hey yo how's it going everybody and welcome back to another team outlook cook-off now it is Super Bowl weekend there's a huge youtuber boxing fight so what better cook-off to do then the nachos cook-off but I got a special special all right today's episode is a trio we've ever had on the cook-off these guys have no idea what we have here so we have six counting six different types of nachos the hint of lime the multigrain this groups the restaurant style we have the hint of Rosh Hashanah you can use the Reno's as your national face as well we got a bunch of different veggies if you want to put a marinade on your meat or lots of barbecue sauces we have some salsa three different types we have ground beef we have steak and we have chicken those three guys will we choose oh I'm thinking we get 10k likes and I immediately just say smash it your little rubdown your local two kids got Hey down below the next cook-off there's so many of you guys who love this series and I actually got this one from Twitter so I'll leave the name right here you know they get some love they're the ones that actually come with it so do the same show make fun of anyone we are all people of this earth and make fun of people and Swasey baby it is your time to shine the positive male role stink ting Oh Charlies a big head Charlie litters you know I'm a changed man right you're actually gonna cut back that's hit the dolphin you can yeah oh you boys doing his classic not shrimp shrimp with a cube you Bob I'm doing chipotle chicken so the first step is cut your chicken nice dice it up I'm trying to get like kind of like a pulled pork Bob it's like pulled chicken technically you know Ryan this is the most organized I've seen you wasn't shrimp Wow preheating we're gonna look a lower we should start with the cheese fun fact avoid wasn't a chef to lean his life so the only thing I really could do is shred cheese so that was my job at the family barbecues so your boy just go boom boom singing shredding cheese cut a couple fingers low key but small if you that like Charlie would it stop I mean I can't make fun all right are they wouldn't stop continue to go smaller cuz that educator you're times cutting a tomato so be honest you never had a video before everybody when your boys are laughing and roasting when you're cooking something and you don't know if you're doing it right there's no worse feeling okay this chicken is whiter than the side of your mom's but your boy likes a lot of pepper salts we're gonna go with Charlie's favorite seasoning watch how much he puts on his tacos crazy amounts boom the most important part pour it on a nice over the top here you did what you probably broke well bite-sized pieces okay [Applause] and then one this little restaurants out nice and big salt pepper a little wine there's gonna be put aside though ladies in the other my house you can see all the sauce is disappearing oh my god cooking that you can view the back the hot chicken and his white as the law of the long side of the fan no more and that's what you mean by the spoon you pull it together pull it apart alright guys so we're gonna start laying our nachos the chicken is almost done you don't want to leave nachos untouched untouched nachos is a beat okay so first step cheese cheese on top as I say became let any nacho go untouched come on doggy no a little lime for little lines for funsies see as I mentioned you boy didn't go too crazy with the vegetables but look how this is cooking up all all pieces nice and crispy beautiful it's Charlie Terry I've never cooked anything in this house on ate bacon yeah alright oh my goodness all on top on top okay okay that actually look good my fellow boys and eat ooh and then for the rest of the cheese somebody to spring it on triple their triple layer extra cheese bare chicken hint of lime in a guac on the side on the side are tomatoes on top just for a little taste in there I'll throw it in there and you can ingredient pulled from the shower quote from the self you got this buddy you got some wall barbecues wrinkle it around you want too much oh this is quick not to not pop that in off that end give it about two three minutes and let's eat alright guys so your boy left it in only for a little bit because I don't like when the cheese to melt it if you have hard cheese on the side I feel like it kind of takes away mix a little to our so barely melt the cheese on top I'm get your boys gonna prepare it and let's taste this holy smokes nachos I like Swayze big we have the dog shows via the positive Swayze blood what guys clearly Volvo is not to the iceweasel ah I wish the best of my competitors I wonder got some guac only in sour cream ha we didn't we skip that part we didn't want to be a chipotle chicken nachos hmm hmm come on Donny I'll grab this one guy only whole tomato like tomato use a block watch it I will say that chipotle BBQ ass back there is very delicious because normally there's not that much barbecue sauce on nachos exactly a few thousand days difference great job on that thank you the one negative thing I gotta say about it well I don't watch his for the other contestants you know Charlie also said it I prefer them a little more toasty a little more like that like these the nachos themselves to be a little more crisp breach over here aside from that amazing right outside his comfort zone as well tomatoes let's get it I still love these nachos I'm gonna start it on solid we're gonna go over all sport I saw it eight point six out of ten for me like a high eight the look is kind of a bit of the low eight side the bar is set Charlie's up next let's see what Charlie does but these nachos are gonna be here no you're probably not for too long because we're all gonna Dustin and we got Charlie up next Charlie what's the first step in the Wolfie nachos oh because I'm doing a video you guys know ground beef vibes we're gonna be working with some taco seasoning today and we're gonna do special things I can cook it's ground beef Oh ground beef ground turkey I've been doing this for years so I literally don't even need to think about it first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna heat up the pan okay - a little I don't go high I'll go just around - for while we're doing that we're gonna use avocado oil because our hunky mom oh wow because if you actually do your research and go to the fat the past four cook up Charlie's doesn't ground me every single time so you know what he's doing we're gonna open up this the ground beef because the ovens already preheated we're gonna take this out with our hand because we're cooking we already wash them so we're not stressed we're gonna wash your hands right after because you know you got to be clean meanwhile making that little ground beef into small pieces so once we chop this is when we can actually focus on the nachos can you run our be some fruit non I think give me a hungry Ryan isn't it interesting that you know whenever you are up there someone else has something to say but whenever your friend Charles amazing chef amazing cook always be drooling up and nowhere to be found roasting a bungle what's up with that every time I'm over there people have a lot to say so I decided to take a step back say am I only somewhat a or meaner I necessarily okay that's okay so Charlie is going for a precise aluminum foil cut our presentation is key nothing more nothing less than needed this is this is precise I just don't like the thing stick Wow a little pin VJ is more than you rub it around a nice even rubbed onion I mean we don't want to lose the flavor I learned this from Gordon Ramsay himself we don't want to lose the flavor of the salt and the pepper so whenever you can add them later to something that's when you're gonna get the full flavor so now that they started browning browning notice the key word you're gonna add a little bit of soft Gordon Ramsay as mentioned in the hot dog cook-off is wolf em subscribed loves the tic-tock life hacks just go way back that is what it is now Ryan makes fun of me for the steak seasoning city you did do that we're gonna just add like a salsa water yes and put it as you're spinning like this oh you spread it out nice now let it really just bass can I turn it up a little bit we can start to work on actual of nachos we can post they pile nachos on top of each other because then the ones at the bottom get no low so we're just gonna evenly spread these at all like a board like those boarded nachos exactly I don't we honestly the Monterey Jack from cool on that we're just going to this cheese actually has some little spaces in there that kind of looks flames I've used to do this for my mom all the time he said try Ryan's dad said oh that's horrible that's all they're gonna make the nachos song alright now I think we're gonna add the first layer of cheese sprinkle even distribution guys show every chip love all chip lives matter' corner one my brother and I need to give you some love into it that looks nice and cheesy to start take the meat you have to reign even distribution is key it's not about one piece that has ducky is this I will say one thing I'm noticing is Charlie stuck to his plan these are evenly distributed we're gonna add some green peppers I told you guys a little bit of veggies notice how I'm cleaning it we're just gonna use not too much of this green pepper and y'all we're gonna cut it so what I'm gonna do I took the top out of a bag I took the top of ah check the top my green pepper oh so we got some thin peppers little bite-sized pieces same thing as the ground beef Charlie's making it rain spread and won Ryan's is a little more compiled together a stack a cohesive unit Charlie's more of like a flat ground you know it's nice so we'll see what one ends up working out better Charlie's pushed it up to he's adding the cheddar Bob's as well get that warrant color in there I know everyone doesn't like Franks but just a little drip drizzle well that side to side yo look it's getting flashed across I'm saying even like I said guys we love that cheese Oh everyone likes cheese being the top layer of nachos so we're not gonna disappoint this is if I'm not playing sexy music and editing I'm crazy comment down below who is you like so far I call these the stackable nachos look at just look at this hidden web sauce tool too wet not even cooked I'm putting these in to get nice and crispy we're using bottom rack of the oven these are gonna go in for about you know five to 10 minutes definitely not taken out of five because and we'll get something undercooked like that so oh I'll stay tuned because there's only five more minutes left on the clock that is the perfect time for me to you know time it usually you know the timer of a meet I just like to sit back and solve a Rubik's hole so I'm just gonna you know do the typical algorithms of this is gonna be done holy SH - I'm actually curious about this whole Rubik's Cube okay let's try this out guys this is a classic nacho do this everything's really crispy got some ground beef green peppers and then some of the sauces this is Instagram with you guys got cheese hanging from his dolmas these days what is a proprietary about your nachos okay guys I need to have one more nacho you know if I have two bites or something that it's extremely good uh-huh okay I will stay off divide the looks extraordinary I'm gonna have to give it in the low knives very very high score I'm gonna have to give this to overall format point one everything is really spread out like you said if you still want a piece that's like strong you know you still have it and then you can include it with a little bit of a wet piece like this have a amazing nacho you see the verse all the toppings in the only is three one pepper you don't wanna use too much low mass it is cool because you used a bunch of different types of chips as well which was a nice little twist overall score it is what it is Bongo you're up next Baker's man let's see what you got all righty folks the Baker's man since we got steak we gonna start off with our steak house full of blubber in the meantime we can get started with the rest of our ingredients red pepper yellow pepper might as well since nobody else used them guys the best thing about a nacho is it has to be colorful Oh Bongo doing the viral life hack inside get rid of all those seeds holy small small as home oh we have a new contestant hopping over it looking out you know looking out I'm gonna give him this it's going faster it will cook off so you would have been had what you would have been in the plane by now Wow Wow the can opener guys we need to use a little bit of color in here usually I would say take the water out but we're gonna do is actually cook them whole mono you know water just a bit a nice little boil all right now our pan should be hot enough for our steak so we could take this now will there be a sizzle now what we got here yes a little bit just have a little fun ball going so for me I don't mind for me guys Pro I don't mind being super oh my god those are perfectly chopped little cups of onions holy smokes holy smokes all right boom so we've got our onions chop those onions quick bundle these things oh they're ready to go now with argan oil olive oil at 20 miles an hour he's educating the people here we go I'm gonna cut it in half one time oh do little spaces like this and then from these slices we're gonna do you split them up into little dices boom then you've got your cubes perfectly little diced tomato alright now that we have done this either see our tongs now that we are done with our tomatoes and our onions this life hack is actually great because then you can slice slices now we can take them in bunch and group them up like this how is everything perfectly cute these cubes boom here's the thing everybody keeps sharing around how long these guys take yeah today I'm gonna prove a point that this isn't gonna take long and it's gonna be delicious now our steak you see it has a little browning vibe I'm gonna raise it up a bit just so I can start getting a little crust on each side now once it is almost complete we don't talk with it right yes what I'm gonna do oh that in there let that sizzle bongos no pauses okay yes yes nice gosh like beans beans and then booms in the bud all right now that's who are not to hos why not we're gonna throw some point in there some corn as well homeboy is using all the things all right boom I'm only gonna use half the avocado here isn't gonna save the other half later all right so I need a blender but since I don't have a blender I'm gonna use this ziplock bag so I think I'll put this here okay I have no idea how a blender crease is about bag but we'll see but we're gonna grab this a piece of avocado gosh it ended very well scoop take away all the disgusting sour cream that the boys were getting me into now we're gonna grab some sour cream holy smokes oh holy smokes so open up the bag oh yes yes I'm helping him come on to them you know open up the bag in their bare salt a little bit of pepper will pep holy smokes and a little fun two tablespoons of lime in here okay a half a lion bone my god bro the lime in the lion at the same time was kind of a lazy shot this we don't have a blender when I had you and use this the Masha oh you'll blend it yourself that actually made like a green crazy sauce my bongo it has made some sort of bakery like icing funnel devised Holy Smoke where'd you even get that bottle from I thought we're doing best mouse is not best cake oh you oughta let it all go okay now I'll know what nachos are you gonna use nachos regular restaurants I left so we're just gonna pile them here now little bit of not just make sure you evenly distribute them very important when making nachos first you need a layer of cheese Bongo how strategically mix the cheeses into one who's gonna grab this stick yes holy jesus just make little strips then we're gonna cut them into cubes up it Oh so getting cubed steak nachos whoo Oh God all right so first layer we have our chips then we're gonna go with our cheese over to our topics agents start with some onions boom now you see the color start popping out a little yellow pepper rub he's mixing the green and the red you see the Christmas vibes these are loaded up nice you see the vibes now we can just grab everything how sprinkle them around make sure they're evenly distributed now that we got our holy crazy yes mr.
