CRAZY ANIMAL SURVIVAL! - Combining Genetics and Breeding Animals! - Niche Gameplay

hey everybody I'm blitz welcome to a brand new game called at niche or niche depending on how you want to pronounce it this is I say brand new comes out in a full release tomorrow the 21st of September and it is a game that actually played about a year or so go on early access the whole idea is that it's genetic survival so we have a animal that we breed the animal with other animals to combine traits and genetics to try to live as long as we can on an island so we're gonna try it out if you do like the video down below in the video description there are some keys that are hidden for the game you can check those out also as some steam keys you can redeem those on Steam also the link for Steam if you did want to purchase it on your own so we're to place sandbox mode and let's do easy islands for the first one here we're gonna do like a grass adventure let's see how grass adventure works oh right we've joined up into the world and check it out we got two little two little dog like things here right dog cat rabbit things and this is our world we've got some trees we've got looks like some lakes in there we've got ocean and we have a couple different traveling stones that can bring us out to a different Island if we wanted to I believe that if we go to that we can travel to different places a pretty cool system otherwise we start off with these two guys and they have traits look at this little thing that's a cool little guy and we've got some lot of crabs down here but we can click on one of these dudes let's click on this one and what is his name van Corino and Gary or something like that and Seco and we have our male and our female cool so we can read them together and if we breed them together we go into let's actually go out of that menu and into this one and it shows the different genetics that we have here so we have different medium ears no horns we have eyesight that's two eyesight you can get bigger eyes we have a medium body with claws and all sorts of stuff it goes up and down and as we breathe these together they kind of combine in a family tree so you can see different traits these have nobody can fish neither of these can fish or this one kid so he's a good fisherman but he is not a very good a defense or she is she yeah she and he's so neither of these have a turtle shell for defense neither of them have very good venomous or strong voices but we you have a lot of these little things here there's fertility ability to produce offspring is really high at six so let's start that off we've kind of want well we kind of need food too so what I'm gonna do first up is I'm gonna take you I'm gonna click on you and then I'm gonna tell you to breed no they're gonna breed no she is pregnant and she needs to make a nest so we're gonna start by collecting different aggresses we can collect the grass and then once we have enough grass on there turn you see a little gems down here that's a number of points that they can do per turn so we're gonna move over there and I'm gonna attack this crab Oh motor points to attack the crab maybe I did a diet ready I'm not sure maybe it hasn't more than one hit point so we have the turn we end the turn goes to another day and now she has a baby in her that needs to get made a nest now ground is not suitable for building nests so let's move her way over oh well you're gonna have to destroy this thing oh did it die you know what let's bring you over here to one and we'll come over here and now you attack okay how are we doing she still got another point so let's move up and there's a buried tree up there okay well end today there's also perception menu that shows different things like there's some sort of shell there we have a root that's buried you've got something in the water there and we got a tree up there also if we hit the yellow one it shows like different friends and stuff oh she is infected by a leech grew about to remove the parasite also bleeding whoopsies and we can lick at the stop so let's end the day okay oh she needs to go hey can you can you lick her yeah lick to cure the bleeding and remove that parasite so we can make a baby okay let's go up here we're gonna clear that grass and we can actually move out of that and I want you to move up can you move over here to move up collect the grass and move up and then hopefully you can build up a thing next time now you're out of turns she's out of turns we can go to another new day new day has arrived now Union build a nest and you need to make a baby here gather some food we got 18 food I need you to attack this thing grab boots can only be attacked from behind okay that's the deal oh look at that there's a fish in there so the crabby doesn't want to be attacked but we'll try to dig up a thing out of that but we can't because we have a load digging ability so let's move up here and I guess we'll leave the crab behind we could go after the fish too I'll try to do that tomorrow another day they have one movement point so we can kind of use those to scout a little bit don't want to get them too far away because they can get eaten by bad stuff we don't want to move around a little bit we got a lot of grass let's use you to keep gathering fruit here and that looks pretty good now where should we actually go what is this what is that let's see do we smell anything there's the bunny over here let's go eat the bunny oh there's a mole aha how do we get that are we out of turns you're not out of turns where's that mole at hey over here where's that mole right there you see it okay let's end the turn hopefully tomorrow we can eat it don't you move little mole thing we're gonna destroy you here you go do that and get rid of that okay in there this one no dig it up oh did right now and this guy is a male so it's a male and you can't fish he's got stealth so just moves quietly scent 'less it's kind of kind of nice for that but it's not very not very great at doing much else so we got our fishermen at very know we should probably go in and try fishing I'm gonna try this let's go down here with you down here oh can we fish now hey we got some fishies cool and that one's in the water so that's not cool um I don't know what to do I don't want to expand too much I want to stay together as best I can because there are bad things hiding in the weeds let's turn this off okay should make up a little house here made me just clear some grass out you know different savanna got our fishies okay we'll end the day now it's raining every time it rains as it says here plants regrow that's good now I think one of these paws swimming so you're good at swimming you are gonna swimming and collecting did you get the collectors merit badge you did good so you can collect things extra good there we go see how that we got a bunch of different food there collect a merit badge it's got some more fish got a lot of food 24 bring it up here and harvest that good job now you're swimming I don't know if I want you to swim you do add the collecting merit badge too so grab that oh here's a bunny too I can't quite get it let's grab some more food good one thing you don't want to do is run out of food before things happen so I'm gonna breed these two together again maybe this one in here okay Ant Man it's still raining I'm just collect more food as I can let's bring you over to this one and now you can collect food and you can come in here and lay down okay I'm gonna skip the day for that and the little guy back here what are you gonna do let's click some more grass Oh what is that offer five food to drive your tribe yeah oh we got a dollar what over here what in the world is this one high grass rogue male robe male I don't know what what is this thing and Nola let's look at the skills that this thing has the traits I guess fifty-fifty a no lies got little spikes on his back oh man this got smelling it's got hearing what are those spikes called spike it you two together so we need to make a nest so come over here make a baby on that nest and oh there's another nest okay and you know try to gather some more materials okay it's in the day we got food out of the deal I don't like that my baby died maybe we need to spread out a little bit on shore and try to capture some more stuff so I'm a little bit concerned on food supplies gather that bring you maybe did explore a little bit and we'll look at them oh there's some more trees here what is that it's a bunny there's more roots okay bring you up one now you can gather that what is this where's that blue thing I don't know we need to bring you over what it what was it I don't know grab that everyone's out sounds good and in the day so we're getting there we've got some pretty good oh we got nuts everywhere about the little baby hey little baby do you like to gather things too young to collect fruit you don't I need to see if they have the good fruit collecting pop then that's the ones we need to click the fruit with this else is dying so who's got the food collecting pot no gene digging paw velvet paw runner leg where is it it might be under attributes digging okay there's the then we need to bring you what's your best traits better smelling got a body size claw for fishing maybe we should bring you down in the water for fishing just to kind of get more food as much as we can okay we don't want the little one to be stuck anywhere that's fine and we'll use you - what is that that's swimming I'm going to use you as kind of a collection for both of those and I don't know what your point in life is yeah this one okay that's fine we got the berry bushes and let's clear the grass away I think I saw something move all right that looks great and a date oh no oh no what is they called dodo mingos okay that's a little weird Hado Domingo getting good food supply I feel like these are gonna be dead now try to crack that not open no ha I don't know what these birds do maybe they come in and eat the food that would make sense maybe it tells me one of my animals died yep I knew that and bleeding oh they're bleeding okay we better better fix that oh I bled out shoot it's not good and you go find some more gather the fruit I wonder if they lay eggs it might oh there's another thing there you gather the fruit and how's the little one I hope that one's round whoops so much for me being a good good dad to these guys okay I'm try to crack that nut again I don't went away uh-oh I don't think I'm think I'm gonna make it on that one tied to I need to breed do we even have anymore we have more my other both males that's not good they can't do the breeding thing hey buddy how are you what are you why are you yellow what's this thing there's the birds I don't know what a doe Domingo does go away gather the food I really want to just talk to it hey can we talk to this one that's probably another male we just need to keep exploring get the food over here we're just gonna keep exploring staying together got a couple of bunnies left this is not I don't think I don't think we've done very good okay where's it I don't see anything in that screen should we go up let's go up into a new biome let's start with you clear the grass what is that it's a hole it's like a marsh oh it's not getting poisoned they just get poisoned oh I think it might have to actually gather the stuff first oh I think we're in a diet poisoning oh boy what is it it's poisoned can you lick the poison off of it how do you get unpause 'end I got poison again from probably eating the poison berry right yeah that's totally what it is it just got poisoned three times great that's fantastic well we got a lot of food anyway we need another female to come in oh no oh no where oh where oh there's another plan wait is that our person I think so can't see nothing in the grass dude let's go this way maybe let's go search down here yeah we'll come this way are you out of turns come down here there's one of those bird things again next day I'm gonna totally go over to this one so doesn't poison us oh I think I collect I think I got a bunny no Pig totally got away where's my other guy did it die am I now out oh where is it it's hiding in the grass no for real this time where'd it go I think I did it seriously is it dead yeah this is not a good area to go there's briars and cattails that are dead in there I don't think this is it that's another tree you might be the only one alive oh yeah our pack size is one oh no oh no we need a random female to come by move hey walk rawr oh is you a female are you a female nope not totally not a female crack the bunny oh I think we're dead I'm totally gonna kill that bunny correct click the food and I'll walk we're gonna try to swim across the lake we got plenty of food as long as they can stay alive a little longer I don't know another bear hanging a deal donkey Potamus oh Christ okay I made it across hopefully the high end of thing doesn't attack me again okay where do I go let's turn our boat on there's another one there just trying to stay away next day I still don't see anyone we're in survival instinct ooh tree I don't need any food I need I need babies even if we do find a baby Oh nope not there more food there's so much food here you're that grass away that was a waste of a turn come on there's no mold deal grab oh what'd I get I don't know what it was come on I still don't see anything else here just the food menu those are the other life's little bunny popped in it's really hard to chase them down to holders a
