thumbnail check it out and i mean take a look at this how can you not enjoy this it is beef beer in case with cheese and bread and don't forget a little bit of garlic butter come on now and the best part is that suvi makes it super easy to make let me show you everything starts off with the meat and for this application i chose these two beautiful short ribs as you can see there are whole plate meaning that they have four bones and it is easy for you to ask your butcher now since we're going to be cooking this for a very long time there's no way we're going to be able to put a sear later so we just might as well put one right now because if there's one thing that video goes well together is with that char flavor you may choose whatever way makes the best crust for you as you already know from me is the flame thrower so that is exactly what i did one of the most important thing i'm looking for whenever i'm charging it up like this is color i want to take it to black almost like charcoal the browner it is the better i also want to burn up the bones this will bring in great flavor and the membrane on the back you really want to go hard and burn it all out as you can see i was able to achieve just that once i was done with the searing this is what it looks like now that's what i'm talking about when i say i want a nice char now the next thing to do is to cook this sous-vide but first you gotta make a wonderful birdia sauce and this one is delicious and most importantly super easy to make and here's how the first thing we gotta do is rehydrate our chilies our first chili is cuahiro it is not that spicy it tastes great but most importantly gives it a wonderful color this second one right here is called pasilla the same thing it is not that spicy but a wonderful flavor now if you want to spice things up this is the one i recommend it is spicy it's called chili japones and as always if you cannot buy it on your supermarket you can get it online these are the chilies i like but you are also open to use any ones you want to add on now i highly recommend removing all of the seeds this will give a much better experience in the end result for the media to do that it's very easy just get a scissor and go to town it's not a big deal and if you know me i don't like it too spicy so i made sure to remove every single one of those seeds the next thing to do is to go ahead and rehydrate them in water by boiling them not only do they get rehydrated but you're also able to use that wonderful liquid you want to keep them in boiling water for about two minutes that is good enough then once you remove the chili make sure you reserve the water because now it's the easiest part of them all you just gotta throw everything into a blender i first started with all of the chilies followed by tomatoes white sweet onions garlic one chicken bullion lemon juice a little bit of that water we just boiled the chili in brown sugar salt and black pepper now there's left to do is to blend it well because your sauce is done that is how easy it is to make it and let me tell you something this is delicious of course do not forget to add two bay leaves but now that we got them ready all there's left to do is to back them up vacuum sealant and cook them sous-vide and for that i'm gonna be cooking them at 185 degrees fahrenheit for eight hours this time and temperature will get them nice and tender [Music] once the eight hours was up i took them out opened up the bag and made sure to reserve all of the liquid because that's gonna be our dipping sauce and as you can see i have quite a bit of it that is a good thing because you can always freeze it and savor for a later time do not even think about throwing any of this away it is literally gold once that was done i went ahead and jump into the ribs open up the bag and this is what it looks like as expected it is extremely tender pulling off the bones is no problem at all and to shred it you can literally do with your fingertips but since it's hot two forks does the job the only thing you gotta try to get rid of is this that's what is left from the membrane that we burned up but since it's kind of chewy i like to take it out if needed now is the time to go ahead and season it a little bit more i just recommend adding salt nothing else but of course you want it juicy so why not add a little bit of that kosume sauce we just made come on now that's what i'm talking about the great thing about viria is that it is a very juicy meat now you know that some things that we cook usually taste better the very next day and that is the same for this so if you have the time go ahead and seal it up and add it to your refrigerator for tomorrow because it will taste better but i am so sorry i don't have time for that i am hungry the next thing to do is to go ahead and prepare our simple version because remember i'm going to be showing you two ways to do it one that takes no effort at all and another one that is a little bit more elaborate the first thing i like to do is to butter up my cast iron skillet and for the bread i'll be using this come on the only thing hard that you have to do is to open up the can it's no big deal whatsoever then i laid down a slice of mozzarella cheese followed by that video meat cover with an additional mozzarella right on top and closed everything up because the next thing to do is to go ahead and open up that dough throw everything inside and carefully close it up to make a bowl that is how easy it is to make it the only thing left to do is to go ahead and add everything to the caster and scale it now if that's not easy i don't know what is the only thing that is missing is a garlic butter which we'll be making really shortly but now let me show you the little bit more complicated version and that's because i'm gonna be using pizza dough i have a full video on my pizza dough recipe on the description down below since you're going all out on this one i recommend doing the homemade version it is better than store bought but once i opened it up the next thing to do is to start laying our ingredients so i started with mozzarella cheese followed by the media and did not be cheap with the ingredients this one you can actually add quite a bit because once you have done so the only thing left to do is to go ahead and close everything up and just like a cinnabon this is exactly what you want to do just roll it into itself and it's good enough now the only thing left to do is to slice it open and make sure every single one of them is the same size because we want to add it to our cast iron skillet which was previously buttered up and that's pretty much all there is to it if you want to take it to a whole new level i highly recommend making a garlic butter that is not a big deal you just gotta melt up some butter add a little bit of garlic paste and parsley mix it well and your garlic butter is ready before moving forward i would like to too wet this one here is less wet there's too much flavor of the bread on that one yeah this one you know it's a pizza dough so it doesn't have a lot of that flavor so it goes really well with the with the pork this is amazing everybody i'm telling you right now this is phenomenal okay this is addicting that's the problem with this go for it my mom let's go with the customer oh it's addicting everybody i'm telling you right now oh forget about it it is better it is more work but i highly recommend you put in the effort it will be a lot better than this one here don't get me wrong this is amazing absolutely phenomenal if you have some ribs at home and you have that dough give it a try just so you just so you can see how good it is and then trust the momentary that this dough is better
