Merry Christmas Unboxing 2020!

great holiday um christmas just happened so again merry christmas uh yeah buddy you don't have to keep those on either so as you can see i've got a whole bunch of packages here that were sent to me by subscribers by you guys my viewers so thank you very much um i wasn't sure if i was gonna make a video because i just if you didn't watch it yet i posted on friday christmas day a winter camping christmas story four and uh yeah it was fun one to make there was a lot of editing in that video uh it was a good one but uh brooker no no no no ruger's learned a new thing this year well not a new thing but both of these guys have gotten really good at opening gifts and ruger has gotten crazy about it it's like his new favorite thing um he was just ripping gifts open to my parents dog cooper she does the same thing she actually steals gifts and gets into him when you're not looking but ruger's new favorite thing is just ripping things open so he'll probably he'll probably rip open some packages he does the whole tear and pull it apart monty just pause at it and he'll open them too but monty's have to be on the floor and he'd pause it ruger will just take out your hands but uh yeah i wasn't sure if i was going to make a video because it made one so recently and i was like you know what check the p.o box yesterday and it was just stuffed i mean most of these packages i got yesterday um yeah there was a whole bunch so that's what we're gonna do here a little merry christmas unboxing so i suppose monty let's open some packages so the first thing i want to say is if you send me a letter or postcard thank you very much um i appreciate all the christmas cards i read them and yeah thanks again oh and what monty's trying to say is i want to say thank you for anybody that sent me a donation on paypal anybody that's been shopping on the teepspring store and been ordering stickers and patches i appreciate it i appreciate you guys thank you very much and thank you for all those watching the videos and uh writing comments i'm still reading them all i've all caught up um i know sometimes it seems like i've had it where i've got backed up like two two and a half weeks like when i go on a week-long trip it's so hard and it takes so much time to catch up on all those comments and uh yeah comment youtube changed the way uh you were i respond to comments like a year ago and they made it so much harder they made it so that like uh there's just a lot less comments on the screen and they just start to when i load and i keep scrolling down it starts to get really laggy and slow and it just takes like i'll scroll like five comments and it'll take like 10 seconds and it'll catch up it used to be able to instant load and i just have tons of comments i could just go all the way down it was no problem and they changed it to the new youtube look and it has made it so much harder and i've put in so many suggestions to them and they've ignored me so anyways don't enough about that i'm still i'm still on top of it we ain't being stopped yet we're three years in and i've still read every single comment on this channel and i will continue to do so mock my weds i know it's been a little slow here as far as content somewhat i've been doing a lot of this and that and the other with the whole monty situation but he seems to be doing all right we're hoping he'll just heal through it we've been taking it easy but i should be getting out there soon doing some i might do a couple bushcraft things this winter here we're finally starting to get a little few inches of snow and things are just coming together we'll catch back up but anyways let's dive on in to the unboxing so as always let's start with some amazon packages i'm gonna read the letters first enjoy these before three quarter ounce oh it's a gold spoon and it's got like a little a little weed blocker so it doesn't get hooked on everything that's sweet the original weedless wonder i'll definitely oh sweet okay so this is just like this is kind of like my mug mate except it can go flat so basically you set this on your coffee mug and it can take any size and you put your ground in this little reusable filter and it just steeps through the filter just this just like my bug mate awesome this one can actually is more compact than i like the other ones it has to stay solid this one can go flat do we got here this one is from sustained lab seeds okay i think this one is was meant for funk from holly um i think what we've got here um funk told me about this one that was coming someone messaged her and said they were going to send us some seeds for gardening because they saw that we were doing the gardening and some of the seeds we had weren't what we wanted so they sent us some so we've got some golden crook neck summer squash and then we've got sustainable sustainable seed company we've got san marzano short tomatoes mmm bright red sounds yummy these are non-gmo certified okay we've got italian roma tomatoes i love roma tomatoes awesome and then we've got boston pickling cucumbers yeah we like doing dilly beans and we love we figured out way to make delicious pickles at home they're so good and what you do the trick that we found with home cucumbers and pickles is uh cold brine you make a cold brine you just put them in the fridge and within two days they're delicious pickles and you don't have to boil anything you just add everything to the jar put them in there and they're super crunchy super delicious super easy to make i'll definitely next year when we make them when we do our garden i'll definitely show a little video how to make it because they're that good if you love pickles definitely grow some cucumbers and they're so easy to make or just take cucumbers at home and do it then we've got more boston pickling cucumbers and then we've got beanbush landra stringless oh yeah i'm down to try some new beans and we got another bean bush royal burgundy awesome this is from true leaf market sweet yeah so thank you very much holly i'm definitely looking forward to planting these in the ground and making our beautiful garden next year and next year i think i'm actually going to probably do a little we can do we can actually make like a little little garden series because this year just things happen funk took care of the garden for the most part i just got to eat the veggies it was mostly her garden and uh yeah things didn't work out the way we wanted to and we didn't have a good plan and yeah we're going to do a better next year we're if you didn't watch the uh christmas story 4 i'd do some beautiful singing in it oh boy all right we have got another package from spruce from spruce oh that's kind of cool it is a a grab-and-go leash bag thing huh there's no letter in here oh that's kind of cool so basically what we got here is a little little bag that holds a leash okay so it stores your leash and it's got a little clip so if you get to a spot where you can take your dogs off a leash um you just clip this on your hip or wherever and then it stores it here because usually i do take them to places sometimes where leashes are required and then you get to a spot after walking for ways where there's nobody around you can take them off leash and i just usually hold the leash in my hand but that's kind of cool that you it's got a little store thingy so and then also it's a little like key holder and stuff pouch for uh so we'll just pretend here that monty's leashed and you just walk in them and you can store your keys and whatever wallet in there that's pretty sweet um for those of you that don't know this funk is becoming a dog trainer she's a dog trainer in training and she works with dogs a lot and i'm sure she's gonna love this because in summer time they uh go to places where they have to have dogs on leashes and stuff to do training and this will be awesome she can store little treats in there and whatnot so sweet uh whoever sent this maybe just the company but yeah thank you very much once again we have got another amazon package what do we got here hi matthew sending love from georgia got some gloves to stop burning my hands when cooking from latasha oh geez these are some serious gloves men menhood menhood oh sweet these are like heavy duty ooh what's tight i'm gonna have to stretch these out a little i've got very big hands all right sweet so i'm assuming i'll have to look it up but i'm assuming these are heat resistant i mean they've got to be they're bbq grilling gloves extreme heat resistant grilled grill gloves fourteen thousand seven hundred and six one 1472 degrees fahrenheit extreme heat resistant gloves grade kitchen oven mitts okay sweet so these are like some oven mitts grill gloves i definitely will use these around the house in grilling because the one thing that i like to do is shish kebabs on metal things and i just grab with my hands and i've definitely like actually burned my fingers like i've got pretty good calluses from cooking around the fire but i definitely burned my hands grabbing those things and even as just as omits but i don't know if i'm gonna bring him out camping and i hope you don't hate me because um if i do bring out gloves it's when i'm hot tenting and i got my leather gloves for the hot tent that i use but i don't know if i can bring myself to stop burning my hands because it's it's it's it's something along the lines of when i'm when i'm out there cooking and i'm in the moment when i'm in the heat of the moment i'm just like looking at my food and cooking i just go grab it quick and and deal with it quick you know i don't think about it it's not that i wouldn't do it it's that i don't think about going and putting on my gloves first you know and then and then going to i just do it real quick and i'm saying you know so i'll definitely get use out of these but i don't know if we'll be camping so thank you very much once again i also wanted to mention something quick for those of you that send me stuff i've mentioned this before but um some things i get sent i can't use like in the past i was sent to dog poncho a couple of them that were just way too small for either my dogs so what i'm trying to say is if it's something i can't use or if i've got double of it i'm gonna i'm gonna like let my friends and family use it or i'll give it to someone who needs it i don't if i get said something i don't want it to just go to waste you guys are taking your time to send me something i want everything that gets sent to be used i don't want to just you know just go sit in a box or something so i've got lots of stuff that you guys have sent me in the drawers and stuff um some things i mean to bring out sometimes namely tongs and when i'm in and i'm such a procrastinator my brain just like i go and i grab it and i don't have it but as far as bigger other stuff i definitely have gear that i lend out i've gone on trips with my dad this summer and my brother and they don't have any camping gear so i lent out chairs that you guys sent me some of it came back and and some things i was like oh you guys can keep that like that's fine um and yeah so what i'm just trying to say is if someone needs something and i've got it and i'm not using it i want it to go to use so i've got friends that have got we've got 20 dogs in our family and i do want to do a video one day of like showcasing all my my dogs and my my friend family the all the dogs but uh yeah if there's something i got that i'm not using they can use it i'll use it so if you're sending me something and i just can't use it or i'm not using it i'm going to find a place where it will be used so nothing will go to waste okay i've i've got a smaller one of this i was sent recently this is definitely a bigger one oh whoa this is heavy duty okay so we have got a big ole big ol big old multi i can't get it apart it's not the tool's fault it's my fault here we go what is this well there we go how do i why can't i figure this out i know you're over there saying look up look at the directions no no no oh got it what is this okay we've got a big old knife it's got a corkscrew it's got a can opener bottle opener bottle opener i mean and then we've got some big old tongs a spatula and then it can do you attach it and you've got some big old tongs awesome sweet so now this is something that i will definitely use around the house or i will bring car camping it's a little it's a little big for me to bring in my kit for camping so but it's definitely going to be used more of a car camping thing there we go nice little carrying pouch oop like that awesome sweet thank you very much thank you very much once again wendy we have got another amazon package we got here although it might not be what you use or are used to do the thickness america's is from dr mason okay so what we've got here is a cutting board thing this is a collapsible what is that all right let's let's take a little peek here let's take a closer look at first glance i'm confused it's a cutting board i'm pretty sure but i don't know what okay so we've got a little knife what does this mean huh oh i get it okay it's a cutting board slash little like dishwashing sink and it's got this little depressor button to drain that's pretty sweet huh so yeah it's like a collapsible bucket cutting board and a sink all in one with a little drain on the bottom that's pretty cool hey that's not too bad it's not the most compact thing we'll most likely be bringing this out definitely interesting so yeah thank you very much once again dr mason that's pretty that's pretty neat uncle devlin definitely love this one it's even got a little knife i'm sure it's not the uh craziest knife well it's it's a little dull but hey it's it's still a knife okay we have got to oh this is a heavy amazon package we've got a heavy run monty get your gross little tongue i took a shower and i put lotion because like i said got psoriasis very noticeable stuff and my my way of taking care of it just coat myself a lotion and then you got dr licky tongue over here bring them out with funk when we did deer camp we used them uh they had a little trouble stop it stop it how do you lick it don't nope nope i guess i like it that's kind of weird yeah anyways um we brought i brought these out and they worked they work pretty good they work pretty good you do it like this and then you they're little tongues sweet thank you and then we've got oh native pet organic air dried pumpkin powder solid stool supplement for dogs they love their pumpkin powder and i do bring it out um i know someone was asking me like did you used to give your dog's pumpkin powder well i still do monty when he was taking his pills for his lyme disease he got pumpkin with both his meals for a month straight because we did the mistake of giving him the pills before he ate it gave him an upset he refused to eat his food without pumpkin and then he had an upset stomach and puked up his medicine you lick me one more time i will just say no again okay stop it stop it anyways yes they still eat the pumpkin um he's not on it right now but they're going to keep eating it canoe season sweet they'll get that they will be getting that okay and then we've got a camping shovel oh cool okay nice we got a little compact camping shovel so for those of you that don't know and have been just wondering how the heck does he go out there and poop where does he where do you poop well the truth is you just squat and poo any all wear but you want to dig a hole now normally i use my foot or a stick to bury it and you want to get it pretty deep sometimes it's a little harder than other times to get her down there but yes you bury your poop and the shovel makes that a lot easier so this is sweet the deer camp this year we brought out i had a whole full-blown spade that we were using but i usually don't bring it out um when i go camping normally i use my foot or a stick because it's it's funny for how much stuff i ended up bringing out i've already got so much weight that i like there's other things i'm like whoo definitely nice to have a little shovel and it's got it's got a sharper edge on the side so it's kind of like a chopper and it's got a serrated edge over here it's a bottle opener so it's got a saw a chop and then it comes with this attachment in the middle cool thank you very much so what we've got here is some venison bark all natural venison treats for dogs no preservatives know that free range 100 venison oh it's like dehydrated okay venison bark then we've got full moon chicken jerky 100 human grade human grade human grade i get it human grade dog treats what does it mean oh hi and then we've also got soup bones long lasting dog chews chicken so i think they want to try the human grade chicken turkey right boys smell good you know it smells interesting i was gonna try it 100 kind of smells like fish i don't know about the human grade part but uh anyways you guys want to treat speak speak speak oh good boy monty speak speak speak speak speak good boy good boys there you go oh oh monty the drool is just pouring out of his mouth gross okay so why monty drools like that and it pours out his mouth every time he eats is because his mouth won't close um if you if you look at his bottom teeth the bottom two teeth they're about the size of pencil leads and with the his mouth not closing it uh let's see those two teeth don't block anything and slowly unfortunately those teeth are just gonna wither away because the oxygen he breathes in constantly through his mouth um is gonna erode them away and you know i don't know if it's gonna affect much because they're so small i doubt they are used for anything anyways but they definitely don't you know normal dogs have actual teeth there that block the drool from pouring out of their mouths like ruger but uh monty doesn't have that luxury so it just comes pouring out there's nothing that can stop it right monty anyways um yeah wet and slobbery so yeah thank you very much for all the stuff again timothy um i'll i'll give him one more piece we'll get one more piece i mean why not i mean why not you guys want to do a trick for this one burger ruger sit pretty sit sit pretty here is some dog vitamin water juice interesting canine vitamin blend brussels sprouts glucosamine potassium prebiotics awesome yeah i'm definitely gonna i'm not gonna give them to this this right now i definitely want to look it up a little bit more just look into it because this is something i've never thought about giving them or even considered but i mean it sounds like it's just going to be some nice vitamins for them and it has to be refrigerated after open so cool def monty's definitely been having a sort of limp so you definitely need some joint support and stuff so we'll definitely give this to the dogs if everything checks out but i'm not gonna do it right now so yeah whoever sent this thank you we got wolfspring canine vitamin blend that's definitely interesting i've never even thought about something like that i've definitely thought about giving vitamins or like stuff like that but never just vitamin water so cool yeah thank you very much once again oh so this one here is a doozy i know what's in here and i know it's coming so um as you guys know in my videos in winter i like to use the agawa canyon broil 21 saw and brad from the company contacted me and said he saw me using it and asked me if i wanted to try their new saw the broil 24 so he said he was gonna send it to me and that's what i got here so i'm excited to check this out [Applause] definitely pumped okay so we've got some what are these the d sprockets ooh he put on a hat oh that definitely feels it's got waterproofing in it whoa there we go that's a nice little hat it's definitely got waterproofing you can just see it it's soaked with something some kind of waxy material so what we've got here is a case and a saw oh all right so this is the boreal 24. oh yeah so yeah you guys have seen me use this saw well the smaller version of this all winter long oh yeah that's definitely gonna tear through some wood so one thing one thing i had happened i'm not sure which video it was but the borel 21 doesn't have as much room here so i saw a big old log and it got to the point where the log was hitting the top so this one has got as you can see a lot more room that's a big old saw and it's not much heavier or bulkier than the 21 so definitely excited to try this out it looks like it's got a different blade on here but yeah i am definitely going to be trying this one out next time i go winter camping um because like the the time old question or uh thing i've had for saws on this channel is the silky big boy versus the boreal 21 and i always reach for the boreal 21 when it comes to winter or cold season or hard dense woods when when my sawing arm needs to do a lot more work i love i like this one more because i like i like having my hand like this i like the bandsaw style i don't like the silky for this but i usually bring that one out canoe camping because it's more compact but he's also got an answer to that one here too so yeah sweet i'm definitely excited to try that out oh here we go awesome and then we've got the normal bow saw blade so this is the the one he's got on there is the sydney aggressive and the all-purpose i was wondering which blade would work better for hardwood so now i get to test them out sweet and this case is pretty sweet too i did not have these he even gave me a case for my other boreal 21 honest feels like there's a blade in there oh yeah cool he's got a bone blade for deer processing in there awesome and then there is one last one in here this little guy is there also a new one they've got and this is called the boreal 15. so this is their answer for a compact oh it's got a bone blade on there too okay nice this is about the same it's it seems like it's a little bit more compact than my uh silky saw the silky big boy and i'm not sure which one weighs more but i think this one's a little bit lighter um but yeah so this is going to be nice for canoe camping so i'm not going to get to try this one out until canoe sees the next year oh nice he's got the two blades in here awesome so that that is pretty sweet uh thank you very much once again brad i'm definitely looking forward to try this out uh canoe season that's definitely i'm not i'm probably not going to bring this one out winter camping because um i got that one in the boreal 21 but definitely for uh canoe season this one i will be bringing this one along sent by a company this one is wrapped so it is taped so tightly there we go will's farm olive oil soap oh so we got a package from scott and sherry of soap that they made will's farm olive oil soap repellent what else do we got here cecil and leah lilia she may be a nice little drawing all right well thank you for the drawings guys and a letter and we've got some bug repellent here oops we got some deet free natural insect repellent lemongrass oil hint of vanilla all right and then some off deep woods someone's got d so um i'm not the deet user i use it sometimes i've been using it more this last year sometimes i just get i'm just like you know what tag with it but i am trying this new stuff and it does have lemongrass oil um so this stuff i'm pretty sure i haven't got to try it yet but i got this new stuff with the help of a subscriber um that should work for black flies from what i've seen and i'm excited to try it out so this should work too and then funk loves the deet so been sitting for a minute but i recognize the name okay we've got a letter all right so steve he said he's been a follower since 1 000 subscribers i remember i even remember i remember who's gave me my first comment so yeah thank you very much he said he's he said he put something in here to make oh geez those winter nights a little sweeter oh jeez this right here is a uh 14 count cadbury fruit and nut bar oh yeah this is my favorite candy bar it's my dad's favorite too that's where i got it from but cadbury fruit nut i think it's funk's favorite too we love these awesome definitely not gonna use all these camping a few might get annihilated here at home but yeah thank you very much that's awesome i always bring these out winter camping and uh the funny thing is or i always bring these out canoe camping and all season i've not been able to bring these at all because they haven't been in stores so i've been missing these for quite a while i might i might eat one pretty soon i'm little monty tree ornament hey there's nothing there everyone's simmered down and we got a ruger one and then we got a merry christmas 2021. get the little cardboard monty and rugers and then the little ornaments that's awesome all right let's put these on the tree monty one this one over here i just went somewhere else all right ruger is obsessed with this ball be careful all right definitely got some couple ornaments so yeah we'll put this off to the side so yeah thank you very much once again these are pretty cool okay we've got one more it says fragile do not bend two stuck together this one's gonna take me a couple hours to edit maybe an hour or two to produce then i gotta check it for errors so i'm thinking we're gonna be live by like 10 p.m here okay so yeah thanks once again
