good good okay quick question for the man himself the king of this particular type of meat we have some prime a5 wee goo now nick you are the king of wagyu so me and my partner here ryan swayze baby all right we are wondering if you can give us some quick tips on cooking wee goo within 30 seconds go yeah so first wag you it's like if you look up the japanese pronunciation just so you nail that it's wa and then gyu so it's like you so wagyu okay so first things first on cooking wagyu you gotta pronounce it properly it's leg i'm gonna confirm but i believe wagyu means japanese cattle i don't like to toss on the grill or toss it on slime like you would a normal steak i do one of two things i either cut it into a bunch of really nice perfect cubes really really hard sear on either side which is a little bit of salt only salt no pepper because the pepper will burn or thin strips like nice thin strips down the line cube strips basically okay cube strips so when you're the slice is big the cook is big but the slicing is big you barely need any oil maybe a tablespoon of oil in your cast iron both sides boom okay okay that's dude legendary nick you are a absolute legend all right i'm
