else we're gonna find look at this I know you guys are excited you've been waiting to see what's truly inside this eighteen hundred dollar unit that I bought that we already know is filled with brand-new merchandise thousands of dollars of brand-new tools sealed in the package and antiques thousands of dollars of antiques there's totes there's boxes paid eighteen hundred dollars for it some of you might be taking man that's a lot of money break it down if there's a hundred totes and boxes that's $18 per box that's a deal of a lifetime and we're gonna figure out exactly what happened to pick up the $1700 unit tomorrow which is the sister or daughter unit to this same person owned it and the manager of the facility gave me a little insight on the person who owned it I'm gonna be sharing that with you let's see how some of it shifted no doubt but still we can see everything looks like it's still in good condition oh yeah boxes falling down on me now this is tile here this is the only thing that I saw that I probably will not want to keep I'll probably get rid of the tile even though the tile could be worth some money and it looks like the clothing got a little dirty on my muddy muddy ramp here so yeah that's all right though we've still got a lot of money to make in here they're doing a great job getting everything out of the trailer look at the dent already so load everything up top here and then it's going inside for sorting the anticipation has been killing me to get in this unit so Selena actually has a lot of this stuff out of the way now Christian's been moving stuff too so I got a tote I can finally get into a tote we're gonna look we're gonna peek and we got more tools there's a 103 103 piece set mechanic set which I'm sure it's all brand new it's probably all in there I'm not gonna open that one yet look at this just new stuff cable ties twisty ties I'm just curious where we're gonna find the next pew pew okay there's some random stuff in here there's some heart eyes I got their camera just so I I have the information on this guy from from the actual storage facility manager okay so here is this is just all random cable all look at this we I was talking to the manager of the facility the facility manager told me this told me that the individual has been in the actual units remember he had three units I bought two of them he's been in the units for a couple years never missed a payment but always paid on the day it was actually due so we know that now this past past time around which would've been three months ago as it goes delinquent he actually called in and said his credit card had been stolen well he was past $2,000 in the rears as far as fees for the units said his credit card had been stolen and then the day of the auction actually was the day before the day before of the auction called in at 1 o'clock said oh he's coming down with $2,000 cash never showed we're gonna do some research we're gonna see if we can figure out why look at all this new merchandise there's a porter-cable miter saw right there look at it on the angle this is high valor this isn't this isn't low-end stuff here's the porter cable table saw with the stand brand-new this stuff is still sealed you see that that's a plastic lining on all of this brand spankin new husky sawhorses I gotta look some of this stuff up to find the actual prices but man this is just incredible now one of the things one of the clues trying to figure this person out is a lot of this stuff says craft an antique co-op okay white cube shelf stock 20 2012 dollars Denis who bought the third unit owned by this guy he owns the antique store and he's the one that told me it's like I see my stickers all over this stuff they were buying high-end antiques from Dennis Dennis sells high-end antiques this unit is just crazy at first I thought they were selling there weren't selling they were buying and it's a him let's keep digging there's a full bedroom set in here and it's brand-new now it's got a little dirt on it because I had stuff all over it so there's the two end tables we'll clean those right up here's another little dresser again brand-new never used the main dresser is still wrapped in plastic with the actual moving furniture blanket I'll get okay I'll easily get $1,000 for this set okay it's hardwood it's beautiful it's putting gloves on here's what we found out so far this individual is at the age of 61 living in an apartment now maybe the apartment part actually gives us a little bit of clue but it doesn't tell us why there's tens of thousands of dollars of brand new tools and merchandise that doesn't let us know you know if you transition to an apartment then you put all your stuff in storage but why so much
