what I need to know is when I come down here to work tomorrow is there gonna be an issue you told me I was trespassing there was a trespassing order on me yes you did I recorded you I have it in get in the other building we have one key for this building and we have one key for this building she locked me out one key will go on the door here one key will go in the door there but the tumblers would change she locked us out all right call him the police Brian my building facility manager he's on the phone with the Sheriff's Department right now so the building owner has changed all the locks and we're gonna get to the bottom of this number one why and number two this is illegal you can't do this as a building order no owner unless you have a court order and the sheriff has to be there for you get into the lungs so right now we're gonna have the police out here we're gonna see if we can get in the building just to be clear I've always paid rent correct right the been paid every month on time and never ever missed a payment ever the only time I didn't pay is when Marilyn did not pay the utilities I had no electric we didn't have any water and even then after that was put back on I still paid the remaining balance even though I didn't legally have to exactly right local police yes okay and they said as long as we haven't been evicted which we have not no eviction we had not been to court we have not been served anything we have rights to the building no matter how much way we look I came in this morning actually at noon to get into my warehouse building and the locks were changed can you tell me if the building owner actually contracted the locks to be changed you know I've been nice to Maryland up to this point and I haven't pushed loss of income yes are now in the warehouse this is what it is to be in the middle of a legal battle of partners all right I got Worcester police here at the warehouse now so Marilyn must have called when what she's the one she did the illegal things so I'm gonna go figure out what's going on we've got somebody else here as well we got this individual here there's Marilyn so there's Marilyn who you've heard earlier so this is the person that you've heard earlier so what they're just told us is that you don't even have access to the building so you're saying I don't have access to my million dollars worth of merchandise I'm locked out of so I don't have access to get so I don't have access so I don't have access to any of my merchandise okay my hand is right here here's my hand my other hand is on Mike like to see it it is signed by me and the the business partner Brian the landowner wasn't there for that that landowner had the property manager dude I've been a landlord for 20 plus years I've had other companies so I've had other companies signed contracts for me that I I paid them to do I don't have to sign okay listen she's saying she's not in business okay I can't help so that's the core their houses right you hear about it all the time in the news and you have to go through an eviction process to get rid of other people who've been looking houses also and that's good I've been doing their new record that they're saying they're gonna take us to court why would they change the lock before they take us to court listen we're stuck in the middle without something if sergeant Kolak and I share an apartment together we've bought a TV okay more like hey we're not friends anymore I'm taking that TV's mine it's gotta go to court and he says no it's not you're the cops we call you use TV we don't we don't have the receipt the only issue that doesn't have to be taken to court is I legally have access to that building and all of my merchandise I'm saying I legally have access all ready
