won our am contest in Minneapolis he won the Tampa Pro almost qualified first overall but he had to settle for a second because of Kelvin Hoffler best little contest that's the SoundCloud name lo switch back to you were skating with Felipe a lot today earlier in practice he's just trying to give me a lot of advice on how to pop out of tricks and we were playing like skates though I don't even play skate but I play what have you smoked me of course do can do any trick you won't switch regular nollie one of the first guys to hit the course for practice earlier today getting that time in so ago against all these guys and beats him outright because he doesn't not win or at least be in the top three and to be young people were seeing that they like we gotta give him a chance this is his while he got up you know you listening to this crowd you would think he's Norwegian and not from Mesa Arizona he's got a few fans here in downtown Oslo and that guy back smooth but as you said that's what he does he wins contest is so why when he transitions from AM to Pro would we expect anything otherwise he won our am contest in Minneapolis last summer and those tricks in his line are than Jagger I'm seeing Jagger everywhere in downtown Oslo hey he's getting around and rounding out our group of eight our top-ranked qualifier defending gold medalist from X Games Minneapolis Kelvin Hoefler what is it about Kelvin that just makes him so good in a format like this that how you gonna just have cab back 501 80s which blunt to 70 that's what makes him good in a contest like this he's putting together what I was saying you know how you're seeing a back Smith on something else like you know Jagger's taking it into a gap vexman he's doing tricks nobody else is going near so that's what stands out it's like the judge over there but I gotta ask Gary at 25 years old like Calvin only got his first x-games appearance last year where's he been in Brazil goodness Gary say something skates with so much power so much speed every line is different Gary now he looks like he kind of put one together just to like maintain itself but earlier was so good in qualifiers put it down and we begin our third and final run yakko o Jana what a story getting into this thing minutes before this contest he qualified in the our Nordic qualifier skates was such a unique style but he's sitting in seventh place Gary's had trouble staying on his board case in point well he did just this is his you know everybody got to runs this is his six so his legs might be you see that is a really good point he skated an entire final practically before this final that is a bit of a disadvantage just physically of course but again there's no doubt about it his bag of tricks in the way he skates he certainly belongs to he decides if he decides to do contests which he probably will not if he does bowels free smoked you Cena but if he does decide to keep going contests bro Mike imagine all those tricks that are what supposed to be done once down what cuz this is he or not even done once jaco's day is over but just enjoy this replay it's been amazing watching him skate all teacher said room luan seems to get more tricks in a run than just about anybody him and Jagger Jagger be doing like 80 tricks ooh so far this looks better than run number 2 and I spoke too soon how
