10 HIDDEN WEAPONS AND TRAPS in Minecraft!

today's video is going to be a bit of a dangerous one because today we're going to take a look at ten hidden weapons and traps that you can build in Minecraft we've got TNT you got arrows lava the whole lot so prepare yourselves because this is going to turn you into a lethal weapon in Minecraft now this first one is what I like to call the high speed TNT bomb reason being this will launch TNT down towards a player that's walking on the floor faster than they've even realized it's happened all we have to do is a place in our TMT minecart there and then that will make its way on top of that piston and then we just have to hit the input and you can see there we go this thing has kicked into a gear and it is launched at TNT minecart downwards and it is wiped out anything underneath it so then we just replace it and I mean to be honest with you I could probably do that all day I mean that is an incredibly satisfying system to use isn't it well the way the system works is actually quite interesting TNT mine carts when they hit the floor after falling more than three blocks will explode instantly there's no ignition sequence or anything like that they just blow up so that's all well and good in theory we could just drop it down through the ceiling but I wanted to add in this little slime block launcher that actually propels it down faster so the player really doesn't have much time to react I mean come on that's happening incredibly quickly especially if the floor is only five or six blocks lower than the actual system and I mean it definitely it definitely does the damage that's not messing around is it I mean jeez it killed three creepers easily anyway sticking on the TNT theme now we're going to take a look at the hidden TNT cannon which is very nicely signpost is saying hidden TNT cannon we've got a glass cover over the top and we have iron blocks going around the outside so that we can really see it yeah I probably could have done a better job of hiding it but anyway over here we've got ourselves the portal ooh and if we just hit this button you can see that's well the TNT cannon kicks into action and that portal he was actually fared incredibly well that is the most solidly built portal ooh I've ever seen in my life how has he only done that much damage cool it's ruinous after that terrible display I don't think anyone actually wants to build this thing come on despite all of that if we actually watch this thing working you can see that this is a really cool redstone contraption if we hit the button you can see the blocks retract and then the slime blocks push the TNT out and it explodes over there once again only taking how a single slab but it actually pulls back this sticky piston back to here then gets replaced by this regular piston and then all of the Pistons pop back up nice complicated redstone I love watching this sort of thing now that's a little bit more like it I was in peaceful mode TNT doesn't much less damage in peaceful mode goodbye Paul ooh okay okay so maybe you don't want to blow people up maybe you don't want to cause any damage at all maybe you just want to have some fun with someone just catch someone by surprise well this redstone contraption will definitely do the trick your friends walking over the top of the beach and then they fall downwards like this and they begin making their way up into the stratosphere you can see the longer we stay on this thing the higher we're going to go which actually yeah I suppose that is quite dangerous I mean yeah at this point if I jumped off this thing I'm definitely going to die oh I love this sort of thing so how enough does this thing work then well for the activation all we've got is grass flour sand and then string on top when we remove this flour and also this grass then this sand will just be floating there but as soon as we touch this string that will update the sound block letting it know that hey you should be falling right now and who will fall through the floor now that sound block will then land on this observer which will activate this flying machine lifting the entire system up into space really really simple stuff next up we've got the pop-up love a dispenser now I will say before we begin the this is probably better suited for never based builds because of course lava goes ridiculously fast and ridiculously wide in the nether but in the overworld it still works if you flick this leaf right here you can see our wall pops up and then the lava begins to pour out and will begin to spread which could catch players off guard especially inside narrow core but then when we flick the lever again you can hear the dispenser fires she picks up that lava bucket and then the wall gets pushed back down so that everything is hidden away now I know what you're thinking why on earth haven't you just put a lava source block back here and then when the wall pops up the lava will begin to spread out well number one that would take longer and number two I wanted to make sure that the lava would travel out as far as possible so even if you are building it in the overworld is still going to be a useful redstone contraption plus check out how compact this thing is I mean it's absolutely tiny this next design kind of harks back to the first weapon that we featured in the video which was the superfast TNT exploding bomb thing with the slime blocks and everything the only issue with that one is is that you could only use it once and you had to refill it with TNT well this one is a slight modification and it allows us to use it multiple times but unfortunately we then can't use the slime block because the slime block actually picks up that minecart rail and breaks it that being said this thing is probably equally as deadly and you can use it as much as you like I mean we're creating well we're creating a bit of a hole to the sense of the earth right here and as an added positive note this thing is slightly simpler than the first as I'm featured in the video consisting mainly of just a dispenser which then pushes out the minecart TNT and then a flush trapdoor I mean yeah that's that's not exactly hard but it gets even simpler from there and potentially even more deadly you see well I break this block I mean I didn't have I didn't even have time to react we have blown a hole in the floor that is absolutely enormous that trees disappeared and most importantly I think I've probably disappeared as well I can imagine I wouldn't fare well in that particular situation now this bomb works off a technique that I originally discovered from ill mango I'll put a link to his YouTube channel down description but in his video he showed that if you have yourself a tree and then you place down some leaves and then you place an observer next to it when you break one of the blocks in the tree the observer will detect that now this is well it's pretty great and it allows you to do some slight wireless redstone bits of course I should mention that these leaves have to be in range of the tree you can't just place leaves a thousand blocks away and expect them to detect a tree being broken but these leaves down here are within range of this oak tree which means that as soon as we break one of those blocks in that tree the observers going to detect it it's going to power this powered rail and then these 14-team minecarts began to fly off the end of the block and explode instantly making a very big bang now we're going to get super ridiculously simple the previous one was pretty simple but this is really pushing the boat out in terms of simplicity remember that trick that I showed you earlier on with the sand and then the string on top is pretty much under table I mean you would not be able to spot that string unless you look directly at the hitbox which is pretty unlikely so you can use this technique to drop players into things now obviously the common idea is to drop them into larvae because then of course they'll die but if you actually want to get all of their items then I would suggest using entity cramming down there we've got 30 mine cards all stacked on top of a minecart rail and if I hop onto this block you can see that we take damage incredibly fast but not only that underneath those mine carts we've got a hopper which is just going to transfer the items that I did have inside me into a chess for someone else to take that's enough of the simple stuff let's get back to doing some redstone and for those of you who have been on my youtube channel for a little while you may remember that if you move a wall at the correct time you can actually shoot things through for example arrows and potions and everything like that so I thought I'd do is expand on this and create a larger system here we have a whole bunch of dispensers we've got Pistons up at the top and bottom and when we flick this lever you can see that the arrows are fired through the wall at anyone who's walking past and as I say this doesn't just work with arrows you could use potion tipped arrows you could just use splash potions in general that's got to be pretty lethal and even though I said that we were getting rid of the simple stuff I mean as far as redstone contraptions are concerned this isn't exactly challenging it's only a couple blocks wide involving just a redstone line connecting up all the dispensers and the Pistons on the correct timing not exactly rocket science this one is for those of you who really want to go a little bit crazy you don't want to use TNT you don't want to use lover you don't want to use arrows potions or anything like that you actually want to make use of mops this is the mob shooter elta that's a work in progress name but I'd quite like it a minute all you have to do is hit this button right here you can see everything opens up and then our mob is shot outwards now one thing that I will say is is that if you are planning on deploying this I perhaps wouldn't suggest using a zombie in broad daylight he's not gonna last very long now if you're wondering how this thing works then all we've got is a flush piston door and then we also have a sticky piston with a slime block that is going to launch our mob outwards now this has been specifically designed to work in survival mode so there's no mob eggs or dispensers in there all you'd have to do is get a zombie or some form of mob to chase you and then they would fall straight down that hole and then it'll be primed and ready to go oh and of course you need to make sure that you rename them because otherwise they will despawn so choose something super memorable and something that you should definitely do perhaps an instruction for example yeah I think I've shown that for long enough and for the final weapon of today's video it's me sitting in a bush now you may be wondering why the answer is fortnight Battle Royale this is the most deadly weapon Ares and on
