hey yo how's it going everybody welcome back to another team album cook on out today guys we have a new contestant this person was probably the first member making kitchen videos right he's been going off for like five years in the kitchen [Music] [Applause] champ is here you guys already know I need to explain much but I'm winning today my uncle Charlie right now man in the build is back but we've been away from the cross really I love you everything that's the thing I read the comments everybody keeps saying bring Bongo back where's Bongo and last but not least we got somebody who's been stepping up their game the cook-offs they actually are a winner of the cook-off movies we got the man the myth the legend we don't get to use Google for like ingredients and stuff I got no wait you don't get too hood you don't get any help from anyone out okay so one thing you need to know about this is my friends can get very bad very quickly all right so what I'm about to say you have to listen and you guys to go down below and smash right now there's a new budget George Green really do it so go ahead 20k likes go so this time for the coup valve we're doing it a little bit differently I've been reading the comments as well like these guys and you guys have said you should let the boys go to the store have some time 15 minutes you guys watch the video [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] which pretty things gonna make the best meal out of what they have do it right now then without further ado let's go through the actual video because they think we're doing that but little do they know we're doing the one ladies and gentlemen and just like that Ryan Smith has already begun folks got a defrost and then we're gonna start putting them on skewers I'm gonna do the potatoes as I mentioned and now little peppers on the side you know this isn't that little touch I am at a large disadvantage because when have you seen someone make an actual skewer so what we're gonna do is start season the shrimp the shrimp's already in here let's take your pepper in it pepper a little Cayenne paprika color though okay and then we're gonna move on a little seasoned salt this is pretty bare that any bear that pick this up last second somewhat of a dried skinnier I'm gonna mix that up already right there I could throw this on and win but go a little bit more gotta put some period a huh wow this guy's surf and turf and cheater in turn oh my god a little bit yeah seasoned salt gonna watch the leaves winds or not too much salt but just really cool color already on the side but then I was like yeah why not just put him on the skewer as well whisk us it's a little different cut usually cut down the middle rib to the insides butter skewers you need bricks so you're gonna cut the peppers it's about the end result Charles thank you so much that was actually the most logical thing he's ever said you know I was in the trash boom and then you get your squares there you go that was way better this time oh I see the Christmas Bob oh gosh we got a lot of bitching on you guys I put on this is actually from my guys barbecue when it comes to cubes when it comes to this it's not as Charlie said it's not how you go through it it's how it ends up you slaves the way slice away the challenge but you do not buy the products that Jack gives you the money to get the products you can wait you're gonna have like a side potatoes like they're like almost like a chip a little bit of oil sauce and looking up I feel bad for I'm out of the ten cook-off so you've done the most roast thing I've seen anybody go No there you go oh then we're just gonna add some pepper no all right guys so now it's the aesthetic part which I strive through so what you want to do is have a nice little padding green red my man tweezers in art class right now your first skewer first cure completes now we're going to repeat the process make this a little bit more beautiful there you go this shrine just gained some nice points a round of applause you're just gonna throw them right on there Oh baby Oh Ryan you're gonna be flipping those you got your potatoes yeah we're gonna go check on the potatoes check on this in about 5 to 10 15 20 no we don't know yet and then see how it comes out all right guys so with the shrimp if you don't want to take too long I said 5 teen fit I tried 5 10 15 20 that's for the potatoes well as you can tell already they are cooking more beautifully than we thought oh my god crispy as you can see they are hardening up with the tail could just fall off right there when you eat it and all right guys while Ryan stuff is cooking we got the boy Charles getting ready getting organized actually a lot of hard work going into this and I can't lose today a lot of hard work a lot of heart a lot of man is to look at things and negatively so then you can be excited when positive things happen oh no I mean we left a bitter the sweeter saying is sweet cloudy days for the sunny days all right so it's been 15 17 18 minutes so we are done complete oh look how beautiful that is look at the grill marks to everything oh my goodness no oil vibes look it's just beautiful crispy so we're just gonna close that leave the oven on for my participants Oh in about five minutes we're gonna leave this thing with most beautiful potatoes you've ever seen in your entire life and voila 30 40 minutes and we're gonna open them and look at that oh my god some beautiful yellow golden details those potato chips little keys you know your boys where I strive you know the cooking we're learning it's a learning experience but pleading let's get it mine looks the most beautiful crispy the potatoes our little cheese just for funsies God guys look beautiful I wish I wasn't peppers mm-hmm yeah that's a full skewer look how crunchy there that's beautiful not bad enough body mmm spicy - brother shrimp I need a shrimp on its own guys look at this shrimp very easy to peel pull up the tail here we are mmm man dog the spicy little cheese at the potato I'm gonna destroy this full meal I will say that I don't have to try it get some peppers in here little shrimp sandwich mm-hmm yeah little potato try the potatoes Oh a little shinier listen barb you know there's no Forks on a barbecue Charlie want to try that beautiful yeah Bongo get in there buddy see we got Charlie do you like spiced are you a fan of spicy needs okay I think you I think you like bubbles actually doesn't like spice if you know your bullet eat shrimp and pepper could try that look on your cooked could use a little more cooking for sure let me try the potato would it be prime waiting Oh guys but highly-anticipated is late work and honestly I'm gonna start with a few things that I think Ryan could have improved on Oh everything there's a strategy to how you cook the barbecue some would say you start with a solid first meat we're not doing that because the second you put the dressing on it becomes soggy only wanted me in Saudi for the people watching at home so we're just gonna rip open your vehicle meat any meat you're cooking you cannot go wrong with salt and pepper that is just facts that is just back and this may look like a lot of salt but we're gonna mix it around so it's not gonna be too much get every little last drop we're gonna grab an egg and guys we only use the free-range we want that the chickens to be happy when they're given to use little eggs it's gonna be used as a glue so we're just gonna grab one egg one hand tactic Oh Oh liquid shell you know just grab that Brian is racing here to roast yeah yeah he put a whole shallot is next we are gonna go into the corner the breadcrumb this is also gonna help so get one burger we don't want too much though he's coming over ooh this is where everything gets crazy leave the jewels on because we want the taste of expensive jewelry in there so now that we started mixing this a bunch I'm gonna wash my hands for the final time we're gonna add in a little more seasoning so let me just do one more wash actually Ryan you do help me and put a couple more bread comes in here now we're gonna keep mixing okay the one seasoning that we have not added to the burger yet everybody knows once y'all steak seasoning can be used some burgers throw it on chicken are you putting call me the cheese infused burgers so we're gonna open the steak seasoning and give it a lick oh oh wow Wow we and a liquid on the bottom right because we're gonna be rolling the burger meat throw in Frank's today oh and always shake your bottle just so you don't get any gunk in it before you do it quick little bleep eh yeah yeah yeah yeah you think it's a lot of hot sauce but as it heats up it's actually gonna take away a lot of the flavor but we do want some spiciness in there this is my first rodeo no panini no little Nozick's from this yes you're gonna actually make a burger to make the patties you're gonna roll it and then you're gonna flatten it now what I'm doing is making kind of like a mix between burgers and sliders I want multiple people to try okay so you're thinking about other people Joe's a true chef would do nice little block cars clown yeah how's it nice lickle like Chinese ladies and gentlemen in record time Charles has completed minimal waste his burger minimal waste so like I said guys are gonna take to the BBU right now these are going to get a little bit smaller but like I said we're making sliders angus sliders and while it's open don't waste any time oh my it's clean we don't want any of that shrimp tasting Ryan duh well I used to cook every single date like two years ago brown Cup every single day every meal trip hey guys oh that there's no edits on that bread oh come on listen oh my there's nothing guys charlie like you said earlier he's thinking about the group this time we're gonna flip them in around five so well the burgers are cooking for sure I should say sliders outside we're not gonna waste any time we have about five minutes but that's just enough time to do not only the bacon but the onions as well we're gonna take the peel off the outside yeah it's appeals on the side right here I'm gonna take these and we're gonna do this hold those long string vibes right like Charles Ramsey wears right now so this is love they're super thick peel oh that one's not going in there thread it around do the technique circle technique and now listen to the sizzle guys listen to some of the sizzle onions who shrink when they go in the pan just like that you're the smell of that all right all right [Music] we're gonna open up the bacon because we want some bacon on these letters well I'm actually started I'm making a meal for myself right now eebee all in here as well that's gonna soak up into the bacon and just grab slice by slice this one should already be on oh that's double on it so we're just gonna gently laid yeah yeah like on your Kobe from three yes like burger checks oh nice and brown eyes lay sliders let's see the other side oh these are nice sliding on me bro okay perfect press it against let it flatten out really let the juices sink it to that bad boy and we're actually gonna turn the temperature down on this this is a running game of back and forth we gotta go organization efficiency grabs his tongue another one take folks we're gonna use the tongs oh I love this I love this chose oh these are looking hella good already this smells delicious this is the eye time guys because the burgers should be thoroughly cooking through grab a slice of cheese local force a little melt on the cutest little placement for that slide others they're already starting to melt O's so actually off-camera added the buns on to the bromate BBQ as well toasting the buns oh those toasty buns now we're gonna take the tops of the buns off add these here and we still have to dress the burgers healthy Charles is getting the excess oil off Nora bacon man even though it's turkey bacon this year that is a crispy they stole so this is where the find out of everything comes together guys and just because you want it as fresh as possible take the croutons in the dressing out like this we're gonna take the dressing out and this but before we do that we're gonna use the lettuce Oh like there's no wasting over here we're gonna take the nice leafy pieces of the lettuce don't where my hands are already watched drizzle that this is a classic barbecue meal classic you know what I mean you can tell that I've done this before when we rip up the bacon what the hell is the Caesar salad you need the fresh bacon in there all in the Caesar salad nice and just like magic in strips candy bacon in the Caesar salad we can even rip it up with our hands just little pieces of Candida it's cut the bacon into little pieces like this just with our hands you are a barbecue sauce kind of guy are my barbecue sauce is probably one of my top three condiments oh my top on nobody's doing this quick flip voila burgers for all Mendham Jersey oh my god so chances here everybody this is Charlie's burger for the first time we're going to be judging it all four at once never before done so good job Charlie I'll not bring the crew together in tran1 but for everyone everybody please triberg no say what you need to say little overcooked so don't see another bite from the barbecue sauce to the crispy bacon now you guys can see just by everyone's reaction there's no talking pop the back the bacon cooked perfectly crispy the bun is toasted I get there crisp on the inside I like to eat it over pack the lettuce the only thing I judge about the burger is the shape of it so free Charlie's first cook off this is definitely gonna get an amazing score we're gonna save it for that into the video house / Heinz as well holy smokes just go ahead just cook things for as good as we got to grab these russets him two potatoes who knows what make sure you guys thoroughly wash the potatoes because you guys don't want any of the dirt if you guys don't know potatoes grow on the ground all right so we're gonna do guys and first things first we're gonna thinly slice them like so boom we're gonna repeat this method for the other potato too but what we want to do split them into halves like this and guys what we want to do now is a these are perfect potatoes easy julienne is called julienne make sure you guys please looks like a potato to me Barlow oh my oh we're gonna put that guy back in there and as you guys can see Oh potato dealer now there's our first potato we're gonna repeat that for the second team if you guys don't want to watch that so move it along what we now want to do knives and drop our asparagus Inga same thing rose from the ground we're gonna tape this guy over to the washing so my god Darlie loves it charlie loves it we don't need a lot so I'm just gonna use these guys but a little trick guys is if you flip it upside down and take a look at the asparagus the thickest ones are gonna be your biggest pieces so here we go we're gonna pick up som home 101 seat of Bob's we're not wasting the asparagus either course not no exactly I got in here Rob hmm Oh what your no way you're swallowing that it's literally don't worry all right pop them off no chopping off the bottoms then you guys grab your asparagus line them up and then you can use your knife as a ruler I'm chopping what you guys what I do is grab our asparagus and line them up like so come on like a bet Charlie is a little doesn't like the white part grab a little bit of oil there's a tiny bit tiny bit of oil and now you're gonna here's a loom there's a little bit of oil not too much pepper sauce Bob's is bringing these together and we're not putting cheese on the asparagus we're gonna wrap oh my god a beautiful bed sighs boy later we can focus on our steak guys oh that's a beautiful nice day it is a beautiful night steak and as you guys can see I didn't take it out of the fridge that is because I took it out half an hour ago for you guys to put the perfect steak you got to take the meat out of the fridge to let it sit to room temperature that way you can ensure that it cooks thoroughly and evenly all right once we have a nice clean plate we have our steak here want to do both wait Ryan you're g-ghost please how was it Jamaica Jamaica what we are doing we have a nice little pile up the Montreal steak spice we're gonna grab the steak itself all right as you guys can see a nice beautiful my god we want to do no no no pink crust the side stop Bongo is literally thrusting the beautiful steak oh that's Charlie there [Applause] but we're the now boys that don't see College Jesse oh you even got an accent all seriousness guys this is some seed like just kind of sticks to the meat what has it been the c2 into the flavor like you're playing yourself so because realistically we want to maintain as much of the meat flavor as possible but regular salt on the top big this guy actually falls into the barbecue and actually soaks into the meat our potatoes complete we have our little package with the focus on the fries open this guy up just a little bit okay once that is complete now we can actually start moving outside because moving outside you're cooking the fries outside Bongo I think you guys don't know what the barbecue is a lot of them come with this additional wing that nobody actually ever uses so what we're gonna do today oh my god it's show everybody some love stuff so we're gonna put this guy on this side and now that is on let that fry for a bit a little bit longer to cook so I'm gonna put that in the back corner I'm just gonna let the oil heat up a little bit and then we are ready to get started so the steak might take the least amount of time in the operation definitely taking the least amount of time all righty folks so we have put our potatoes into this little Bowl I've also slightly salted them you can't see it cuz the salt has dissolved but if you taste it it is pretty salty but we are ready to start putting these bad boys you see the vibe those eyes are going Bongo not too cold they're nice and bubbly we'll just give it one of these so now that those are going to be smart guys it's a barbecue cook-off not an oven what was that yeah a fry pan this is a true barbecue steak oh my god is that part actually and you see how tender the meat yes yes oh what's your time saying you can't make this can't actually make this up it literally said timer stuff as soon as we talked about so here you go oh yes on a maintain that grill marks oh no we're gonna leave that guy there this is on full vows so we can only wait for the frying thing the steak as soon as it's done it has to sit for two minutes so we should be good timing the asparagus almost ready you see the juices on the one side what we want to do is flip it Oh Oh God alright you see the other side of the grill marks so now we can take our steak off oh this can now sit for two minutes guys so we're gonna let this sit for two minutes oh oh Bongo is it time or brown duffy they have a little golden vibe we now we have our plate we're not resting we have our asparagus and obviously our fries our fries while they are cooling off we're gonna give them the McDonald's tactic grab our steak just slice over the steak like so so that they're easy to eat and share with multiple people let's grab Oh perfectly cooked asparagus oh I've been wrapped up in the aluminum this whole time guys now with the steak and hops first up a whole box on this side so I can have on this side all my steak on a bed of asparagus for some frites grab our fries we'll put them on right here there you guys go whoa oh come on it is fully rested how are we feeling over there well what's going on here it's a big dirty slice of steak good good it should be very soft little bit of crunch at the end though like me to ballmart oh my god guys now for the fries or fries see if they still have a crunch oh yeah they call crunch homemade fries vibes I didn't think I'd be doing this more a little bit let me go to ask oh no please feeling you feeling like I'm in love right now please love Oh steak you show me where the salt is money Oh the fries are damn good I look cool I want to cool down on the oregano on the so ladies and gentleman there you have
