little mark I hit it right on the Juelz a tablespoon of salt so that's about six of these one to give and then you need the secret ingredient yeast but in Italy Oh first abuse in there shake it up Eric so this is just a little fake though fake dough but this is how you make the dough already did that last night so here's my grandma's secret recipe perfect dough as you can see there's a little why because the Italian flag is red white and green he was made for Queen Margherita herself and it was to emulate the Italian flag calls and very good job you want basil on there because the chef goes there the beautiful market eat the pizza assemble you're leaving this right there like that yeah don't preheat you off it's been preheated I it's like precautionary and here you go it's beautiful there we go and in 20 minutes we're gonna have the most beautiful pieces you've ever seen Carla thoughts on that pizza - you look horrible what do you think about all the Italians watching that's and looks really beautiful look at this back right here okay put it back in the flour it's looking nice it was like this that's how it was turned to this all right now it's time to put our chicken so what do you think of these advanced chicken coating in some flour other than the fact that he added no salt or pepper it's great yes you're gonna get a flip into second are you with this patch of evo I always add oil into my water just about this much a hundred dollars on it not one noodles thick in that pan gonna put the cap on the boil that at a high rate all the way up to high we're gonna start the meat to baldness so there's actually a few ingredients that we can use to make meatballs everyone makes them different but crack open on one egg right here where I'll actually add to because we were gonna grab half of these little noodles and put them in just like this now these are gonna slowly start to melt into the water [Music] I'm gonna grab the other half and watch this are perfectly laid out it's like a clock what kind of pasta you have here we just grabbed the pasta sauce all right you already know that it it type of pasta so we're gonna add a little base of pasta sauce and let this literally let it sink into the meatballs as they cook we just want this on the bottom layer we're not gonna use it all because we need half the sauce drafter also guys for those wondering Charlie's pasta did fit for the whole package and I don't feel any sticking so far these are almost done about two more minutes on them all right so Charles is actually adding some garlic because we all know every no no wood would have your head if you didn't put garlic but bro they're like is major keen Italian cooking something little finger what do you think these meatballs are far they're yeah they're not bad but like too much meatballs and they need some coloring I'm gonna help with this no no we don't need to you know look at this I got it just for you Charlie right here if is the number one thing when cooking me so oh underneath this beautiful thick sauce guys the sauce was too watery before but Charlie cooked it down nice I'm expecting some big flavors we have some melted parmesan no we want no pink or very limited pink in here oh my goodness so I'm gonna grab a cut of that with there we got a little bit of everything in there how's the real deal our friends I'm not a meatball melts in your mouth I feel like he's locked leavers which is good guys anybody trying to I threw my fork need you to another one I don't want to waste but jeez that's work for you try
