroom's like half a mile okay so this is this is hers this is hers how do we know that i'm looking at lingerie in there unbelievable wow check this out do you think this is for one girl or do you think the guy just has lots of mistresses well there's a lot of purses which oh there are yeah i mean and these are not inexpensive purses there's a hermit that's a hermes purse you're poking it right now which is by far the most expensive chanel on that rack so the hermes purse is probably three or four times the price of the chanel plus then you have all these goodies in here look at the lingerie what a beautiful way of displaying your closet right what would you show in a man's closet this diamond here just underpants lovely shoes another hermes bag chanel you've shallow oh got some undercrackers here you're terrible come on let's see what else there is but this is spectacular ladies closet so i'm assuming there and let's see it is in fact electric but it's not switched on so no no power gorgeous technology 7000 michael nell all right so this is the man's bathroom very lonely actually because your significant other is half a mile away fantastic i mean just fantastic let's see if this one's lovely bathtub are you switched on yes this one is one of those back folding ones falcon wing i love it did you see these bathtubs that fill from midway up yes see if you can work this one do the touch panel that's a shower yeah that's cool it's not switched on dead i don't want to get wet so that's awesome i've never seen a bathtub that fills halfway okay so check this what do you got this is a sicko rain head even your rain head i love the rain heads i use mine every day love it this is also a steam shower you can tell by that unit down there don't know where the controls are but they're somewhere beautiful and then here uh i'm going to say that's a closet but that would be a very it is a closet it's a water closet yeah i love the fact that it's got a skylight in there as well oh look my question is answered i'm in the man's closet and they have shoes and watches oh my word check this out look look look oh they've got watch winder in there yeah i don't think these are real no they're not real i can tell they're not real no no definitely not real but very cool that's a built-in watch finder yeah from the bottom i think so yeah definitely not real but still very cool and there's one on this side too sorry what did you do i was just pushing buttons look that is amazing isn't that amazing what a great idea michael i know for a fact that you don't have that in yours i know i'm not allowed to why because my insurance company won't let me well why does this guys well you can't i mean it's cosmetic if you had this in your house it would have to be behind bulletproof glass and hold it oh look i switched it on that's so fun isn't that fun i guess you just have to keep your cheap watches in the house wouldn't you the fakes and then yeah exactly and they're expensive ones elsewhere this guy really likes these white trainers i think this is spectacular hello hello louis louis hold all that'll be real yeah it looks it beautiful you know near my louise this is just truly amazing wow okay let's continue we still haven't got to the bed wine station cookie jars that is incredible i want to talk about the the cost of running this house let's do it sat down okay can you just talk about this and i don't know what to say about it you put your glass underneath and so you can have four different wines bottled and this keeps them fresher for longer again you did that last time it's dusty it's not it's a brand new house so you need a mask on you're gonna give me it give you what the the rona the rona i do not have the room well you're sneezing a lot for a man that doesn't as one sneeze you did it because my nose it yeah because it's from the mask so when you're wearing it but it itched and then i might not sneeze in right that's it i'm just going to sneeze it at will but yeah this keeps all your wines nice and fresh for longer microwave fridge dishwasher it's so cool trash compactor it's got another one of those things that sink oh yeah with whatever it does i'm not sure what it does but it's cool okay so this is the master itself which is the size of a tennis court and spectacular and the bed which is a king-sized bed looks microscopic it does isn't it crazy yeah like for the size of the house i love these but what would you do how you couldn't put a bed that comes to here they don't make them no you get them customized yeah but i mean how would you get lost in this right jeffree star you could have a bed party you could [Music] all right do you want to talk yeah let's talk about that let me take things out of my pocket um what i will say is that we're already at probably getting on for 30 minutes so okay if you can do this briefly how is that good okay let's start with that's a smoke detector yeah it needs a battery so let's start with the property tax on the house so that the house is 65 million dollars which means the property tax would be just shy of a million dollars a year 1.5 percent 1.5 so what is that that's 90 something thousand uh 900 something thousand dollars a year and then you would have on top of that you would have your insurance so a house like this to ensure this house you would be looking at somewhere in the region of 250 to 300 thousand dollars a year then on top of that you've got your power i'm not talking about staff or anything just just operating regular lights and air conditioning probably between 15 and 20 000 a month so if you multiply that by twelve a quarter of a million dollar in power dollar sound like yoshi dollars you can't buy these yes it's very expensive i sell you two um so yeah you're looking you're looking about two million bucks a year just to maintain it pay your property taxes and insurance before you really even live in it and then a house like this you're going to need six or seven people staff wise keep it clean outside the yard the pool and there's a ton of stuff so not an inexpensive proposition so realistically if you're going to round it all up would you say that you wouldn't get much change out of what three million a year to maintain yeah you'll be three yeah somewhere in that region wow so five percent of the cost of the house pretty much to run it pretty much well 1.5 goes immediately to property tax yeah again i found or i saw a bulk there it is there's a balcony oh these old pocket diesel pocket yeah everything just disappears inside i think they're electric but they wear them spectacular i mean this is a huge couch as well yes that's nestled here in the living room it's just it's a whole house right-hand door [Laughter] so this is not this is not the balcony that i saw from down there because i saw it open so that means there's another one that we're missing another tv so this is just the private balcony for the bath for the bathroom for the master and then i noticed as the hottest bar interestingly you'd have four people from the mud why not right okay so here's a hot tub and another wall of water look at the wall of water wow so actually this whole thing should oh yeah it is i can just about you can't see it because it's bright yeah but here's the proof you ready see it's refreshing it's actually your watch thank you like you need sparkly caligula it's the sparkly one here i've had this a while you've got it from jacob didn't you i did yeah wow i can't show the tricky parts the nudie bits no i mean what an amazing view yeah it's just it's sick where's the balcony the other thing not a single house overlooks this place no you could be anywhere in the world you wouldn't know where you were we're in the heart of bel air which is literally moments from beverly hills so nice so we're going to do a cut here and go down to the garage yes let's do that can you do me a cool transition where you like go yeah i can do better than that you ready yeah abracadabra okay explain to people what's going on so that's the balcony way back there that i spotted when i walked the length of the pool however we haven't figured out how to get to it so should we you explore yeah i think i think to the spa out the back and then around the back of the house so down through the spa this shoe is giving me problems i've been walking too much it's uncomfortable uh let me just change the battery the tour has been that long i've drained a whole battery for real yeah we are outside and we are going to go and visit the garage before we go and explore and find the extra wing that we missed completely so let's go do it this looks good here doesn't it especially next to the blue office that's such a great coincidence i mean really it's telling me something don't you think i do wow i mean look from here and look at the blue in the background there's just something very special about this love it god i love this house okay so this is the garage and would i be right in saying michael that you know you always talk about inspiring people to have goals and want to achieve stuff when you come to a place like this you feel that same way 100 100 you know it doesn't matter what you've got people often ask you know what motivates you why do you continue to do things because you know i can have a nice lifestyle without having to work it's not about that it's about bettering yourself it's about achieving more never be complacent and things like this inspire me i want this house i mean i think it's absolutely incredible actually i want the 500 million dollar house that we haven't seen yet that we hopefully will see but yeah it's goals and it gives you charge in life so yeah that's how i think it's not about how much just so that you understand doesn't matter if it's a thousand dollars a hundred thousand a million it doesn't matter it's the goal set the goal set a timeline to achieve the goal and then go after it and don't let anyone get in your way and then you can fill a garage like this 14 cars at least right yeah so yeah i mean goodness you could you could easily get 14 cars in here two per pillar so two here two here so that's four five six seven eight nine ten or maybe maybe not quite 12 12 12 yeah oh god i'm not sure if i could do it now i say 12 comfortably you could get probably 18 smart cars in here what's in here uh this is all just like server room there's a toilet without a sink it doesn't look like a barrel staircase doesn't look like it's fully finished yet so but yeah a little man cave back here as well amazing okay so now let's go and find the rest of it i wonder where that goes uh that goes up to the back bedrooms oh okay so we need to be going that way right you might want to switch the camera off and switch it back on when we get there i'll just do like a speed up oh okay you want to do a funny walk this house wait i know how to get to it how it's that staircase that i found that we thought went up to the master no that was on the other side no it wasn't you sure well let's find out so there's a staircase there this is this is it okay go ahead i'm almost certain this is how you get to it should i go yeah i see a door so people so people know we haven't been back here this is genuinely a surprise whatever's here so that goes down to the garden there yeah and i believe what we're about to see here don't look in there so this is where the other bedroom is yeah oh no oh no we can get out there okay try to try it was it me no that's locked oh what a shame i see through here there's a bedroom there's multiple bedrooms so this is a whole wing until itself so this is the other we we said didn't we where are the other six bedrooms yeah and there's a huge balcony outside do you think jeanetta can get this unlocked so so we are upstairs um over the wellness center in the house and there's a whole new wing up here with bedrooms and what have you but the door is locked and i wondered if you had a key you don't oh i'm so sad yeah right so i'm so sad i'm looking there's probably three bedrooms looking down this wall you can see the the doors there's a bedroom there so there's probably another four bedrooms there's a kitchen there's a dining room i know right maybe this is a whole nother house we'll come back and do another day oh that's a shame okay let's walk this way around the back just in case there's like some other way in yeah i'm not hopeful but oh wait we can see in the bathroom from here you can yeah we just do the tour from the outside yeah let's do this that's your first so yeah look bathroom bedroom and it's the same on the other side as well and there's that balcony that i was speaking of did we come in this bedroom what happened did we come in this is like a whole maids quarters down here no didn't come in there either i don't know how to get there how big is this house twenty eight thousand square feet i think we've only seen twenty thousand it's like a small city [Music] i mean look at that what's that oh my god what is that i don't know it's very industrial looking yeah so yeah i don't know how to get there oh no i'm sad we went through here yeah but now i guess that's it that's ah so everything above us this whole area yeah which is probably four thousand feet itself yeah we don't get to see ah you probably don't have enough battery anyway this is true so so guys with that said um i'm going to say cheerio because this was why did you get so close so as i was saying before i was so rudely poked by the lens of a camera my note um amazing amazing house
